Okay, I tried really hard to copy this art style but it somehow got a bit mixed up with my own......
As for colouring: the stripes and the end of the tail are pitch black, the rest is navy blue, the cloth around his neck is white and his eyes are emerald green. ......... I'll colour him in some day......

EDIT: No, the head is NOT TOTALLY OVERSIZED! okay.... maybe a BIT....
