Remnant was not the original name of the world a hundred thousand years ago. Planet Earth is the true name of a planet that once supported human races living in the modern era. The world's 195 nations have international trade, communications, and alliances all over the place. It was a lovely world, but not everything was flawless. Throughout the years, there has been corruption in every government, rising tensions, xenophobia spreading among people who have seen each other through their eyes rather than as equals, and widespread fear that World War III will occur one day. Tensions have risen this year as Russia, transforming into a new Soviet Union, has decided to invade Europe to establish its dominion, beginning with Ukraine and then China, which has embraced Maoism. The newly elected Chinese leader annexed Hong Kong immediately and then attempted to invade Taiwan for forceful integration. When the Ukrainian President continued to fight for his country and his land against Russian aggression, he appealed to other countries for assistance. Fortunately, they accepted his assistance. They gathered forces, particularly NATO, to enter the war, leading Russia to believe they were on their way to help Ukraine and declare war on Western countries. China continues to invade Taiwan in order to force its integration into the continent, only to be repulsed by the Taiwanese and their allies. Meanwhile, North Korea has the largest military army, outnumbering South Korea's. North Korea decides to invade Taiwan now because China is about to do so. They crossed the DMZ, breaking the Korean Armistice Agreement treaty. As a result, the UN declared an emergency to counter North Korean threats as they advanced on South Korea's capital city. After the United States withdrew from the Middle East, Afghanistan is now ruled by the Taliban. Taliban forces launched attacks on neighboring countries.

This led to what is known as World War 3.

War broke out as every country in the world was fighting each other. Both sides' soldiers were killed on the battlefield. The war brought destruction to cities and towns. North Korea, Russia, and Afghanistan have all committed war crimes against civilians (some of whom are resistance fighters) and military personnel. Then something shocking occurred that no one will ever forget. When South Korea and its allies pushed North Korean forces to march toward the capital, the North Korean leader made a desperate move. He launched nuclear missiles at every country. Surprisingly, North Korea, as well as Russia and China, attempted to do the same. The exchange of nuclear warheads with other countries causes mass radiation to destroy everything on Earth. This has also caused natural disasters to erupt all over the world, and all of the continents are being destroyed by their own faults.

This event was known as the Great Catastrophe.

There are no more nations left on the apocalyptic wasteland planet.

Except for North and South Americans...

The continents of North and South America were miraculously spared from war and natural disaster. However, the war destroyed their cities, and they are the only survivors. This resulted in diplomatic relations between the two continents.

Furthermore, people from Europe, Asia, Africa, and even Russia (the Russians opposed their own nation's starting of the war and defected to the Allies) have established refugee settlements because they are the only ones who live up to their former homes' birthright.

To survive, the leaders of both continents must maintain positive relationships with one another.

In the United States, following the devastation of World War III and the Great Catastrophe, the president succumbed to a heart attack, allowing the elites to seize control of the executive order and turn it into an oligarchy. In order to rebuild the country, the federal government declared martial law. Americans dislike the idea, but after what happened to the rest of the world, they all agree that reconstruction will be necessary, just as it is in other countries.

After a few years, the reconstruction program was as successful as in the United States, and other countries were restored to their former glory. The people want democracy restored, but the elites and corrupt politicians in the oligarchy are afraid of losing power. People began rioting in response to the oligarchy's rule. They dispatched riot control units to quell the riots, but this enraged more people, sparking the revolution. More people join the noble cause as the True Liberty Front grows in size.

The oligarchy elites dispatched military forces to eliminate the revolutionaries, but they were surprised when the US armed forces joined them, seeing America devolve into a dictatorial oligarchy state that was not democratic. Meanwhile, members of the Dixie Party in the South see America collapsing. It is time for their radiance to restore the Confederacy's glory, as it is the only way for white people to prosper by ruling over blacks and minorities. The Confederate Revolutionary Front was formed.

This became the Second American Revolution.

The other countries witnessed what happened to the United States. Canada and Mexico backed the TLF in its victory over a dictatorial oligarchy. Cuba, the world's last communist state, has no choice but to back the CRF, hoping that once in power, they will establish diplomatic ties with them. To repel the rebels and revolutionaries, the oligarchy elites dispatched whatever army was loyal to them. The southern states loyal to the oligarchy were overthrown by the CRF, while the TLF had most of the states removed from oligarchy rule. Five states, including California, Nevada, Idaho, Arizona, and Oregon, joined the TLF after realizing that the government is ruled by oligarchy elites and that they have broken their promises to return to democracy.

Meanwhile, countries in South America will not intervene, but they can send supplies to keep the fight going in the United States, which has resulted in a significant shift. Cuba has a larger military force and has recently invaded Haiti, the Dominican Republic, and Jamaica. The fact that Cuba has invaded neighboring countries has shocked Latin America. Not only that, but in the south, Argentina's leader was deposed by a Neo-Nazi group, promising the people more land to live on and fixing the economy by any means necessary, including stealing resources from other countries. Latin Americans saw a growing threat to their borders and formed a coalition to combat it. As a result, they declared war on both Cuba and Neo-Nazi Argentina.

This event will be known as the American Continent War.

Back in the US, they defeated the oligarch forces and advanced to the capital city before colliding with a large number of CRF, resulting in clashes; thus, the True Liberty Front is fighting both the oligarchy and the revolutionary supremacist group. The TLF arrived in Washington, D.C., arresting oligarchy members and re-establishing the presidency. Except for the CRF, the nation will be restored once the capital city is under control. They refused to accept the rule of those who had defeated the Confederacy once more during the American Civil War. They went into hiding because the Americans were after them.

Mexico has declared war on Cuba because conquering small nations is illegal. It is also the year that the United States and Canada, followed by Argentina, join the war against Cuba. The North and South American Coalition Forces are able to liberate the occupied nations from Cuba, after which they reach the island because they have already surrounded it. Fearing that they will arrest him, the Cuban leader commits suicide by shooting himself in the head in his final act. Following the death of its leader, Cuba was defeated. They switched to Argentina's forces because they already controlled Paraguay and Uruguay, but they never made it to Chile because they fought fiercely against them. When North American forces arrived, the occupied countries had been liberated, and they were marching towards Argentina. Not only are Neo-Nazis concerned about the Allies, but the people of Argentina have revolted against the government because they despise the Neo-Nazis for waging an unjust war on neighboring countries. The Neo-Nazis appeared to have no chance of victory until the Argentine insurgents stormed the office and executed them outside. The war is officially over.

With the war over, the United States placed Cuba in a democratic state, which they have now modernized and attempted to establish good diplomatic relations with. Argentina reverted to a democratic state and expelled anyone with Neo-Nazi sympathies or radical or extremist ideologies. However, the war resulted in so many casualties that they were on the verge of extinction.

To prevent this from happening, all countries on Earth travel to the former UN Headquarters, which has been vacant since the Great Catastrophe. The United States and other countries are devising strategies to ensure that the war never occurs again. The new President of the United States, Mr. Hill Wellyberg, proposes a unitary federation state in which both the North and South American continents merge as one, increasing military size and economy. It is also the case that all nations will be included in the federation. They can, however, govern themselves in the states while ultimately reporting to the federal government. It also contributes to cleaning up the mess by removing corruption, enforcing the law to prevent crime, and promoting modernization for a brighter future. Most of the country's leaders agree with him unequivocally because it is the only way for them to survive. The only question is who will be the new leader of this newly formed unitary federation. Surprisingly, for President According to Hill Wellyberg, the majority of the world's leaders choose the United States president to be a leading unitary state because the United States has futuristic products for both civilians and the military. He was given the authority to lead a new federal government system.

Two weeks after the meeting, President Hill Wellyberg addresses every human in every country, announcing that both the North and South American continents have been united as unitary federal states. He referred to it as the United Federation of America.

While most people in the United States are Americans, people from other countries will retain their nationalities. The nation's leaders join the United Federation of America as state members. People cheered and celebrated the establishment of the UFA. With the announcement of the new UFA, all military forces from various countries are integrated into the UFA's new military establishment, known as the United Federation Military Command. As the new president of UFA, his first order of business will be to transform the CIA into a successor agency renamed the Office of Federal Intelligence, an organization similar to the predecessor but now a unitary federal state. It is their responsibility to gather, analyze, evaluate, and disseminate foreign intelligence as well as carry out covert operations. The FBI's mission has shifted because they can now establish agencies on both the North and South American continents to do what they used to do in the United States of America.

He also announced that they would go into isolation to keep their lives peaceful and prosperous. They keep the economy from collapsing by stabilizing it. If they feel threatened by their country, they increase the size of their military. They are developing the prototype of a space navy ship that will travel to the stars throughout the galaxy, hopefully to gather resources outside the planet, and they hope to colonize planets for humans to live on someday.

After a few hundred years, the country has evolved into a futuristic, utopian society. The UFA wanted to know what happened to the rest of the world, so they used a satellite that was still in orbit after the Great Catastrophe. They notice that the continents are different from the last time they witnessed the destruction of all continents. They witnessed the establishment of the four kingdoms. They sent OFI operatives to gather information about them out of curiosity. When they return for information, the kingdoms are ruled by humans, and the governments are governed by the council, an oligarchy system. The report revealed the existence of a rare material known to the outside world as dust. They also state that humans from the kingdoms have referred to this world as the Remnant.

Which appears to be a plausible name given that Earth was destroyed by the Great Catastrophe, reshaping the world in the aftermath. They are also a species that coexists with humans. They are known as the Faunus. A humanoid born in various animal forms. What drew their attention was the fact that Faunus have been discriminated against and mistreated by humans because they dislike them. This infuriates the UFA president and state governors because humans treated them indiscriminately, and they didn't like how the faunus suffered as a result. This resulted in the formation of the White Fang, a fictitious organization that was once a protest activist group before the founder stepped down and the new leader became radical, transforming it into a terrorist organization. They come across people who have resemblance abilities, which leads them to become Hunstmen, a specialized elite warrior class dedicated to slaying the Grimms, black demon-like monsters who have terrorized their lands for far too long. Because of the information gathered by the OFI operatives, they become wary because one of the kingdoms, Atlas, has a technological military force, but to the UFA, they are primitive because they rarely reach their technological level. They continue to monitor the kingdoms while going about their daily lives.

On that day, they announced a large fleet of space navy ships flying above the nation as a celebration of the people's decision to send them to space. They conquered Mars after sending navy spaceships into space to gather resources.

Then, all of a sudden, things changed for the UFA. The navy (which is the sea navy) spotted three transport boats heading in this direction. When they arrive, they see hundreds of faunus people onboard and decide to transport them to their land.

When the news of their arrival was announced, they were shocked and surprised that someone from the outside world had discovered them. The bare middle-aged man acting on behalf of his people in the Capitol Building wishes to have a place to stay to avoid discrimination in exchange for loyalty to their new nation. Most likely, the majority of the members agreed to bring them in for a new home, but some members, such as paleoconservatives, warned everyone that bringing the aliens to their country would cause trouble. The Congress did not appear to be sympathetic to paleoconservative members, and they stated that the decision was final. The paleoconservative reluctantly stood up and exited the building.

The earthling humans welcomed Faunus when they arrived in the new nation, which surprised the Faunus people because these humans were not the same as other humans from the kingdoms. They believe that this is a paradise for faunus to live without prejudice. The president has declared that faunus are considered equal to humans, have civil rights, and are the first American-Faunus citizens to exist. The faunus rejoiced and thanked the president and the people for reuniting them.

Three months later, the faunus population has increased to the point of saturation. However, not everyone is pleased. The paleoconservative group that left Congress wanted the faunus out of the country, which led the CRF remnants to want the faunus out of the land as well, because this land belongs to Earthlings and no one else. As a result, they formed an alliance. They traveled to Georgia, where they deposed the state governor and established their own state. They gathered other states to join their cause, including South Carolina, Florida, and Alabama. To join the uprising against the federal government, they gathered white supremacists, racist southerners, extremist religious groups, and business corporatists. They established the Constitutional American Republic.

They formed armed thug soldiers to remove faunus from the states, even killing them on sight. They declared secession from the UFA and threatened to declare independence from the federal government's "loving-animal freak." President Howard Trembley directed them to head south and eliminate the threat in response to the UFA. The CAR has also conquered Cuba and Haiti, which are now under their control.

This is known as the Second American Civil War, or to the UFA, the Federation Civil War.

They engage rogue states with the military's largest army to keep them from becoming a dangerous threat. Faunus banded together to form the American-Faunus Home Defenders, a paramilitary group willing to join the UFA military force to fight against rogue states because they don't want to lose their only home. Mississippi has recently joined the rogue states because its governor is racist toward non-whites and faunus and is willing to join them in order to ensure the white race's future. The CAR used old American military arsenals to keep the federalists at bay.

The state governor of Louisiana was planning to join the CAR until he was deposed by a group of Minutemen led by Alexander P. Long, a descendant of Huey P. Long. He has the appearance of Huey P. Long and is anti-racist. He married a wolf faunus and had a half-human, half-faunus daughter. When he learned that his best friend and his wife had been murdered by KKK thugs while their child remained alive, he became enraged and adopted his best friend's child as their own, becoming a member of the Long Family. He then sought vengeance on the people of CAR, who saw them as traitors, stealing their families. He delivers a charismatic speech to rally the people to his cause and organizes a Minutemen private army to march on the Louisiana state capitol to permanently remove the state governor. He becomes a new state governor while urging citizens to take up arms against the false Constitutional American Republic.

They capture the majority of the CAR militia-armed thugs from various states and transport them to Georgia, where they corner them and arrest the leaders who started the civil war. They also freed Cuba and Haiti from CAR occupation. As a result, the Second American Civil War and the Federation Civil War ended.

They were taken to court, pleaded guilty, and were sentenced to death by firing squad for treason. They also outlawed paleoconservatives as well as other radical and extremist movements in order to prevent further uprisings. One of Faunus' conservatives mocks paleoconservatives as "old backwater racists," while another calls them "traitors to the constitutional federation."

Peace was restored as a result. The presidential election came as time passed for people to vote. Five candidates from various political parties are running in the election.

They chose carefully for the next leader, and Alexander P. Long won for the first time. He shares republican-democratic ideals, but he also shares the ability of his great-great-great grandfather, Huey Long, to do what he did for Louisiana. He reformed the political system, removed corruption from each state if hard evidence was presented, and did everything he could to help this country. He refers to it as the Bright Future Era.

The United Federation of America lives in peace. But how long will they be isolated before the kingdoms discover their existence? Will they approach them as friends or foes? The future is unknown, but that time will come sooner or later.
