"Hello? Operator? I'm calling to give you a suspect to the kidnappings of Dr. Alphys, Asriel Dreamurr, and Savanah Warren. His name is Kane Carron." You nodded, humming in response. "We've had run ins before.. he has tried to... kidnap me..." You recalled that time after the babyshower, when he'd grabbed you. You knew he had every intention of dragging you back. "Yes, I am under police protection." You paused, listening. "Ok, thank you. Could my friends and I be there for the interrogation?" Another pause. "Thank you, have a good night, bye." You hung up. "They are sending officers to get him." You looked to Sans who wagged his tail. [C/N] was feeding off his magic again, and he was getting used to it. "great! what'd they say about us watching?"
"Only three can watch. I was thinking you, me, and Undyne could go." He looked skeptical. "undyne? i don't know if that's a good idea.."
"Honestly Sans, if Undyne wasn't a restaurant owner she'd be a great cop. She knows how to be professional." You responded. "how is it that you know undyne better than me?"
"Trade secret." You winked, smiling.

You called Undyne to let her know. She was 100% in on it. Tomorrow, we were watching an interrogation. Sans walked off to call Gaster while you snuggled your dear [C/N]. "Stay awake, don't rest your head~

"he and grillby agreed to watch him. they've been waiting for personal time with him."
"Did they mark each other yet?" He shrugged. "we'll see tomorrow. now you on the other hand~"
"Oop- I'm, uh, gonna lay [C/N] down first." Now that [C/N] was born, he could finally mark you as his. "How long will it last?" He started to the bedroom. "a few hours."

You laid [C/N] down and went to your room. Sans was nowhere to be found.. "Where'd he-" Arms circled around you from behind. "ya ready, gracious?" You nodded. "I'm ready." Of course he couldn't just walk with you to the bed, he had to teleport you onto it. From there he summoned your soul. "such a pretty shade of [S/C].." His palm glowed a gentle gold. "you don't know how long i've wanted this, my love.." He pressed his palm to your soul, and an intense feeling of excitement built up with. The excitement switched to extreme happiness and you just couldn't stop smiling. "you ok there?" Sans had been curious to your response to the mark, but he wasn't expecting.. this. "You hugged your mate tightly. "Stars I love you so much! You and [C/N].. I'm so grateful that you came into my life!"
"this.. is better than pain." He'll take it. "snuggles?"

You and Sans were dropping [C/N] off now. Last night had been a bit of a strange experience for you, but the snuggles had been very welcoming. On top of that you were now officially Sans' mate. Grillby and Gaster noticed immediately. "It's about time."
"i should be saying that to you." Sans mused. "So they did mark each other.. ok. Um. Here's his diaper bag, it has his bottles, bibs, clothes, burp rags..."
"dad's done this before, gracious. they've got him." Sans handed [C/N] over to Gaster while Grillby took the diaper bag. "Best of luck, you two."
"thanks again!" You didn't want to leave. [C/N] had never been without you or Sans before.. "he's fine gracious, i promise. Sans managed to pull you away.

After picking Undyne up, you went to the station. From there you were guided to the observation room. The three of you saw Kane with an officer inside. "Do you know any of these three citizens?"
"No, who are they?" He was playing the fool. It was sickening. Undyne clenched her fists, but was keeping her cool. Sans was tense and very much on guard. You were calm on the outside and afraid on the inside. "Three people who've gone missing. You are suspected to be involved, Mr. Carron. What do you know?"
"I know nothing, I've done nothing."
"You've been in interrogated three times in the past for suspected affiliation with the mob. You've surely done something." The officer replied. "How'd he get out of that?" You asked. "Someone paid the bail and last time there just wasn't enough evidence."
"Can one of us go in for the interrogation?" Undyne asked. "Usually I'd say no, but seeing as you knew the kidnapped and one of you has a history with Mr. Carron.. fine, but only one."
