Peter Parker's P.O.V
Mr Stark had taken the news better then Peter thought he would. He figured Mr Stark had seen a lot of weird stuff being Ironman so he had probably gotten used to strange stuff over time.  

Having his mentor present had calmed Peter down a lot. Not that he would ever admit it.

Mr Stark asked questions about the incident and the events that lead up to and processed it.

Peter hoped that Mr Stark had seen hundreds of cases of body switching and would instantly come up with a magical solution but instead his eyebrows furrowed.

"I've never seen anything like this before" he said. "But we'll get you back to normal soon"

Mr Stark quickly re-examined the test tubes but found nothing of interest.

Then he decided to do a blood test on the two of them. Flash squirmed when Mr Stark tried to take the blood. Peter had no idea Flash was scared of needles.

Eventually, they had two vials of blood.

"Pete, pull a chair up I could use your help" Mr Stark said

Peter would be lying if he said he didn't enjoy working alongside Mr Stark again. He had missed him when he was away in Japan.

Flash stood in the corner awkwardly but Peter didn't pay him much attention.

It was just like a normal day in the lab with Mr Stark he thought. But he was pulled harshly back to reality whenever he caught sight of his reflection. So he kept his eyes down on his task.

Unwanted thoughts kept intruding into his mind. He tried to push them away. He didn't want to deal with them now. He couldn't deal with them right now.

Peter found nothing interesting in Flash's blood. It was completely ordinary O+ blood.

"Your blood's as fucked up as it usually is but nothing out of the ordinary." Mr Stark said spinning around in his chair "Because of the spi- wait does he know" he gestured to Flash

"Know what?"
"Yes"

Flash and Peter said at the same time.

Mr Stark nodded "Well because of the spider gene in your DNA, your advanced healing should've killed off any chemical shit that got near enough to harm you. And you said your Peter tingle didn't go crazy so I don't think it was the chemicals"

"What do you think it is then?" Peter asked

Mr Stark shook his head "no idea, I could carry out some more advanced tests but I'll need Bruce here"

Flash interrupted "Bruce, Bruce Banner? The Hulk?"

"No, Bruce Wayne" Mr Stark said sarcastically "Anyway, even on the jet he could only get here by tomorrow morning at the earliest.

Peter looked down at the ground. Was this hell ever going to end?
It was only 10AM and he already wanted to crawl into a hole and die.

"What are we going to do until then?" Flash asked sounding as miserable as Peter felt.

Mr Stark thought for a second "You can both stay in Peter's room, I'll handle school and Aunt Hottie. Crash you just need to tell your parents your staying at a friend house or something."

Peter nodded that was one less thing he had to worry about.

He could tell Flash still had tons of questions.

"You have a room here?" He asked incredulously.

Does this chapter suck? Yes

Can I be bothered to make it better? No Because I'm lazy and I still have to do my RE homework.
