Chapter Four

This chapter is a little cringy, But I hope you enjoy anyways!

Draco felt awful. Everywhere he seemed to go, someone seemed to spit at him, or call him a name. Whenever he walked through a hall, huddled by Pansy and Blaise, barely audible murmurs spread through the students.

"Death Eater"

"Did you hear his father went to Azkaban?"

"Why isn't he in Azkaban?"

Draco did his best to ignore these comments, but he couldn't. It hurt, and without his daily meetups with Harry, he was becoming steadily depressed.

The next time the silver and golden trio crashed, was Friday evening, soon before Harry and Draco were going to meet in the Room of Requirement. Harry ran into Draco. Again. This time, he ended up knocking Draco over and landing on top of him. Causing both of them to turn red.

Trying to anchor himself, Draco took a deep breath. "Again, Potter? Why is it that you keep running into me? Am I just that magnetic?" The malice in the comment was weak, and it didn't go unnoticed. By a certain two girls at least.

Harry was still on top of Draco blushing madly, and trying to anchor himself. Silence passed between the two before Draco talked again. "I'd appreciate if you could get off me, Potter." That was the last thing he wanted Harry to do, actually, but you can't exactly kiss your sworn enemy in front of all his friends.

"Potter," Draco said loudly when Harry still didn't move. "Get off me." Harry, seeming to realize his current situation, stood up quickly, and changed his flustered expression to one of irritation.

"It's not my fault you were standing in the middle of the corridor again Malfoy," he said.

"It's not my fault that you apparently don't have eyes," he snapped back.

"Oh, whatever Malfoy," Harry rolled his eyes, and walked away with his friends.

When Harry entered the Room of Requirement at midnight, Draco was already there. He immediately went up to him and pressed his lips to Draco's.

Startled, Draco jumped a bit, but didn't object. When Harry broke off, he looked down at him, with a slightly confused look on his face.

"Sorry, I guess it's the lack of contact," Harry said sheepishly. "I've been wanting to do that since I ran into you in the hall."

"It's alright," Draco smiled, pulling them both down onto the couch. He wrapped Harry in an embrace, and Harry rested his head on Draco's chest. They stayed like that for a while, before Harry broke the silence.

"Sorry I ran into you in the corridor again."

"It's alright," Draco laughed. "But you really should watch where you're going."

Harry's strikingly green eyes wandered up to his face. "But how can I do that when I'm blinded by you?"

Draco flushed, and leaned down to peck his lips. " I'm so glad to see you again," he sighed.

"Me too," Harry smiled up at him. He turned so he was facing Draco. "Y'know, I'm kind of sad I didn't accept that handshake," he said.

"I'm not," Draco said, surprising Harry.

"You aren't? Why not?"

"I wouldn't really want to have this any other way. Even though sneaking around is a lot, it keeps me feeling alive, you know? And we wouldn't have had the same incredible story to tell our kids," he added at the end, laughter in his eyes.

Harry blushed red. "How are we even going to have kids?" He squeaked.

Draco rolled his eyes. "Adoption is a thing, you know, Scarhead."

"Oh," Harry said, feeling very stupid.

Silence filled the room again, the only noises coming from the crackling fire.

"Draco," Harry started.

"Hmm?"

"If we do end up getting married," he said, "How are we going to tell everyone?"

"That's a question for another day, Harry," Draco responded, gray eyes meeting green. "Let's focus on right now, okay?"

Harry smiled up at him. "Okay."

Draco leaned down to press their lips together once more. While the simple contact of lips on lips was fine, Draco wanted more, and by the way Harry was leaning into the kiss, he could tell he did too. Draco bit Harry's bottom lip, taking advantage of the opening to slide his tongue in Harry's mouth. Harry leaned in to the dominant boy, mind overridden with love and passion. Eventually, they broke off, both breathing shallowly.

"Wow," Harry breathed, gazing up into his lover's eyes.

"Wow," Draco repeated, looking down at Harry with unfathomable love in his eyes. Harry launched himself into Draco, embracing him. Draco laughed, and hugged him back, running his hand through his messy hair. The room was left quiet as the two boys drifted off to sleep.

"I think there's something going on, Ron," Hermione was pacing back and forth in front of the Gryffindor common room fire. Harry was not in his dorm again, and it was 11 AM.

"Neville said something about Harry being in love, although I don't believe it," he said, yawning.

Hermione stopped pacing as dots connected in her head. Harry was meeting someone! But who? Ginny? Cho? Hermione didn't know, but she decided, next time Harry snuck off, she would find out.
