When we walked inside, my dad was on the couch with my mom. He turned to me and smiled. "Max your home. Great. Your mom said you guys wouldn't be home till the storm was over. Thank god. I am glad that you didn't try to fly in it. You would have died!" He said laughing at the end. Mom gave me a look that said "tell him." and I gave her a look that said "at dinner." She nodded and I hugged my dad.

"So what has happened while I was gone?" Dad asked and I started to talk about Maddy getting her license to drive and her mother freaking out when I got her a motorcycle. He laughed and we just chilled all day till dinner. When we sat down at the table mom looked at me and said, "So max. Isn't there something that you wanted to tell your father?" And I instantly looked at dad. He looked at me with a questionable look on his face.

"Um yeah..." I said and looked down at my food. Nathan held my hand and my dad gave him and I a look of question.

"Max, what is happening?" He asked.

"Dad. Me and Nathan are dating." I said staring down. That resulted in my dad standing up and fighting Nathan while mom and I panicked trying to pull dad off him. Nathan had a black eye but was ok.

"Max?! What the heck?!" He screamed. I waited for him to calm down. I understand why he is mad. I was dating my bodyguard. Of course he would be mad. It was responsible. After he was completely calm, I explained everything. He was happy that I was happy but he did fire Nathan. Dad said that Nathan can still live here just he couldn't work for my dad. Nathan was actually happy. He said that he wouldn't get another job till he graduated high school unless my Aunt hired him at her dinner. I smiled and sat down in my room after all of this. I was alone for about 10 minutes till mom walked in. She said goodnight even though she had said it earlier and kissed me goodnight on the forehead. I fell asleep.

My dream.
I ran through the halls. Somebody was following me. "Help!" I screamed, but nobody did. Mom and dad were missing. They weren't home. I didn't know where Nathan was. I looked around as I ran down that stairs trying to find him. He was missing too.

"Don't run Max. It won't help you escape." Said the man. His voice was soft and kind. I recognized it. It was Nathan's voice. I stopped after realizing it was him but I regretted it. Because when I looked. It wasn't him. It was some strange man. He looked at me with a look of hostility. He put a knife to my neck and I screamed, "Stop!! Please just stop!" Then I heard another voice. It was Nathan for sure.

"Max! Max!" He yelled.

That's when I woke up sweating and breathing ruffly.

"Max? Are you ok?" He said looking frightened. But I didn't answer. I couldn't. I was scared. All I could do was sit there. I began to cry. It was silently but I still cried. He whispered in my ear while hugging me,"It's ok. Your safe. It was just a dream max. Don't worry." And soon I stopped crying. "What happened?" He asked once I could talk. I explained the dream. He looked at me. He said he would stay with me till I fell asleep. So I sat in bed next to him till I fell asleep. I didn't dream of anything. It was just black. I was calm.

Thank god. It was just a dream.
