The second test too passed away with Shubman not noticing Sara and spending his time with Aisha. Sara cried one day, cried a lot but then she decided to be strong. She was a strong, independent girl who had learnt to live without friends since childhood.

But when Shubman came she thought the dynamics had changed, she had finally found a friend. She was happy, but yet again her happiness was ruined.

When Shubman bid bye to Aisha he turned back to see Ritika standing there looking at him with a piercing gaze. He gave her a nervous smile, she was behaving quite rudely since the time Aisha had come.

"Hi bhabhi. Kuch hua hai kya?"

"Krliya tata tata bye bye apni bestfriend ko?"

"Ha woh bas abhi gayi yaha se."

"Nice kuch nahi bas yahi puchna tha."

She said and turned to go back, Shubman ran and stood beside her.

"Bhabhi kuch hua hai kya? Aap mujhse naraaz dikh rahi hai."

"Wow Shubman tumne ab jaake notice kiya? Nice. But no kuch nahi hua aur agar hua bhi hai toh I am not going to tell you khud figure out krlo."

And she dashed away from there while Shubman kept looking at her with confusion. When he went to his room he saw Sara's room closed.

"Shit Shubman tune kitne dino se Sara se baat nahi ki hai. Shit woh kya soch rahi hogi."

As he knocked on her door no one opened, the door was locked. That's when he saw Virat passing from there.

"Virat Bhai aapne Sara ko dekha hai kya?"

"Ha woh Ishan ke saath bahar gayi hai."

"Ohh ok."

Disappointed, he went to his room and searched for his phone trying to call Sara or Ishan but none of them picked up. Dejectedly he sat down and decided to wait for them.

Almost after 6 hours he heard some voices from outside. He went to see, there she was.Sara was laughing with Ishan as he had cracked some joke.

They had a lot of shopping bags and she seemed happy, like really happy.

"Sara."

Sara and Ishan looked at the source to see Shubman standing there.

"Hi Shub pata hai humne aaj bohot saari shopping ki."

"Nice Ishan I can see that."

"Accha chalo I am very tired, I will take your leave. Bye Sara and bye Shubman."

Both of them bid bye to Ishan and then Shubman again looked at Sara.

"Why are you standing come na."

"No Shubman it's okay waise bhi I am very tired and I really need some sleep. Bye."

"Aree par suno toh.."

Before he could complete his sentence she closed the door of her room leaving Shubman dumbfounded. He sighed, why were they doing this with him.

The next morning when it was breakfast time Shubman went down to see Sara enjoying her breakfast with Ishan, Ritika, Sammy and Rohit.

He decided to join them, but as soon as he came Sara and Ritika got up from there.

"We are done guys we will meet later."

They both said, when the food was not even completed.

"Bhai tune kuch galat kiya hai kya? Dono ignore kr rahe hai?"

Ishan teased him but Shubman's smile faltered. Rohit looked at him and gave him a small smile as if assuring him it was okay.

After breakfast all the boys went for the practice session. Shubman was quite disturbed today and everyone could see that but he didn't let that affect his game and practice.

When in evening everyone came back he went to get fresh. After getting fresh he decided to go to Sara. Her room was unlocked so he went in.

But what he saw was unexpectable, Sara and Ishan were sitting on the bean bags watching some idiotic movie of Sinchan.

"Umm hi guys."

"Ohh Hi Shub tu yaha kya kar raha hai?"

"Woh mai bas Sara se baat krne aaya tha."

"Ishan I am sleepy you can continue to watch the movie and ha jaate jaate door close krke jana."

"Ok ji as you say."

Shubman kept looking at them with his eyes open, while Sara didn't even spare him a glance.

When Ishan looked at Shubman he saw his vulnerable eyes and felt bad. To give them privacy he got up and patting his shoulder went away.

Shubman closed the door and then went to Sara laying down beside her. Sara felt the bed beside her dip and she knew who it was but she didn't dare to open her eyes.

"Sara I don't know what is my mistake but if there is any I am sorry. Please don't ignore me."

Sara's eyes became moist, now he gets to know how it feels when your close ones ignore you.

When she didn't say anything he turned to her side removing the blanket and looking at her face which was calm.

He stroked her cheeks but she pushed his hand away.  He again stroked them but she again pushed him away.

"Open your eyes and look at me."

"You don't have any rights to order me."

"Yes I have. You are my best friend."

"Ohh really chalo itna toh yaad aaya."

"Par maine kiya kya woh toh batao please."

She opened her eyes which showed deep hurt, she gave him a sad smile.

"Tumne kiya kya hai? Haha ab ye bhi mai hi batati hu tumhe."

"Ek min are you sad over Aisha."

She looked at him for a second and then turned away. Now it striked his mind that yes she was indeed upset over Aisha.

"Aree par Aisha toh meri bestfriend hai usne kya kiya hai tumhe."

"Ohh really Shubman then go back to your bestfriend why are you here?"

"She to is gone now."

"Shubman you are impossible please leave me alone."

She said with tears flowing from her eyes. He wiped them and encircled his hand around her waist pulling her closer to his chest.

This time she didn't push him away. He smiled and cleaned her tears.

"Acha now please tell me what have I done?"

"Shubman please, just just go away."

"I won't until and unless you tell me what is my mistake."

"Sunna hai tumhe toh suno."

And she fell silent, he gave her a smile to which she slapped him on his cheek but lightly.

"Shubman since childhood I have never made any friends. Only mom and dad were the one with whom I used to talk. Later Arjun came and our bond grew but something happened and it ruined the bond we had. I was devastated because even mom dad didn't believe me in that case, they sides with Arjun. That's why I decided to move to London for further studies. And that is where I met you. In these 6 months I have connected to you like no one. I thought yes finally I have got a friend whom I can call mine. Everything was nice, but then we came here. Even here it was nice till Aisha came. No I don't have any grudges against Aisha but you. You were always with her. You ignored me like no one else even mom dad talk to me more than you in these past few days. I tried, tried so hard to come and talk to you but you always ignored me. I cried a lot but then I decided to be strong. Sara pehle bhi toh aisa hi tha na, you had no friends but you survived toh ab bhi seh lungi. I am not saying ki you shouldn't have spent time your friend but atleast ek baar meri taraf dekh toh liya hota. I never felt so alone in my whole life but you made me feel that. I was so upset but only Ritika bhabhi was the one who understood me and still is. I just expected some kind of words from you but it was like you totally forgot about me and ab jab woh chali gayi then you remember me. You are the one who brought me here mai khud nahi aayi thi. Par tumne kya kiya?"

When she finished she was a mess, her make up was destroyed by her tears. She looked at him whose eyes showed nothing but guilt.

"Sara I.."

"No Shubman you wanted to know what's your mistake I told you. Now please go away I am really tired and I need sleep."

"I am going now but I will come back. I promise I will make everything better between us and I am sorry."

He said dropping a kiss on her forehead and then covering her properly with the blanket he went away closing the door.
