Waiting Game..?
"Sorry Sans, but how would it affect [C/N]?" Sans tilted his head. "huh. you make a good point. guess we're waiting then." He pulled you down into the comfort of your sheets. "goodnight, gracious."
"Goodnight, Wild. Love you."
"love you too."
******************
Your second month ended rather quickly and the last month started. In other words, it was a waiting game. You and Sans were both taking family leave now. "kiddo, you should come out now so i can meet you."
"Sans, I'm going look and feel like I'm dying. Please be patient." Sans smiled apologetically. "heh.. just excited. sorry gracious. i'll wait however long the kid wishes to wait, unfortunately you don't really have that privilege."
"I know." You fake pouted. "aw." He kissed you. "should i set up a temporary nursery here or we goin back home now?"
"We.. we probably should go home. We've laid low for long enough.." He kissed you again. "alright, gracious, only if your sure." You nodded as he nuzzled into your neck. "This is how I know you're going to be a great dad." You giggled lightly, wrapping your arms around him. "i sure hope so."
******************
You looked around your house. Everything was just as you and Sans had left it. "I missed home.."
"me too. want some grilled nutella?" It was.. another weird craving of yours but it was so good! "Yes please!" He laughed and went to the kitchen. "coming right up, gracious." You took to the couch to rest. It wasn't easy having a watermelon more a stomach after all. You breathed a sigh. "You're heavy, kiddo. Hurting mama's back and stuff, but it'll all be worth it in the end." You checked your phone for any texts from Savanah. You hadn't had contact with her since the babyshower. You were quite worried. Sans assured you that she might be on a job, but she should've been done by now.. right? "you're worried. nothing from Savanah yet?" You shook your head as Sans handed you a plate. "how about you eat, and i'll give her a call. if she don't pick up, i can track her and check on here or something."
"What if someone has her? I know you're strong as hell, but maybe we should leave that to the police..." You rested a hand on your babybump. "We need you know more than ever.."
"if it'll calm you down. let me have the phone."
******************
She hadn't answered. The police were now on her case. Apparently there'd been signs of a struggle, meaning that she'd been kidnapped. It's been three days now, and Sans had been doing his best to help. Everyone was. You knew the poor skeleton was struggling with your hyperactive thoughts and concerns about Savanah. You felt bad, but your bestie HAD been kidnapped. At the worst time. Stress was bad for a baby and could cause someone to go into labor early. "gracious, relax. it's going to be ok. the police have got this, everyone is out looking for her, and i'm doing what i can to help out too." You hid your face in your hands before brushing them through your hair. "I know.. I know. I just.. I wanna help." He started rubbing soothing circles in your back. "i know you do, but you also know that [C/N] needs you."
"Needs us. You think she's ok? Really? If they haven't set a ransom by now, that means she was killed.."
"that's not always true! she could've escaped and is looking for a phone right now, or the kidnappers need her alive. for all we know, it could be a trap for someone else. things are ok. she will be ok." He reassured. "none of us will stop until savanah is safe." You smiled weakly at him.

Wild's POV
I hate seeing her like this. Her fears were valid, but I couldn't let her give up. We'd find Savanah and all would be well again. "SANS!" Why was she panicking? I rushed to her position in our bedroom. She'd been getting ready for bed while I locked up the house for the night. Now she was clutching out sheets with a growing wet spot below her. Did her water just- "I-it's happening! It's happening now!"
"i'm here, gracious, come on." I took her arm and lead her down to the garage. "i'll call al and dad on our way, they'd know more than any monster or human doctor about [C/N] and the circumstances." She nodded, I couldn't read her expression, but I could feel her flurry of emotions. "breath, gracious, remember to breath. you've got this." I got her in the vehicle and we took off to the hospital.
*******************
Toriel, Asgore, Asriel, Papyrus, Mettaton, Grillby, and Undyne were in the waiting room while Alphys and dad were in the birthing room with me. The doctors were all but kicked out. I held her hand the entire time. If my fingers weren't bone, they would have fallen off. Finally after 14 long, exhausting hours, [C/N] came. While the scientist's checked his health, I showered [Y/N] with praise. "you did it! you did so good, he's absolutely beautiful gracious!"
"I want him...... my baby...."
"i know, they're finishing up now, you'll have him very soon." Alphys handed [Y/N] our baby. He was a small thing, with [S/C] skin, barely any [H/C] hair, and [E/C] eyes... the pupils were [M/C] slits. He was swaddled up in a 'I'm a baby and I know it' baby blanket. Every bit of me felt just as devoted and protective of him, as I felt for my mate. I'd do anything for them. No matter the cost. Now that he was healthy and safe in the world, I felt confident I could find Savanah and make her kidnappers burn in hell. I looked to my family. But was it worth the risk if I got killed in the process?
Find Savanah and stop her fears?
Stay with her and the baby?
