Crossover

A patron of mine, the lovely Julia, requested I do a crossover between Freeze Frame, Mind Boggled, and Feral. Many people have been asking for this so I decided it was time! This was originally an early access on Patreon, but it was too long not to post here for all of you who've also wanted it.

Now, this is less of a one shot and more of a short book mashed into one part. It comes out to over 50,000 words 💀 so buckle up and get comfortable. For reference, that's about 16 chapters, all compiled into a massive single part. Good luck, soldiers.  Not even kidding. Shit got outta hand real fast.

IF YOU HAVE NOT READ FREEZE FRAME, MIND BOGGLED, AND FERAL THIS WILL NOT MAKE SENSE!!!!! You WILL be confused!

Third person pov

Quirks were fickle, powerful things. Their occurrence couldn't be explained by science alone. They seemingly materialized one day out of nowhere, developing in individuals across the globe. The commonality of these abilities spread across the many nations of the world and changed life as they all knew it. Societies struggled to adjust to this sudden change, as it brought many problems with it. Though life finally seemed to have settled into this new normal, there were still plenty of things they were unaware of. Anomalies that simply couldn't be identified or described in any manner that made sense.

It was by mere coincidence alone that three individuals from three different universes would be directly impacted by the same quirk. The ability came from seemingly no one and from nowhere in particular, and traversed its way into their lives, interconnecting them and sucking them from their respective universes before they could very much process what was happening. One minute Lillian Aizawa was chatting with her friends, and the next she was falling through a hole that'd appeared from seemingly nowhere. And all she could really think was 'oh, shit.'

Harper Rye had a similar experience. She was trying to tell Kurogiri that she was fine, and that no, she wouldn't be getting kidnapped again. Of course it was her luck that a hole would open up underneath her and swallow her into the floor before anyone could very much react. She wasn't exactly shocked. The last thing she heard was Kurogiri and Sansa shrieking their heads off before she was falling. Harper was truly far, far too tired for this at the moment. Kidnapped? Again? She wondered if this shit ever ended at this point.

The last individual to be punted into the force of this odd quirk was Kittrick Suzuko. Lacking any shoes, he found himself wondering what the fuck he'd managed to do this time, and how the hell he was supposed to reverse it. Tenya's shocked face was the last thing he'd seen before he was dropping. Pretty fucking hilarious, but also kind of concerning at the same time. He had other things to worry about. Like how he was going to land. Yes, he had plenty of skills despite being quirkless. Landing safely after falling a couple dozen feet wasn't one of those.

"God, was it something I ate?" Lillian murmured to herself as she fell. Her hair whipped around her, smacking at her face and making her wish she'd let Katsuki braid it before now. Had she known she'd be in this situation, she'd have let him without a hint of hesitation. You won some, you lost some. She felt too panicked to freak out right now. This had come out of the left field so strongly that she didn't even have it in herself to cry or freak out. Just go over the events of the day in an attempt to find out what in god's name had caused this mess.

Harper crossed her arms over her chest tightly as her trench coat flapped, wondering if this was how Stain felt when Kurogiri had him falling through those portals. The girl didn't know. She just wanted it to end. It was painfully quiet here. The silence was too much, and at this rate, her headache was going to morph its way into a migraine. Not what she'd wanted today, really. Today had started off so well too. No fucks to give and no real bullshit to deal with. Aside from Kurogiri's daily panic attack, which always took place between the hours of two and three in the afternoon, Harper had finally gotten what one could call a 'slow' day. Or so she'd thought.

Despite the silence, Harper thought maybe she could hear... something. She didn't know what that something was. Someone else falling, maybe? The thoughts were frantic and getting steadily faster. Definitely panic. But from where? It didn't seem to come from any direction in particular, even though it was quite obviously getting closer. She and this other person were falling towards the same place. In fact... was there a second person too? God, Harper was too tired to deal with this shit. Either they were the one's who'd taken her, or she wasn't the only one getting nabbed here.

"Is that a light?" Kit muttered to himself, squinting down at the light steadily growing closer below him. Was he literally falling into the depths of hell? Had he actually dropped dead? Tenya had to be flipping his proverbial shit right about now. The mental image was funny, but Kit couldn't help but be relatively concerned with how he'd land. He looked up, squinting as wind rushed past him. The light closed in, his shoulder collided with someone else's surprisingly enough, and soon--

There was a big boom as they all crashed into a fumbled heap on the ground. The three teens had cracked the hardwood and sent themselves right through the floor. Somehow, it didn't hurt. The crash had been hard. Hard enough that they probably all should've been dead, or at least severely mangled. That wasn't the case. Lillian, strewn across Harper and Kit, was able to pop up like a jack in the box. Her eyes were terribly wide as she stared down at Harper Rye and Kittrick Suzuko, who stared back at her bug-eyed.

"What the fuck?" Kit spoke out, sitting up slightly. Harper stayed laying there, simply averting her gaze to the ceiling and taking a deep breath. She didn't want to know who these strangers were. "Who the- were you falling too?"

Lillian felt her cheeks go red with embarrassment despite the fact that they were all stuck in this situation together. Who were these people? The freckled teen racked her brain in search of a name to match these faces, but she'd genuinely never seen these people before. Not in her entire time at UA. That had to mean they weren't students, right? Lillian was usually pretty aware of the people around her. Or maybe she wasn't, and this was proof. She didn't know! All she knew was that she was now officially freaking out. It was all hitting her! "I just fell through a giant hole. And then dropped like, a mile. And now there are two strangers here and I have no idea where I am or if they're good! What if I die? Are they going to shoot me? They seemed like they're going to shoot me."

"Nobody is shooting anyone." Harper groaned. Lillian jumped, eyes going horribly wide. Kit gave the brunette an odd look. The girl ignored it, sitting up. She looked genuinely pained and like she'd have rather stayed laying on the ground. "Yes, we all fell. I didn't cause it, and I don't think either of you did either. So let's just calm down. It's not like we're hurt."

"Me feelings are after that little comment." Kit rubbed his shirt right where his heart would be. Harper gave him a withering glare. He rose his hands in surrender, grinning. "Alright, alright. I'm Kittrick Suzuko. Kit, if you'd please. I wasn't doing shit when I fell, so it had to come from one of you."

Kit sized the two girls up. The brunette one looked absolutely fucking beat. Like she could sleep a year. Sis really needed to get some rest. She looked like she didn't want to be here, but was taking it all in stride and honestly didn't have any shits left to hand out. The other one-- the one with the freckles and blue eyes-- was panicking. Anxiety disorder. He felt himself soften slightly at the panicked look in his eyes. He doubted she knew what was going on either, then. Or she did and that's why she was freaking out.

"I'm Harper Rye." Harper nodded. She adjusted her trench coat, looking irritated. "Just Harper is fine. I wasn't doing anything either."

"I-I'm Lillian Aizawa." Lillian squeaked out on reflex, blinking. She had to calm down. Things would be fine. This would be fine! There was nothing to be all that worried about, right? Right. Definitely. Without a doubt, things would be fine. Absolutely, one-hundred percent fine. She just had to calm down. Freaking out wouldn't do anything at the moment. She just needed to 'buck the fuck up and sit on her anxiety', as Katsuki had told her in a very passionate tone just days ago. She took a deep breath. "I-I wasn't doing anything either. Just talking to friends..."

Lillian trailed off when she realized the looks she was getting. Kit and Harper were staring at her like she'd just said she was from another planet.

"Tell me you didn't just say Aizawa." Harper sighed. Lillian's lips pressed together into a thin line, answering her question. The brunette took in a deep breath, letting herself slowly lean back so that she was laying down again. Kit was still trying to figure out whether or not Lillian was bullshitting him or not. She sort of looked like Iida's sensei, but it was hard to tell. Harper brought her hands up to cover her face as Lillian's thoughts circled, confirming her thoughts to be true, but also noting some things that didn't make any sense. The brunette groaned. "One day. I just wanted one day."

Kit didn't know what the fuck this chick was talking about, but he patted her shoulder anyway. Harper had never wanted to kill someone more. Honest.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Lillian was beyond confused. Harper had announced that she was a member of UA's class 1-A. And Lillian had then responded with the same thing. To which Kit had responded with a scoff and told them that no, they weren't, because he'd have recognized them for sure. They hadn't argued after that. They just stared at one another, trying to figure one another out. Lillian was slowly convincing herself that she'd just passed out and this was some tripped out dream. One that was taking place in an abandoned house, it seemed.
"So let me get this straight here." Harper had taken lead quite naturally. Lillian was too confused to complain. The girl had explained her quirk and proved it to them to be real. Kit had nodded along and decided that letting the chick with the mind reading quirk take the wheel was probably best anyway. She seemed the most chill about this entire situation. Kit felt terribly on edge, and Lillian looked ready to fall into a fit of tears. Harper sighed, straightening out her thoughts. "You're dating Iida, who attends UA. My Iida is depressed, and Lillian's has a crush on Ochako. Your Aizawa is a stickler, mine is horribly happy, and yours is your dad. You have no traitor, mine was Sero, and yours was Izuku. Your Kurogiri is an informant, mine is a child, and yours is simply a League member. My Bakugo is gay, yours is your cousin, and yours is your best friend. Same people, but all different."
"Mine's gay too." Kit nodded. He glanced at Lillian. "And your Chad's awake? Fucking insane, bro. And I guess you don't have one."
Harper shook her head. Based on how Lillian had described him, she was glad he didn't exist. Nomu tamer who knew how to shoot every weapon known to man and carried around twenty-four knives on his person at any given time? Her hands were full enough, thank you.
"Th-This doesn't make any sense." Lillian sniffled as she processed Harper's listed off the facts. They'd all tried to sit down and take turns giving their stories. Harper had been the one to ask all the questions, her eyes darting between them like she was just waiting for one of them to lunge or slip up. Kit had asked what they meant by traitor, and Harper's brows had shot up when Lillian said that Izuku was theirs. Nobody had any clue what was going on or how they'd gotten here, but it was becoming increasingly obvious that they were all from different realities that had similar people with extreme differences. "I'm going to kermit if this doesn't work itself out soon."
"Damn right it doesn't!" Kit was sort of freaking out. Tenya depressed? In love with Ochako Uraraka? They obviously weren't from whatever world he was living in. They were just as confused as he was, though, and certainly not lying. Harper looked like she had a headache the size of Texas, and Lillian was slowly submerging herself into catatonic shock. Kit had to nudge her every so often to get her to phase back into existence. She was witty and he could tell she was a badass just from her vibe alone, but she was obviously not taking this shit well. "Can't blame her. I'm not either. Does this mean I have a traitor in my reality and don't know it? Because if so, that fucker's head is going to roll as soon as I figure out who they are. Little slime ball."
"Alright. So that concludes it. We're all from different realities." Harper shrugged as though that were all there was to it. Which yeah, sure, that really was. But they couldn't just leave it at that! Different realities?! How had they gotten to here, then? And where was here? Could they get back to their alternate worlds? Lillian had things to do, and she was sure Kit and Harper did too. She just-- god, deep breathes. They were all in the same boat. Surely they'd all work together on this and not strand one another. Kit seemed nice. Brash just like Katsuki, but kind. Harper seemed to care too despite her tired disposition.
"Good work, Inspector Gadget. Couldn't have guessed that one." Kit's sarcasm made Harper snort. Lillian groaned, bringing her hands up to massage her eyes before they could tear up. She wanted to go home. "Alright, so what reality are we in? One of ours, or a separate one that none of us know?"
It was a great question. Harper had no idea, honestly. She wasn't sure she really wanted to find out. Looking at Kit and Lillian, she knew she'd have to. They needed her help as much as she needed theirs. They were somewhere unknown, and their only common ground was one another. They were strangers, yeah, but they were in the same predicament at the moment. They were all connected through this quirk that had sent them here. Why it had sent them all to the same place at the same time remained to be seen, Harper guessed.
"W-We should go to UA, then." Lillian shook her head slightly, sniffing. "That'll tell us what world we're in real fast. Maybe we can also get help there. If we tell them what's going on, they can get Tsukauchi to verify. O-Or I can just make my eyes glow. Or they can test Kit's DNA against Katsuki's. Or mine against dad's. Or Harper can prove her quirk and convince them. That seems like something she balls at."
"Solid idea. This is probably that rat's fault anyway." Harper grumbled in agreement. Her body protested as she forced herself to stand, and she wobbled. Lillian jumped up to aid her, eyes concerned and thoughts frantic. Harper let out a breath of air, steadying herself and giving a nod of appreciation. At least she wasn't stuck with a pair of idiots. These two seemed fairly solid, and their thoughts weren't all that annoying. Not like Kurogiri's or Aizawa's anyway. She could work with this-- with them. They'd get to the bottom of this.
Kit sized up whatever house they were in. It was empty and quite clearly hadn't been inhabited in years. That being said, it had to have something to do with why they were sent here. Why else would they have landed right smack in the middle of some random home? Assuming their drop hadn't been randomized. Surely it couldn't have been. They would've been scattered in different areas, wouldn't they have? They'd all been funneled here to this exact spot. Kit made a mental note to commit the address to memory once they were outside. He had a sneaking suspicion they'd be back to this shithole.
Lillian took a few deep breaths and glanced between Kit and Harper. It was odd. They were all from variations of the same universe, but all from different points. Lillian was already in the dorms waiting to undergo the licensing exam, Harper was about to leave for the summer camp, and for Kit, things at UA had just started. It was like a gradual climb, each of them going a step up. What did this mean for them? For Harper, and for Kit? Harper's brows when she'd said Izuku was their traitor had climbed up onto her forehead, and neither had known what Kamino was. Hell, Kit's face when she said the word 'traitor' had been photo worth. The freckled girl wondered if she should give them a heads up. Some things were better left unsaid, but in this case? Well, Lillian really didn't know.
"So UA. That's the plan, right?" Kit checked as Harper dug a bottle of Advil out of one of her jacket's pockets. Interdimensional Ibuprofen. Fucking killer. This chicken truly looked ready to drop dead. Lillian was lightly patting her back, her eyes darting about the house they were in with obvious concern on her face. Like something was occurring to her.
"A-Assuming we're in Japan." Lillian piped up, drawing the attention back to her. She continued to take in the architecture. "There are a lot of western-style homes in Japan. Especially these days. But this... this is an older type that I rarely ever see. I don't really feel all that welcomed at Chilis, today."
Harper felt herself pale. Ignoring the Chili's comment, she too took the chance to look around as she swallowed the pair of pills she'd just popped. Hopefully those would stave off her headache, which was steadily increasing. Looking closer at the construction of the room they'd just crashed into, Lillian was right. Painfully so. This did not look like a house in Japan. They could easily be in the US or UK. Germany, maybe, or Scotland. There were numerous possibilities that the girl really didn't want to consider.
"Fuck." Harper sighed. Kit scoffed.
"Well, no use standing around and getting fucking upset about it. Let's go the hell outside and find out." Kit jerked his head towards what looked like the front door. Harper sighed again, and Lillian had no reaction to the cursing. Kit eyed her. He guessed if she was best friends with his cousin-- how could anyone tolerate that brat?-- then it made sense that she'd be desensitized to cursing. Or maybe she just didn't care. "Fucking hell. This is probably just some fever dream. I'm going to wake up in the hospital after having been mugged and get my ass beat by Tenya."
Harper snorted as she opened the door. She wished this were just some fever dream. That would make things so much easier, wouldn't it? At least they were relatively well versed. Kit was quirkless, but could apparently 'beat a bastard within an inch of their life if he wanted'. Lillian could freeze things in their tracks, stopping them in and time and making them weightless enough to either carry around or throw. That meant they had offense, defense, and then her. She wasn't sure where she landed, but she had a mental quirk that would keep them from being lied to.
Stepping outside made Lillian realize just how dusty it'd been inside the house they'd crashed through. That first breath of fresh air was like being reborn. Even Harper seemed to relax slightly, taking a moment to shut her eyes and calm down. Kit just turned around to take in the house, his eyes searching it for some sort of number. It was big and rickety. It was honestly a miracle it hadn't collapsed in on them when they landed. The thing looked like a strong gust of wind would be enough to send it tumbling. The boy shook his head, turning away. He'd try later to figure this out. Until then, they needed to get to UA.
"This is Japan." Lillian sagged with relief when her eyes finally found the street sign. They were pretty far from the corner, but her quirk gave her better eyesight than most. Harper squinted, shrugging and nodding. She couldn't tell, but she took Lillian's word for it. At least they weren't anywhere foreign. They'd be royally fucked then. "I don't know where we are, though. I...I don't recognize anything."
Kit turned away from the house, coming up to stand between the pair of girls. He too squinted at the street sign, not quite able to make it out from here. He'd make note on their way out. Looking up and down the street, it was obvious it wasn't entirely residential. There were a few rundown shops here and there that indicated they were in a lesser part of whatever town they'd happened to plop down in. Harper and Lillian never ventured into areas like this. Or they didn't often, anyway. Kit was different. He practically lived on streets like this, memorizing alleyways. And this road in particular actually looked pretty familiar.
"We should get moving. The sooner we can get to UA, the  better." Harper claimed tiredly. Lillian nodded in agreement. Nothing against Harper or Kit-- they seemed great!-- she just didn't want to be here. She wanted to go home and hug her dad and huddle up with her friends. Take a nap. Try to straighten Katsuki's hair only for it to poof up. Have Kaminari power up various things for shits and giggles. Perhaps watch Shoto breakdance to the Baby Shark song for the millionth time. This situation was shit, and anyone could easily admit that. Getting home was priority, and they could help each other out to achieve that common goal.
So, they picked a direction and started walking. They actually didn't have to go all that far. Kit caught sight of the street sign, and recognition lit up in his eyes. He grabbed one of Harper's hands, and one of Lillian's with his other. The two girls shared a look before he dragged them off and through and alley to their right. Entirely suspicious, but Harper didn't sense he was trying to kill them or anything. Lillian saw that Harper wasn't freaking out and just shrugged. What more did she really have to lose. Her will to live had shriveled up and out of existence a long time ago, and she'd had enough near-death experiences to really just not give a fuck anymore. Harper actually gave her a moderately concerned look as the freckled girl dwelled on it.
Kit wove through the alleyways like they were his home. Harper didn't even attempt to understand the jibber-jabber going on in his brain. Apparently the alleyways had names. Really fucking dumb ones that told her that Kit had probably been the one to give the titles. If it helped him figure out where they were going, Harper didn't care. Lillian didn't seem to either, seeming almost dejected as she was led along. The girl seemed very resigned, and Harper couldn't stop herself from snorting a bit. She liked these two, the brunette decided. They weren't idiots and they weren't obnoxious. That a rare combination. Most people were either one or the other.
Kit did in fact know where they were going. He pulled his two new friends along, forcing himself to remember where the fuck he was going He hadn't been over in this area for a while now. Tenya was sort of a stickler about him going into dark alleys. Turns out, his boyfriend didn't want him getting shanked in the back! Who woulda thought. That was besides the point. If he wasn't wrong and leading them to nowhere, then that meant they were close. Like, really close. Which would be optimal because he didn't want to spent half his fucking lifespan walking. He didn't have his wallet, and Lillian didn't seem like she had hers. The only one who might was Harper, who had more pockets than an illegal watch seller.
They popped out on to the side of a rather busy street. Lillian blinked in recognition, her gaze immediately drawn up and to the right. Sitting atop its usual hill, in all its glory, was UA high school. Harper let out a yawn, taking it in with relief stirring up in her. They weren't across the country or something. They'd landed in UA's backyard, which was fair enough. They'd all been pretty close to the building when they vanished. Lillian was in her apparent dorms, Harper was five to ten minutes away at Tsukauchi's apartment, and Kit was... well, he was the furthest, but a twenty minute drive wasn't the worst. That didn't matter now. They were here and that was the point.
"H-Huh. That's convenient." Lillian decided. "We're at the Pizza Hut. We're at the Taco Bell. We're at the combination Pizza Hut and Taco Bell."
"I hope you ladies don't mind a bit of a hike." Kit grinned. The school was in sight, but only because if was on top of a massive hill they were going to be forced to trek up. "We're going to get to the bottom of this shit. Mark my words."
Harper sighed. And with that, they started walking.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

UA High looked just as it usually did. Tall, gated, and vaguely intimidating if you weren't use to its sheer size. Lillian looked to Harper and Kit. They looked back, all of them clearly trying to decide what to do now that they were actually here. Did they just go up to the gate and ask to come? Surely they wouldn't buy that. There was still the possibility that this was one of their dimensions and they really could just waltz in. Barring Kit's, of course. He'd claimed boldly that he wasn't a student and 'fuck the law'. Then it was Harper's turn, and she talked about how she lived with Detective Tsukauchi and worked closely with the police force. There had been an awkward few seconds of silence before Lillian finally broke the tension by blurting out something about a mafia.

Their lives were so vastly different, yet their universes bore such stark similarities. Lillian had never considered the chance of other dimensions existing. It's not that she hadn't believed they did before now, it just wasn't something you thought about. Why concern yourself with something that wasn't ever going to effect you? Lillian sure wished she'd listened to Chad's weird, oddly-intelligent rambles about the legitimacy of interdimensional mingling on an astral level. His tangents never made much sense, but Lillian was starting to see that there was always a point to them. Even if you didn't think there'd be at the time.

"This is ass." Harper said definitively in lieu of giving out any ideas. Kit nodded with firm agreement to her statement, frowning. This was out of his ballpark. He was going to leave the whole UA business to the two present students that attended such school. They wanted to go right through the front door. If they decided they wanted to slip in stealth style, they could harass him then.

He wondered how Tenya was. He had to be freaking out by now, right? Izuku too, he was sure. Mitsuki, Masaru, his shit ass cousin. Hawks, Dabi, and Tensei were probably a little worried. He liked to think they were looking for his sorry ass, but it would honestly be better if they weren't. It's not like they were going to find him. Well, unless this was actually his dimension and he was just tripping fucking balls. He highly doubted it. Why would a quirk go to the trouble of sucking him up just to drop him right back in his own dimension? Lillian and Harper came from different places, so it was safe to assume he had too.

"Y-Yeah. Should... Sh-Should we just say we want to see Nezu?" Lillian bit the inside of her cheek. Harper pressed her lips together in thought. The freckled girl continued, "We... We could state a piece of information we aren't supposed to know. Th-That would get his attention, right? Then maybe he'd be willing to h-hear us out and believe us."

It was a solid idea. Nezu was a creature who thrived on information. He loved anything out of the ordinary. If they could snag his interest then there was little doubt that he'd dare to turn them away. They were anomalies. Even if he didn't buy their information, there were other things they could use. Harper's mind reading was what had caught his gaze in her dimension. Lillian could demand a DNA test from Aizawa, and Kit from Bakugo, if the two teens were willing to offer that kind of thing up. Harper shoved her gloved hands into the pockets of her trench coat, letting out a controlled breath of air. She was too tired for this. They should've stopped for coffee on the way here.

"What if some shit's different and we say something that's wrong? Won't this rat guy just turn us away?" Kit rose an eyebrow. Harper frowned. Point taken. "If all our dimensions are different, then there's bound to be some shit here that doesn't line up either. Who the fuck knows what's going on, honestly."

"Then we'll just say something that's a similarity in all three of ours. If it's the same for all of us, there's a good chance it exists here too." Harper shrugged. Lillian glanced down.

If this was her dimension, it wouldn't hurt. But it was always an awkward sort of thing to do in front of people who didn't know. Kit didn't know her dad, but Harper did. Apparently he was happy-go-lucky and full of sunshine. Lillian knew her dad wasn't like that. She'd have seen a glimpse of it by now, living with him and all. The girl couldn't imagine a cheerful version of her dad, mental or not. It just didn't fit his way of thinking all that well. The differences were so... so weird. Her Izuku being good, her Katsuki being hyper gay, her Endeavor being a furry-- well, Lillian guessed hers could be too. She'd pretend he wasn't for her own peace of mind.

"I-I know something that could work." The girl admitted hesitantly. Kit and Harper turned to her expectantly, brows up and eyes questioning. Lillian scuffed her shoe against the ground, focusing her quirk into her eyes. Only she didn't blink. Instead, she let her eyes begin to glow and her hair begin to float upwards. Kit stared at her blankly, clearly having no fucking idea what this had to do with anything. Harper, however, was staring at her like she was seeing her in a whole new light. Yeah, Lillian had claimed to be Mr. Aizawa's kid, but this shit was just uncanny as hell.

Beyond the gate, there was a small clatter. The three turned to see Mic standing there, having dropped his walkie-talkie. He was clearly on guard duty at the moment, meaning it was probably one of his off periods. Lillian cleared her throat awkwardly, her hair dropping and her eyes losing their glow. The freckled girl blinked a few times to try and dispel the sting as Mic gawked. She supposed it was safe enough to assume this wasn't her dimension then, right?

"Perfect." Harper said in a dry tone, deciding it was best to just go with it. She stepped forward slightly as Mic opened and closed his mouth, looking more than a little lost as he stared at Lillian. The girl was awkwardly rubbing the back of her neck, her gaze averted. Kit patted her almost morosely on the shoulder despite the fact that he had no idea just what in hot hell was happening. Harper tried to keep the yawn out of her voice. "We need to speak to Nezu."

Mic shakily reached down to pick up the device he'd dropped, his eyes never leaving Lillian. The girl gave a weak smile. It was odd to think this Mic wasn't hers. They looked exactly the same. They had the same 'holy shit' face too. Lillian had a feeling this whole experience was about to get a lot more trippy, and a lot more complicated. For her and Harper at least. Kit actually looked kind of amused. Lillian was glad at least one of them was enjoying this.

The blonde voice hero swallowed. Harper waited patiently as the man's grip tightened on his means of communication, his eyes darting between Harper, Lillian, and Kit. He looked like he was starting to sweat, his brain trying to wrap around what he'd just seen Lillian do. The longer he looked at her, the more clear her resemblance to Shota Aizawa came. Harper glanced back at Lillian, who shrugged weakly. Mic pressed the button on the side of his walkie.

"I-I, uh-- Present Mic here, front gate. I... I uh... I've got three kids at the uh... the... gate. I'm going to escort them in to see Principal Nezu. C-Can you send someone out to take my place? Over." Mic asked, blinking a few times as his train of thought struggled to push forwards. He was still staring at Lillian, who was now smiling awkwardly at him. Kit looked like he was trying not to laugh, his arms crossed oddly in a way that made his shoulders hunch. Harper sighed, pulling on the lapels of her coat to try and straighten it out.

"Bring them in, bring them in!" Nezu's voice startled Mic enough that he jumped. He looked at the walkie talkie like he was confused. Harper rolled her eyes. That rat must've been watching and listening this entire time and had tuned into Mic's frequency. The voice-hero blinked. "Snipe will be out right quick! Now come along, escort them in."

Mic moved to go open the gate, but it did so on its own. The man cleared his throat awkwardly, stepping to the side so they all three could come in. Harper glanced back at the three before deciding to go first. Kit had locked arms with Lillian, who looked sort of like maybe she was slipping into a panic. Her thoughts correlated with that: "You know what? I could die right now, and I'd be relieved. What the actual fuck is this? How did I even get here? This is all sorts of messed up! How are we supposed to get back if we don't even know what caused this?! I have things to do! Shoto is going to eat my leftover chicken alfredo if I don't eat it in the next two days!"

Mic sort of led them, but more walked alongside them as Harper bee-lined for the front of the school. The voice-hero was a bit preoccupied with staring at Lillian. There were a million questions in his eyes. Lillian just let Kit drag her along instead of even attempting to say anything. What could she claim? 'Oh, hey, I'm your long-time best friends long lost daughter from another dimension and I just so happened to crash in some abandoned building with two strangers a mile or two away. Just dropped in to say hi'. Like, what the fuck? No, really. Honest to god.

UA was massive on the inside. Kit observed as Harper strode right for Nezu's office. Mic seemed to notice that she knew where she was going and looked even more confused. he'd opened his trap to say something a few times, but no noise had come out. He was still shocked speechless. Kit just bounced after Harper, leading a semi-catatonic Lillian with him. He wanted to get to the bottom of this just as badly as Harper and Lillian did, sure, but it was still sort of amusing to watch everything fall apart around them. Fucking hilarious, actually. He wouldn't tell them that though. They might try to knee him in the balls.

Harper didn't want to be here. UA was just as loud as always. Coming in, it didn't seem like anything was different. Even Mic's thoughts held the same tone. It was him, not seeming at all different than hers. The only thing that stuck out to her was the lack of a ring on his finger. He never went anywhere without it on. He'd force it over his gloves, wearing it proudly. He loved being married to Aizawa, and it wasn't something he'd ever hide. That made it obvious to her that, here, no one had told him to marry Aizawa the way she had. That meant it was either Kit's dimension or none of theirs at all. Harper was pretty sure it was the latter.

"So... What brings you kiddos to UA?" Mic asked after another moment of walking. Why was this fucking school so big? Harper was already tired from the walk to the building, but the walk to Nezu's office was looking like it may be longer than that at this rate. At least they hadn't come in during a passing period. Maneuvering that would've surely been hellish. "God, I can't believe this. This girl looks just like Shota! A-And she used his quirk! Or something that looked just like it. Where did she come from? Who are her friends, and why's one in a trench coat? She seemed to know just where Nezu's office is! I've never seen her before, though!"

Harper ignored the thoughts, striding the last few steps to Nezu's office door and throwing it open without so much as a knock. Mic let out a surprised but strangled sort of noise that resembled the sound a deflating balloon might make. Lillian ducked her head as they passed, elbowing Kit slightly when the boy grinned at the pro hero and flipped him off. Mic watched them go by, blinking incredulously the whole while. This situation was obviously just as weird to him as it was to the three of them.

Kit found this whole thing hilarious. He'd been kinda suspicious beforehand. UA had resources, but were they the resources they needed? Whilst Lillian and Harper were resourced from said hero school in question, he'd always gotten his information from different facets. Like random thugs and criminals he cornered in alleys and fucked up because they looked at him wrong. That was his peanut-fucking-butter and jelly. Now that they were actually here, he could see why they'd chosen this path rather than trying to figure this shit out by themselves. They could get a lot of help here with Harper's attitude and Lillian's obvious sway due to her quirk. It was fucking awesome.

Nezu was sitting at his desk like a smug bastard when they tromped in, sipping at his tea and smiling pleasantly. There was an excited gleam in his eye that told Harper he had no fucking clue what was happening, but that he wanted to more than anything else in the world at the moment. Seeing Lillian's hair fly up like that on the cameras had to have surprised him. If they assumed the freckled teen didn't exist in this universe, it was safe to assume Nezu hadn't had the slightest inkling she existed. He would have no reason to when she literally wasn't present in this world. Her presence wasn't a thing. None of theirs were. That had to freak him out a little.

"Goodness me! Who are these little humans, I wonder? One must be related to Eraserhead! But how? A daughter? A sibling? Cousin? They look so similar! Their quirks-- my word, I wonder if he knows. What am I saying? Of course he doesn't. If he did, I would too!" Nezu's thoughts were going a mile a minute. Harper felt her head pound. Behind her, Mic awkwardly backed out of the room and shut the door. Lillian and Kit shared a concerned look. "And these two. Trench coat, button up shirt, tie, gloves, ironed out pants, the boots-- her outfit is a mirror image of Tsukauchi Naomasa's! Quite stunning, really. Are they related too? And the little short boy there... well, there's nothing notable about him. Though his eyes are a unique color. Very familiar..."

Harper didn't have the patience for this. Not even a little bit. She was tired. She could even say she was a little scared. Lillian and Kit were nervous too! They all wanted to get out of here, and none of them had time to answer a million question just because Nezu had shit he wanted to know. If this worked out, they'd be gone soon anyway, and most of what he'd learned would be fairly pointless! Nezu was, unfortunately, the only resource her ass had right now. Did she like that? Hell no! Was she going to work with it and use it to her advantage as best she could? You fucking bet.

"Can you shut the hell up for a second?" Harper griped at him, bringing a hand up to her forehead. God, was he always this obnoxious, or was this universe's just worse than hers? Harper hadn't thought that possible to be honest. "I know I look like Tsukauchi. Shut the fuck up and let me explain. I don't want to be here. I don't want to talk to you. I don't even want to see your little rat face, okay? But there's some shit the three of us have got caught in, and you're unfortunately the only one we can turn to. So sit down, sip your tea, and wait your fucking turn."

Lillian winced and muttered something that sounded like 'ouch' and Kit burst out laughing. Nezu stood up in his chair, his beady eyes widening and his paws slamming down on his desk so hard that his tea tipped over. Harper groaned loudly, throwing her head back. Ignored. Of course she was being ignored. This was Nezu they were talking about.

"A mind reader?!" He all but screamed at her. Lillian brought a hand up to try and muffle the laugh that tried to squeak out of her. Kit wasn't even trying to hide it. He'd previously been the one leading Lillian around, but now the freckled girl was the one holding him up as his lungs collapsed in on themselves. Something about seeing a small, talking rat-man scream and practically throw his tea was sending him into fucking orbit. This situation was just so damn ludicrous that he couldn't help himself!

"Yes." Harper sighed, taking a deep breath. She needed to calm down. Killing people was illegal. But if Nezu was a rat.... No, no, they needed him. She bopped her head back forward, trying to keep from looking too annoyed. "Now, put a sock in it. I've got some shit to say."

~~~~~~~~~~~~
Nezu was enjoying this too much. Way, way, waaay too much. Kit had plopped down in the seat in front of Nezu's desk in the middle of Harper's to-the-point, yet somehow still long, explanation. Lillian had scrambled to drag the two seats by the door up for her and Harper. The brunette paused briefly to thank her before collapsing back into the chair and continuing on with her tale. Nezu was enraptured, eyes darting between the three of them as Harper introduced them. Lillian Aizawa-- daughter of Shota Aizawa and possessor of an incredibly powerful quirk. Kittrick Suzuko-- fucking rich, influential, and gay as hell. And of course, herself-- Harper Rye, Mind Reader and assistant to the police force.
There wasn't much to the story of how they got here itself. It was more their backgrounds and the differences they'd noted that really ate up the time. They'd all been going about their business before they suddenly fell through the floor and ended up here in Musutafu, stranded in the empty living room of an abandoned home. They'd gotten acquainted and decided sticking together was best seeing as they were all in the same situation. A short walk outside told them where they were, and then they'd ended up at UA.
But then there was the issue of the dimensions and their differences. Nezu had almost immediately asked who the traitor was. Kit had shrugged. Lillian has hesitantly said Izuku Midoriya, and Harper had said Hanta Sero. Nezu had seemed both disappointed and excited by this variation, looking between the two girls. Lillian had glanced at Harper for help, but the girl just sent her an apologetic look. Nezu was impossible to deal with even on his best days.
"I see, I see!" Nezu chimed. Where had he gotten a fresh cup of tea? And when had he even cleaned the other one up? Lillian had absolutely no idea. Harper didn't either, but she also knew better than to question it. "This is entirely interesting. What should I do with these three, I wonder. I could place them in 1-A. Two of them are students... Though the vulgar little one doesn't appear to attend here. It's no matter. What sort of example would I be setting if I turned them away now? Especially when they've come to me for aid!"
Harper felt her heart sink into the pit of her stomach, dread overcoming her. She wanted him to send them back, not put them in fucking class. She couldn't even begin to imagine how horribly that would go. It was a migraine waiting to happen. One she really, truly, absolutely did not want to deal with today. As though falling through the floor for the millionth time in her entire fucking life wasn't enough, now he wanted to plunge the three of them into a social situation in which they'd be asked a million questions? No!
"Great. Glad your eyes are working." Kit drawled out in response to Nezu's exclamation. He'd grabbed a pencil off the principal's desk and was spinning it between two fingers, looking bored. He could sure go for some boba right now. Speaking of boba, where were his shoes? Not that the two were particularly related. "So do you know how to send us back? Or do you just want us to sit here like a bunch of idiots and wait for something to happen?"
Lillian glanced between Kit, Harper, and Nezu. Her two new companions were bold and not afraid to speak up like she was. Lillian wasn't sure whether or not she was envious to be honest. On one hand, Nezu could destroy them in three seconds flat using brain-power alone. On the other, they were doing a great job at progressing this situation. All she could really get herself to do was sit there and fidget whilst trying not to cry. It wasn't a good day, alright? She just... She wanted to go home. Maybe take a nap with her thousands of fuzzy blankets. None of this... this weird dimensional drama.
"Well, Mr. Suzuko, I'm glad you asked." Nezu clapped his paws together softly. Harper groaned for the twelfth time in the last thirty minutes, her head once again throwing itself back. She needed more Advil. More sleep. Some coffee. Nezu's fragrant tea was giving her a headache. An absolute fucking migraine. Was it really too much to ask for a break? Did she not deserve it after all the bullshit she'd gone through? Apparently not. Nezu continued, happy as ever. "I'm afraid I'll need time to look into the matter of you being transported here! In the meantime, I believe it's best you continue your education in a controlled and protected environment. For all we know, a villain could've brought you all here to single you out! We wouldn't want anything to happen. You can stay here on campus whilst this is all sorted out!"
Harper wanted to flip Nezu's desk over and drop kick him through the window to their left, but she refrained because he, for once in his pathetic little life, had somewhat of a point. A villain certainly could've been the one to send them here. The chances of that being the case were actually incredibly high, at least on her own end and Lillian's. It wasn't a possibility she took great joy in dwelling on, but it was a probable one. That only made this even more complicated. What absolute ass.
"Y-You want us to go t-to class... here?" Lillian questioned, brows raising slightly and nerves spiking. Was he crazy? In what world was that a good idea? Who cared about education when they were literally in another dimension! Things were bound to be different here. What would her dad say if his nonexistent child came in and took a seat at his lecture, huh? What would they do, lie to him and tell him she was just a transfer? Mr. Mic had seen her hair float and her eyes glow. Well, maybe that meant they were fucked either way. Still! He was going to make her do schoolwork whilst in the middle of an actual, literal crisis? "Why is Nezu such a dick here?! I-I swear ours is nicer! Not that I talk to him much, but this one seems more radical. Not nearly as calm."
Harper sighed. Lillian had a calmer Nezu? Count her in. Maybe she wouldn't be in the middle of a crisis every four seconds. When in doubt, blame Nezu. That was her life motto. She was actually debating getting it tattooed on her body. Maybe Kirishima would get a matching one if she asked. Speaking of Kirishima, what was the one here like? Would he become immediately obsessed with her on sight, or would he be relatively normal? Harper didn't really want to find out. Based on Nezu's smile, she probably wasn't going to have a choice.
"Uh, yeah. That shit's great and all but I don't even go here. Nor do I want to. Quirkless dipshit, remember?" Kit rose a brow. "For a genius, this guy sure is an idiot."
"She doesn't even go here." Lillian whispered to herself. Harper snorted at the reference, but Kit just gave her a side-eye. The freckled teen rose her hands slightly in surrender. "Whoa there Jamal, don't pull out the nine."
"Student or not, you still need to learn, correct? I feel it's best for you all to stay here where you can be supervised whilst this matter is solved! Don't you agree? It's not as though you have anywhere else to go." Nezu hummed, still smiling like the asshole he just so happened to be. "How interesting. This is truly an experience I never thought I'd have the pleasure of witnessing. Interdimensional travel. Of course I've considered it, but to have it happen so spontaneously! Statistically, it was bound to happen, but nonetheless I find myself awed! And perhaps, whilst they're here, they can solve the little traitor issue of this dimension as well..."
Harper took a deep breath, trying to sort through her own thoughts before she even dared tackle the ones of those around her. She went through the facts. She, Lillian, and Kit were stuck here. They had nowhere to go other than here. They needed Nezu's help and the help of the heroes. Honestly, allowing themselves to be put under watch and protection wasn't a bad idea. Integrating them into class wasn't either. They'd have something to do other than sit around at the very least. As much as Harper absolutely hated to admit it, Nezu was... well, he was fucking right. This version of him was definitely better than her own. Not by much, but at least he actually seemed to think about this shit before he just up and said it.
Kit leaned back in his seat, folding his arms over his chest. He slipped the pencil subtly into his waistband in case he needed to stab a bitch later. Izuku and Tenya had very adamantly tried to get him into UA, and he had very adamantly said 'fuck no'. This was a special sort of circumstance, however. He was in unfamiliar territory. When he walked into that classroom, Tenya, Izuku, and even Katsuki weren't going to have a clue who the hell he was. This was... This was different. This was a matter that required heroes and people who actually knew how to do shit.
"....Alright. Fine. Say we say yes and decide to go to class like good little children. What then? What're you going to tell them, Nezu?" Harper leaned forward in her seat, eyes critical and full of judgement. One slip up from this clown and she was out, and she was dragging Lillian and Kit along with her. Harper didn't have time to be messing around. Yeah, this was a serious situation. But she had shit to do in her own dimension and would prefer to get back sooner rather than later.
Nezu smiled at her. He liked this girl. He could tell why his counterpart in her dimension had brought her in, and why he'd bothered to keep her around after she'd caught the traitor. She was smart and didn't mess around. She should've been entirely lost in this situation, but she was managing to continue along as though she knew exactly what she was doing. Harper Rye was calm, cool, and collected. She knew what she wanted for her and for her fellow dimension-hoppers, and she wasn't going to beat around the bush to get it.
"The truth, of course. They're heroes in training. They should be prepared to deal with situations of every type no matter what." Nezu rose his cup of tea and took a sip. "It would be foolish for you to try and hide it. They'd be onto you rather fast and would only become suspicious. Why not avoid all that and be upfront from the beginning? That seems to be how you like to do things, Miss Rye."
Harper couldn't dispute that. It was entirely accurate. She didn't want to deal with critical thoughts trying to pick her apart. Nezu was right. Class 1-A, despite being young, did happen to be heroes in training. This was something that probably wouldn't even bother them that much. Would they be curious about the other dimensions? Probably, yeah. But there wasn't going to be much of a shock factor. Most likely more of a 'Oh, hey. That's kind of cool I guess.' It was... strangely ideal.
"Wh-What about our relatives?" Lillian asked, referring to herself and to Kit. Kit perked up slightly at this, straightening slightly in his seat. "K-Kit will probably be okay. H-He and Katsuki look alike, but... M-Mr. Mic already saw my hair and my eyes. A-And my surname... I could use a fake one, but--"
"It's no matter, dear, it's no matter!" Nezu assured, cutting her off. Harper gave the principal a sharp look as Lillian shrunk back slightly, fiddling with her fingers a bit. Kit reached over and patted her on the back, raising a brow at Nezu. Cutting off anxious teenage girls? Really? What a dickbag. Nezu didn't seem to notice their gazes sharpening in on him. "Shota Aizawa is a very level-headed man. If we explain the situation, he'll be just fine. In fact, he should be on his way now."
Harper's brows furrowed. When had Nezu even ca-- you know what, no. She wasn't going to think about this. There was no telling how the fuck he did literally anything. Honest to God. She was too tired and her head hurt too bad for her to be considering these sorts of possibilities. They just needed to get this shit over with as soon as humanely possible. There was no way to tell just how long they'd be here. It could range from a few hours, to a few days, to even a few weeks depending on whether or not Nezu could pick up on any leads. They'd have to get this integration-into-the-classroom thing over with.
Lillian shook out her hands slightly, taking a deep breath. She didn't know how to feel about this. Going to class just like she had been. Internships had just now ended here, meaning it was before exams and before Kamino Ward. She'd be in a room full of familiar faces that didn't recognize her. Her dad-- who really wasn't her dad here, but sort of was, but also wasn't-- was going to be here. He'd be walking through the door at any second now, not knowing who she was or where she'd come from.
"Alright, fuck it. What do we have to lose, ladies?" Kit clapped his hands together, drawing Harper and Lillian away from their thoughts. They looked at him with dry expressions, seemingly not at all amused. He shrugged at them helplessly, not really knowing what else he could say to that. Could you really blame the guy for trying to relieve some tension? Yes? No? Whatever, it was perfectly fine. They were all in this together. "Look, look. I'm gay. I'm stressed out. I think we all need to calm down."
"What does you being gay have anything to-" Harper was cut off by a sharp knock on the door. Nezu grinned widely, clapping his paws together like an excited child might as the door swung open. The trio of teenagers all whipped around to face Aizawa, half-expecting to see something different. He looked the same as he always did, dressed head to toe in black. Barring his capture scarf, which was draped loosely around his neck. The man appeared tired. He looked... well, just like Lillian and Harper recognized him. Lillian flinched when his dark eyes found her lighter ones.
"You're the girl Mic wouldn't shut up about." Aizawa drawled out. Harper was rather startled to find the man's thoughts were... bland. Literally a mirror of how he talked outwardly. The brunette wasn't too sure how to feel about that. Was it a good thing? He looked and sounded the same, but there was such a vast difference in how he felt. This Aizawa had quiet, cool thoughts. Hers was bubbly, warm, and bursting with joy that bled out of him. "Hm. She doesn't look like much. She does look like me quite a bit, though... is he sure she really used my quirk?"
Lillian shriveled up like a leaf that had been left in the sun too long, averting her gaze. She wanted to cry and hug him, but she had to remind herself that this wasn't her dad. This was just some... other version of him. One she didn't know and who didn't know her. She didn't exist here! Presumably. Going off the assumption that she had never been conceived, it was safe to say that there was no possible way her dad would come to the conclusion that she was his on his own.
"Aizawa. Thank you for joining us. We have much to discuss! Would you like some tea?" Nezu questioned, producing another cup from nowhere. Kit squinted, leaning forward. Where had that come from, and how did he learn how to do that? But with knives. It seemed like a pretty useful skill. "Good word, this is about to get exciting! I wonder how Eraserhead will react. Will he take to his daughter?"
Harper grit her teeth, shaking her head and trying to move past how different this Aizawa was. This wasn't something she needed to get caught on right now. She had to make sure Nezu didn't treat them like some sort of social experiment. She was the mind reader here after all. Keeping tabs on things was sort of her specialty. Lillian and Kit would need her to make sure they weren't being fucking duped or some shit. They couldn't let themselves get too comfortable. This was still another dimension, after all.
Kit eyed Aizawa. He didn't know Tenya's teacher well at all. He'd seen photos of the guy and knew he could erase quirks, but that was as far as that went. Apparently Lillian's glowing eye shit looked a lot like what the guy could do. At least it was based off the reactions of Present Mic and Harper. He didn't fucking know. He was here for a good time, not a long time. He just hoped things weren't falling apart in his dimension. Izuku could surely handle most of it, right? He sure hoped so. If he came back to his shit fucked, there'd be blood shed and heads curb-stomped.
"No thank you." Aizawa said with no trace of amusement, stepping in and closing the door behind him. Lillian tried her absolute best not to inch away in her chair. She clearly didn't do a very good job based on the look Harper was giving her. Lillian couldn't help but lean away just a little bit! What could she say? That he was making her uncomfortable? That she wanted a hug? "What is this about?"
"It's quite the story. I suggest you take a seat." Nezu chirped. Kit scoffed, rolling his eyes. Could they get on with this already? He was bored and kind of wanted to see what the Izuku and Tenya of here were like. And Katsuki, but he had a sneaking suspicion that there wasn't a huge difference to be honest.
"Fuck that. We're all from different dimensions. I'm Kit Suzuko. UA just started and my boyfriend, Tenya Iida, is in your class there. I don't know shit about you." Kit waved a hand. Aizawa stared at him blankly. "That's Harper Rye. She's in your class and helped you and that blonde dude get married or some shit. She works with that Tsukauchi detective guy and is friends with some dude named Kirishima."
"And that's Lillian Aizawa. She's your daughter in her dimension. Hence the hair and eyes that Mic saw." Harper rolled her eyes, slumping slightly. She was tired. So, so tired. "Nezu is putting us in your class until we can go back. That's why he called you here. Can we get on with this now? Or are we going to keep sitting here like a bunch of Russian Nesting dolls?"
"Why Russian Nesting dolls?" Kit whispered. Lillian shrugged. Aizawa blinked slowly.
"I have a daughter?" Aizawa asked after a moment. Harper threw her head back for the trillionth time and groaned.
~~~~~~~~~~~

Lillian ended up having to make her eyes glow and her hair float again for Aizawa to believe her. Now, he wouldn't stop staring at her like she was some otherworldly being. Which yeah, technically she was a being from another world, but that was besides the point! She could practically feel him drilling through her skull with his gaze alone. Harper was shooting her pitying looks as Aizawa practically dissected her. Kit was giving Aizawa a sharp look that screamed 'dude, stop, you're being creepy as hell.' It wasn't really working.

Despite Kit and Harper's quick, straight-to-the-point explanation, Aizawa had still ended up sitting down. Nezu had explained in further detail what was going on and what he'd be doing to get to the bottom of it. He told Aizawa that he was in charge of the three of them and that he needed to watch and make sure no harm befell any of them. It was all fairly simple and honestly didn't seem that hard. Taking them into the class after lunch ended was going to be the real kick in the ass here. Harper wasn't looking forward to it. She could tell Lillian wasn't either. The girl was a bundle of nerves. This had to be particularly hard with her father and all.

Aizawa nodded along to their explanation. He seemed to wrap his head around literally all of it with ease. Harper detected no panic or doubt that any of this way true. He'd probably seen weirder shit. The mind reader was still struggling to recognize this as Shota Aizawa. He was too bland. No flavor at all. That was besides the point right now. He was fine with watching them, fine with them coming to class, fine with them being from another dimension. Yet no matter how many times they explained it or said it, he still asked the same question ever five fucking seconds.

"You're... my daughter? Mine?" Aizawa asked, brows furrowed. "A daughter... I have a daughter? I... I don't in this dimension, but... this girl, Lillian... she looks just like me. She really does. She has my nose bridge, and my cheekbones. She seems quiet and shy. Does she have anxiety? Is she getting help for it? Is the other Aizawa the same as me? If he is, then he's surely panicking."

"Yes." Nezu answered with happy patience. Kit was about to blow a gasket in his chair. How many times was he going to ask the same thing? Yes, this was his mother fucking daughter! Case closed, moving the hell on! Could they go to the class now? He was bored. Lillian didn't look like she was enjoying this either. In fact, the girl seemed like she might be near tears. This had to count as some sort of mental torture. You dad whom you knew and loved not knowing you, and asking over and over again if you were their kid. Kit wondered if they could sue. He could probably find a way...

Harper sighed, standing up. Time to take shit into her own hands just as she usually did. Why couldn't anyone get anything done around here? Aizawa was about to literally make Lillian cry. Lillian had proved to be a very nice person so far. A bit frantic, but her thoughts weren't as annoying as you'd expect from someone with anxiety like she had. Her sense of humor wasn't too shabby either. As far as people with, Lillian fell in the 'preferred' category. And here she was about to cry. Harper really wasn't a fan.

Lillian saw Harper stand and did the same, eager to get out this situation. She wanted to tell her dad-- who wasn't her dad, she had to remind herself-- all she knew about him! Anything to get him to stop asking if she was actually his daughter. It was starting to drive her crazy, and the stress of this entire situation was beginning to fold in on her the longer they sat here. She wanted her dad-- the one from her dimension. He would give her a hug and pat her head. Not sit there and stare at her with an unwavering gaze and ask the same thing over and over again in a state of disbelief.

"Fun chat. Can we go now?" Kit asked irritably, patting Lillian on the back as he stood. She literally looked moments away from falling apart. "This shit's getting old, fast."

"Yeah. Sooner we get into 1-A, the better, right? May as well get it over with." Harper said hintingly, glowering down at Aizawa. The man's gaze drifted away from Lillian and instead to the mind reader. Harper didn't look away, glaring until the underground pro rose to his feet. Aizawa let out a slow breath of air, seeming to get a hold of himself and center his thoughts. Harper had to give it to him. He was good at controlling his emotions. Disbelief, joy, and awe had previously been seeping into his thoughts. Now, he was buckling it all up and tucking it away. Her Aizawa could literally never.

Nezu waved as Aizawa held the door for them all, allowing the trio to file out. Harper went first, and Kit forced Lillian to go next so she wouldn't be stuck on the end. They had to look out for each other, right? So that's what in fresh fuck he was going to do. He didn't give two shits or a fuck if Aizawa was Lillian's dad. He was freaking her out either way. This was emotionally hard enough for all of them-- there was no need to make it worse. It would be easier to try and handle this entire thing as smoothly as humanely possible.

Aizawa was silent as he took the lead, walking briskly back towards the classroom. Lunch had just ended, and he was sure his students were waiting for him to return. Probably loudly. This was such a pain in the ass. Yet, he couldn't keeep himself from being awed. His daughter from a different dimension. He knew for a fact there wasn't a Lillian in this dimension. The realization made him... it made him envious. What if he'd gone to that party Mic had invited him to all those years ago? Would Lillian have come to exist? He didn't... He didn't know. Maybe things were better that way. But still... wow. A daughter. He'd never really thought about having or wanting kids before, but to just... to just have one suddenly.

Harper slowed down and fell into step next to Lillian and Kit. The pair were muttering to one another. Mostly Kit telling her it would be fine and not to freak out. The mind reader glanced at Aizawa. He seemed to be off in his own little world. Perfect. She had some shit to run by these two. They were in the same boat, and being open with them was going to be key, even with how much she disliked socializing.

"Listen." She whispered lowly. The two looked at her quietly, giving her their attention with no hesitation whatsoever. If only everyone did this shit. "We don't know what's different here or who the traitor is. There could be that there isn't one. But we need to assume there is and that they're going to think we know. I should be able to find them pretty quickly because they'll be thinking about it. A lot. But we need to be careful."

Lillian and Kit quietly nodded. Harper nodded back, letting out a breath of air. Good. Okay. They were both competent enough not to do anything to majorly fuck them over. Harper had to trust in that. They wanted out of this just as badly as she did, and she was sure they wouldn't risk fucking this up. They had to be careful not to trick themselves into trusting anyone. There could be no traitor, they could be a teacher, there could be more than one-- the possibilities were terrifyingly endless.

The classroom fell silent as Aizawa opened the door and strode in. Kit took the lead this time, strutting into the room like he owned it. Lillian stumbled in next, Harper coming up behind her and taking her shoulder. She gently led the freckled girl over to where Kit was, in front of all the familiar faces. It was uncanny. This was Lillian's class. It was Harper's. They stared  back cluelessly, no recognition reflected in their gazes. Lillian swallowed, her eyes landing on Izuku Midoriya. He stared back curiously, looking just as innocent as he had before... b-before--

"It's okay, Lillian." Harper muttered, squeezing her shoulders lightly as the girl's breathing picked up. Her quirk bounced off her classmates' minds, getting used to them all again. A lot were the same, but a lot... weren't at the same time. This Iida wasn't depressed, Katsuki wasn't painfully gay, Mineta wasn't gay, Koda wasn't thinking about killing someone, and Kirishima wasn't falling in love with her. Sero's thoughts were normal, but they had been before she caught him, so there was no telling. The differences were minor, but not obvious enough to stick out at her too strongly. Still, she couldn't help but feel tense. It felt just off enough to make her nervous. "I don't think it's him, here. And if it is, I can't tell."

Lillian took a few deep breathes, steadying herself. Harper could read minds. She'd know. She didn't think this Izuku was the one. If anyone would be sure, it would be her. She had to trust. This was not her Izuku. This was not her class, even. Mineta was here, and Hitoshi wasn't. Lillian had to disassociate the two, lest she sink into a bout of panic she couldn't claw her way out of. This was just... god, this was so weird. Shoto looked so depressed here, and so cold. Kaminari wasn't trying to pass notes back to him, and Katsuki's eyes held the sharp gleam they had before they'd become friends. He was hostile.

Kit took everyone in. He only knew three of the people here. Izuku looked the same. His hair was still a bush. Tenya and Kit had forced him to cut it before he started going to UA. He looked shyer here, with an innocent curiosity shining in his green eyes and a clear hesitancy. Tenya looked just as uptight as ever, sitting straight up. He clearly didn't have any idea who any of them were. Kinda stung, but whatever. He preferred his Tenya anyway. It did suck that Katsuki didn't seem scared of him anymore. That shit was fucking hilarious. Oh well. If they were here long enough, Kit would fix that.

Harper sniffed slightly, letting her hand slip off Lillian's shoulder. She observed the class. It was... odd. Very, very odd. She felt off kilter just standing here, her quirk confused and trying to figure out what the hell was up. These were the same people. She could tell, it could tell. They just weren't... the same. Or something. They were just too different, but not different enough for Harper's quirk to identify them as different.

"Who the fuck are they?" Katsuki asked. There were a few snickers. Aizawa sighed. "These fuckwads look ridiculous. The one with freckles looks ready to cry. And why's the short one grinning at me? Creepy fuck."

"Yeah! Are they students?" Kaminari asked cluelessly. Kirishima leaned forward slightly, curious. Harper wasn't sure why, but she felt a pang. Having her best friend not recognize her hurt, even if she knew deep down that this wasn't actually her Kirishima. Oh well. At least Kaminari was consistent. His Wii theme was very, very mild. She hadn't heard it this calm since her first day.

"Quiet. They're going to be joining our class for a short amount of time." Aizawa drawled out, silencing the class. They all stared with interest. "This is Harper Rye, Kit Suzuko, and Lillian... Aizawa. Each is from another dimension. Due to a quirk-related incident, they'll be stuck here for a while. You will treat them like you would anyone else and you'll leave them alone. They don't want to be asked any dumb questions."

They started asking questions anyway, most about Lillian's name and about what the dimension thing actually meant. And that's all it took for Lillian to start crying.

~~~~~~~~~
It took a moment to calm Lillian down. The moment she started to cry, the classroom feel silent, and she started sort of freaking out. Ranting about how she didn't want to be here and how she wanted to go home. And Katsuki was glaring at her which was super fucking rude, and Izuku was staring and was probably going to shoot her! And Shoto looked really, really depressed, which had to mean Endeavor hadn't been arrested. And Hitoshi wasn't even here which was really messing her up because that meant Mineta was still perving on girls and making them uncomfortable, and she'd gone to so much trouble to get rid of him. Everyone just sort of stared at her speechless as she waved her hands around and hyperventilated. Harper and Kit sort of just let her get it all out, standing off to the side and wincing a bit.
The girl gradually slowed down, wiping at her tears and breathing hard. The people she'd specifically called out looked vaguely confused and maybe a little uncomfortable. Katsuki's brows had raised practically up to his hairline, and he looked irritated. Aizawa looked stuck between stopping her, comforting her, and just letting it happen. He didn't know. He knew he wasn't supposed to think of her as his daughter, but she was. She was his daughter, and it was messing with him. What did he do? What did he say? Was he allowed to act like her dad?
Lillian finally seemed to run out of steam, slumping and wiping pathetically at her cheeks whilst sniffling. Kit threw an arm around her and gave her a squeeze, and Harper awkwardly stepped forward and patted her back. The mind reader cleared her throat, rolling her shoulders a bit. Right. Okay. Well, this actually made it a bit easier to explain. Sort of. She didn't really know, but Lillian's freak out had been a gradual build. It would've happened one way or the other. Better sooner rather than later. Maybe now the freckled girl would be able to proceed in a calmer fashion and wouldn't feel as tense.
"...Right." Harper cleared her throat, trying to figure out what to say. "We're each from a different dimension that mirrors this one. You're all present, but you're... different in each dimension. Some quirk brought the three of us out of our worlds and into this one. And now we're fucking stuck here until we find a way back."
Harper's nose scrunched up at the influx of thoughts that flooded in after her statement. She'd tried to sound somewhat polite as she said it, but her exhaustion had come through in the end and made her come off as slightly snappy. She really didn't care anymore. They could be confused, or irritated for all she could care. They wouldn't be here for long if she had anything say about it. Nezu better get his little rat ass in gear and figure out how they'd gotten here.
Lillian felt the overwhelming urge to apologize to her two companions, but they didn't seem all that upset with her. They were taking this a whole lot better than she was. It was weird to think that compared to them she was technically from the future. She'd already gone through the summer camp and was in the dorms. Kit was nowhere close to that, and Harper was just now about to take exams. Maybe her panic was justified. Or maybe she was just being pathetic. Some hero-trainee she was, right? Whatever. One day she'd be back in her dimension and none of this would matter. Hopefully.
"S...So you know us? Sort of?" Ochako asked. Harper nodded. The girl's thoughts were... similar. But not. Instead of milk, it was-- "Juice, Juice, Juice, Juice, Juice, Juice-" --over and over again. What was the obsession? Literally?
Aizawa observed the trio and wondered just how far he should let them go with this whole thing. He really wasn't too sure, to be honest. He supposed it was best to just let them do whatever they wanted and get it over with. Then they could calm down and get back the practical side of schooling. It was only rational to get this situation out of the way. It was going to happen one way or the other. He was almost tempted to take a nap whilst he waited, but he was a bit too focused on his daughter to feel tired.
"Before you ask what the fuck we mean by different, let me give you an example." Kit grinned devilishly, seeming heavily amused. He zeroed in on Katsuki, looking nearly feral. The blonde scowled back defensively. "For example, Kitty Kat, you're my cousin. And Izuku, my lovely little bastard, is my best friend. Partner and crime. The egg on my biscuit."
Katsuki hadn't really expected to be called out. Or perhaps he had. The puny brat with no shoes had been grinning at him like he had something to say this entire time. But what the fuck? Honest to fucking god, he wanted to believe it was a lie. But his mom used to call him Kitty Kat growing up, which was fucked the hell up. He hated talking about it. He'd kill the old hag if she dared to bring it up, and she knew that. So how did this puny little brat know? Was it a coincidence? Or were they actually cousins?
"Hah?!" Katsuki's palms crackled, his eyes wide. Yeah, no. Him? Related to this asshole? There was no fucking was. There just... couldn't be. This twink looking bastard wasn't his cousin. He didn't care how fucking similar their eyes or grins were. He had to be lying. Right? He didn't fucking know how this dimension shit worked, but he'd rather die than be related to an idiot like this. "No fucking way. This little bitch? As if!"
It was brash, but sort of amusing. Aizawa just watched with mild interest, and the rest of the class was sort of speechless. Some were whispering, but they were quickly shushed most of the time. People were interested in seeing where this would go. They were from different dimensions with other versions of themselves? With quirks, anything was possible, but they hadn't really thought about this before. It wasn't completely out there. In fact, it was sort of cool! Pretty amusing too, so far. Katsuki having a cousin? They never would've thought. Not in a million years.
"I know what you're thinking! No fucking way. This little bitch! As if!" Kit laughed. Harper gave him a look. Who was the mind reader here again? Fucking-- whatever. Katsuki looked ready to blow his desk up. Kit stepped forward, eyes alight. Tormenting his cousin was his favorite past time. Izuku was gazing at the brunette with awe reflecting in his green eyes. Best friends? "I know every little thing about you! You used to have wet dreams in middle school about A-"
Katsuki's quirk set off, his face red with rage and embarrassment and his teeth clenched. Aizawa's quirk activated, his glowing eyes piercing Katsuki with a glare and causing him to sit back time. He grit his teeth, looking ready to rip Kit's throat out as the boy laughed. Harper awkwardly cleared her throat, glancing at Lillian. The girl shrugged vaguely, still wiping at her eyes. Harper patted her on the back again. This Kit guy was fucking batshit. Might as well let him have his fun.
Kit had made a gamble bringing up the wet dreams thing seeing as this Katsuki was different and could've been having no wet dreams, or dreams about someone else. Apparently that wasn't the case. He looked embarrassed. Just like his Katsuki! Fucking hilarious if you asked him. He had to torment this Katsuki to make up for all the time the blonde had lived without him. He deserved it for sure.
"Enough." Aizawa gave Kit a look, eyes shining threateningly. Kit just laughed again.
"Honey, I'm quirkless. That shit won't work on me." Kit cooed. Aizawa's eye twitched. He was going to be stuck with this brat for however long it took to get him home? That sounded... awful. At least the mind reader and his daughter seemed pretty tame. Unlike this one, who was literally fucking crazy. Kit clapped his hands together. This was literally so much more fun than he'd thought it would be. He didn't have the same connections to this class as Lillian and Harper did. It was easier to let loose. Plus, he'd never pass up a chance to fuck with Katsuki. His dimension or not. "That's not even the cherry on top of this entire situation. The best part of this entire fucking thing is my boyfriend!"
"Boyfriend?" Mina pounced, looking amused and excited. She clapped her hands together. "Who is it?! Are they in this class?!"
"Yeah! Who is it?!" Hagakure asked. "This is the tea I came here for. Can I get a booyah, or can I get a booyah?"
"My twunk ass boyfriend is Tenya Iida!" Kit proclaimed, loud and proud. Aizawa froze. The class fell silent. "And yes, we do make out!"
There was a brief silence. Very, very brief. Tenya's eyes were wide, his face ever so slowly turning red as people turned to look at him as though he had any idea what the fuck was going on. Ochako was the one who broke the silence, her cheeks pink and her eyes wide as she slammed her hands down on her desk. Iida was one of her best friends after all. Kit, Katsuki's apparent cousin from another dimension... was the other Tenya on crack? Why would he date this little gremlin?!
"It's WHO?!"
~~~~~~~~~~

It had taken them ages to calm the class down. Harper's head pounded hard, her eye twitching irritably as Aizawa struggled to get hold over the class again. Lillian had calmed down now that attention was on Kit. The brunette was cackling pretty much the entire time, soaking it all up with a feral grin on his face. The short teen continued to glance back at her, and Lillian had to wonder if he'd caused the commotion on purpose. Her being related to their teacher had been rather shocking, and her being from as far in the future as she was did too. They had a million questions about each of their dimensions. Some of those questions they either couldn't answer or they just didn't want to.

"I would advise you all to sit down and shut up." Aizawa drawled, continuing to glance at his daughter. The idea that he-- or a version of himself-- had helped make that. A human being that shared the same DNA as he did. With a personality, and quirk. A... a little human. One that looked just like him! He almost couldn't believe it! She didn't even exist in this universe. The more he got to see her and become familiar with her, the more he wished he had gone to that party that night. "Just because they're here doesn't mean class is cancelled. They will learn and do their work just like you. I expect that you will leave them alone and keep your questions to yourself. They're not here for your entertainment."

The class seemed to become a bit sheepish the longer their teacher lectured them, glancing away awkwardly. Lillian shook out her hands, taking a deep breath. These were her classmates. They still cared and were good people, even if they were a little different. She just had to remind herself that to them, she was an anomaly. She wasn't Lillian Aizawa, the girl who'd fought alongside them and gone through countless hardships. She was Lillian Aizawa who'd popped into existence suddenly and was now claiming to know a startling amount about all of them!

Harper gathered herself, pulling on the cuffs of her trench coat a bit. Kit snorted, swallowing any further snickering and instead smiling like he'd done nothing wrong at all. Katsuki was barely able to stay in his seat, his teeth grinding and his hands gripping the sides of his desk so hard he was sure to make cracks in the wood. Tenya was still red-faced, his eyes wide with disbelief and his mouth twisted at the blasphemous claim. He wasn't particularly saying he'd never date a boy, but did this Kit individual not know he'd never had a crush? If he really knew him, surely he'd know that.

Unless this other Tenya had finally gotten a crush. And it had been on this... mongrel. Yes, that was rude and harsh, but it was true! Just like Bakugo, he was harsh and without any sort of boundaries. A complete ruffian! Tenya would never associate with someone that reckless, would he? Or perhaps this other version of himself was different. Looser in a way he couldn't be. He couldn't find it in himself to be envious as he stared at Suzuko's unmannered grin. Tenya simply didn't find any gain in associating with individuals who had to gall to act like... that in public.

"This is totally insane." Sero's thoughts swirled. Harper couldn't stop herself from keying into him especially. Seeing him back in 1-A's classroom was odd. Especially knowing the Sports Festival had passed. A few more desks were brought in, no doubt ordered by Nezu. 1-A all shared whispers, but Harper remained focused. "I wonder what else is different for them. I've got so many questions, and I can tell Mina is about to blow. Maybe we'll get a chance to ask later when Mr. Aizawa isn't breathing down our necks."

His thoughts were similar to everyone else's in the room. They all ran along the lines of how odd this was and how many other things they wanted to know. Was Lillian really Mr. Aizawa's daughter in her dimension? What were their quirks? Did they have a plan as to how they were going to get back? They'd said they'd all just appeared here and that they hadn't known each other prior. It had to be incredibly disorienting to see so many similarities and so many differences at the same time. Like a weird dream or something.

Honestly, most of 1-A was quite excited to see where this would be going. They listened as their teacher instructed some of them to scoot their desks back, settling the new trio side-by-side at the front. They were quiet as they all sat down, Lillian in her leisurely clothes, Kit without his shoes, and Harper in her tan trench coat. Lillian shrunk into herself greatly, tugging at her sleeves and crossing one leg over the other. Harper plopped down and sagged like a half-full trash bag, legs stretched out without a care. Kit probably would've taken the same stance if not for his lack of shoes. The floor was too cold for that. Instead, he opted to sit criss-cross in his chair, rolling his shoulders and cracking his neck like he was preparing for a fight.

Aizawa scanned over each of them. Come to think of it, what were their quirks? Looking at them now, he had to realize that Nezu hadn't told him. The shoeless one had claimed quirklessness. He didn't go to UA as a student, so Aizawa supposed that made sense. Lillian's quirk seemed similar to his. It could even be that it was exactly the same. He'd have to ask. Her glowing eyes and floating hair implied she possessed Erasure, but assuming wasn't becoming of him. Harper Rye was a complete toss up. A mental quirk was implied, but again, it would be dangerous to just decide on that without proof.

Kit hummed to himself slightly, eyes drifting about. He'd already started online schooling in his dimension. Tenya and Izuku had chosen to go to high school at UA, but Kit had found he had more time to pour into the company when not spending a majority of his days at an educational facility. It felt odd to sit here amongst a bunch of hero trainees. Being quirkless, this wasn't somewhere he'd ever imagined he'd be. It wasn't somewhere he'd particularly wanted to be, either. Yet here he was. Odd, how things worked out.

Aizawa carried on with his teaching like nothing had happened. Hagakure tapped on Lillian's shoulder and nearly sent the girl into orbit. Turns out the invisible girl was just trying to offer her and her two new friends paper and pencils. The freckled girl had almost burst into tears, shakily accepting and passing them down. She'd always hated sitting in the front of the room. The amount of people behind her made her feel nervous-- like her every move was being watched. She probably was being observed given the circumstances. That only made things all the worse. The girl gulped and tried to pour herself into taking notes.

Harper tipped her head back and closed her eyes. Anyone would assume she was asleep, but she wasn't. She was instead listening. The brunette forced her quirk to remain calm and level, shifting from student to student. The idea that there could be a traitor here was dangerous due to their situation. They would know they were from another dimension and report back to the League. That put them all in danger. They would assume that they already knew and that Nezu did. That would encourage them to run. This wasn't Harper's dimension to worry about, no, but she felt an obligation to both Kit and Lillian. She didn't want anything to happen to them.

"This is so cool, but so trippy. What's the other me like?" Jiro wondered to herself, only half-focused on the lecture. "I wonder if we have the same tastes in music and fashion. There's three other versions of me? Maybe more, I guess. That's just... it's totally insane."

"Revelry in the dark." Tokoyami never really changed, did he?

"Wow! Interdimensional travel, reaching across several planes of existence and pulling three separate beings into one realm! Someone would have to have a crazy powerful quirk to do that! But why these three? Perhaps they're the differentiation in each dimension-- the one thing that makes each the most unique. That could definitely be it. That still doesn't explain why they were all brought here at the same time, though." Izuku rambled aimlessly, his gaze focused blankly on his notebook as he thought it over. "How are they going to get back? If they don't know how they got here it's going to be incredibly hard unless some sort of lead can be located. How would they do that, though? Seems pretty impossible to me. Unless they could go back to the common point of meeting and investigate-- maybe detect something that would give them a clue."

Interesting, but Harper's head already hurt enough as it was. She bounced to someone else, taking a few deep breathes. Next to her, Kit's pencil was scratching against his piece of notebook paper in a way that told her he definitely wasn't writing. Drawing? She really didn't give a shit so long as it wasn't something that would get them killed. This was enough trouble as it was. Kit had already riled up Bakugo. They didn't need him blowing them through a wall before they could even think of getting back to their dimensions. That would be terribly anticlimactic.

"Are they going to sleep at the school, ribbit? They'll need clothes and such. I guess Principal Nezu will handle that." Tsuyu absentmindedly took notes as she dwelled on this. "They must be pretty scared, ribbit. This situation's got to be pretty unpredictable for them."

"I sparkle. I shine." Aoyama sighed dramatically to himself. "I am a star."

Overall, nothing  struck Harper as odd. The class passed tensely, the silence seeming deafening as the minutes ticked by. Lillian could hardly focus on the lecture at hand, eyes darting from her father, to Harper, and then to Kit. Kit had been drawing this entire time. If she squinted, she could just barely make out what seemed like Katsuki's spikey hair. Probably something to irritate the blonde further. It was kind of funny to see, so Lillian wouldn't object. Although she couldn't claim to miss this overly-angry Bakugo. Hers was much more mellow, and much more preferred. Even if he still possessed some of his bite.

The classes passed by, each one crawling by painfully. The teachers that filtered through gave them odd, critical, curious looks that made Lillian wilt in her seat. Harper ignored them, whilst Kit grinned maniacally beneath the attention, looking for some way to stir up some excitement. As though this whole ordeal wasn't already exciting enough. Despite the stares, whispers, and the occasional blurted out question they got, the rest of the day passed by with a sense of calm none of them had quite expected. Lillian could feel her heartrate steadily calm down. She kept her eyes on her paper and pretended. Pretended she was home in her dimension, and that after class, she'd get to return to the dorms.

It was a nice thought, getting to go back home. Not a true one though. 1-A was out of their seats as soon as the last bell rang. A few weren't hesitant in the least to approach the trio, whilst others hung back in hopes of not overstepping their boundaries. Lillian popped out of her chair like a gopher shooting out of their hole, eyes wide and a little scared. Harper opened her eyes for the first time since she'd closed them, her head hurting just a little less. Her annoyance hadn't lessened though. She got up like it hurt to, pushing herself to her feet with a grimace. Kit slid out of his chair too, cracking his joints loud enough to earn some cringes.

Lillian found herself gravitating towards Shoto without realizing it. She nearly backed into him. The blue-eyed girl had developed a knack for sensing him without having to look in his direction, so long as he was nearby. He constantly radiated a unique sort of chill that clashed with a steady warmth. It created an odd humidity in the air around him that you could feel if you were in the same room with him. He, like the rest of his classmates, had gravitated closer. His eyes were trained on Lillian. During her little freakout, she'd mentioned something about how he looked sad. About how that meant Endeavor hadn't been arrested yet. His heart had done several flips when she'd blurted that out, teary-eyed and upset. Was his dad... was his dad going to go to jail? Was it possible?

"Oh!" Lillian squeaked out, whirling around right before she could hit the half-and-half boy. Todoroki blinked at her as she took a step back, eyes wide and panicked. "Sorry, Sh- Todo... I... Sorry."

The girl sputtered it out rather pathetically, clearly having no idea what to call him. Wasn't used to calling him by his surname, but didn't find it acceptable to call him by his first in this dimension. Harper and Kit turned to look at the girl. They watched out for her, he noticed. Their eyes were critical, waiting to see what he'd say to her. Even as they were bombarded with questions, they were intently focused on Lillian. They held concern for her despite not knowing her all that well. It was quite nice, Shoto decided. The three of them were all in this together. He supposed it made sense they'd form a fast sort of bond and sense of obligation towards one another.

"It's fine." He answered in a cool tone. Lillian's face twisted for just a moment. She hid it well, covering it up the instant it appeared. He wouldn't have spotted it had he not been watching her face closely. Her Shoto had to be different. It made sense. If his father were arrested, and if he were less sad... then yes, his personality surely would undergo some shifts.

"Don't scare her, Todoroki!" Mina scolded, as though he'd been attempting to startle her to begin with. "She's obviously overwhelmed with this situation. Kit and Harper already said to direct questions towards them and not towards her. Lillian is from further in the timeline, which makes this even weirder for her. For her, this point must've happened a long time ago."

Harper nodded. When the class had swarmed, she'd been stern in her decision to direct questions primarily towards herself and Kit. Kit couldn't answer much about the hero course. He was, technically at this point, from the past. He had little association with UA on top of that, only able to answer embarrassing questions about Katsuki Bakugo. He did so with a grin, running the extreme risk of getting blown up and not seeming to care. The fiery confidence drew a majority of the class to him. Harper was glad.

"Lillian's been through a lot. Lay off her a bit." Harper agreed. She eyed Todoroki with a sigh. Yeah, fuck that. "Though, there's some shit only Lillian can answer for him. So if she's okay with it, ask away. Her and Todoroki are close in her dimension."

This seemed to make Shoto more curious. Kit peered past Harper and at Lillian. He could see that their freckled companion seemed more relaxed next to this candy cane looking mother fucker, despite him not being the one from her dimension. He shrugged to himself. Whatever. As long as she wasn't crying or freaking the fuck out or uncomfortable, he didn't give a shit. He could tell Lillian could handle a lot. She was strong as shit and he could tell, and she didn't need to be babied. He was sure Harper could tell. They both shared a glance and a nod. Overwhelmed did not mean weak.

Lillian centered herself, taking a deep breath and shaking her head a bit. She had to get through this. She would get through this. It was temporary. An unexpected field trip! At least she'd made some new friends! Not that she'd needed any new friends, per se. But they were welcomed. It felt nice to have someone there. They looked out for her, and she was trying to do the same for them. Not that they needed it compared to her. Her little freak outs were rather pathetic. She'd started sobbing at the first sight of Izuku, and she still couldn't look in his direction for fear of freaking out. The memories of that night were... they were still fresh.

"I'm sorry if I made you uncomfortable." Shoto drawled out. He didn't sound like himself at all. He sounded like... well, like what he'd been like before. It was incredibly unsettling. "I heard you mentioned my father, Endea-"

Lillian cut him off before he could even finish. Her entire face twisted, nerves vanishing and repulsion taking the front seat. Kaminari let out a low whistle. Harper sighed, not really disagreeing with the freckled girl's disgusted reaction. Kit nodded too, looking like he understood. Clearly the three of them all agreed that Endeavor was a piece of shit. In Lillian's dimension, he was apparently shitty enough to dull social anxiety and panic. Because the girl looked pissed, and Shoto looked taken aback.

Harper felt a bit bad seeing how upset Lillian and Kit seemed. Lillian had evidently already had him arrested, and Kit had this look on his face like he was working on it. What had Harper done? Other than discover he was a furry, that is. She made a mental note to make that a priority when she got back to her dimension. Lillian had been right when she said Shoto looked sad. This Shoto looked exactly like hers did, and that... well, it wasn't okay. It was an urgent issue she'd been neglecting due to the other responsibilities she'd found herself tacked with. That would change, though. She'd get rid of that flaming asshole for good after this, just like she should've done at the beginning of the year.

"Oh, that mother fucker." Lillian scoffed. Sero and Ojiro burst out laughing at the suddenness of her statement, and at the sudden flip of her attitude. "I can't believe he hasn't been fucking arrested here! Are you fucking kidding me? I mean, I know this another dimension, but someone here has to have realized just how awful he is! Have they done nothing? No, really, have they just not?! Is Nezu really a genius,? Because he should've fucking handled this. I had to do it over a radio show. Yeah, a fucking radio show! That's what took him down in the end! God, I can't believe this. I wonder if I have time to get him again. But what if things are different?"

The more Lillian rambled, the angrier she seemed to become. Especially when Momo hesitantly asked why Endeavor needed to be arrested. Shoto was silent throughout the whole thing, not agreeing or denying with anything that was said. Simply... listening. And then Kit joined in too, adding about how reckless the hero was with his rather volatile quirk. The short brunette egged Lillian on passionately, edging her anger further and further as the girl ranted and rambled about how awful he was and why.

The class watched silently, feeling a bit scared. Hagakure let out a small gasp when Lillian's eyes started to flash red. The glow slowly seemed into them, flickering in at full and sometimes dimming as she and Kit conversed passionately about what a piece of shit human Endeavor was. Her hair started to drift upwards too. It was mesmerizing and rather awing to see. It didn't flip to life immediately like their teacher's did. It flickered forth slowly and in increments, seeming to come forth closer with her rage. Even Shoto found himself taking a small step back.

It was stunning to think other people hated Endeavor as much as he did. That, in their dimension, they knew. They knew how horrible he was and some of the awful things he'd done and were working towards stopping it. At least, that's where it stood with Kit. Lillian had evidently already ground the Number Two into the ground with the heel of her boot. They had such bold and sure opinions of him. They spewed out facts that Shoto was so sure he'd been the only one aware of. It felt... welcoming. Enough so that his eyes began to burn a bit. He blinked and glanced away, swallowing. If they could get rid of Endeavor in their dimensions, could he get rid of the one here?

"This is totally crazy. I had no idea he was such an awful person!" Ochako exclaimed, looking horrified at all the things being thrown back and forth between Kit and Lillian, whose eyes were still lit up red. "And to think we've been looking up to this guy this entire time! There has to be something we can do. Someone like that doesn't deserve to be called a hero!"

"Yeah, who knew he was such a shitbag. Really makes me mad to hear he's still out there doing hero work with all he's done!" Kirishima agreed, clenching his fist slightly. Harper glanced at him for a moment before looking away. Not her Kirishima. Too different. Didn't radiate the same energy. And that, honestly, was fine. She only needed one. "There's got to be a way to boot him down, right? Maybe we can talk to Mr. Aizawa..."

A throat was cleared at the front of the classroom, interrupting the discussion that had arose amongst 1-A. Nezu was beaming at the commotion before him whilst Aizawa stared at Lillian like he was once again seeing her for the first time. To see her so terribly enraged, sporting his eyes and his hair. Her head whipped in their direction almost defensively, her eyes narrowed and her lips pressed together tightly at the interruption. Aizawa could see her visibly inhale and exhale, her entire body rising and falling with the motion. The redness didn't switch off like his did. It faded out gradually, leaving her eyes their usual light blue. Kit grinned.

Lillian hadn't meant to get so mad, Kit could tell, but it was amusing to see. Blowing off steam wasn't a bad thing. Harper seemed to be having a good time observing their little discussion. Shoji had given some good points pertaining to Endeavor, and so had Izuku. Lillian had hardly noticed the green-haired boy's additions in the midst of her anger. There was nothing more in the entire world that enraged her more than Endeavor did. He should've been put away a long time ago. Possibly before Shoto was even born! He had a long history of quirk misuse that dated back to his time at UA. He wasn't careful, and that was dangerous. But people looked past that because Endeavor's quirk was flashy, and because he had money. Heroes truly had to much power. The media granted them that.

"Enough. It's time for you all to be heading home." Aizawa finally found his voice, forcing himself to look away from Lillian. There was a weight sitting in his chest that reminded him she wasn't his. He was getting too attached, too fast. Harper shifted, unsettled by Aizawa's thoughts even still. They sounded so unnatural as bland as they were. "I need to be rational. She isn't mine and she's never going to be. A version of her does not exist here. That's just how things are."

"Yes, yes! I'm sure the three new additions to the class are feeling rather hungry by now. They did, after all, miss lunch!" Nezu squeaked. Harper pressed her lips together. Yeah, she was hungry, but she also had a stress-reaction every time she was forced to look at this rat. "Eraserhead says their day went well. From the looks of things, they're settling right in. And stirring up quite the drama."

The class gathered their things and started to filter out. Kit patted Lillian on the back reassuringly as the girl began to spiral into a minor panic about her potent rage. He assured her no one had been upset by her passion and that she hadn't done anything wrong. It had been badass, and her glowing eyes had only added to it. Lillian honestly hadn't intended things to get that out of hand. Endeavor had long since been put behind bars in her dimensions, but that didn't stop the piping hot anger that came forth anytime he was mentioned. What could she say? The man was god awful and should've been arrested sooner.

They were led to a room that had been set up for them. It was an unused classroom with three beds in it. Lillian had no qualms with sleeping in the same room as others as she'd done it plenty of times before, and Kit as well with all his time staying at Tenya's. Harper pushed back her distaste as well and decided she could deal with it. Lillian and Kit didn't have the most overbearing thoughts. If she could fall asleep with Kurogiri and Sansa together in the same room then she could easily handle this pair. It was only temporary anyway. They'd be going back to their dimensions soon enough.

They were provided with fresh clothing. Kit had wanted to ask where the fuck they got their sizes but decided it best not to. Who gave a shit. He showered, put that shit on, and then headed down to the cafeteria to stuff his face. Lillian and Harper were already there too, dressed in matching sweatpants and plain shirts. Not what Kit would've usually gone for but he couldn't really be picky about his fashion right now, could he? He was hungry and surprisingly tired. He wanted to throw his body into the hay and stay there. Harper and Lillian looked like they felt the same-- the former especially.

Lillian ate slowly, listening as Kit and Harper talked in low tones. She nodded along, adding things here and there. No traitor as of yet. Things going smoothly. Class over their initial freak-out and efficiently adjusted. Tomorrow they'd no doubt have hero training to deal with, but they'd live. Nothing they hadn't dealt with before. They just needed to be patient. They were antsy to get back, but it hadn't even been a day. Even if it felt like it had been much longer. Good god did shit drag when you really wanted it to speed up. It was driving Harper nuts. Lillian and Kit didn't seem that happy about it either, but they still agreed.

It wasn't hard to get to sleep that night. Or not as hard as they'd thought it would be anyway. Kit was the first to go, passing out in moments without a care in the world. He had no fucks left to give, he'd claimed right before he became dead to the world. Harper had to agree with the sentiment. Could her life get any more fucked up than it already was at this point? How many times had she been kidnapped now? Not that this was really an abduction. Unless it was, in which case... fuck.

Lillian was out next, and Harper followed shortly thereafter. One's thoughts quieted after they fell asleep. They became muffled and less of a bother. With all that had gone on, it was easily to tune out the murmurs coming from both Kit and Lillian's minds and instead go to bed. Aizawa was asleep in his sleeping bag just across the bag. Were he the happier version of himself, maybe he'd have kept Harper up a bit longer. Only he wasn't. He was drab, quiet, and rather boring. Harper never thought she'd be admitting she missed her teacher's chaotic thoughts. Sansa's and Kurogiri's too.

Things were going well up until a point. They woke up to Aizawa's voice telling them in was time to get ready. They were given UA uniforms to help them blend in. Harper pulled her skirt on over her sweatpants without a care in the world and Kit literally chucked the blazer out a window. The dividers between their beds provided them all with some privacy as they changed. Lillian was the only one who put her uniform on correctly. Her brows shot up when she spotted her companions in their states of disarray. Harper hadn't brushed her hair and Kit had already lost her shoes. They were quite the sight.

They were ready to start the day when a shriek echoed from just down the hallway. It sounded like Mina. It was followed by several other shouts and the sound of pounding footsteps. Looking at the time, class was nearly about to start. Count on Aizawa not to wake them up in time for breakfast. That was besides the point. Harper marched and threw open the door just in time for Kirishima and Sero to sprint past, more of their classmates scrambling after them in a state of panic.

Of course something like this would happen the morning of their second day there. It hadn't even been twenty-four hours yet and already there was a crisis. Harper wanted to scream. Kit and Lillian shared a moderately alarmed look. Generally, when in a school, screams of pure terror weren't the first thing you wanted to hear in the morning. Harper seemed less than impressed as 1-A ran like their lives depended on it. And hey, maybe they did. What the fuck did she know? All she really knew, honestly, was that her head hurt and she didn't want to deal with this shit before she had coffee. That's what the fuck was up.

"What the fuck?" Kit asked, poking his head out from under Harper's arm as the girl held the door open. The brunette girl groaned all of a sudden as something hit her quirk firmly, bringing a hand up to her head. What was that? Not something she was in the mood for, that's for sure. It was a familiar feeling, but not one she could quite place right away. A jumble of thoughts that didn't really go with one another. Like a bunch of people's minds compressed into one. She'd felt this before, but it had been monumentally more tortured and chaotic. These thoughts, though panicked, were at peace with themselves and had accepted their own fate. It was... was that a motherfucking--

"We've got to run, you guys! It's a nomu!" Jiro exclaimed. The rest of the class was stationed at the end of the hall, huddled together, panicked, and wondering if they should keep running. Lillian popped out of the door and into the hall, eyes wide.

"A nomu?" She asked hopefully. The class gave her an incredulous look. Harper did too. Why'd she sound so excited about that? She was peering down the hall with this puppy-dog look that made Harper think she maybe wanted it to be a nomu.

"Th' fuck's a Nomu?" Kit questioned, brows raising. As if on cue, Aizawa was thrown harshly through 1-A's doorway by a hulking creature that was squawking indignantly with clear confusion. Kit squinted at it. Exposed brain, beak, jet-black skin, bulging eyes. Yeah, he knew this motherfucker. Sort of. This one had wings and was skinny. His was beefier and couldn't fly. So was his bodyguard a nomu, then? Was that the name? "Hey. That bitch looks like Denise."

Harper felt horror fill her. What was one of these things doing here? How had the shithead even gotten in? It was terrifyingly tall. It looked familiar-- like one of the ones she'd seen at Hosu. Aizawa pushed himself up, face enraged and eyes glowing. He gripped his capture weapon as the Nomu peered at the class, looking a bit startled by this entire situation. Aizawa went to lunge. Harper held her breath, feeling quite scared herself. Kit seemed confused, like he had no idea what the hell was happening. Which was fair. But who was Denise? Did he know a Nomu?

"W-Wait! Wait!" Lillian shrieked, stopping Aizawa before he could pounce. The Nomu's gaze snapped to her, and he let out a happy little chirp. Lillian gasped. This was her Nomu! Without a doubt! "Vlad! Vlad, what are you doing here?!"

The class screamed as the Nomu darted down the hall with speed that shouldn't have been humanely possible. Lillian didn't even flinch as she was scooped up and hugged by the gurgling creature, letting out a happy cry herself and wrapping her arms around his neck happily. Harper took a small step back, glancing at Kit. He didn't look as freaked out as he probably should've been, shrugging and nodding. Bakugo was about to blow up. Half of 1-A was, panic coursing through the group. Nomu were clearly quite different in Lillian's dimension.

Lillian could not even begin to expression the sheer relief she felt hugging Vlad and knowing he was the one from her dimension. Nomu were known to be fairly violent, save for the four Chad had somehow managed to tame and bring back to lucidity. Vlad was the first and had been in her life ever since internships, bringing food, breaking windows, and eating things he shouldn't. He was a big comfort in her life and a big part of the little family she'd created in her dimension, and to have him here hugging her lifted so much weight and anxiety off her shoulders. It was a sign that they knew she was gone. That they were looking.

"What... the fuck." Kaminari breathed out, horrified. Lillian turned to them with a beaming grin. Behind Vlad, Aizawa slowly approached. His quirk was still activated and his hand never left his capture weapon, caution shown in every step he took. Class 1-A stared with a sense of morbid curiosity. Lillian was dwarfed by the creature who held her with surprising softness. It trilled happily, nuzzling its beak into her hair and seeming... happy to see her. Clearly they knew each other. Lillian was overjoyed to see him.

Harper took a deep breath, closing her eyes for a moment. Sure. Different dimension, different shit. Lillian had a nomu friend who didn't seem all that violent. Terrifying, yeah, but he held her so delicately that Harper really couldn't see him attacking anyone anytime soon. His eyes, though disgustingly buggy, were far from glassy and mad. His thoughts weren't deafening like the other Nomu she'd run into. They were calm, quiet, and happy. Not the most complex and not the most stable, but they still had depth and intelligence displayed throughout them. The nomu-- Vlad, apparently-- was happy to see Lillian. Relieved she was okay. Glad he was here.

Kit didn't see the big deal to be honest. So Vlad was the same thing Denise was. And here he'd thought Denise was just some dude who'd gotten fucked up by some quirk or something. He guessed not. Izuku's theory that he was in a species of his own had been correct according to the sight before him. There was no way this Vlad dude wasn't like, Denise's first cousin twice removed or some shit like that. Dimensional gap or not.

"Lillian." Aizawa's voice spoke, smooth and calm. The girl turned, peering at him over Vlad's shoulder with furrowed brows. "Explain."

Lillian blinked. Yes. Alternate dimension. Scary Vlad. Gotcha.

"I-It's okay! He's from my dimension and-- a-and he won't hurt you." She promised. She turned to look at 1-A, trying to be reassuring. "He's a good guy! Right, Vlad?"

"Metal fork!" Vlad shrieked. The class erupted with screams.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Nezu was staring at Lillian like he'd never seen her before. The girl stood unwavering in his office, Harper and Kit leaned up against the wall observing. The freckled teen held hands with the massive creature next to her, his big hand dwarfing her own smaller one. Vlad didn't seem all that concerned. Either he didn't understand the predicament he was in or he just didn't care. Aizawa was also there. Though he'd finally turned his quirk off, his eyes never left the creature beside Lillian. He'd learned a long time ago that Erasure could only dampen the affects of the nomu's many abilities, but it was better than nothing at all.
Harper wasn't too concerned about the Nomu anymore. Lillian's thoughts were sure and sound. Light with relief, and so terribly sure that Vlad wouldn't hurt her or anyone else. That was enough for Harper. Kit, apparently, had come across a tamed Nomu in his own dimension as well. This was proof that they could convert to a more docile manner of living, and a more intelligent, free-thinking one. Harper wondered if it was like that in her dimension. That, if given time, she could find a way to also convert these Nomu and break them free from whatever controlled them. For Lillian, punching them in the brain apparently worked.
"So this nomu here is... good, you say?" Nezu checked for the umpteenth time. After the USJ incident, you couldn't quite blame him for his caution. Were anything else to happen under his watch, the entire school would be in jeopardy. If he let this creature stay for the time being and it did something... that would be the end. It was a gamble he didn't want to make. The idea alone was risky, but to have the creature looking here over him was nothing short of terrifying. He was not one to be easily scared. However, knowing what this being was capable and having seen the damage it wrought, well, he couldn't very well help himself!
"Metal fork." The nomu rumbled. Aizawa's eyes narrowed, and Nezu blinked. Lillian nodded.
"That means yes." She translated. Nezu stared. It had a language of its own? Or was Lillian simply saying that meant yes without truly knowing herself? It was entirely odd and all too interesting. As much as he wanted to fire off every question in the book, he couldn't afford to do that right now. Knowledge, at times, was not the priority. The safety of his students was at risk due to the unknown variable presented before him. One he never in a million years would've accounted for. Lillian seemed earnest, but he knew nothing about her aside from what he'd been told. "I-I promise he won't hurt anyone! He's my friend. H-He's protected me and the students at UA several times."
"Eggs knife, Vlad panda." Vlad said, nodding in agreement. Lillian nodded earnestly, beaming at Nezu as though he had literally any fucking clue what he'd just said. Harper's brows rose too, and she looked to Kit. The boy just shrugged. The most Denise ever did was make little shrieking sounds. None of this egg, panda, whatever-the-fuck shit. Lillian seemed to completely understand what was going on, so at least there was one of them here. Harper pondered on whether or not this meant other people from their respective dimensions would show up. Harper wondered why anyone from Lillian's dimension would think sending Vlad was a good idea, though. Why not a human who was coherent and could explain themselves?
Lillian felt desperate trying to convince them Vlad was good. Him getting taken away wasn't an option. The Nomu had obviously volunteered himself to risk coming here. No doubt the people in Lillian's dimension had found out at least somewhat of what had happened. They had to be unsure if they'd agreed to send Vlad of all creatures, though. They probably didn't realize she was in a mirroring dimension yet. They'd have sent someone else otherwise-- her dad, maybe, or Mic. Maybe Chad if Tsukauchi wasn't still trying to arrest him.
"That's right. Villains bad, Vlad protects." Lillian translated, looking between Vlad and Nezu in hopes he'd connect the dots. Nezu simply sipped his tea. Not the best sigh. Lillian felt her heart drop, her eyes beginning to sting. "Y-You can't p-possibly take him away. H-He came here to m-make sure I was okay! Wh-When I go back, he has to be here t-to go with me!"
She had a fair point, Aizawa agreed. Good or bad, Vlad could not stay here. He didn't belong in this alternate reality. Lillian seemed panicked by the idea that she may be separated from the creature, jittery and afraid. If they tried to take Vlad from her, what were the chances that she'd run off with the thing before they could get their hands on it? Aizawa had a feeling the Nomu wouldn't take kindly to being taken away from his companion either. Though his eyes stared seemingly at nothing, he'd proven to have coherent thoughts and to be able to speak on some level. He had feelings like any other thing might, and he wasn't going to sit aside and let himself be pulled away from Lillian.
Nezu hummed. It would be better to keep an eye on the situation. If Lillian and Vlad left, things would be out of control. They'd have no handle on much of anything, but the blame could certainly fall on them due to association. If they found out Lillian was indeed a UA student from another universe, that would still reflect badly on the school. Same plane of existence or not. That left only one option in Nezu's mind. Vlad would have to stay here under their watchful eyes, and they'd just have to hope and pray Lillian was right and that he wasn't going to harm anyone.
"Hey. I've got one of those fuckers myself and he's a peach. Best bodyguard you could ever imagine." Kit piped up, drawing the attention to him. He pushed off the wall slightly, coming to stand on Vlad's other side without a hint of fear. "Don't know your experience with them, but Vlad hasn't done jack shit to anyone yet. I wouldn't go assuming and acting like he's going to hurt someone. Try to take him away and that might become true."
"He's right. His thoughts are peaceful. Not erratic, scared, and angry like most Nomu's." If Kit was going to back up Lillian, so would she. Vlad didn't seem awful in the least. He seemed calm and collected with himself, and the mind reader could tell he cared deeply for Lillian and simply wanted to be there with her. It wasn't the most complicated thought in the world-- just a simple urge to be around and to protect. It was enough for her. "I don't think he'll hurt anyone. Lillian says he won't and I trust her. You should too."
And so it was decided. They returned to class with Vlad in tow. He walked behind Lillian obediently, not seeming perturbed by the new faces or by the evident differences this world presented forth. 1-A was frozen with uncertainty at the sight of the creature. It was tall-- almost as tall as 1-A's massive door. Aizawa strode in seeming relatively irritated and more than a little on edge. He couldn't help but trust Lillian, though, even with his sour feelings towards the Nomu before him. Perhaps not all the creatures were mindless killing machines.
Izuku shifted in his seat. A winged Nomu had picked him up when he was in Hosu. Though it hadn't been this exact one, they still looked somewhat similar enough that he felt nervous. The beady eyes poking out of its exposed brain were unnerving, and he couldn't help the shiver that flew down his spine when the creature zeroed in on him. It froze in the middle of the room, staring at Izuku like a tiger might eye its prey. Lillian stopped walking too when she realized she wasn't being tailed anymore. Slowly, she turned to look at Vlad, seeming a little unsure. She, Harper, and Kit all followed the creature's gaze to Izuku. Izuku, who in Lillian's dimension, had tried to shoot her. Her mouth fell open.
Aizawa's brows shot up and his heart stuttered at the look on the Nomu's face. It lowered its head a bit, leaning forward and staring at Izuku. Everyone seemed to collectively hold their breath, listening to the deep, rumbling growl that released itself from the beast's chest. It's wings rose a bit, tense and angry. Lillian felt herself die a little on the inside. Yeah, principal Nezu, he won't hurt anyone! Perfectly harmless-- won't cause any trouble at all.
"Oh, yeah." Kit realized when he connected the dots. Harper let out a sigh. "That shit might be a problem."
Lillian placed herself in front of Vlad and tried not to look at Izuku. The boy was... well, she didn't exactly like him. Looking at him made her feel sour, and seeing him in the same room as Shoto sparked a rage in her that she had barely been able to stomp out up until this point. She had to remind herself constantly that this was not the Izuku who betrayed her. This was a version of him who hadn't lied. Who really did want to be a hero. One who wasn't going to shoot her, or break her friend's heart. He was what they all thought Izuku had been before, and what they all wished he'd stay as.
"Vlad, don't." Lillian shook her head slowly. He cocked his head at her. The class remained tensely silent. Mineta was on the edge of peeing himself. Lillian couldn't even blame the little pervert. The girl took a deep breath. "That is not the same Izuku. He's good. He's not going to hurt anyone."
Izuku felt himself tense unsurely. Did the him of Lillian's dimension hurt someone? Was he... was he bad? Several of their classmates glanced at him uncertainly, question in their eyes and confusion as well. All the freckled boy could do was blink cluelessly, truly having no idea what they were referring to. It scared him that he was the only one this Nomu was targeting. Not because he was afraid of dying or afraid it would get him, but because something had caused him to react in this way.
"Egg!" Vlad insisted. Mina and Kaminari let out shrill screams, and no one could blame them much for it. Vlad rose to his full height, wings flaring irritably. He seemed incredibly distressed. Aizawa's quirk switched on immediately, his capture weapon unfurling slightly as Harper and Kit took a few steps back. This was something for Lillian to handle. "Ponk artichoke! Ouch Shoto engine! Break! Broken! Broken!"
Shoto blinked at the sound of his name coming from the beast. Was this other version of him friends with hit, or acquainted? What did ouch and engine mean? This thing seemed to have a language of its own. Words they knew had different meanings to him. Perhaps its brain was just  muddled that way. Lillian seemed to understand, her eyes desperate and... and sad. Like she was remembering something she didn't want to. The girl refused to turn and look at Izuku, who stared at her back with scared eyes.
"I-I-I know, Vlad. It's okay. This is a different Izuku." Lillian tried to assure, her voice shaking. Vlad looked at her, not happy in the least. He was right, though. He had shot a gun at her, and he had hurt Shoto's heart. Broken it. Izuku had hurt them all the moment he pulled that weapon out, and when he took aim, he dug his own grave. Squeezing the trigger had been the same as jumping into his own coffin. He'd done it to himself. But this Izuku wasn't the same-- She had to convince Vlad that.
"Ouch, ouch. Egg." Vlad repeated, seeming upset and like he might cry too. Lillian moved forward and wrapped her arms around him, squeezing as hard as she could. His arms loosely came down to hold her too, his sad gaze never leaving Izuku. Izuku felt awful under the stare. Like he was the worst person in the world. He had to wonder what the other version of him had done to them, and to Shoto Todoroki. "Vlad panda. Plastic Fork Izuku. Egg. Dog bottle. Dog bottle airplane."
Lillian felt her heart squeeze. He was saying that it hurt, and that Izuku was a villain. That he himself would protect, and that he wanted Izuku gone. She couldn't blame him. It had caused such turmoil emotionally for everyone associated, and Vlad was no different than any of them. He felt hurt, pain, and betrayal just as much as any of them would. Lillian couldn't imagine the confusion he was feeling seeing Izuku back in 1-A's room amongst all the students. Though Lillian was sure he realized this was a different dimension to an extent, it still had to be mind-boggling standing before it all. Especially with him being the creature he was.
It was quite interesting to see a Nomu hug someone and to hear them talk. There was this sense of curiosity that pierced through the fog of caution and fear in the air. For the most part, the students seemed to realize that the Nomu wouldn't spontaneously attack. It could be reasoned with, Lillian was proving, and it wasn't aggravated for nothing. Izuku's presence seemed to be causing some issues. What he had done in Lillian's dimension to warrant such negative attention, none of them were sure. But they sure were curious. Perhaps that was macabre of them to wonder what this alternate version of their classmate could've done to draw this sort of anger forth, but they couldn't much help themselves.
Harper went over what Lillian had told her about all that had gone on. She hadn't gone into deep detail, really. Izuku Midoriya had been the traitor in her world, and they'd been friends when he tried to shoot her. She said someone else-- someone from Class 1-B had saved her-- but she hadn't gone into detail. Harper could hear the freckled teen think about him, whoever it was. Reliving the way their body dropped every time she so much glanced at Izuku. The poor boy had no idea what his other self had done, blinking with genuine concern shining in his green eyes.
Kit couldn't imagine Izuku ever doing something to harm someone. That wasn't to say he didn't believe what Lillian said. He'd just accepted rather easily that his version of the green-haired boy was different. Not traitorous like Lillian's. Kit almost wondered what would've happened if he hadn't gone to Izuku's house-- hadn't reached out. Would he be the traitor in his dimension too? It was a cold, hard thought that made him shiver with discomfort. He didn't want to think about it. The Izuku he had was an amazing friend, and he was going to be an even better hero.
"I-I know, Vlad. I understand." Lillian grit out, sounding like she might cry too. She pulled away from the creature to gaze up at him, feeling flushed and panicked under the gazes trained on her. Her class understood. They'd gone through all the same things with her, bearing the weight of Izuku's betrayal as a whole. Now it was just her. Only she knew Vlad, and why he was freaking out. His reasons were justified. There was no way to convey that to them though, was there? "But you need to listen to me. They do not know you here. They are not the s-same, and th... this Izuku is not the one we know, okay? H-He's good. He's a hero. He's going to be a hero."
It sounded like it pained Lillian to say it, but Vlad's body relaxed. She'd gotten the message across, and he quietly nodded. Lillian slunk to her desk, dragging the beast after her. The students around her all seemed to lean back as she sat down, Vlad plopping down beside her chair. His wings folded in, and his knees were drawn all the way up to his beak. He stared at Aizawa expectantly, as though he'd done this before. The tension in the room refused to fade, even as Harper and Kit plopped down. The two brunettes raised their brows at one another as though to ask what to do next. Neither knew.
The next few periods went the same, and then hero training came along. The 1-A of this dimension were all honing their skills in preparation for the upcoming physical exams. The ones Lillian had already taken, and that Harper had gotten to skip for the most part. The fighting portion, anyway. Kit had no idea what was happening, and he could honestly care less. He was placed in charge of Vlad on the sidelines, sitting leisurely beside the nomu and watching shit go down. Wasn't a bad position. Would be better if he had his phone. He could at least work on something for the magazine then-- brainstorm some ideas or something. Then maybe he wouldn't feel like he was wasting time.
Harper couldn't really do much other than fight physically. She was pitted against Hagakure. Aizawa tried to ask her what her quirk was, but she'd just shrugged and told him it was a mental-based one. Nothing more, nothing less. Anyone could be the traitor here, and the last thing Harper wanted to do was give them a heads up that she could hear them should they come around. So, she instead implied heavily that it was based on reflexes, just as she had in her home world. That seemed to work for the most part. It explained her ability to detect Hagakure. Still, fighting an opponent she couldn't see wasn't easy.
Lillian was different. Instead of pitting her against someone, she requested she be placed beneath Bakugo's pillar. This confused Aizawa, who was pretty sure she had Erasure. He didn't question it though. Katsuki was atop a stone pillar blowing rocks up overhead, sending them raining down in chunks. It was a dangerous place for her to be. Aizawa didn't like it, but he couldn't discount her. She knew herself better than anyone here for obvious reasons. He, technically, wasn't her teacher. That fact hurt for some reason.
The girl just stood there and stared up with tired eyes. Aizawa almost thought she was waiting to just let a boulder crush her as a way of ending it all. That's almost what came to pass, too. Katsuki did... something successful. He sent rubble raining down in a huge wave, chunks of varying size plummeting towards Lillian. The girl didn't even flinch as it raced towards her. Shota was seconds away from tackling her out of the way. He didn't seem to be the only one, the huge crash from Katsuki drawing Izuku and Shoto's attention away from their spar.
It was a few feet from her when she blinked, and it all stopped.
Shota felt the air leave him as the girl, dwarfed by the mass of concrete floating above her, stepped back. She'd gotten it all, having waited for it all to fall somewhat into her sight. A few stray pebbles here and there thudded down harmlessly around her. Lillian felt oddly tired. Too tired to be doing this. She felt acutely aware of Izuku's gaze on her back, and the urge to grab the biggest piece of rock she could find and chuck it at him was strong. She didn't. Instead, she jumped up slightly and grabbed what was closest, throwing it towards one of the unused concrete walls like it was nothing.
It unfroze right before it could hit, momentum returning and causing it to crash through with a huge bang that shook the building. Lillian froze the rubble she hadn't thrown once again before it could crush her, grabbing another piece and doing the same sluggishly. Aizawa stared, the cogs in his brain working overtime. Even Kit and Harper were quite impressed with the display, and that was having known what her given power was. It was frightening to see. Seeing someone so small and shy with such an immense quirk... it was awing.
"...Wow." Shota muttered beneath his breath, unable to stop himself from grinning. A pang shot through him, threatening to drag him down. He was still too amazed to falter in his smile. He knew this wasn't his student or his daughter, but the potential here... it would be irrational of him not to react this way.
"Whoa." Harper heard Kirishima say. She glanced over to see him staring at Lillian, paused in his spar with Ojiro. His eyes were starry, and he was grinning so wide it looked like it hurt. Harper blanched, looking between the redhead and the freckled girl she'd been transported with. Her jaw nearly dropped. "Am I... in love? She's just... wow! What if she's my soulmate? Don't be silly, Kirishima. Lillian isn't even from this dimension. But that was just... so manly... She's so strong. She's clearly been through so much, and she's so pretty. The way her hair whipped around her when the rock landed. She didn't even flinch!"
"Are you okay, Harper?" Hagakure's voice came from... somewhere. "She looks properly horrified."
"I... yeah." Harper blinked, turning away and shaking her head. She took a deep breath. She wasn't religious, but she was going to pray her ass off for Lillian. Harper had possessed insight into Kirishima's weird behaviors. She knew what he was thinking-- his thought process. But Lillian... "Just... if you see Kirishima trying to bother Lillian, avert his attention, would you?"
"Uh... sure?" Hagakure shrugged. "O-kay. Is this a cult thing? I don't know why my mind immediately went there. It just gives off that vibe."
Honestly, at this point, it might as well have been. Harper pushed away her pity and focused back on the fight instead. They'd deal with Kirishima when Kirishima needed to be dealt with. She just hoped, for Lillian's sake, it wouldn't come to that.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

It had come to that.

It had been three days. Three days of classes, of sleeping at UA, and of Vlad. 1-A had pretty much adjusted to him. A few of the people who hadn't really seen the Nomu's destruction in person had even warmed up to the creature just a little bit. And then there were some too chill to care-- ones who'd coped with their trauma just fine and really didn't mind Vlad's being there. That was a good thing in the eyes of the faculty. Aizawa was still a bit on edge, but even he adapted fast. As a hero, he was used to being thrown into unsavory situations. This one wasn't nearly the worst he'd experienced.

It had been three days. It was now Friday-- the weekend was about to start. Nezu had kept them updated on the investigation into their appearance, and Tsukauchi Naomasa had shown up to get statements. Kit had been weary, as he was of police officers. Lillian had almost asked him how Rei was before freezing like a deer in headlights and starting to sweat, and then she looked like she may cry when she realized Rei was definitely still in the hospital. Harper slipped into a conversation with the detective smooth as butter, the pair getting on as they always did, almost as though nothing was different at all. Tsukauchi acted like he knew her, and she did the same. It was sort of comforting to the mind reader.

Back to the point at hand. Kirishima was slowly edging closer and closer into Lillian's bubble. When they ate lunch, he was staring. When they were in class, he was staring. When they were training, he was staring. He would try to talk to her, bring her food, beam at her with starry-eyes. She'd just stare blankly at him, never having been all that close with the Kirishima in her world. Yeah, sometimes she ate with the guy and talked to him, and they were without a doubt friends. But they were far from besties. Different circles, that was all. Which was why his sudden interest in her was so... confusing. What had she done?

The weekend was welcomed because of this. Kirishima gave the freckled-girl a paralyzing hug, turning bright red and looking like he might pass out after. Lillian just stared, bewildered. Kit seemed constantly on the verge of laughter as he watched it go on, and Harper could only shake her head in pity. She'd expected herself to be jealous. She wasn't sure why she'd expected it from herself, but she had. The emotion never came. This Kirishima just so clearly wasn't her own. They looked the same, but they were somehow entirely different, even amongst the similarities. It was getting easier and easier to disassociate him from the one in her dimension.

Over the weekend, Nezu had them go back to where they appeared with heroes and police. They recounted the events a bit more closely, describing the feeling of the quirk and what time it had been when it happened for each of them. The police officers had been diligent in their note taking, and the heroes they'd brought in were the analyst type that you wouldn't see in the upper rankings. They established that it had been an accident and not a kidnapping, and that keeping their presence under the table was the best course of action.

The trio relaxed more after that, and got to talk more. UA provided them with some funds of their own. They were provided with clothing more suited to their tastes and were able to all go out together to a small cafe to just... chat. They talked more about each other and their interests. It felt like they'd really become friends. Lillian was glad. She felt more relieved, and having Vlad here was a comfort, even if he wasn't allowed outside of the UA academic building. Harper and Kit were good people with such unique stories so incredibly different from her own.

Harper couldn't believe she actually liked these people. People was something she normally didn't do. Kirishima and Dabi were the only people she could hang out leisurely with and not get a headache from it. Love to Tsukauchi, Naomasa, and Kurogiri, but... well, that was pretty self-explanatory. Kit and Lillian had vastly different personalities that went perfectly with one another. Like soft serve topped with hot fudge. Lillian seemed entirely used to Kit's personality, not ever taking offense to him or to Harper's dry remarks. Her thoughts were mild. Kit's were strong, but not loud like Bakugo's. It was nice.

Kit felt the same way. Chicks were usually batshit fucking insane, but these two were pretty chill. Lillian talked about how she sorta, kinda, maybe had a crush on Katsuki. Her Katsuki, anyway. He had to be pretty different if a nice girl like her would go for him. He was a fucking asshole, after all. It sort of worked though. He wished he could see their dynamic. Would probably be cute as hell. That, and Harper with Kirishima? He didn't know the guy, but he'd seen the way he made goo-goo eyes at Lillian. That, directed at Harper? Fucking hilarious! Absolutely a riot. They seemed to be just as amused with his relationship with Tenya. Harper especially seemed interested in it-- wistful, almost, like she was remembering some real fuck shit about her own Tenya.

When Monday came, they were more confident. A bit antsy to get back, but feeling better adjusted overall. Vlad seemed to have gotten semi-used to Izuku, though he did hiss ferally at the boy anytime he got within ten feet of Lillian or Shoto. Which was an issue seeing as the Izuku and Shoto here were close friends. Anytime Izuku reached out to touch the half-and-half boy, Vlad was on his feet growling and snapping his beak with rage. Lillian had been forced to tackle him or freeze him a few times. Shoto was oddly flattered that this thing wanted to protect him, even if he didn't need it.

"So you still don't know when you'll be getting back?" Kirishima asked. It was before their first class, and everyone was chatting. Lillian shrugged awkwardly as the boy stared at her with happy, sparkling eyes, his chin propped up on his hand. Kit looked mildly disgusted, and Harper's entire face was scrunched up. "I wish she could stay forever and ever. I know that's not possible but... gah! She's just so pretty! And she's so insanely smart and talented. Her quirk is just-- absolutely stunning. I can't handle it! I can't."

Kit wasn't sure how Lillian couldn't see what was right in front of her. Like, this guy was so obviously smitten with her. Even Vlad was staring to catch on. And he had two eyes that were facing separate directions most of the time. If he could see it, surely Lillian could. Or maybe she was just that clueless. Apparently she'd lived with guys for a while in a very platonic and familial sense. That could attribute to it. That, or perhaps her apparent feelings for her Katsuki were all she was focused on. It probably didn't occur to her to look at anyone else, or to consider them.

"Keep it in your pants, red. We get it. You think she's cute, you don't want her to leave." Kit called him out. Lillian's head whipped towards him so fast she almost got whiplash, her brows furrowed deeply. Kirishima jumped, his eyes going wide and his face turning red. Kaminari started to ugly laugh, Sero joining in. Even Mina and Hagakure had to giggle just a little. Kit smirked, leaning back and crossing his arms over his chest. "Besides, Little Lillian here has her eyes on someone else. Someone that actually lives in her dimension."

Harper snorted, rolling her eyes as Lillian chucked her pencil-case at Kit at breakneck speed, the object hitting him square in the side of the head. The boy sputtered, bringing a hand up to swat just a little too late. Mina and Hagakure started laughing harder at his misfortune. Tenya boomed at them to behave themselves and sit down, but he was the only one standing. Lillian glared at him, wondering if she should make her eyes glow for dramatic effect or if that was too far. Turns out, she didn't have to. Aizawa came in before she got the chance.

"Settle down." He drawled, silencing them almost immediately. If nothing else, at least 1-A listened to their teacher. Sometimes. Unless it involved fighting villains, in which case they disregarded anything and everything he said and went in guns blazing anyway. Attention was turned towards the front. His eyes scanned over everyone, and he mentally checked them all of in his mind as a way of 'role call'. "Good. They're all here. It would be irrational for any of them to miss this close to exams."

Harper found herself deep in thought for most of the morning. Not for any particular reason. She just... was stressed. Her class too was prepping to go to the summer camp, which apparently was going to go to shit according to Lillian. What if she didn't make it back in time to warn them? Of course, things could be different in her dimension with Sero caught and not there to give info, but she didn't dare to assume. Speaking of Sero, how was he? Had they taken him? Was Stain okay? What about his son? Were they letting them visit like they were supposed to? Then there was, of course, Kurogiri. He had to be breaking down. What if his emotions had turned off and he's wandered off? What about Dabi? The chief was constantly looking for a reason to get rid of him. Tsukauchi and Sansa would look out for him, but still. Point stood.

Kit was starting to get nervous too. He'd heard about this USJ shit and had to say he didn't quite like the sound of it. He wanted to get back on the Chad Project, and back to Tenya. To Izuku, Hawks, Tensei, and Dabi too. Even Denise, and even Chad, even if he was still in a coma. Lillian had regaled him with tales of all Chad had become. Those would surely bring Hawks some comfort. Or at least he hoped so. There was also this... this Stain dude? Who was going to paralyze Tensei? Fuck no-- not on his watch. Point was; he needed to get the fuck back and get his ass in gear.

Lillian listened and took notes idly until lunch, ruminating on her own dimension. What if she missed the licensing exam, or wasn't prepared when it was time? They were all adjusting in the dorms as best as they possibly could, but that didn't change the fact that they were some of the few first years that would be taking these tests. Lillian had already been stressing like crazy, and so had her friends. How were they? How was Shoto coping? Was Katsuki okay? How was Neito's death situation going, and what about Hitoshi's hand? Did Kaminari ever get those adjustments to his costume, or was he still too afraid to approach Hatsume for fear of blowing up? What about Chad, Dabi, and the other nomu? Was Eri okay without Vlad? Was her dad freaking out? How about Mic, Mihoko, and Hajime? Hawks too, and Rei, and Fuyumi, and-- there was just too much! She was freaking out!

By the time lunch came, they were all starving. Class 1-A leisurely made their way to the cafeteria. Vlad hung back in the classroom as he usually did. Lillian hugged him before she went, promising to tell him everything he missed when she got back. He simply hummed and laid down for a nap, not too bothered. She'd bring him back some food to scarf down later. Probably something Mexican if lunch rush was still willing. While all the other students were requesting things like curry with rice, ramen, or dumplings, her simple request of 'thirty spicy tacos' was always met with a disdainful stare.

"Man, he totally crushed you, dude!" Kaminari laughed, clapping Kirishima on the back as he trotted after Lillian like a lost puppy. Harper glanced back, looking at Lillian to make sure she wasn't bothered. She didn't appear to even be listening, too deep in thought. "Still, a pretty girl like her? You should've known!"

"Leave me alone." Kirishima whined slightly, still focused on Lillian. Mina scoffed.

"Come on! You were being way too obvious for us to just ignore you." Mina laughed, grinning widely. Kirishima seemed to droop. The pink-haired girl wasn't done though, leaning over to whisper in a hushed tone to him. "Though, if she were single, I'm sure you'd be able to land her in seconds. So don't feel too down."

Harper tuned out the conversation when she caught the thoughts of Nezu ahead. It was odd due to the fact that he did not usually come to the cafeteria for any reason at all-- especially not whilst it was being used. She focused a bit further and was rather confused to find that Tenya was there, along with someone who she really didn't recognize. This wouldn't be an issue were Tenya not walking right behind them alongside Izuku, Shoto, and Ochako, discussing the lecture with the green-haired boy in length. Harper twitched, feeling tense. She glanced back at Iida.

He was definitely there walking. Kit followed her gaze, cocking a brow. He nudged Lillian with his elbow to draw her attention. She looked at Harper, and then at Tenya. The boy was rambling about something related to studying. He had several hand-chopping motions. Ochako noticed the trio shooting glances back at him and tapped his arm, nodding towards them with a politely confused expression. Tenya blinked a few times, staring back at them. And then he looked up and down the hall.

Tenya stopped walking completely. He couldn't believe his eyes. Standing at the end of the hall was... well, it was himself. Only this version of himself was clearly exhausted, with wild hair not at all in order, and askew glasses. Bags under the eyes that implied very little sleep! That, and he was wearing sweatpants and a shirt-- not at all orderly for a place like UA. This was all overshadowed by the fact that he was staring at himself, of course. That was without a doubt him, standing beside the hero, Hawks. He recognized him from the news. He was up and coming rather fast, and according to Tensei, he'd be breaking into the top ranks any day now.

Kit whipped around, saw the other version of Tenya-- the imposter-- standing there, and let out a loud whoop.

This tired version of Tenya looked up immediately, and it was like the tension bled out of his body as Kit broke away from the group and took off full sprint down the hall, laughing wildly the entire way. The Iida of here stared, gobsmacked, as Kit crashed into the open arms of this other him. Tired Tenya wrapped him up, looking on the verge of tears as he hugged him close, burying his face in his hair. Hawks grinned brightly, reaching over to place a hand on Tired Tenya's shoulder in comfort. As if to say 'we did it'.

Harper smiled a bit. The hug was cute, and Kit's boyish happiness radiated out of him in waves. She allowed them to crash into her, alleviating the ever-present headache that had plagued her since coming to this dimension. Though she had adjusted and processed the changes, her quirk hadn't. Things were still too mismatched. It was struggling to relearn some of these people. Some were blatantly different. Easy to set aside as 'different'. Then there were the individuals who were similar. Too similar, yet just different enough to make her quirk trip up. It was tiring.

"What the hell? Isn't that you, Iida?" Sero questioned, confused. Tenya opened and closed his mouth, approaching robotically when Izuku lightly nudged him. He marched up, his own voice falling upon his own ears. It was... disorienting. Lillian and Harper shared hopeful looks. More people from other dimensions were showing up. Lillian could tell this wasn't her Hawks. He didn't look quite the same. That had to mean it was Kit's, and that this was his Tenya too. Which was... odd. Incredibly so. Not odd that he was here, per se. Just kind of strange seeing it.

"Y-Yes. I believe so." Tenya blurted out, stunned. Ochako gasped.

"Wait! Then that must be Kit's version of you from another dimension!" Ochako exclaimed, smacking her fist into her open palm. Mina let out an ungodly squeal that made Harper wince. Lillian sent her a sympathetic look. She couldn't imagine the thoughts bouncing around right now. Harper's quirk was definitely not something she envied. Her self esteem would be destroyed, and her eggroll, unbuttered.

"So cute!" Mina agreed. Tenya looked flabbergasted, the group of them all stopping a few feet away from Kit and Other Tenya's reunion.

Kit could not explain the weight of relief that bowled him over when he realized that this was his Tenya. That he'd found a way to come and get him. He looked tired and like he'd been through absolute hell trying to figure out what had happened, but he'd evidently done it. Probably with some help from Izuku and the others, of course, but nonetheless his effort was obvious. He hugged Kit hard and close, inhaling deeply like he was taking his first breath of air in days. Hawks beamed with relief, and Nezu watched with clear interest. Some of 1-A had stopped with curiosity, now looking between the two Tenya's with realization.

Tenya, the one from Kit's dimension, was going to cry. Kit had just... vanished. He had dropped through the floor out of absolutely nowhere, and Tenya had never, ever been more terrified. Not in his entire life. The absolute panic that had shot through him sent him spiraling further and harder than he thought possible. It was scary to have someone disappear like that. Someone you loved and who you'd just been... you'd just been talking to. They were just talking like they did everyday, and suddenly Kit was falling, eyes wide and full of surprise. That was the last thing he saw before the boy vanished.

But now he was here and in his arms, safe, sound, and breathing. Smiling, even. He wasn't hurt, and he hadn't been killed. He was okay. They were okay. Kit still smelled distinctly like apricots and butter, with a bit of cinnamon under the surface. The warmth that pervaded Tenya made his worries wash away. He didn't care who was staring or who was talking or where they were. This wasn't their dimension anyway. Kit was here with Tenya again. He'd found him.

"Don't you e...ever do that again." Other Tenya breathed out shakily, his voice fearful and upset. The Tenya of this dimension was struck by his own tone. There was emotion he'd never heard in himself before. He was struck with the realization that this other him did care for Kit. That the short brunette hadn't been messing around. When the other him leaned back to soak in Kit, his eyes so full of love and relief he almost couldn't believe he was truly looking at himself. The other Tenya stared down at Kit, shaking ever so slightly. "Y-You just... you fell. And it took too long to figure out... Izuku had to... I didn't know what to do. You were just gone. Gone!"

"Babe, I didn't choose to fall spontaneously through the floor and into another dimension. These things just happen. Apparently." Kit slung his arms over Tenya's shoulders and around his neck as best he could. Which wasn't much considering their height difference. The Tenya of this dimension when bright red, bug-eyed at the scene playing out before him. The others watched with obvious interest, the girls leaning particularly close. Kit beamed. "This fuck ass universe doesn't even have a me. How can it not have a me? I'm a fucking badass. Don't know how Katsuki is allowed to exist more than one place and I'm not. Total bu-- are you crying? Don't cry, I'm completely fi--"

Ochako and Mina let out a literal screams at the sight of them kissing, and this Tenya's jaw dropped. Shoto and Izuku both stared blankly as Kaminari and Sero let out wolf whistles, clapping obnoxiously and cheering in a way that made Hawks snicker. Jiro tugged on Momo's sleeve so hard the girl almost dropped her lunch, pointing to the scene. Momo let out a shriek that drew the attention of Shoji and Hagakure, the latter of which stood and yelled at Ojiro to look. Ojiro was sitting beside Sato, Tsuyu, and Tokoyami who, of course, all turned. Aoyama was staring to begin with, and Koda spit out his soup when he spotted it. A few other people from other classes glanced over but didn't really say much, not really recognizing the issue other than PDA. Mineta was staring open-mouthed. Lillian quietly clapped, and Harper nodded. Sounded about right. Kirishima looked near tears from emotion.

Other Tenya kissed Kit for a good long while before pulling away and scooping him up in a hug again. Kit found his face smooshed into his boyfriends chest, but you wouldn't find him complaining. Tenya was thick as hell. A whole snack. Any excuse to be pressed up against him was an excuse he'd make. Tenya was shaking and quietly crying though so maybe it wasn't the most ideal situation. In Kit's dream-scenario, they'd both alone in a room. On a bed. Shirtless. Really steamy music playing. You already know the whole shabang. And by that, Kit meant... you know, they'd be shabanging--

"Sorry." Other Tenya croaked out when Kit said nothing, too caught up in his thoughts. The Tenya from here was opening and closing his mouth in total shock. He had just watched himself kiss this little... tyrant. Kit blinked back into reality, tightening his hug a bit and pulling himself back a bit to look at his boyfriend.

"Don't even fucking go there. I try to make out with you every five seconds and you finally take the lead and you think you need to apologize? Should've fallen into another dimension months ago." Kit's words made him laugh just a little, though he was still teary eyed. Kit grinned a bit wider, glancing to Hawks. The man looked near tears himself. Guess his surprise vacation wasn't taken well on the other end. "Thank you guys for coming to get my sorry ass. Genuinely had no fucking clue what had happened. Probably would've stayed stuck here for a good while had you not shown up."

Hawks grinned. Kit going missing had been startling. He'd grown to care for the feisty kid quite a bit, and his little gang of friends. He was astonishingly cunning and smart. His drive to help others and do right by people told Hawks that, if the kid wanted to, he'd be a spectacular hero. Hell, he already was one! The shared fear they'd all experienced when he vanished. He had been a salvation for a lot of them. For Tenya, he'd been a friend and defender when he needed one most. For Izuku, a lifesaver in a sea of people who belittled him and didn't think he could do it. For Dabi, a job instead of a life of crime. For Hawks, someone willing to avenge and go after the throat of a dangerous man for the betterment of society.

Lillian was happy to see Kit reunite with the people who cared for him-- or at least some of him. She knew the relief. The freckled girl truly hoped that the time would come for Harper soon too. The girl had to be wondering where her friends and family were. Lillian sort of was too. Vlad had showed up, and she was eternally grateful for that, but where was everyone else? Did they just send Vlad and decide that was fine? Were they not sure whether or not it had worked? Or maybe Vlad had gotten here the same way she had. By accident.

Harper was in fact a bit concerned. Obviously Kurogiri would notice she was missing. She felt like she was still connected to him. Weird, but true. She wasn't sure how that worked or if she was imagining it, but it was somewhat comforting nonetheless. Were all her friends too much of dumbasses to hunt her down or something? That... actually seemed plausible. And now she was having to rely on alternate-dimension Nezu to not fuck her shit while everyone else got picked up. What the fuck? She could only pray to whatever god happened to be listening that Dabi and Tsukauchi would figure this one out. They were the only ones with actual brains, after all.

"We'll be sent back in three days, Izuku said. It was the shortest he could make it." Hawks said. Tired Tenya was still hugging Kit, and the one from here was still gawking. 1-A had broken out into conversation, some coming over to see what the allure was all about. A few were taking pictures of Hawks. Hindsight 20/20, Nezu seemed to realize these kids were going to post about Hawks being here. Except Hawks wasn't here, because he was actually in a completely different part of Japan for a press conference. Not the greatest, but he'd figure it out.  "You'll need to be near one of us when it happens. Ten feet, I think, so don't go too far unless you want to get stuck here for another few days."

"I don't think distance will be a problem." Kaminari wiggled his eyebrows. Sero snickered. Tired Tenya's attention was drawn to them, his expression flat and brows furrowed. He didn't look anything like their Iida, looser and looking less like he cared. Kit watched his boyfriend make eye contact with himself. He watched his Tenya's face go through the nine stages of grief as he took in his uptight, flustered appearance. He seemed less than impressed with this version of himself, which was honestly the funniest shit Kit had ever seen.

Kit's Tenya gazed at what he would've been if he hadn't met Kit. This Tenya looked how he did most days, with a pristine uniform and neat hair. It was the expression and emotions flashing through his eyes that made him really cringe. Flushed face, stunned look. Completely unprepared and uncollected. No idea what was happening. It was sort of embarrassing to see himself like that, but also disorienting. Was this really how he'd have been? How he was before? He supposed it was. He was just glad he didn't see any disgust in the face of his other self. That would've really sent him.

"Lovely!" Nezu chirped. "As you can see, Suzuko is perfectly fine, as I said before. He's become quite close with Miss Aizawa and Miss Rye, the other dimension-hoppers I spoke of. I'm sure they'll be perfectly fine with explaining the situation to you. Am I safe in assuming you will be fine awaiting your trip back here at UA?"

Tired Tenya nodded quietly, and Hawks did too, shooting a thumbs up. Lillian and Harper gave a wave and a nod respectively when the two new dimension jumpers turned their attention to them. Kit grinned wildly, making eye contact with the Iida from here cockily. Mina and Ochako were talking a mile a minute, and Jiro and Momo had begun to whisper with one another. This other Tenya just looked so vastly different. Exhausted, and entirely done. Not put together in the least. It was something they never thought they'd see. Even in the aftermath of the summer camp he was put together, dressed well and somewhat level-headed.

Kit jerked his head to Lillian and Harper to follow. The two girls did, trotting off towards the lunch line with the new arrivals and leaving their alternate-classmates to gawk after them. Kit cheekily smacked his own boyfriend's ass, throwing a wink over his shoulder at the Tenya from here as he was swatted at half-heartedly by his own Iida. Kaminari and Sero devolved even deeper into their hysterics, loving the look on their Iida's face. Shoto stared blandly after them, glancing at the slightly-flushed Izuku. Mina and Ochako had taken to squealing, and most of the other girls were too. Save for Momo who let out a scandalized gasp.

"S-Someone will show up for you soon." Lillian promised Harper. Though, if Kit, Tenya, and Hawks were going back to their dimension in three days, why hadn't Lillian gone back to hers? Had she not been close enough to Vlad? Or perhaps their ways of returning would vary. It was possible they'd worked out the how to get there but not the how to get back. It would explain why they'd sent Vlad. To see if they could get someone to go. Now they just had to figure how how to pull them back. "I should've been back b-by now if the three days applied to me, s-so I guess I'm waiting too."

Harper nodded in agreement. Lillian should've been the first to vanish. It was entirely possible Vlad had vanished at some point and they hadn't noticed, and then he'd come back. Perhaps during hero training or whilst they were out this weekend. If that had occurred, the Nomu clearly hadn't informed Lillian. Not surprising. Harper supposed she was fine either way. Raring to get back, yes, but she'd live. This could even be viewed as a vacation if you looked at it the right way. No real work, no Kurogiri to wrangle, no raging gay Bakugo, no raging gay Mineta, no overly-exuberant Aizawa. Even with all those stressors missing, she had to miss her classmates and friends nonetheless. That's why caring sucked ass so hard.

"Hawks, Tenya, this is Harper and Lillian. Alternate dimensions and shit too." Kit waved a hand back at them. Tenya gave a tired nod, and Hawks offered forth a charismatic grin that made Lillian relax. He looked and acted just like the Hawks she knew-- the one that acted like a really cool uncle and would come whenever they needed him. He'd practically adopted Shoto at this point, and he was willing to let even more of them intern. "Hawks, you're gonna want to talk to Lillian. She's got some shit you'd like to hear."

Hawks blinked, turning to the freckled girl. She was rather short, with long black hair and big, unassuming blue eyes. She looked rather shy. Seemed like the timid type. The girl didn't shrink beneath his gaze, however. He was struck with the realization that she clearly knew him and who he was. There was recognition in her eyes alongside her hesitance. Obviously, she knew he was not the same as her Hawks. But it was clear she couldn't help but relax a little bit whilst in the familiar presence.

Lillian wasn't sure how to segue into the topic of Chad. In Kit's dimension, he was in a coma and it was a sensitive topic for Hawks. He missed his brother dearly and wanted nothing more than for him to wake up. He carried a lot of grief and guilt, Kit had explained quietly to them one evening when they were all laying in bed, ready to drift off. It seemed terribly sad. Lillian couldn't imagine that-- Chad lying comatose and weakened. He was just so strong, withstanding anything thrown his way and taking everything in stride. Lillian knew he was human. Of course she did. This just... thinking about it made her feel nearly ill.

"I'm guessing you know me, then." Hawks gave a small bow with flourish as Lunch Rush prepared them some food. Hawks was still getting a few stares. "It's nice to meet you, Lillian. Though I'm sure my alternate version can't possibly be this handsome."

He struck a small pose as he said it, and Lillian had to smile back. Though, it faded slightly when she realized what she'd have to say. Hawks was such an earnest person. His genuine kindness wasn't something you found in a lot of the top-of-the-chart pro heroes. She didn't want to hurt him in any way. The mere thought made her frown.

"I-It's nice to meet you too. You're right; I do know you. One of my friends interned with you after the Sports Festival ended..." Lillian trailed off. Hawks blinked curiously. An intern? He'd never thought about getting one of those before. Didn't seem like a bad idea, actually. He'd been eyeing that bird-headed once since he got here. Was he in their dimension too? He'd have to find out. "I'm... I-I'm actually more familiar with uh... w-with your brother? Chad?"

Hawks froze, staring at her. Lillian froze too, staring back. Harper sighed. Probably should've seen this one coming, huh?

"To elaborate, he never went into a coma in her dimension." Harper drawled, seeing that Lillian was too petrified by her own words to say much. You made eye contact with the girl for more than two seconds and she turned into a statue. With how still she was now, you'd think she'd somehow managed to use her quirk on herself. Hawks here needed some context if they wanted him to understand what she was trying to say. "Lillian's pretty close to him. Kit thought you might like to hear some stories or some shit. Though, I did tell him that might be too emotionally damaging."

Hawks could hear his heart beating in his ears, pounding so hard he thought it would stop. Kit was grinning, squeezing Tenya's hand as the boy took his tray from lunch rush. He seemed too tired to get invested in the conversation, worn out from the endless hours spent trying to figure out where Kit had gone. Izuku was worse than he was, having been so tired he hadn't even been able to come along with them. He'd passed out almost as soon as he solved it, dead to the world. Tensei and Dabi had promised to watch after him and Chad, sending Hawks-- the most awake and capable one-- and Tenya instead. At least then there'd be an adult present. Not that Hawks was more responsible than Tenya by any means. It was the thought that counted, right?

Kit had learned a lot about Chad. Lillian's version of him matched up with all Hawks had described. Bold, terrifying, and unstoppable despite his quirklessness. It had been amazing to hear of all the things Chad had done and accomplished. Chad and Dabi, married? A kid they kidnapped from the mafia, which Chad was actively taking out all by his lonesome? Running from the police and taming Nomu? This guy sounded like a total badass. Able to shoot any gun and holding the ability to conceal over thirty knives on his person at any given time. Kit couldn't fucking wait for this dude to wake up in his universe.

"I-I... Chad's... Y-Your Chad is awake?" Hawks asked in a small voice, staring at Lillian like she was a pot of gold. The girl hesitantly nodded, squeaking when the winged her swooped forward and grabbed her by her shoulders. Not harshly, but desperately, rather. His eyes were watery and full of emotion, his grip firm and pleading. Lillian felt sadness well in her at the sight of Hawks looking so... so broken. His brother really was his light. The person he loved the most, even in Kit's dimension. "Please. Tell me everything."

Lillian felt it was the least she could do.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The new Tenya and Hawks didn't get desks, but they did get chairs. Tenya pulled his right up next to Kit's, ignoring any questions shot his way with an uncharacteristic glower. He instead tilted his head back and passed out right then and there, too tired to even bother trying to get comfortable. Hawks had been promptly assaulted upon entering the classroom, listening so diligently to Lillian's tales of Chad he hadn't even seen the giant black creature speeding towards him. Not until he was being scooped up and hugged. He could only freeze and blink as he was nuzzled, brows up to his hairline and lips pressed tightly together. Lillian had profusely apologized.
Harper spent the rest of the day drumming her fingers on her desk and wondering when the fuck someone was going to come get her ass. Sure, Lillian seemed just as stuck as she was, but at least someone had shown up. It was better than radio silence. Harper could feel herself growing antsier each minute that passed. What if they really were too fucking dumb to figure out how to get her? This Nezu was clueless, and so was the police force. It was driving her absolutely nuts. What was she supposed to do if they couldn't find her or get her back? The thought of getting stuck here forever made her sick.
"As you can see we have two new additions to the class." Aizawa drawled, waving a hand at Hawks and the other Tenya who was completely passed out. Hawks was sitting in a chair by the wall, staring at Lillian wistfully while Vlad nuzzled his beak into his side. The creature was very happy to see yet another familiar face. Lillian didn't even try to tell him this wasn't their Hawks. She was already pushing her luck trying to get him to leave Izuku alone. Anymore and he might just snap. That wasn't something anyone needed to deal with right now.
"Oh trust me, Mr. Aizawa. We noticed." Hagakure giggled. The Tenya from their universe grit his teeth, completely red and unable to look anyone in the eye anymore. Kit grinned cheekily, crossing his arms over his chest proudly. Even though Tenya was literally drooling next to him, he couldn't stop the elated feeling growing in his chest. He was going to go home! They'd found a way to get him home, and he honestly couldn't be happier. Sayonara to all these fucknuts-- barring Lillian and Harper. If he was going to miss anyone, it would certainly be them.
"Right." Aizawa sighed. "Same rules apply. Leave them alone and don't ask too many questions. They'll be departing soon, so try not to trouble them."
There were several exclamations of understanding and confirmation from around the class. Aizawa's eyes met a pair of blue ones, and his heart plummeted. It was a miracle she'd stayed as long as she had. He knew this. He had tried his hardest to keep a distance from her, but she looked at him with such fondness and trust that he couldn't help but get attached. The way she spoke to him and seemed to understand him without him having to say a word. The knowledge that soon he wouldn't have that-- have her-- hurt. He tried to play it off and act indifferent, but he couldn't.
Kids were never something he'd wanted. Not in particular, anyway. Him being gay heavily attributed to this, at least in the natural reproductive sense. His parents had badgered him and teased him about adopting, but even they had accepted that parenthood wasn't for him. And that was fine. Some people simply didn't want to have kids. But now here he was, gazing at this girl and knowing he had missed the chance to create this. Even if Lillian had apparently been an accident overall, the other Aizawa had struck absolute gold. He was sitting atop a fortune that this Shota was never going to have, and that knowledge stung. He could just tell he'd be thinking about Lillian for the rest of his life. About what could've been.
Aizawa turned the class over to Mic for English. He gave the second Tenya a long stare, glanced at Hawks with raised eyebrows, and then got on with it. The class wasn't really paying attention. The other Tenya was softly snoring. It wasn't the most disruptive sound in the world, but people were still snickering nonetheless and teasing the Tenya of this dimension. Mic couldn't say it wasn't amusing. This entire situation was... odd. Not something he thought he'd ever encounter.
Harper's mind continued to wander as class went on, lazily pinging between the thoughts of her peers. Assuming the individuals in her dimension actually got their asses in gear, she could be leaving soon. Nezu had done a lot for them, even if he couldn't figure out how to get them home. She couldn't discount that. The money, the clothes, the safe place to sleep and learn. He hadn't had to offer any of it, but he had, and she was grateful to him for that. This Nezu seemed like less of a fucking waffle-head than hers did. She appreciated that, too. The least she could do was try to find this traitor.
The thing was, she was coming up pretty much dry. None of 1-A were it. She'd even bled into 1-B's room a few doors down to no avail. No on in there was the least bit suspicious, all going about their business. There was one kid-- Neito Monoma-- who was absolutely fucking rabid about 1-A. Saying they were up to something and that all these new people coming in and out was weird. Definitely a conspiracy theorist, but not the traitor. Just a bit wacked in the brain. Full of jealousy and a sense of inadiquicy. Nothing to be all too concerned about in this case.
Sero and Izuku had been vetted quite thoroughly. She had grilled them until they charred, digging into their thoughts like her life depended on it. There was nothing. Absolutely nothing. That should've been a good thing. It was, really. Just frustrating. If they weren't it, it had to be someone else. Only it wasn't someone else because no one else's thoughts were picking up. It was ridiculous and driving her straight up the wall. This was ass. This was complete and total ass, and she hated it. She just wanted a nap.
Kit seemed to notice the girl's turmoil as she massaged her temples, scowling. She'd told them how irritating it was not being able to hunt them down. Sero had hidden rather well, but that being said, Sero really hadn't been that on edge all things considered. To him, she had been a transfer student at the time. A harmless one with a harmless quirk. To the traitor here, she was from another dimension where there were several parallels. He or she should've been scrambling thinking they'd been caught or would be caught. But they weren't. Everyone was completely collected. Could it be that there just wasn't one in this universe?
"Harper." Kit whispered, voice so low she almost missed it. She focused on him, and he nodded, his thoughts flowing into her as he pushed them forth as best he knew how. She got the memo. Kit's thoughts were barbed and considering, and he presented forth a point Harper hadn't explored much. "Have you tried these shit ass teachers? Because I don't know if your ass noticed, but this blonde dude stares at us every fucking class. I know it's been a student twice, but shit is obviously different depending on the dimension. It could be that the bitch is right under our noses teaching us math or some shit and we haven't noticed. Or english. Hint hint. This guy is fucking weird. Don't like him."
Lillian glanced at them questioningly. Kit gave her a nod, glancing at Mic and frowning. Lillian blinked. Mic? Was there something wrong with him? The Mic in her universe was amazing. Her favorite pro hero, loud and confident. This one seemed more hesitant. It made sense. Her being his best friends daughter was odd. That being said, she hadn't seen Mic and her dad from here interact much at all. Mic wasn't even that loud, still seeming relatively bothered by their presence here. Again, it made sense. They were anomalies, and maybe Mic was having trouble processing that. Unless it was... it was something else. It wouldn't be, right?
Harper sniffed a bit, focusing on Mic. She knew Mic well in her dimension. She'd attended his wedding. Hell, she was the only reason he'd even landed a husband to begin with. She had been lighter in her digging into the teachers-- especially the ones she was familiar with. It was same with her classmates. Subconsciously, she really didn't find herself digging deep into Kirishima. The idea of any version of him being the traitor was absurd. Though, it was obvious he wasn't. He was still too busy burning smitten holes in the back of poor Lillian's head to even think about betraying literally anyone.
"They're looking this way." Mic's thoughts noticed, though he didn't look at them, continuing to teach the lesson with a smile despite how few were listening. "Do they know? They would've told Nezu by now. Midoriya is obviously the traitor in the freckled brat's dimension. Not sure about the other two. Think the short one just started UA. If he even goes there, that is. Don't think he does. The two idiots who came to get him haven't said anything. It's the trench coat kid I'm worried about."
Wow. Right there hanging in front of her face. Harper sighed, never having felt more like an idiot in her entire life. Really? Just... really? Of course it was Mic. Why the fuck wouldn't it be? It being someone else would make way, way too much sense, wouldn't it?! God fucking dammit. This was dumb as hell. Mic. Present-fucking-Mic. Who would suspect? Not her, certainly. She'd completely written his weird behavior off as a dimensional differentiation. To think that Kit, who didn't even know who Mic was, had picked up on it before she had. What was the point of her quirk if she couldn't even draw this stuff out on her own? Fuck!
Kit saw her expression twitch and frowned, eyes shifting back to Mic. So it was him, then? Lillian seemed worried too, glancing between her two friends and then back at Mic like she'd maybe figured it out. Lillian really didn't want to think it was Mic, but this wasn't her Present Mic. Hers would never, but she couldn't say she knew this one. He seemed somewhat different from hers. He didn't have his sunglasses, for one thing. That was the weirdest thing to her. She didn't know why-- it just was. Without them he didn't look quite right. Not with his hair all gelled up and such.
The concept of a traitor was odd to Kit. Why would anyone willingly side with the villains? Sero and Izuku didn't make much sense at all. Sero had been planted-- completely planned. Izuku had already been planning to apply at that point, though. Had this blonde bitch converted at some point? If so, what was his reason? Villains always seemed to have dumb motives in his mind. Most, anyway. 'I felt excluded from society' or 'I was bullied by those around me!' As though those were excuses to kill innocent people.
Harper glanced to Lillian and gave her a nod. Better to grab him while he was here in perfect view doing absolutely nothing but wondering if they were aware of his true nature. If he got even more suspicious or caught wind of their newfound knowledge, he was definitely going to do some fuck shit. Nobody needed to get hurt. With Lillian's quirk, that was entirely possibly. They just had to apprehend him and get Nezu in here. Though, poor Aizawa was going to be heartbroken... they could worry about that later. Right now, getting rid of him was priority. Preferably before he could scream anyone's eardrums off.
Lillian blinked, freezing Mic where he stood. There was a twinge in her stomach. His quirk was powerful and far from something to scoff at. That meant they were on a time crunch. They needed to restrain him while they still had the chance. Though, the others from this dimensions seemed rather appalled by this sudden interruption. Lillian felt rather appalled too. At least this wasn't her Mic. It was easier to detach herself from the situation with that knowledge in mind.
"Hey! Why'd you freeze him, Lillian?" Jiro exclaimed, confused. "Did something happen? Maybe it was an accident. No, she would've unfrozen him by now were that the case. She's not looking away from him. Neither is Harper or Kit. Something is definitely up."
"Yeah, bro. We kinda need to hear this for exams." Sero agreed with a nod. "There's gotta be a good reason, though. They all look kinda pale. Or maybe it's a prank. Lillian doesn't seem like the type at all, though!"
"Hahhh? What the hell? Unfreeze him, you freckled bitch!" Bakugo said irritably, his eyebrow twitching. "I'm not failing my fucking English exam because some extra decided they wanted to play some stupid ass prank."
Kit scoffed, the sound waking up his Tenya with a jolt. Hawks was pursing his lips and had his shoulders hunched as he crossed his arms over his chest. Vlad was mimicking his position from his place on the floor. He seemed a bit curious to see Mic frozen by what he could tell was Lillian's quirk, trilling slightly in question. Lillian didn't answer, sniffling slightly and not removing her eyes from Mic. What a turn of events. Lillian hadn't really seen it coming, to be honest. The idea of a traitor aside from Izuku didn't seem to click in her mind. Not after having seen the green-haired boy shoot someone. This was fine. It was totally fine.
Kit wondered if this English dude was the traitor in his world. Or maybe it was Sero. Definitely not Izuku. What if Izuku would've been the traitor had Kit not re-befriended him, and now there wasn't going to be one? It was eating at him. His boyfriend and best friend were in direct danger. He wasn't a fan of that, really. He'd have to go badger the rat-ass principal for answers when they got back. Hiding the fact that they were suspecting a traitor from the student body made sense, but damn. This was fucked up.
"Don't worry about it." Harper sighed, standing up. "We need to get Nezu. Lillian?"
"I-I'm fine." Lillian nodded to her, glancing away from Mic only momentarily before her eyes found him again. Harper cracked her back. Time to go find a security camera out in the hall to talk at. Nezu probably already knew what was happening somehow, but on the off chance he was behind the curve, she'd go contact him the quickest way she knew how. Lillian sighed, her eyes beginning to sting notably.
"Hey, hey, wait a second. What's going on? Why did you freeze Mic Sensei?" Sato asked hesitantly as Harper strode towards the door with an irritated and tired air around her. Kit scoffed, ignoring the confused look his boyfriend gave him. Hawks was too busy wondering if he should step in. He was a pro hero, yeah, but not from here. Was this like a bad-guy situation? Like, literally what was going on right now? Some context would be nice. Lillian's quirk was pretty cool, at least. He could see why Chad would like her.
Kit wondered for a moment if he should just out and say it. Lillian looked impossibly tired and rather sad sitting there. She didn't need all these extra questions. Izuku, her traitor, was mumbling theories behind her. The sound had to be driving her nuts. Surrounded by people she knew but who didn't know her, questioning things the people from her dimension would never think twice about if they were in her shoes. It had to be exhausting. To path to become a hero was really fucking stressful, wasn't it?
"How do I put this mildly?" Kit asked sarcastically. "Oh, right. This bitch ass works for the villains and Harper's mental quirk shit picked up on it. So we froze him."
Hawk's mouth formed an O, and his Tenya sighed heavily at his boyfriend's bluntness. What was this talk about a traitor? He was too tired to care. Kit was here and okay, and that's all that mattered in the first place. Although he had to say, Kit could've certainly put whatever that was more mildly. Tenya would ask questions later when he wasn't so tired. Everyone was staring at Kit with horrified expressions. The Iida from this dimension stood up, making a hand chopping motion with his hand that made Kit and his own Tenya cringe back a bit. Hawks just snorted.
"Don't be absurd! Mic-sensei is a trusted member of UA's staff!" Tenya insisted, still making a chopping motion. "I must insist that you free him from your quirk! Making baseless assumptions is unbecoming of future heroes! I'll have you know he was of great aid during the attack on the USJ the first week of school! How can you possibly call him a traitor after his efforts?"
"Attack on the what?" Kit's Tenya gave Kit a suspicious side-eye that Kit expertly ignored.
"It isn't baseless." Lillian said, staring at Mic still. She sounded done. "There's a traitor in my dimension, a-and in Harper's. Probably Kit's as well. W-We were looking for the one here. But we were only l-looking at students."
"Yeah." Harper agreed right before she stepped out, glancing at the Tenya from this dimension dryly. "Plus, I heard him think about it. My 'mental quirk' is called mind reader. Do the math."
This struck absolute, utter silence into the classroom. One that didn't have time to be broken before something else was happening. A black mass popped into existence in front of Lillian, purple surrounding the inky spot. The girl jumped, a shriek getting caught in the back of her throat as she threw herself backwards and almost over Hagakure's desk behind her. It startled her bad enough that her quirk released, her breathing picking up at the sight of the familiar warp gate. Vlad let out an ungodly shriek, rising to his full height in an instant. Mic seemed to realize he'd been frozen and made for the window.
"Fuck." Kit stated dryly, watching Mic sprint the short distance and crash through. Hawks turned briefly to watch the man fly out of the second story window, wondering momentarily if he should go after or if he should stay here. All the kids were screaming, so he assumed this was something bad. Maybe.
Harper froze, watching with wide eyes as the class shrieked and scrambled to the back of the classroom, away from the warp gate. Kit just stared blankly, as did his Tenya and Hawks, having no idea who the fuck this was. Lillian was frozen, Vlad practically spawning next to her from how fast he moved. He scooped her up, backing up and snarling defensively. The class realized he wasn't a fan and went to crowd behind the creature for protection, quirks raring up. Bakugo was one of the few to willingly stalk forward, palms sparking. Kirishima held him back as the warp gate fully formed.
Everyone held their breath as another gate formed next to the misty man. They expected a villain to pop out. Shigaraki, maybe, or some other enemies from the USJ. Kit shared a look with his Tenya, who was clearly wondering if they should be getting up and huddling away too. Kit just shrugged, looking to Harper. The girl looked both surprised and done, her hand still on the door ready to go get Nezu.
A familiar redhead poked their head out of the warpgate. His hair was down, and he had bags under his eyes not unlike Kit's Tenya did. Despite that, it was undeniably Kirishima. A scarred man also stepped out, hands shoved in his pockets and eyes tired. His hair was stark white. Harper rose her brows at this. Did he ditch the black hair dye? She'd only been gone like, four days or something. Maybe more. Either way, Dabi had really let himself go.
"Harper!" Harper's Kirishima all but cried. His shout was drowned out by none other than Kurogiri, who's mist vanished to reveal a panic-ridden, tear-stained face. Harper winced as the man opened his mouth. The rest of the class gawked. The Kirishima of here gazed him himself, stupified.
"HARPER RYE!"
Nezu and Aizawa appeared in the doorway right as Harper was tackled to the ground.
~~~~~~~~~~

Kirishima watched an exhausted version of himself fuss over Harper dotingly, eyes sparkly and full of adoration. He never would've thought they were close. Harper had pretty much ignored him, but seemed pretty close to this other him. There was also the warp gate villain crying all over her. Not to mention this scarred guy who looked like he didn't want to be here. Kit and his Tenya were staring at him and his white hair with raised eyebrows, and Hawks looked heavily irritated to see him. Lillian seemed to relax upon seeing Dabi, and Vlad all but lunged at the guy to try and hug him. It wasn't met positively, but Dabi was too tired to stop it at the time.

"I see. And you're sure it was Present Mic?" Nezu questioned as Harper was smothered by Kurogiri who was insisting up and down, left and right that she was hurt and could've died and that she would NEVER be let out of his sight again. Her Kirishima, full of relief, patted her back and glanced back at the other version of himself. It was weird to look at himself. Did this version of him also have a crush on Harper? If he did, would it be weird of Harper's Kirishima to be jealous?

This entire thing was surreal. Harper had really spent all this time here? Her Kirishima couldn't help but stare at Sero. Sero stared back, looking unassuming as all get out. Just like he had before Harper caught him. It made Kirishima's heart pang to look at him too long. He was glad Harper was back, but this had to have been hard to deal with. Things looked the same, but he was sure they weren't. They had to be relatively different. Sero was proof of that, as Harper would've without a doubt had him removed by now were he really the traitor.

"Definitely." Harper sighed. Dabi snorted at her tone, but he too seemed less tense.

"I don't understand! Are you saying that Mic-Sensei is the reason we were attacked at the USJ?" Ochako asked, sounding hurt by the mere prospect. Lillian was still being hugged by Vlad, the pair of them staring at the sobbing Kurogiri suspiciously. They stood next to Hawks who was honestly just here for a good time at this point. Got to hear stories of his brother, was getting to see some funny shit. He was here for it. Kit was still being eyed by his boyfriend, who was asking about the USJ still with suspicious eyes. Kit just shrugged innocently.

Harper felt like she could cry. The exhaustion and stress from this all came crashing down as Kirishima squeezed her shoulder, and she wanted nothing more than to hug him, drink some coffee, and fall asleep. She couldn't help it. Dabi was sending her pitying looks, continuously checking the watch on his wrist like they were on a crunch. Which maybe they were. She didn't know. She was just glad to have something familiar to focus her quirk on. Kurogiri, and Dabi. Kirishima's thoughts, knowing and caring. She hadn't realized how much she missed it. Honestly, Harper hadn't thought she would be this upset when they came. She supposed she just hadn't realized.

"What part of 'he's the traitor' doesn't click for you?" Kit rose a brow. His boyfriend gave him a look but didn't interrupt, his mouth sealed shut. He was here to get Kit and leave. Nothing more, nothing less. This other version of himself was irritating. All of this was. He wanted to take Kit home. It was killing him, not knowing if it would work. What if only Tenya and Hawks went back? What if Kit got stranded here again? Tenya wasn't sure what he'd do. It was terrifying to think about either way.

"I-It was hard to wrap my head around." Lillian noted in a small voice. Kit looked to her, looking a bit sheepish. There was an apology in his eyes. The freckled girl give him a small smile to tell him it was okay, feeling drained. Mic was the traitor here and had gotten away. The version of her dad from here was staring at her in shock like she was the only thing he had left in the world now that Mic was gone. That had been his best friend. He had loved him, and turns out he was on the wrong side of things. It hurt. Lillian understood.

Dabi glanced around the room. It was odd. They all looked the exact same to him, but what did he know? The only differences were the short kid, the second version of Ingenium's brother, the pro hero Hawks oddly enough, and of course, the nomu holding the freckled girl. The Nomu that had hugged up on him when he got here. The other dimension hopper-- Lillian-- had been forced to drag the Nomu off of him, apologizing profusely the entire way. Dabi had just waved it off. He guessed this kid knew a version of him then. The Nomu, too.

One person who was staring at him intently was Shoto. Dabi hadn't particularly chosen to wash out his hair dye, no. There was an accident involving Sansa's alcohol. A fight about how they needed to, you know, not all become alcoholics and instead be working on a way to find Harper. A bit of wrestling and a rogue splash of 'Sansa's Special Concoction' later and soon there was a huge ass white spot. It was faster just to wash the rest of the black out and worry about it later. A trip to the gas station for more box dye would only waste time. Only now this dimension's Shoto was staring at him with teary eyes and shaking like a leaf in hurricane.

"I will make sure every hero in the city is looking for Present Mic. He won't get away." Nezu assured with a bright smile. "Until then, we will be contacting your parents and informing them of this. I feel its best no one leave until this is sorted, so I ask that even when the school day ends, you all stay behind until further notice. I assure you that if Present Mic should return to campus, we will know. Miss Rye also--"

"Actually, uh..." Kirishima-- Harper's version-- cut the principal off awkwardly, scratching the back of his neck. He smiled apologetically, looking like this was the last thing he wanted to say. "We actually go back in about twenty minutes. We only had forty to find Harper. I guess we're lucky she came here. It was a gamble but... it worked out."

Harper froze and slowly turned towards him, her stare dead and brows flat. Somewhere in the room, someone sucked in a breath of air and winced. They were shushed immediately.

"I'm sorry." Harper drawled, not phased by the way Kurogiri's crying started back up. "We only have what?"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It was a bittersweet sort of thing. The sudden end hadn't been expected at all. Harper wanted to get back home, yes, but she found herself feeling a bit emotional as Lillian and Kit forced her into a hug. She hugged back almost dazedly, feeling numb. She'd made two good friends here, and she wasn't going to be able ever see them again. This whole experience had been so odd. One of a kind for sure. How or what had brought them here, she didn't actually know. But she was almost glad. Getting to know Lillian and Kit had been a true pleasure. That wasn't something she could easily say much anymore.
This trip had been an unexpected... something. Harper couldn't say it was the best thing in the world, because it wasn't. It was inconvenient and disorienting, and it had caused her exhaustion that would've been avoided had this not happened. But that being said, she'd gotten to meet a couple new people and see new sides to her classmates. One's she hadn't considered, really. It made her appreciate her own dimension a little more. Even with how absolutely unbearable some people could get some days.
"I-I'll miss you." Lillian sniffled. She would never see Harper again. Realizing that was... it was awful. Just horrible. She didn't want her to just vanish forever, even if she was going back home. Lillian wished there was a way to stay in contact. "I don't want her to go. W-Well, I do. I want her to be able to go home to her friends and family, but... I'm never going to see her again. I'm never going to see Harper again, and when Kit goes home, I won't see him either."
"Never stop being a bitch." Kit agreed, squeezing the girl one last time before pulling away. Harper snorted a bit, blinking back her tears. God, they were all mongrels. But she was going to miss this. Them. How was it that Kit got three days and she only had twenty fucking minutes? She understood, yeah, but still. She should've been happy with the short time. She simply couldn't find it in herself to be, even if she knew there were things she needed to do when she got home. Kit sniffed slightly. "Fuck. I'm going to cry so hard about this shit later. I can just tell."
Harper gave a small smile. Kirishima-- her Kirishima-- stood off by the door, holding onto Kurogiri tightly to keep him from grabbing Harper whilst she was saying her goodbyes. He kept looking to himself. The alternate version of himself was in awe. Kirishima was in awe too, to be honest. Would talking to himself be bad? What if it ruined something, or they merged into one being? Could that happen? He was just curious was all. Was this Kirishima different? The same?
The rest of the class felt similarly, gazing at the other Kirishima much like they had the other Tenya, who seemed on the verge of nodding back off. This Kirishima looked a lot like theirs did, with plenty of the same mannerisms. He wasn't as vastly different as Kit's Tenya was from their Iida, though he did appear tired. Worried about Harper, clearly. Never would any of them have thought she was this close to Kirishima of all people. She'd had virtually no interest in the one here, giving no prior indication that they might've been acquainted. Their personalities seemed like they might clash with how tired Harper was versus how optimistic Kirishima could be.
Dabi had strode to the back of the room where Shoto was. He couldn't help himself. It was dumb of him, he knew, but this was his brother. Or maybe it wasn't. This universe had its own Touya, presumably. He simply couldn't keep looking at those teary eyes without doing anything. Shoto was shaking so hard that he couldn't just sit by and watch. People glanced at him as he went, but they didn't speak. They even turned away in an attempt to give them some form of privacy, not staring. A few in the back even got up and moved closer to the front to give Harper a few last words. Maybe these 1-A brats weren't as bad as he thought.
Shoto quietly turned sideways in his seat to greet him, hands trembling as Dabi crouched down so he could better look at him. Shoto stared down at him almost blankly, eyes wide. He looked so small all of a sudden. Had this Shoto gone through something worse? The Shoto in his universe hadn't reacted this way. He'd given extreme chase. Yes, he'd broken down eventually and they'd hugged it out, but it was nothing like this. Looking at Shoto as he was... hurt. It really hurt. His younger brother just looked so pained
"T-Touya-" Shoto's voice cracked slightly. His tone was so small and vulnerable. It made Dabi want to shrivel up and, quite frankly, die. Or give him a hug. Or both, perhaps. Shoto seemed so undeniably upset by him being here. Not in a necessarily bad way, but it was a bigger reaction than he'd have expected overall. Dabi found himself reaching forward and taking his little brother's hands in his own, squeezing them lightly. Shoto sucked in a deep breath of air, holding it and trying to force his tears back. Dabi gave him a smile. It as a bit awkward and a bit hesitant, but it was genuine.
"You don't have to say anything." The scarred man spoke in a hushed tone, looking him directly in his mismatched eyes. There was so much turmoil there-- so much weight. He'd never wanted this for Shoto. He didn't deserve this. He hoped the them of here could fix this.  "I'm sorry I wasn't there for you, and that I left. I hope you can forgive me."
Shoto choked out another small sob, leaning forward to wrap his arms around his older brother. Dabi took him openly, avoiding looking at Harper when he felt her sad gaze on his back. The mind reader had stepped back and allowed Kurogiri to grab her again. If she wasn't in direct contact with one of them when they went back then she'd get left behind. The rest of the class bid their farewells, grinning and telling her how cool it was to get to know her. Hagakure thanked her for sparring with her. Most people asked her to say hello to their counterpart. She nodded along knowing full and well there was no fucking way she was going to go around giving random messages to her classmates, but they didn't need to know that.
"So how'd you get this warp guy to... you know, turn good?" Jiro questioned, eyeing Kurogiri a bit nervously. The man was now looming directly behind Harper, his mist once again having formed and his eyes glowing yellow. Aizawa had left to go help in the search for Mic. That left Nezu to sit intimidatingly in the corner and sip his tea. Where he'd gotten the steaming cup, nobody questioned, as was usually best. "He was the reason most of us almost died at the USJ, and the reason Shigaraki got away in the end. I can't see how he could ever come over to the good side."
"Harper Rye adopted me atop a building and gifted me with the ability to feel emotion. I have since devoted my life to changing my ways and protecting her from harm." Kurogiri said in a formal tone. His gaze caused Jiro to tense up slightly and begin to sweat. Tsuyu cocked her head curiously at the warp gate. Adopt? What did he mean by that? In a literal sense, Harper wasn't old enough to be taking custody of anyone-- let alone a man who was practically twice her age. "When Harper Rye vanished I felt my world had fallen apart. It is a great relief that we were able to figure out what happened and bring her home. I must say that I have bonded with Mr. Kirishima. His devotion to finding her has proven he is a true friend to Harper Rye."
Harper nodded in confirmation, her arm hooked around her Kirishima's. Risking getting left here wasn't something she wanted to experience. Yes, she was sad to leave, but there was no telling if she'd get stuck here if she missed her chance. Lillian and Kit had crept a bit closer upon seeing Kurogiri was far from a threat. If Harper could adjust to Vlad, Lillian could adjust to Kurogiri. They'd all be gone rather soon. The Kirishima of this dimension was standing right by the freckled girl, still staring at his counterpart from Harper's realm with wonder. Lillian scooted a bit closer to Kit, eyeing the redhead from here awkwardly.
"Yeah! He sorta kidnapped her and-- well, it's a long story." Harper's Kirishima chuckled a bit, blinking the tiredness away as best he could. "Point is he's actually a really good guy! He didn't sleep at all while we were looking for Harper. Heck, I didn't sleep at all."
Her Kirishima rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly, cheeks going a bit pink. Harper snorted. Kit wiggled his eyebrows suggestively at the girl. It was obvious Kirishima had worked very hard to get to her, insisting he come along despite the fact that he probably shouldn't've. You could say the same about Kit's boyfriend, though. That Tenya was still passed out, head resting on Kit's now-vacant desk. The brunette was careful not to stray too far from his boyfriend just in case they were sent back early for any reason.
"Didn't sleep, you say. Sounds like you were pretty determined to get her back." Kaminari winked. The Wii music in his head was remixing itself left and right in his excitement. The Kirishima from here jolted slightly, turning to the electric-quirk user with slightly wide eyes. Harper's Kirishima cleared his throat, flushing even more and beginning to freak out about their arms being linked. He hadn't dwelled on it much before Kaminari's comment. Harper let out a breath of air, feeling tired. Lillian spoke up.
"Th-They're really good friends." The freckled girl dove for the save, not wanting to expose Harper's relationship if she didn't want it. Her and Kirishima weren't together or anything, but she'd admitted that he was horribly in love with her, and that she maybe was starting to feel the same the more and more they hung out. It was a cute little story. Two different types of love clashing-- first sight and slow burn. "They really are cute together. Though, if Harper's Kirishima fell in love with her at first sight, why didn't this one? Maybe that's how they're different."
"I-I mean, of course I care about her! Sh-She's amazing!" Kirishima sputtered out, his face completely red. His counterpart from here seemed to realize the feelings of his other self weren't platonic and turned a bit red. Sero barked out a laugh, clapping his friend on the back as he turned away. Bakugo rolled his eyes. The Iida of here had forced him to stand up and come interact, but really he was just hanging back looking annoyed. Harper didn't give a shit. She liked her Katsuki better than this one. At least hers was progressive. This one was just pissed and sought no self-improvement. "God, do they know? They totally know. I should just tell them I'm in love with her. Wait, that'll make her uncomfortable since she's not in love with me. Yet. I'm working on-- she can HEAR you, Eijiro! Shut up, shut up, shut up. You're going to freak her out."
Harper thought about it for a moment. Kurogiri was now glowering at her Kirishima questioningly, clearly starting to catch on. It was honestly a miracle no one had yet with how obvious the redhead was. Going through everything they'd been through together, Harper found that she didn't quite mind the idea of being with him. Of all the people she'd left behind on her trip here, he'd been the one she thought about most and missed the most. He was her best friend and someone she could count on. He cared. This whole trip had taught her not to take that sort of shit for granted. What if she vanished tomorrow? What if he did? Then she'd have said nothing.
Lillian saw Harper's expression relax slightly and nudged Kit. The boy blinked, looking between her and the red-faced, tired Kirishima. Kit suddenly really, really wished he had popcorn. He'd seen that look a few times on Harper. It was her 'fuck it' expression. Her 'why beat around the bush?' look. She only got that glint in her eyes when she'd decided to push her worries aside and go for something, and the result was always really fucking badass. Like her telling Nezu to get the fuck off his rat ass and do something. The blatant disrespect. She'd thrown everything out the window.
"I think it's cute!" Hagakure clapped her hands together. "Such a wholesome relationship. Wouldn't have expected that from Harper! She's so cutthroat in training... I guess everyone's got a soft side."
"Agreed." Shoji nodded. "I didn't get to speak to Harper much, but her friendship with her Kirishima seems very full. I'm happy for her."
"You know," Harper looked at her Kirishima. The teen blinked at her curiously, cheeks still a little red. He looked a bit scared. Harper stared at him for a moment, squinting in a critical way. Kurogiri leaned forward a bit, glowing eyes also narrowing. Harper seemed to think for a moment. "Yeah. Me too."
There was silence after that. Her Kirishima stared at her blankly, honest to god having no idea what she meant for probably the first time since they'd officially became friends. Kurogiri let out a gasp as though he understood what she'd meant. Lillian held out her hand to Kit. He slapped his against it quietly as a sign of accomplishment. Harper was going to be forced to leave some things behind when she left, but she'd be going back with a new relationship. That definitely counted for something.
"What's that mean, ribbit?" Tsuyu asked. "Must be a mind reader thing, ribbit. Context is still nice."
"Is it love? I hope it's love." Mina's thoughts were going haywire, but she stayed quiet alongside Ochako, both of them gripping one another as though on the very edges of their seats. "This is so cute! And our Kirishima looks so confused. Must be weird since he's totally got the hots for Lillian. This other version of him obviously has it bad for Harper, though!"
Harper nodded again as though confirming with herself. Her little inner conversations were hilarious to watch from the outside. You could practically see her trying to organize her words. Her Kirishima was waiting patiently, glancing nervously at Kurogiri as the man glared at him. They'd bonded quite a bit whilst trying to get Harper, but now the warp gate seemed to have flipped entirely.
"He's in love with me." Harper waved her free hand at her Kirishima. The redhead jumped, eyes going wide. The girl didn't seem bothered at all or flustered by what she was saying. It was like she was simply stating a fact. Kit barked out a laugh. "Me too. With him, I mean."
There was a moment of silence. Kit started to laugh out loud, and Lillian gave a quiet congratulations and a big smile. Both Kirishima's stared at her, both just as red as one another. Though the tired Kirishima was definitely more petrified. He seemed like he'd stopped breathing, arm still locked with Harper's as he stared at her. She stared back as well as though to ask what the problem was. Should she have not said that? Maybe now wasn't the time. Kurogiri was literally seething behind her. He probably would've punted Kirishima through a wall if Harper weren't holding onto him. Even Dabi had glanced over, still crouched in front of a weepy Shoto. The half-and-half teen had certainly calmed down. He wasn't clinging to his brother anymore, at least.
"W...Wait." Momo squeaked, eyes hopeful. A small blush had appeared on her cheeks from the excitement she felt. "You're in love with him?"
"That's what I just said." Harper's brows furrowed. Her Kirishima let out a wheeze, and Kurogiri hissed audibly. Harper looked at her Kirishima with raised eyebrows. He was absolutely frozen. Not moving, not even breathing. He was going to pass out. "Hey. If you fucking pass out I'm not catching you, and I honestly don't think Kurogiri will either."
Kurogiri was too mad to even form words. Harper Rye... in love? That was wonderous! But that meant dating. An actual other person. A boy. Boys were awful! Kirishima was a nice young man, but they'd be holding hands, and going on dates, and kissing. Kissing! Harper Rye, kissing someone! Unacceptable. Tsukauchi would surely agree with him. Sansa too, even with how incompetent he just so happened to be. This was not okay! Harper Rye couldn't... they... no! He did not like this one bit!
"This is fucking hilarious. I can't. I really just fucking can't." Kit laughed, turning away. Lillian hid her laugh with a weak cough that was far from subtle, giving Harper an apologetic look. The girl just squinted, confused. What was so funny? Why did everyone seem confused? Half the class was talking so loud it made her head hurt, discussing her relationship with her Kirishima. She'd pretty much said it cut and dry, so she wasn't sure what the big deal was. "Harper has no fucking clue why everyone is so lost and I fucking love it. I mean, look at her new boyfriend's face? I've never seen someone turn so damn red!"
"You're in love with him?!" The other Kirishima squawked out. "With-- how?!"
"I just said that." Harper rolled her eyes. Kurogiri let out a strangled noise behind her. "What else do you want from me? Need me to write that shit down? Sign it? Maybe print out a few copies to pass around?"
"This is so cute." Ochako squealed. "Juice, juice, juice, juice, juice."
Harper stared blankly at them. She took it back. When was this timer thing going to run out so they could go back? Her Kirishima was about to collapse against her in shock, and the other one was staring at her like she wasn't even human. She genuinely didn't see what the problem was here or what was garnering so much attention. Kirishima was in love with her, she'd figured out that she was decidedly in love back. Cut and dry-- that's how it was. Why were they all freaking out?
Kurogiri was in shock. How had he not realized before?! Eijiro Kirishima was in love with Harper Rye. And now Harper Rye had developed the same feelings! It was a nightmare! What did he do? What was the procedure for this manner of event? Did he congratulate them? Warp Kirishima into space? Cry? Perhaps all three were appropriate for this unexpected turn of events. This had not been a part of the plan. They were to come and get Harper Rye, and then go back, and then things would be fine. Kurogiri would protect her and insure this never happened again.
"Harper, most people aren't so nonchalant about this sort of thing. They get flustered and sort of... ah, beat around the bush. Tip-toe around the subject." Lillian's thoughts softly flooded into her, explaining what was happening. Harper gave her a bland look. "E-Even I'm like that with my Katsuki! I mean-- I-I haven't told him I like him. It's embarrassing and scary for most people. You just confessed like it was nothing. I don't think many people have ever been able to do that without feeling at least a bit nervous."
"I'm a mind reader." Harper's voice was dry. "What's there to be nervous abo-"
Mina's scream was ungodly, but Kurogiri's shriek couldn't be beat. Harper's Kirishima had moved too fast for any of them to really see. Past his paralysis at this newfound knowledge of Harper's, he'd softly grabbed her face and decided that kissing her was the best course of action. Lillian's hand flew up and slapped over her mouth, and Kit let out a raunchy laugh. The kind that made him bend over and clutch his stomach in hysterics. Momo covered her eyes with a squeal, and Kaminari and Sero burst out with cheers and laughs. The timer seemed to conveniently run out as Kirishima-- Harper's Kirishima-- softly kissed her. Harper's expression seemed rather confused as it happened, as though she were asking a very passionate 'what the fuck is even happening anymore?' with her eyes alone. The last thing everyone saw was Kurogiri's mist expanding with rage, and Dabi sprinting down the row of desks with fiery eyes.
The laughter continued even after Harper and her friends had popped out of existence. Lillian burst out laughing too as soon as her friend was gone, Kit still absolutely losing it next to her. The absurdity and shock factor of it all just spurred them all on. Even Nezu looked amused, still quietly watching the class from his corner. His teacup seemed to remain full and hot even as he sipped it. The Kirishima of here was still gawking, his entire body seemed to overheat at what he'd just witnessed himself do. This was only cause for more laughter and shouting. Shoto, Bakugo, and a few other choice students seemed to be the only ones not freaking out.
Kit whipped around to face his boyfriend, eyes feral. Tenya sniffed slightly, staring at him blandly through his tired eyes. Other Tenya blanched when he saw Kit looking at himself, not wanting the same fate as Kirishima to befall him. He flushed. This other him was splayed out in their seat in a very unprofessional manner, arms crossed and expression taut. His hair wasn't done up to the Iida standards in the least, and his outfit was worse! And he'd come here looking like that alongside a pro-hero, too! It was deplorable.
"Let's make out too!" Kit pounced. His Tenya rolled his eyes at his boyfriend, sitting up a little straighter. He lifted up his leg, his foot lightly planting against Kit's stomach before the boy could advance any further. Kit looked down at it, and then at Tenya. His boyfriend had a fond and happy look in his eyes, but he was far from amused as the rest of the class turned hopefully to watch. Kit sniffed, eyeing his boyfriend's leg again. "That's hot."
The Tenya here was mortified. This other him was using his leg to block someone's approach? How... How informal! To do such a thing in public was an embarrassment. The entire class was laughing, and for good reason. This was ridiculous! The nonchalance was unbecoming of an upcoming hero. This was UA high-- they had an image to live up to! This Tenya wasn't doing that in the least. Nor were their classmates. This was all occurring in front of Principal Nezu as well! After the apparent traitor of UA had escaped! It was nothing short of shameful!
Nezu was quite amused to say the least. What an interesting turn of events. Harper Rye apparently had a love interest. Eijiro Kirishima was still frozen in shock, staring at his hands like he was questioning everything that had led up to this point. Quite hilarious. Humans really were interesting creatures. To see how Kittrick had effected one of their top students, Tenya Iida, was also quite curious. The one from Kittrick's dimension wasn't as uptight, nor was he as formal. There was less worry and weight, he could tell. He sipped at his tea happily. Observing humans was his favorite past time.
"Can you extras shut the hell up?" Bakugo griped out of nowhere. Some of the laughter dampened. Kit looked up darkly, gazing at his alternate cousin with a heavy glare that made the blonde hesitate momentarily. Though, if you were to ask him that, he'd deny it to his dying day. "You're all fucking pathetic. Who cares about some dumbass PDA? They're not even going to be here in three fucking days, so who gives a shit? We should be going after Present Mic right now anyway, not worrying about a stupid ass kiss. So what if that bitch kissed her version of shitty hair? Fucking idiots."
The mood had been sufficiently subdued. There was a tense silence. Honestly, it had been nice to loosen up whilst their English teacher was hunted down. Their worry had all been evident, but Harper's confusion and romance had distracted from that. What could they really do? They weren't cleared to go after Mic. Kit was comedic relief in human form. His previous grin was gone, a dark glare in its place. He was far from impressed. His boyfriend lowered his leg, shoulders squaring. The look on this Tenya's face was dark-- not one anyone of them had ever seen on theirs. Glancing at their Tenya, he looked rather horrified by the look.
Lillian felt herself become misty-eyed, and she glanced away. Her Katsuki wasn't nearly this nasty. It was sort of irritating to watch, and she sort of just wanted to tell him to shut his fucking trap and act his age. She had so far refrained seeing as this wasn't her Katsuki. Hers had become a lot nicer and seemed understanding overall. This one seemed harsher than hers had ever been. It was a wonder this Izuku wasn't the traitor with how nastily hostile this Bakugo appeared to be. Lillian just needed to keep holding her tongue until it was her turn to go home. Though, the urge to give this dickwad a piece of her mind was immense. Looking at the expression on Kit's boyfriend's face, she wasn't going to have to say a word.
Other Tenya slowly turned around. Katsuki was struck to find that the guy actually looked intimidating for once. He hadn't realized jet legs could look so terrifying, but he guessed that shit made sense. Bakugo offered forth a snarl, eyes darkened and challenging. Kit's Tenya didn't so much as waver. Just stared for a moment, hard and long. The class looked between the pair, and their Tenya. Their Tenya was holding his breath, hoping nothing embarrassing would happen. Kit glanced at Hawks smugly. The man was watching with muted interest, once again wondering if it was his place to step in or not.
"Bakugo." Kit's Tenya eventually said. His tone was flat, no hint of reprimanding in it. His next words were simply, but they sent the class into a frenzy. "Shut up."
Katsuki stood with sparking palms, the rest of the class whooping and/or screaming. The Tenya from here could only stare in horror as he watched himself get into a fight. Him. Getting into a fight with a classmate. On school grounds, no less! In front of the Principal!
Glancing at Nezu, the rat was doing nothing but laughing into his tea. They decided it was best to let him continue in that.
~~~~~~~~~~

They didn't find Present Mic. He'd vanished into seemingly thin air. It made them all morose to realize it was probably Kurogiri who'd bailed him out. Because they were unable to track him down, it was deemed unsafe for anyone to go home. Resulting in the current situation. The room Kit and Lillian had been staying in alongside Harper had been taken over by 1-A, sleeping bags spread out across the floor and covering it. Aizawa watched over them all quietly, his eyes seeming more tired than they'd ever been. The students could see his turmoil and tried their best not to cause any unnecessary stress. Even Bakugo toned it down.

His fight with Kit's Tenya had been rather brief. Tenya had been tired and not willing to mess around. Even Hawks had found himself choking as Tenya slammed his leg right into the blonde's gut, looking more cutthroat than anyone had ever seen him. Save for maybe Shoto and Izuku, both of which couldn't help but flash back to Hosu. Exhaustion did funny things to a person. That, coupled with Kit's influence... well, it was a wonder he hadn't done more. Katsuki had been far too stunned to do much of anything. To be fair, he hadn't had much time to before Aizawa was back and quietly reporting that he was, without a doubt, gone.

Now they were all laying down. Aoyama had fallen asleep immediately. Hawks was out too, sitting in an uncomfortable looking plastic chair with his arms crossed and his head dipped. Kit's boyfriend was no different. How they'd coaxed Aizawa into letting them share a bed was beyond anyone. Aizawa was tired and was quick to adopt the 'not my dimension, not my problem' mentality in lieu of trying to argue. Kit wasn't going to complain. Tenya was splayed out like a starfish, mouth hanging open and small snores escaping him. His glasses had been taken off and haphazardly thrown on the small table by their bed. Kit tucked himself into Tenya's side, taking a deep breath. He hadn't felt this at home in days.

Lillian found herself counting ceiling tiles as she laid there, her alternate classmates slowly beginning to drift off. Vlad was folded up by her bed, his head resting over her legs. It felt weird having so many people in the room, and knowing Harper was gone. Lillian couldn't help but feel saddened. This entire thing was just... so weird. Mic being the traitor had come out of nowhere. Lillian wondered what his motives were. She wondered what Sero's had been in Harper's dimension, and what Izuku's were in her own. Come to think of it, she'd never... she'd never really asked. Never dug into it. She'd questioned, yes, but had she ever sought real answers?

Maybe it would be time to when she did go back.

The rest of 1-A fell asleep steadily. Not all at once, but gradually. Aizawa sat in a chair by the door. At first glance, he looked to be asleep. Head tilted down and arms crossed tightly, not unlike Hawks. Lillian knew him better than that. Even if this was another dimension, she knew her dad better than almost anyone. They were similar in too many ways for her not to pick up certain things. Living with him had opened her eyes to a lot of small tics not many would notice. She could tell he was thinking himself in circles. Too stressed to sleep, she was sure. It wasn't uncommon for her version of him to get like this. Lillian took a deep breath.

Vlad moved his head as she sat up quietly, watching her with sleepy eyes. The girl shushed him softly, patting his beak gently. He seemed to accept this and laid his head back down. So long as  she didn't leave the room or wander too far, he would see no reason to move. Lillian was careful sliding off her bed. Stepping on one of her alternate classmates would surely cause a commotion that would wake the entire room and defeat the purpose of her getting up to begin with. She was almost tempted to freeze the classmates in front of her so that accidentally bumping into them wouldn't wake them, but she ultimately decided against it.

Aizawa couldn't find the energy to raise his head as Lillian took a seat in the chair next to his. She was quietly, sinking back into it and taking a deep breath. He glanced over vaguely, seeing her hands clenching in her lap. She didn't ask any questions or say anything. All she did was sit there patiently, not seeming to have any particular reason for coming over. Aizawa took a deep breath. It was so odd to have her here and to know they shared the same genes. It was... comforting, though. In a way he couldn't quite describe. The other version of him got this all the time, he realized. He felt oddly like crying.

He and Mic had met in UA. The blonde man had picked the hero name "Eraserhead" for him and had been there for him after what happened with Shirakumo. What possibly could've driven him to... to villainy... it was a mystery. He had no idea-- not a single clue. All he did know was that he was sad. He and Mic hadn't been as close in the past couple years. The man had become quieter all of a sudden and far more private. He'd noticed it, and so had Nemuri. Their attempts to bring it up were brushed off with a bright grin, and eventually they'd just adjusted. It was something they never should've done. Aizawa should've pushed-- should've asked more questions. Perhaps he could've prevented this.

"It's not your fault, you know." Lillian murmured. His attention snapped to her only to see that she wasn't looking at him. Her gaze was focused on her hands, which were clasped tightly in her lap. Her expression was similar to the one he'd been wearing not moments ago. Tight and tense. Labored with some variation of guilt and sadness. Aizawa felt the overwhelming urge to put a hand on her back or to give her shoulder a brief squeeze. He didn't. With Lillian, he didn't know what was and wasn't an overstep. She was his daughter. He was not her dad. It was a confusing dilemma they'd found themselves in. "It's not your fault you didn't know or see. Sometimes, good people do bad things. It hurts, b-but I think... I think we have to learn to move on. Make the decision not to do the same."

Her voice was so quiet he could barely hear her. He rolled her words around quietly in his mind. She had a point. She had to know at least some of what he was going through. She'd said briefly that Izuku was the traitor in her universe. It wasn't a topic she seemed fond of talking about. The wound was still fresh, no doubt.

"He was my best friend. He has been since our first year." Aizawa whispered. Opening up wasn't like him, but Lillian was his daughter. Looking at her, he could see himself looking back. It was uncanny. This was something she would take back with her to her dimension. Something she'd wrap up and keep to herself. His words were safe to lend to her. "I've known him a... long time. I don't know how I didn't see it. I should've had some inkling."

Lillian watched his hands clenched. Her eyes darted across the room, checking to see if anyone was awake. No one had moved, all of them lying limply. She doubted they'd be able to hear her anyway. Just in case, she scooted a bit closer to her dad, taking a deep breath. He looked at her, hoping she had answers. Something to say. She did-- she just wasn't sure it would help. It was worth a shot.

"I know I mentioned Izuku being the traitor in my universe." Lillian muttered, an overwhelming sadness overtaking her. Her breath stuttered, but she was done crying. She couldn't lose herself over this anymore even if it did hurt. "What I didn't mention is that he was dating Shoto. They got together just a bit after the Sports Festival. They did practically everything together. Shoto is in our friendgroup. We even lived together for a while, before I moved in with you."

Aizawa tensed at this, eyes flying to the prone form of his half-and-half student. The idea of he and Midoriya being together was foreign. They got along, but things seemed wholly platonic. That being said, Aizawa had never been the best at picking up on that sort of thing. He felt horror fill him. So Izuku... had betrayed them when they'd already established a close relationship.

"Before you ask, no; Shoto didn't know. He had... H-He had no idea." Lillian blinked back her tears, voice shaking. Shoto getting hurt upset her more than Izuku himself did. "I don't want to go into how it happened or... or where we were when he did it. A-All I can say is that Shoto watched him pull that gun and try to shoot me. He watched his boyfriend-- someone he thought he'd grow up to marry-- try to shoot one of his best friends. Even I can't imagine how he feels. I... I-I don't know what I'd do."

Aizawa felt sick to his stomach. He hadn't realized Lillian had such a close bond to Todoroki. They'd lived together? He didn't want to ask the details. He got the basis. Midoriya had... god, he'd tried to shoot Lillian? He couldn't even begin to imagine that. Izuku Midoriya wanted to be a hero more than anything. He'd go to any length just to help-- break bones with a smile on his face and bear the pain. This other version of him had clearly twisted somewhere along the way. Broken in a way no one could detect. Thinking about it, he realized that was probably what had happened to Mic.

"Is he okay?" Aizawa murmured, glancing at his daughter. He was struck when the girl looked up at him. Her blue eyes had gone red, glowing lightly. There was a smile on her face as she cried. The rage in her gaze contrasted. This was something that still angered her. He watched her hair drift upwards, dancing just like his did when he activated his quirk. She gave a bitter chuckle.

"No." Lillian wheezed out, lips wobbling. "He's... H-He's not. But he's trying so hard. When someone you love hurts you like that... wh-when they betray you in a way that can never be forgiven, there is nothing you can do but go forward. He's focusing on what he wants. He wants to be a hero. He wants to be there for his friends. He wants to be strong. So that's what he's doing. Because getting caught on what he's lost will only cause him to fall. And then... I-I think we'd lose him too."

Aizawa found himself wrapping an arm around the girl, his own eyes misty. He could think himself into a hole, going in circles and circles wondering how he hadn't noticed. He could dig back and figure out when it had gone wrong, or chase answers. But what would that change? Hizashi still betrayed him. He still sided with the villains. No matter the reasons and no matter when it happened, it was over. What did Aizawa want? Like Lillian's Todoroki, he also wanted to be a hero. He wanted to be a hero who was there for his students. He wanted to be strong-- unbreakable for them. How else would they withstand what was to come? If he didn't hold the roof up for them, they'd have no room to grow.

Lillian took a stuttering breath, forcing her tears back. Thinking about Shoto hurt. They were doing everything they possibly could for him. But if he chose to get stuck on Izuku and his wrongdoings, they would not be able to stop him. That possibility... it terrified Lillian. She did not want to lose her friend to this. She did not want him to spiral because of this loss, and she didn't want that for this version of her dad either. Her dimension or not, Shota Aizawa was her dad. She couldn't help but care for him.

"I understand." Aizawa said simply, giving her a comforting squeeze. He glanced at her. "It seems like you've been through a lot. I can't imagine."

"We have." Lillian murmured. Then, she laughed a bit. It was light and quiet. She gazed at him with brighter eyes. He smiled a bit. "It's funny. Th-The other you defeated an all-powerful supervillain and became the number one hero. It's ironic to hear you say you can't imagine, I guess."

Shota's small smile dropped. His arm around Lillian went completely slack. The girl looked at him curiously. He had a very 'deer-caught-in-headlights-esque' look.

"I'm the what?"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The next morning was somewhat tense. No word on Present Mic whatsoever. They all showered in the locker rooms and ate the in cafeteria, tiredly subdued. No one had the energy to make much conversation. Light chatter drifted about, but even the most excitable students seemed quieter. Aizawa was grading papers with rapt attention whilst they all prepared for the day. It was easier to pour himself into his work than to dwell. Lillian's words drifted through him mind as he sat, flicking far too many red marks onto Kaminari's essay. The kid's handwriting as atrocious.
There is nothing you can do but go forward.
He knew she was right, but it was still hard to wrap his head around. That and the newfound knowledge that he was the number one pro in her dimension. Never in his life would he have presumed. How had the other him gotten to that point? What supervillain was supposedly all powerful? Because that actually seemed like fairly pertinent information that may affect him in the future, apparently! He couldn't even begin to fathom just how different Lillian's universe was.
"I miss Harper." Lillian noted. She, Kit, Hawks, and Kit's Tenya had all adopted a small table off to the side. 1-A left them too it, not really feeling awake enough to bother them at the moment. Things seemed rather morose without their mind-reading friend to give wittily dry remarks. Tenya sort of made up for it. This one was so horribly different than Lillian's, and from the one in this dimension. Lillian sort of liked it! He seemed more relaxed and sure of himself, which seemed to be something Harper's Tenya, Lillian's, and the one here all struggled with. Kit really knew how to loosen someone up.
"Me too. That bitch was a riot." Kit sighed, leaning back in his seat. Tenya gave him a look. The teen was far more put together and now looked like a near mirror image of his other self. The bags under his eyes were practically gone, and he'd changed into a UA uniform that was pressed to perfection. His hair was done exactly as always, neat and clean. Hawks kept making jokes about how attitude was going to be the only way to tell them apart. Or they could just sic Kit on one and gauge which it was based on reaction alone. "Do you think they'll find the shouty guy? That's what his quirk was, right?"
"Present Mic." Tenya nodded in confirmation, squeezing Kit's hand. It was rare that Tenya was touchy or exhibited PDA. Again, Kit should've dropped into another dimensions months ago. Or perhaps not. Seeing his boyfriend put under so much stress hurt, and jokes aside, Kit had hated that he'd put him in that state. Him disappearing clearly terrified him. Kit would have to stick close to the teen for a while after this, he knew. He was fine with that, even if it may impede his ability to do interviews for a time. "If there's a traitor in every dimension so far, does that mean one of my classmates or teachers is..."
"Hey, don't worry about that right now." Hawks advised the teen. Lillian nodded in agreement, tossing a few pancakes over her shoulder. Chad caught them and swallowed them whole, squawking happily. Tenya and Hawks gazed past her, completely unimpressed. Lillian just flushed slightly and offered a hesitant smile in return. They weren't scared by Vlad, at least, having their own Nomu to deal with named Denise. That didn't mean they didn't find Vlad's behaviors absolutely ridiculous.
Tenya frowned. He couldn't say he agreed. It was quite concerning, actually. Was Izuku in class with a traitor right now, lying on his behalf saying Tenya had a cold in order to cover for him? Was it one of their teachers? Harper's had been, reportedly, Hanta Sero. That's what Kit had said anyway. Lillian's was Izuku Midoriya, which was easily debunked. Then there was Mic here. The variation meant it could be literally anyone-- or no one at all. There was no telling. It was eating at Tenya. When would they be backstabbed? Would they be backstabbed at all?
"Yeah. No use working our asses up about it." Kit agreed, shoving more food in his mouth. Lillian nodded too, looking down. It was worth getting worked up about, sure, but Hawks was right. This moment, they couldn't do anything. Kit even less so because he didn't go to UA. Even if he did, school had just started. The USJ hadn't even occurred yet. They were in early-early. Any sign of a traitor was going to be hard to spot, and it would be until they got to know their classmates.
Classes started with vigor. Everyone was ramped up and ready for hero training. Lillian found herself ready to train further in hand-to-hand today with her father. The look on his face when she'd asked if he maybe had a spare capture weapon lying around had been priceless. He'd gotten all misty-eyed and then taken off his own for her to borrow. She wasn't completely familiar with it yet, but it was obvious she had some form of a handle on it. She had to make her hair float and her eyes glow in able to get it to work the way he did, though. A few other students took photos and snickered.
Kit sat on the sidelines with Hawks and Vlad, watching his boyfriend go to literally face off against himself. The Tenya from here was a few months older, having more time to train and having been through more. The sports festival, for example, and Hosu. Harper had told them all about it and had informed them that it had also happened here. Kit knew that was something he'd have to prevent. If anything happened to Tensei, Tenya would lose it. Hell, Kit would lose it. So what if some no-nose serial killer had a vendetta against hero society? Kit gave two shits and a fuck!
"I don't prefer this." The Tenya from here note, staring himself down. It really was like looking in a mirror. A few classmates had stopped to watch. Aizawa didn't even bother reprimanding them. It was a curious situation. Even he wanted to see what the outcome would be. Kit's Tenya seemed more critical. Far less friendly in a way that couldn't easily be described. He was still polite and held onto his morals and basic beliefs, but Kit's influence had been made obvious the other day when he nailed Bakugo in the stomach. Kit still couldn't get over that shit.
"I can't say I do either." Kit's Tenya admitted, glancing back at his boyfriend. Kit gave a snarky grin, and Hawks gave a bright grin and two thumbs-up. Like they were cheering him on at a soccer game or something. He felt his face color slightly, turning back to his alternate self with a huff. Did he really have to train with himself? He completely understood the importance of keeping up with academics and keeping his hero skills sharp, but they'd be gone the day after tomorrow. Surely an exception could be made?
Apparently not. Lillian paused in her spar with Ojiro, her dad's capture weapon still wound tightly around his tail. The two Tenya's charged at one another, legs meeting midair with a near metallic clang that sounded entirely painful. Lillian winced, sharing a look with her own sparring partner. Lillian would've lost track of which Tenya was which if not for the fact that one of them had a giant cut on their arm. That one was the one from here. Stain, Lillian was sourly reminded. That had sure been a trip.
It came to a great surprise to everyone that Kit's Tenya absolutely fucking demolished his counterpart despite the difference in experience. There was no hesitation. He didn't go easy on himself, and Kit's presence within his Tenya made a very clear appearance. When he fought, he fought dirty. He pulled every little trick in the book. Dust from Bakugo's explosions was thrown in eyes, helmets were removed, glasses were sent flying, legs were targeted, and he even went so far as to ask some highly personal questions to get the other Tenya to falter. It was far from a fight. It was an execution, and they'd all just watched it take place.
Kit, of course, cheered the entire time. Hopped on his boyfriend's back after the fight and gave him a kiss on the cheek. Kit's Tenya didn't even seem all that phased by his victory, giving his usual smiles and nods as though he hadn't literally beat the shit out of himself. The Iida from here could only lay on the ground for a good moment wondering what happened before Tsuyu brought him his glasses and told him that it was fine, they really weren't sure what happened either. Aizawa was practically foaming at the mouth. Kit's Tenya had just stared at UA-- hadn't even experienced the horrors of the USJ. Yet, somehow, he still could clobber his future self? Aizawa wasn't teaching these kids well enough.
The same could be seen in Lillian. The only difference was that Lillian had a few months experience on them. She explained hesitantly that they'd learned a lot at the summer camp and had started doing some specialized drills to help them physically. According to the freckled girl, they'd also trained directly under Aizawa after school in the weeks leading up to the sports festival. This had given Lillian a boost that was quite obvious as she rolled around on the ground with Ojiro like they were two cats in the midst of a fight.
"So. She's yours, then?" Hawks asked Aizawa as the man lumbered over. He felt oddly naked without his capture weapon draped around his neck, but it was worth it to watch Lillian whip it around and try to figure it out. She knew the basics, but sometimes it would unspool itself like a loose roll of ribbon and go out of control. Ojiro was nice during these times, laughing in a good-natured sort of way as Lillian apologized in a flustered manner. Aizawa noticed that Kirishima was gazing rather wistfully at her from where he was supposed to be sparring with Bakugo, who had gotten a few good hits in due to his partners distraction.
The day continued to crawl by until lunch came. Vlad was once again instructed to stay in the classroom. Hawks trailed after them towards the cafeteria, stomach grumbling. Lillian was telling him more stories about Chad. Anything and everything she could rummage up. He'd continued going to college for advertisement so he could work at Hawks' agency, but had eventually dropped out to pursue the Yakuza. He'd gotten a job at UA as an official bodyguard, and had lied his way into a hero-ing license. He still had a very clear love for all Mexican food, but had recently been on a soft pretzel binge. He was married to Dabi-- much to Hawks' horror-- and had a little girl under his protection that was practically his daughter.
All this was valuable information. Hawks ate it up greedily. The more she gave, the more he wanted. He wished it was enough. He wished he didn't have to badger this poor teenage girl, but he couldn't stop himself. This was his brother. His brother, who'd been in a coma for over a year now. He was living his best life in Lillian's world, doing all the amazing things Hawks knew he would. There had never been an apartment fire there. Chad had grown and blossomed, making so many friends and doing so many good things. He was a great man. Hawks would never stop looking up to him.
Kit and Tenya listened raptly as well. They soaked up bits of Chad's personality and information that Hawks had never been able to put into words. Lillian was good at describing people. She had a good memory, clearly. There was a way she spoke about Chad that told them exactly who he was and what he was like. It was almost like she was painting a picture made up of all his aspects. They could practically see the man without him even having to be there. She illustrated it all beautifully, and Tenya looked on the verge of taking notes for their project the more and more she said. It only made them want Chad to wake up all the more. It was nice to hear these things, but there was simply some stuff you just had to see.
"He seems like an amazing, courageous man." Kit's Tenya said as they all settled back into the classroom. 1-A was still happily talking. Present Mic's escape had faded from their minds for the time being. Probably a good thing-- even if it would be coming back up later. If they didn't catch him first, that is. "I can't wait to meet him one day. I'm sure he'll be waking up any day now with how much brain activity he's displayed."
"Hell yeah." Kit agreed with a nod. Hawks looked hopeful and more cheerful than they'd ever seen him. Lillian was glad. Her Hawks was a carefree guy who liked to joke around and would do anything for his brother. This one seemed like a shell of his other self. His will to be a hero was dimmer. It seemed like more of a burden than it was a gift. Her Hawks would do anything to be a hero. This one appeared as though he had no choice.
1-A had adjusted to the peculiar nature of these dimension hoppers. They no longer asked their questions, though they did ask Kit and his Tenya a few relationship-related questions. His Tenya didn't really answer, but Kit was all too willing to. It was a good laugh to see the Tenya from here turn red with embarrassment and shout not to ask so many questions. It was also pretty funny to hear Bakugo gripe about how they weren't related and all that shit. Kit wished he could, just once, be let into hero training. He would absolutely fucking own Katsuki's ass. Beat him into the dirt and grind his heel into his dumbass little skull. His cousin was a certified dumbass with a three degrees, one in dumbassery, the other in dumbassery, and the third in dumbassery
Aizawa started the lecture mildly, eyeing Lillian every so often. She'd gotten a pretty bad bruise on the side of her face when Ojiro unexpectedly smacked her into the concrete. He had stood there in shock for a moment, and Lillian had just sort of laid there before the pair burst out laughing. It was a relief to see that despite her injuries, they weren't severe enough for her to be upset. Ojiro had pulled her up and broken up some of Todoroki's stray ice for her to wrap up in the sash he'd pulled from his waist. She took it gratefully, complimenting his form and asking him for tips. Seeing her socialize made Shota all warm and fluttery on the inside. Proud, he realized.
Kit's Tenya took notes diligently. This obviously wasn't a topic they were reviewing in his dimension quite yet, but he wasn't one to throw academics out the window, even if he was only going to be here a few days. Kit found it rather humorous, watching his boyfriend focus intently on what Mr. Aizawa was saying and get into his element. What was funnier was the fact that Kit's Tenya was mirroring his other self exactly. From head tilts to the speed at which they wrote. Kit was willing to bet if they compared the notes they would find only a few minor differences. This fact only served to crack him up more. Even Hawks seemed amused.
Lillian noticed, as she took notes, that Vlad was antsy. She wasn't sure why. She tried to communicate with him through looks alone, but he wasn't having it today. He simply seemed... agitated. His foot would thump hard on the ground every so often, and his wings were twitching like crazy. Hawks had slightly scooted away from the creature, eyeing him like maybe he was going to get ripped a new one if he stayed too close. The rest of the class was also shooting him looks. Despite Vlad not having harmed anyone in his time here, they couldn't deny that he was a nomu. And a scary looking one at that.
"Is he good?" Jiro whispered over to Kaminari. He shrugged helplessly, turning around shamelessly to look at Sero and Kirishima. Kirishima was too busy drilling holes in the back of Lillian's head to reply, but the tape-user seemed concerned at least. Lillian glanced back at 1-A as a few whispers raised. Aizawa gave her a questioning look. If anyone was going to know what was up with Vlad, it was her. Lillian swallowed, looking at Vlad worriedly. She didn't know why he was acting like this. That was the issue.
"I'm sure it's fine. He hasn't hurt anyone yet, ribbit." Tsuyu whispered to Mina who had also begun to give the nomu the side-eye. Lillian let out a breath of air, giving her dad a look that conveyed very clearly that she had no fucking clue what was wrong with him. The man gave a brief nod, taking a deep breath and going back to his lecturing. Vlad's disruptions were mild. Until that changed, it was fine.
In his office, Nezu was further researching the dimensional fluctuations that had gone on when Harper Rye and her companions vanished when someone banged on his door. It sounded like they were trying to break it down with how hard they hit. There was some light reprimanding from beyond the wooden slab. Nezu's head ran through the many possibilities unbidden. He couldn't much help himself with what his quirk was. He didn't think it was violent. Why knock? Though, it was rather concerning that he hadn't detected they were coming to his door before they showed up. Interesting.
Nezu closed down the holographic screen before him, calling cheerfully for whoever it was to come in. He hadn't expected to see Katsuki Bakugo kick the door open, eyes dark with rage as though Nezu had done something to personally offend him. He had only directly interacted with the explosive boy on a few, slight occasions that hadn't lasted more than a few moments. His brows shot up. He should've been alerted when 1-A's door was opened. Was the mechanism broken?
"Alright, you rat bastard. Where the fuck is she?" Bakugo demanded, smoking hand slamming down on his desk. Nezu blinked. Ah! That made a lot more sense!
A blonde man popped his head through the door, eyes golden and light. He was too old to be a student, but still relatively young. Definitely his early twenties. Not horribly tall, but certainly not short. He stepped forward, dragging something audibly behind him. Nezu's gaze dropped to the literal body this man was toting behind him. He froze, his smile stuck on his face as he stared at what was undeniably Present Mic's unconscious body. These people were from Miss Aizawa's dimension. But why did they have this dimensions UA traitor?
"Bro, chill the fuck out. It's not like he's keeping her from us." Chad noted, dropping Present Mic in the middle of the office. The man was, for some reason, soaking wet. He appeared as though he'd walked through a car wash that had been hit with a meteor, his clothes tattered and hair askew. He was a mess. An unconscious, traitorous mess. Nezu's gaze slowly ticked up and back to Chad, still feeling a bit perplexed by what was happening. His quirk tried to find an explanation. Much like when the original three dimension hoppers showed up, he was once again at a loss.
Bakugo was antsy. Absolutely losing his mind. He was exhausted-- he hadn't been able to sleep. None of them had. Aizawa had lost his shit completely and could barely teach. None of them had been functioning, their concern so raw and present that doing anything but worrying seemed impossible. So when Chad mentioned that he maybe found the fuck who did it, Bakugo had jumped at the chance. He'd interned with the blonde man before, so he knew how he operated. Just the two of them had gone. Katsuki would've thrown a fit any other way.
"She's been missing for almost an entire fucking week! Don't tell me to chill out, you fuck." Bakugo had been extremely, extremely volatile since she vanished. You couldn't say a word to him without him biting your head off. Chad let out a sigh, lightly kicking Mic and pouting. He knew Katsuki was like, in love with each other, but really? Did he have to act like a humanized nuke that had consumed one too many drops of siracha? Chad supposed he really couldn't talk. He'd worried himself into a pit that Dabi had been forced to drop kick him out of at 3 AM after Eri had another meltdown about Vlad.
Chad was glad they'd figured this shit out. He'd had to dig for it, but he'd found the guy who did it and had gone and threatened him with lots of guns and more than a few pointy sharp objects. So now here they were, vibing. In the endgame, as Thanos might say. Of course Bakugo had to disrupt that with his negative mojo. How the fuck were they supposed to let the good times roll when blasty boom boom here was on the verge of a complete emotional break 24/7? That's one of the reasons Chad had brought him. The sooner they got Bakugo back to Lillian, the better.
Katsuki had been in disarray since Lillian's disappearance. One moment she was there, smiling and laughing. He'd been laughing too over some dumb joke she'd spewed out. It was the cheesiest, cringiest pun. So bad that even he couldn't help but let loose. It was easier to open up when Lillian was around. She was safe, and kind, and welcoming. His definition of him. He hadn't meant for it to get that far. They were so young, you know? He didn't want to freak her out. But after all they'd been through, he couldn't help it.
Watching her fall had sent him spiraling back to that night at the summer camp. She'd been right there, and she'd just... vanished. Right in front of him! One moment she was there, and the next she was gone. It was the same this time. A small yelp from her as she fell, hand reaching to grasp Bakugo. He'd lunged too, his hands meeting her bedsheets as the hole closed just as soon as it had opened. They'd all been dead silent. Hitoshi had sucked in a deep breath of air, and Shoto screamed.
Bakugo had blown up. He wasn't proud of it. The blast was large enough to send them all flying back just a little. Aizawa had rushed in, and it had been a frenzy. Bakugo had lost it. They'd had to restrain him as he screamed, cursed, and cried. They'd thought for sure it was the League. That Lillian had been taken again. Shoto was a mess, hyperventilating and sobbing so hard he couldn't walk. The trauma washed back over all of them. Neito and Hitoshi had stepped up, the most stable of them all, to help their half-and-half friend. Kaminari too. But no one could calm Bakugo down. Most were too scared to try. If he'd found out Chad had gone to get her without him, it surely would've been the last straw.
"I'm Chad. This is my bro, Bakugo. We're looking for Lillian. She's like, really cute. Small. Has freckles. Really likes spicy shit. She uh, might have a nomu following her around. Hopefully." Chad added thoughtfully. Vlad getting sent had honestly been an accident. He shook his head. "Anyway, we appeared in some house or some shit. I hotwired a car-"
"You what?" Nezu asked. He was ignored.
"-and like, we were gonna listen to some pumped up fucking tunes, right? Anyway, some news came on about how some traitor at UA was on the loose. And then we heard it was Present Mic, which is totally insane because we fucking love that guy. Makes the best chocolate creme puffs this world has ever seen." Chad continued. Bakugo was pacing back and forth, hands sparking. Where was she? Was she here? Did Nezu know? "Anyway, so coincidentally we turned a corner and rammed him with our new hotrod while we were turning the corner, right? Anyway, mans flew into a fucking fountain. Had to fish him out. He may actually have drowned but I can't tell."
Nezu stared. Chad stared back, pursing his lips. Bakugo once again blew up.
"Who the fuck cares if he died?! Is she here or not?!" He shrieked. She had been gone almost an entire week. An entire. Fucking. WEEK. What if she was hurt? What if she didn't know who they were when they found her? Were her memories jacked up? What if the longer she stayed here, the more she forgot? Had she made new friends she wouldn't want to leave? What if the Katsuki here was like, fucking nicer than him or some shit?! What then?! What the FUCK did he do THEN?!
"Katsuki. Hakuna your tatas for me, sweetheart, we'll get there." Chad held up a hand to him. Katsuki was seething. It wasn't often he wasn't able to control his quirk, but he couldn't help himself. The stress on his shoulders was making him irate. He hated feeling this way, but the tension was too much. What if the Izuku here was bad and hurt her? What if there was some other traitor aside from Present Mic that harmed her! What about her dad? Was she okay emotionally? Chad cleared his throat. "As I was saying, we snuck under your fence which is why he's like, low-key covered in dirt. So like, can we trade or something? This bitch ass for my kids?"
Chad sounded like he was asking, but Nezu could tell he wasn't. The principal smiled nonetheless. What an entirely unexpected and odd turn of events. First of all, how had they snuck under the fence? He'd have to look into that. Extensively. And by that he meant he was replacing the entire fence and making it dig into the ground six feet deep. There was also the fact that this was, without a doubt, Present Mic. He was hardly alive it seemed, but that was... well, that was him.
"A trade isn't necessary, though I would appreciate it if you'd let me take Present Mic off your hands." Nezu pressed his paws together happily. "Lillian Aizawa and her Nomu friend are quite alright. They'd been spending their time in class 1-A whilst we tried to figure this out, but it seems you beat us to the chase. If you'd allow me to escort you..."
Nezu had his robots come and wrap Mic up like he was a deluxe supreme burrito. Chad nodded in approval as he was carted off to god knows where. Bakugo was practically vibrating with anticipation. He was ready to kick Nezu's furry body down the hall if he didn't pick up the pace. He'd go ahead of him if he could but Chad had given him a look. They were in another dimension. If they fucked something up here, the chances of them getting help were slim. Chad understood the gravity of this. This was not something he was willing to take all that lightly, even if it would probably turn out fine.
The walk across the school was taking ages. Katsuki was dying, his mind going through the motions. What would their reunion be like? Would there be much of one? Would she want to hug him? Could he hug her, or would that make her upset? Had she missed him at all? What if she hadn't and wasn't even happy to see him, and he'd been freaking out this whole time? Honestly, that wouldn't even matter, as long as she was safe. He couldn't help but fantasize about some huge, heartfelt reunion, though. Not that he'd admit that.
"So, you gonna kiss her when you see her?" Chad asked out of nowhere, wiggling his eyebrows. His sunglasses were perched atop his head, revealing his sly eyes. Bakugo's face went beet red. He sputtered out denials. Why would he kiss her? Of course he wouldn't do that. Why would he do that? What was Chad talking about? Ridiculous. Fucking ridiculous. Kissing? No way! With Lillian? Of course not! He didn't want to do that.
"Shut the fuck up, you creep." Bakugo hissed out, too flustered to shout. Chad flipped his sunglasses down, giving a dramatic 'tsk' and shaking his head. Bakugo stared at him with wide, enraged eyes. Was murder really illegal if it wasn't even your dimension?
"I see." Chad nodded sadly. "So you're a pussy."
Katsuki stopped walking. Chad stopped too, turning towards him with a smile. Bakugo took a deep breath. A pussy? A fucking scared cat? A coward? Katsuki Bakugo was no fucking coward. He'd show Chad. He'd show him! He could kiss Lillian. He could kiss the hell out of her. He'd kiss her so fucking hard that Chad would turn into a coward by default! Just by being in the fucking vicinity! He'd show him and everyone else. Fuck them. Fuck that. He wasn't a coward. This wasn't even their dimension anyway so it's not like anyone could say shit. He'd... He'd liked Lillian for a long time, anyway. She probably liked his ass too. It would be fine. He wasn't a pussy.
Chad nodded like he didn't believe him, knowing full and well what he was doing. Honestly, it was about time it happened, and it would be hilarious to see it happen. Even Nezu looked like he was having fun as Bakugo stormed after him. Chad had watched Bakugo pine and pine after Lillian. Lillian clearly liked him too. They weren't typical best friends. They were fond for one another in a different way. There was a reason Aizawa tolerated Kaminari, Hitoshi, Neito, and Shoto over Katsuki. And this was it.
Aizawa was mid sentence when the door slammed open and his worst nightmare walked in. As if one Bakugo Katsuki wasn't enough, another had just stormed in. Kit cocked his head, and Mina and Kaminari let out excited shrieks. The Bakugo of here was already on his feet, eyes wide with anger at seeing another him. It was fucking freaky and he hated it. Aizawa blanched, eyes flying to his daughter. The girl had popped out of her seat as though it had spontaneously caught fire, and Vlad's wings unfurled happily at the sight of the blonde. Aizawa's heart all but stopped.
Lillian hadn't told anyone but Kit and Harper that she was close to Katsuki. Hadn't even indicated, but like Harper hadn't brought up her relationship with Kirishima. The way Lillian's face lit up gave her away, and the way the new Katsuki's rage dropped off his face like a stone in a pond. Momo fumbled to get her phone out. It was unlike her, but she had to get this. Izuku's eyes were bugging out of his skull, and even Todoroki looked paralyzed by the new arrival.
"Katsuki!" Lillian chucked herself at him. He caught her immediately, wrapping her up like he actually cared. Nothing like their Bakugo, who Sero had been forced to grab around the middle with his tape. He was shouting at Kirishima trying to get him to help, but the redhead was too busy staring at the couple with wide, horrified eyes. He looked pale. Kaminari winced slightly, moving to comfort his friend. Izuku choked when the other Katsuki smiled down at Lillian, looking like he may actually cry.
"Freckles." He choked out. And then, he kissed her. Not unlike Kirishima had Harper just the day prior. The Bakugo of here froze, explosions stopping and shock pushing away his anger momentarily. He went slack, watching this version of himself literally make out with this random, shy girl who murmured weird internet references to herself. Literally. Like, wrap an arm around her, cup her cheek make out with her. Eyes closed, delicately make out with her. Like, in love make out with her.
"Holy FUCK!" Jiro laughed, grabbing Ochako's shoulder and shaking her. The girl had her hands on her cheeks, her face red.
"Wow. Didn't see that one coming." Ojiro admitted. Aizawa was still gawking and pale. Vlad approached Bakugo and Lillian, wings flapping awkwardly as he tried to figure out what to do.
"Oh fuck yes." Kit snickered. "Who knew dimension hopping was a way to get some."
A head popped through the door, and Kit's breath left him. Hawks shot out of his chair so fast it nearly tipped over, and Kit's Tenya leaned forward slightly, eyes wide. They all held their breath as the man stepped in alongside Principal Nezu, flicking his sunglasses up casually and grinning. He was healthy, with lean muscles and healthy hair. Not gaunt and atrophied from so much time spent in a bed.
"Damn. He actually did it." Chad snapped a photo as Katsuki pulled back from a very red, very stunned Lillian. He shoved the device back in his pocket, his golden eyes meeting a pair of matching ones. Hawks was stock still, gawking at him in disbelief. "Yo! Interdimensional brother from an alternate brother! What's good, bro?!"
Hawks started to cry.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Chad had came and given Lillian a pat on the back, but Katsuki wasn't letting go of her. Aizawa shouted at the class to calm down, though he himself was seething. Hawks was hyperventilating whilst staring at Chad, who didn't seem to pick up on his brother's panic. He had no reason to think he'd be freaking out. He had no idea about his other self being comatose, or anything like that, really. Vlad was scooping the man up before he could approach his winged sibling, gurgling happily and squeezing him tight. Lillian was still star-struck from the sudden affection and sudden appearance of her Katsuki.

"Who the fuck did this to you? I'll fucking kill them, you hear me?! Do you know how much you freaked us all the fuck out, freckles? Your dad has been catatonic for like, four fucking days!" Katsuki had her by the shoulders now and was staring at her face, his own cheeks red. The bruise Lillian had gotten earlier at training was sending him into a frenzy. Lillian could only stare at him blankly. "Fucking-- I was worried! And now I find you looking like you got smacked in the face with a motherfucking baseball bat?! You're going to be the fucking death of me. Fucking vanishing all the fucking time. Getting fucking hurt!"

Lillian was still in a haze as she was lightly shaken. Katsuki had showed up and just kissed her. Straight up, walked up to her and kissed her. What did that mean? Was it a sign of anger? Intimidation? Was he okay-- was it cancer? She had so many questions and no answers. It hadn't-- she hadn't hated it. She just hadn't expected it either. She really liked Katsuki. She had romantic feelings for him. The other Katsuki was being restrained at the moment, her alternate dad forced to talk him down with hissed out threats, all whilst shooting glares at Lillian's Katsuki.

How had Harper done it? Katsuki was still talking, but it sounded like he was under water as she blankly gazed at his face. He looked so concerned and tired. Harper had just said it bluntly, and that had worked out well for her. Kirishima had kissed her and they'd been like, probably together romantically. Was that what she wanted? She thought it was. Maybe this was all a dream. Kit was still laughing, and the clamor in the classroom made it hard to think. Katsuki's hands on her shoulders were warm and grounding. She blinked.

"I'm in love with you." She decided, learning from Harper well. Katsuki froze, going stock still. His words caught in his throat. Lillian sniffed. This was all just so odd. So much was going on. The other Bakugo was shouting muffled curses through her dad's scarf, Kit was cackling, the Tenya from here was berating everyone and trying to establish order, Nezu was sipping his tea, and Hawks was--- wait. Wait, wait-- Lillian whipped around, eyes wide. "Holy shit, Hawks!"

Katsuki just stood there as Lillian sprinted across the room, pulling Chad out of Vlad's grip. The blonde man laughed boisterously, the sound full of life and undeniably jarring for his brother. She hadn't even connected the dots until this very second. Hawks! And Chad! Chad and Hawks! Chad absolutely needed to talk to his brother, even if he was from another dimension. This other Hawks needed it more than anything right now. Chad nearly knocked Lillian over, losing balance from being yanked away from his nomu friend. Lillian righted them.

Kirishima gazed at this other Bakugo. This one was so clearly different. Nicer, and more level, perhaps. He just stood there, face red and brows furrowed like he was still processing the words. Kirishima felt his heart crack a little. Kaminari patted his back comfortingly. Anything he said fell on deaf ears as Kirishima gazed. Of course he knew it was never going to happen, but even he couldn't stop himself or his heart. Lillian was just stunning. He was glad this other Bakugo had realized that. The way he'd said 'Freckles' and held her so close. He obviously loved her a great deal.

"There's no time to explain. Rundown, this Hawks is from another dimension where you've been in a coma for a year and you're on life support deteriorating." Lillian dragged him towards Hawks. The man was just standing there and staring quietly, tears dripping down his cheeks. A few of 1-A's students noticed and shushed, but the calamity of all that was happening was still too much. Especially when Nezu assured them Mic had just been caught and brought in. Kit was making fun of his cousin from here when Tenya tapped him and jerked his head towards Hawks. Seeing that Lillian was on it, he shook his head. She could handle it.

Chad blinked. A coma? Him? He looked at Brad for the first time since he'd come in. Really looked. He was struck to see his brother crying. Absolutely sobbing his fucking eyes out, standing there with slack shoulders and limp arms. Brad had always been the cooler one of them. Better socially and looks wise, with a witty sense of humor not nearly as weird as Chad's. Chad had always been proud of him for his aspirations and accomplishments, and supported him in every way he could. He loved his brother. He loved his brother more than words could describe.

This Brad was skinnier, he noticed. Exhaustion was carved deep in his bones, reflecting out through his eyes. They looked more tan than gold, the glimmer that should've been there dampened by a heavy weight. Chad slowed slightly, smile fading out and face pinching with concern. He pulled his sunglasses off entirely, handing them absentmindedly to Lillian. The girl took them without a word, stepping back slightly and gripping them with both hands. Chad stepped forward. This was Brad. Chad's precious little brother. He helped him learn to fly, and learn to aim his feathers with deadly precision. He'd clean him up when he fell and scraped his knees, and teach him to read. Help him with his homework and hug him when he had nightmares. This was Brad. Chad had always done his best to make sure he was happy.

This... This as far from happy. And that hurt.

"Hey." Chad whispered softly. Hawks flinched, blinking a few times out of stupor. It was like seeing a ghost. Chad was in front of him, his face tight with concern. He'd always wear that expression when Hawks was in trouble or needed something. He choked out a small sob.

"Chad." Hawks hiccupped, shaking so hard he could barely stand. Chad immediately warpped him in a hug. Hawks couldn't help but sink into the warmth.

Chad smelled just as he remembered, only now with a hint of smoke. He buried his face in his older brother's shoulder, closing his eyes and gripping tightly as though letting go would cause him to vanish. Lillian turned away, nearly running into her Katsuki. His hand shot out and grabbed hers, his red eyes nervous and unsure. She gave him a smile, glancing away in an embarrassed manner when a few of the girls in class let out 'aws'. They bounced forward, breaking away from their assigned seats to crowd around. Aizawa groaned. Nezu had already left, leaving the underground pro to deal with this all by himself. The Bakugo from here had calmed down somewhat, though he still seemed absolutely afronted by what he was witnessing.

"Listen to me, Brad." Chad murmured as he hugged his brother, rocking them side to side lightly. Hawks' wings shrunk considerably. He just felt so terribly small. 1-A averted their attention to Lillian completely, especially as Kit dragged his Tenya up and introduced himself as his cousin. Lillian had watched her Katsuki go through several stages of horror as the situation was explained. The two Iida's, and such. Chad brought one of his hands up to the back of his brother's head, ruffling his hair slightly in comfort. "I don't know what the hell's up with the me in your dimension, but I need you to know that I am a certified fucking badass. If I haven't died yet, it's because I'm not going to. You wait for me to wake up. I'll be just fine. You know that I'll always be there for you, and you know I would take a bullet for you in a heartbeat. If you think for a second that I'd leave you behind, forget about it. I'll wake up. I know I will."

Hawks stuttered out something like a sob mixed with a laugh, not pulling away. He simply absorbed his brother's being. It had been so long since he'd been able to hug him like this, to feel and see him so alive and warm. This was Chad. He'd missed him so, so much. So much that he wished he could never let go. His brother was his entire life. He'd been more of a parent to him than their mom and dad combined, and had been with him through thick and thin. He was the only reason the hero commission hadn't gotten a hold of him at a young age. Chad had protected and sheilded him from that.

"I'm being serious." Chad pulled back slightly, grinning at his brother. Hawks stared, taking it in. He hadn't seen that smile in so long-- hadn't heard his voice. He felt pathetic breaking down like this, but he couldn't help it. "You stay strong, you hear me? You are my baby brother, and I would drop everything for you in a heartbeat. I'm willing to bet it's only a matter of time before I come around. My nap's run on long enough, yeah? I'm so proud of you. I can't wait for the other me to wake up and see all you've accomplished."

Chad basically said every positive thing he could think of. Every single thing he'd ever wanted to say or had said to his brother spewed out, because he couldn't bear to see him like this. Lillian and the other Katsuki were drowned by questions. The other Katsuki got into a fight with himself. The other him called him a pansy, saying he was pathetic and all this shit. Lillian's Katsuki hadn't taken that well, practically pouncing on himself. Saying that Lillian was the best thing that could've ever happened and he felt damn bad that he wasn't going to get to experience that. Lillian had chatted a bit more, admitting that she did know Bakugo quite well.

Things wound down, and it was revealed Lillian and Kit would be disappearing around the same time, if not at the exact same time. It gave Katsuki a great excuse to stay by Lillian, much to Aizawa's dismay. The rest of the class found it fucking hilarious. Katsuki had no shame, staring at Lillian openly, snarking about how they were all losers who couldn't land her, and bragging on her and her quirk. Hawks spent his time with Chad, and Kit and his Tenya did too. They explained what happened and the project. Chad had pulled out his smartphone and set it to record, filming their entire conversation. When it was all said and done, he handed the device to his brother with a grin.

Things went... well. Everyone was able to go home that night, save for the dimension hoppers. Chad and Hawks fell asleep on a small sofa, leaning up against one another. Lillian sat with Kit for a while, chatting quietly with him. He gave her a side hug, and they discussed the fact that like Harper, they'd soon be sent back too. It was hard to accept, but all too true. Lillian drifted off huddled up next to Katsuki that night, and Kit the same with Tenya. Vlad curled up on the ground like a dog might, content with the current situation and all that was happening. Things had finally folded into a close.

During hero training, Lillian and Katsuki showed what a terrifying team they were. Even Aizawa had to be impressed, watching them go through the motions as though they'd been doing this their whole lives. Lillian tossing his explosions was terrifying. Katsuki tossing her in the air with the help of a controlled explosion so she could see more and thus freeze more, and then catching her like it was nothing. Their dynamic was impeccable, and despite Aizawa's distaste, it felt good to know his daughter had someone like this. Even if she wasn't truly his to begin with.

Their departure was as sad as Harper's. Lillian hugged her alternate dad for a long, long time. If anyone saw Aizawa shed a few tears, they wouldn't say. The freckled girl pulled her dad down closer to her, whispering about a girl named Eri who desperately needed their help. Aizawa's resolve had turned to steel then, and he'd nodded to her. Promised to go get her himself if he had to. Lillian had smiled at that.

Lillian and Kit hugged. Kit felt morose going back, but he knew it was time. Things had folded shut, and he felt like they'd done something here. They'd convinced Shoto to open a case against his father, and Hawks was feeling a lot more vigorous after seeing his brother. Aizawa had newfound resolve and would get Eri, and they'd all been warned of the summer camp. The traitor had been exposed before he could do anymore harm, and their classmates had gotten to experience something no one would probably ever get to in their lives. To meet alternate versions of some of their peers and to meet others from different worlds... god, it was astonishing.

Nezu was enlightened as well, and he found himself a bit fonder of humans. Per Lillian's suggestion on Harper's behalf, a therapy program would be instated to help children with their mental health. A counselor more specialized than Hound Dog, if you would. Nezu found himself stunned as he looked for someone to fill the position. You see, it had to be someone perfect. Someone with a suitable quirk. Someone who could really and truly help the students here at UA. He dug deep, and again, he was shocked to find a familiar name pop up.

Harper Rye, a twenty-five year old psychologist specializing in the rehabilitation of villains, lived just a few prefectures over. He was stunned. Absolutely floored. Harper Rye did exist here, and up until now, he hadn't even known! Someone with such an extraordinary quirk had slipped under his radar somehow, and he was just... he had no words. This was the biggest mistake of his life!

Or it had been. He shot her a rather official email that would be impossible even for her to ignore. Getting her on wouldn't be easy, but her younger self had... well, he had some insight.

Kit, Tenya, and Hawks went first. Chad gave his brother one last hug before he went, grinning and assuring him it would be okay. And it would be, it turned out. They appeared back where they'd vanished from. For some reason, it was the middle of the night despite it having been nearly three in the afternoon in the dimension from before. Izuku had nearly vaulted out of his chair in surprise, jolted away. Tensei and Dabi-- who'd been suspiciously cuddled up-- also jolted awake. The hospital room was eerily silent for a moment, the three of them standing there staring at the tired individuals who'd been waiting for them. And then, there was a yawn.

Izuku let out a shriek as Chad's head weakly popped up, his eyes squinting slightly against the fluorescent lights. Hawks stared at him like he thought he was dreaming. Kit and Tenya shared a look as the man groaned in his bed, plopping backwards weakly with a confused 'what the fuck' rasping its way through his lips. Hawks, whose eyes were still red from the sob fest he'd had before departing, began to cry all over again. And honestly, Kit found himself shedding a few tears too.

Lillian's arrival home had been a lot more grand, with several people all but tackling her. Her dad had scooped her up with heavy relief, sinking to the ground and telling her never to do that again. She'd told him astutely that it wasn't her fault. Hitoshi and Neito practically crushed her by leaning on her. Katsuki had watched this with some level of irritation. Chad was tackled by Eri and greeted by Dabi. It was pretty obvious this hoard of people had been staked out here since they left. You could smell it. Kaminari had gone to go get some febreeze just for it. Lillian had almost cried seeing Mic there, happy and not at all traitorous.

Lillian hugged Shoto the longest. Shoto hugged her back just as long, closing his eyes and letting himself untense. The half-and-half teen didn't ask why Lillian wanted to grapple to him, nor why she'd done so for as long as she did. No one else did either, letting the girl simply stand there and hold him. He rubbed her back comfortingly. Hugs honestly weren't something he got often. Perhaps Lillian had known Shoto had been craving a good embrace, or maybe she'd just needed one herself. Either way was fine by him.

"God, I'm so glad you're back." Neito groaned, throwing his head back. Hitoshi laughed, looking more exhausted. Somehow.

"Yeah, me too." Hitoshi agreed. Lillian smiled at them. The purple haired boy glanced around the room. "But... you did bring Vlad back with you, right?"

Lillian and Katsuki froze, flipping around to face Chad. He had frozen too, staring at them with an expression just as horrified as theirs.

In another dimension, Harper Rye woke up to the sound of Tsukauchi and Sansa screaming like their lives depended on it. Getting up and dragging a still-weepy Kurogiri with her, she found Dabi standing off to the side sipping his coffee whilst the two officers of the house panicked. Harper blinked slowly when she saw the winged Nomu sitting in the living room, not seeming bothered by the screaming. The creature stared at her. Harper stared back.

"Yeah. Same one." Dabi answered for her. Form the kitchen, Sansa chucked a toaster at the thing. Vlad's hand flew up to catch it. The creature rose to its feet, gazing at the toaster in absolute wonder, head tilting. Harper's heart sunk.

And then, all hell broke loose.
