Alluka walked into the festival waiting room, brimming with excitement. The day had finally come- "ALLUKA!" she jumped from the sudden loud noise, looking over her shoulder. "Huh?" Kaminari ran over, as well as several of her other closer friends. "WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN MAN?" Kirishima cried. Alluka laughed awkwardly. "Right- I forgot to tell you guys. Bisky took me out of school so we could train independently for the next two weeks so I didn't come to school." Bisky had gotten clearance from Aizawa and Allmight for that, to Alluka's disappointment.

Uraraka looked worried. "Why did you need to be taken out of school?" Alluka groaned. "Because Bisky's like this super harsh teacher and super experienced so she kind of pushed me to my limit and there's no way I would have been able to concentrate on school as well." She hung her head. The past few weeks had been absolute hell, with Bisky actually full time training her. "Everybody get your game faces on! We're entering the arena soon" Iida barked from the doorway. Alluka yelped, hurrying over to get dressed. Uraraka followed, seeing Kaminari off with a scowl. "Here, I can cover you so nobody sees you changing." , "Ok-?" Alluka agreed, although she wasn't sure why she couldn't just go into the bathroom to change. Uraraka held up a towel as she quickly changed into her P.E uniform.

A few moments later they were walking through a tunnel. Alluka's heart thumped in her chest, the anticipation rising. They walked out onto the field and Alluka's eyes widened at the large packed stadiums. The crowd roared in excitement, it was nearly deafening. "NOW THE INTRODUCTORY SPEECH!" Midnight shouted, cracking her whip for silence. "FOR THE PLEDGE, WE HAVE KATSUKI BAKUGOU!" Alluka waited in anticipation as he walked up onto the stage, hands in his pockets and a deadpan expression on his face. She couldn't help but be reminded of her big brother again. "I just wanna say, I'm gonna win."

The people beside her went into an instant uproar, booing him and yelling at him. Alluka laughed softly. "WHY WOULD YOU BE SO DISRESPECTFUL YOU'RE REPRESENTING US ALL!" Iida shouted, with various irritated arm gestures. Bakugou scoffed. "Not my fault the rest of you are just stepping stones to my victory" he said, pointing his thumb down. People kept shouting at him, trying to scold him. Alluka turned her attention back to the stage as Bakugou brushed past her. The first test was an obstacle course around the perimeter of the stadium. She took a deep breath. You trained for this! You can do this. Yeah! You got this! Nanika hyped her up.

Alluka shied away from the front of the crowd, not wanting to get trampled. She knew she'd be slower than most of her competitors, she'd just have to outdo them by making smarter moves. The three beeps sounded, and Midnight shouted. "BEGIN!" Alluka started forward but hesitated as everyone crammed into the tunnel, she got flashbacks from the news reported breakin at U.A a few weeks ago. Maybe I should wait? But if I wait I'll fall behind! On the other hand if I get trampled I'll be out, plus even if I go in I'd make little progress... Eventually the raven haired teen concluded it would be smarter to wait. And smarter it was indeed, because a few moments later the tunnel was enveloped in ice.

Alluka started forward, slipping around frozen competitors who were yelling and struggling. Alluka had a hard time moving, then remembered a technique Bisky had taught her. Her mentor took note of her classmates abilities and walked her through strategies and useful tips thoroughly in the past two weeks. She shifted her weight and slid forward, like she was ice skating. A few of her classmates noticed her technique and started to copy her, also picking up speed. The ice gave way and she started running again, glancing up.

An enormous robot loomed in front of her and she gasped, eyes wide. It's a zero pointer from the exams! Lots of them! She stopped running, biting her lip. However before she could react, Todoroki cocooned several of the robots in his ice. Alluka didn't waste a moment, knowing this might be the only chance she got. She was neck and neck with Todoroki, taking advantage of everyone else's pause. He glanced sideways at her with an expression of slight shock as he noticed she wasn't very far behind him. A loud thud sounded, which she ignored. She couldn't afford to look back now. She was not going to get left behind, not this time. She wasn't just going to make it, she was going to excel.
