(Just so I can work my timelines correctly, canonically Takaoka appeared after the Kyoto trip. Which as it isn't mentioned I am going to say both of these events happened in late April early may. Also because of being in the hospital Ayame and Karma do not meet Takaoka, nor are they present for the first introduction of Itona or Ritsu.)

Last time
Ayame chuckled at the pair, but mainly at Sakakibara's expression before narrowing her eyes as she spotted something on his shoulder, "Sakakibara-Kun, you have something on your shoulder." Letting go of her hand karma walked over to see what she had spotted. Looking closely he saw a wireless mic, plucking it off his uniform he said, "just a bug is all". Walking over to the window he threw the mic out of it. Looking around the grounds outside he spotted the distinct yellow blur that could only belong to Koro-Sensei and sighed, before walking over and clasping Gakushū's outstretched hand, "I believe we do have a deal, dearest future brother-in-law." of course Gakushū smirked as his comment had the desired effect as both Karma and Ayame's faces turned as red as Rubies.

Now

After being spotted by Karma, Koro-sensei returned to carry on listening for more information, it took an hour to realise that his wireless mic had been discovered and disposed of (He threw a small fit about his well earned money and purchases being gone once again). He turned into his liquid form and snuck into the ventilation system. When he found his students room he stayed there for the rest of the night and though he didn't learn much more (other than Ren's parents had agreed to sending Ren to a psychiatrist to help stop the nightmares and that he would be absent the next day), he knew he could at the very least protect his students from future attacks if need be.

The next day 5:00am

Feeling slightly fatigued from staying awake all night Koro-sensei finished his reconnaissance at the hospital and left to the school hoping to get everything ready for later on that afternoon.

At E-Class Campus

Upon arrival at the school the yellow teacher was surprised to find both his colleagues waiting for him though Irina did look a little dead on her feet. Karasuma looked over in the direction of his target having felt the strong gust of wind indicating his arrival. "You were correct octopus, the Principal sent through the papers for both Asano Gakushuu and Sakakibara Ren's transfer to E-Class at midnight." A slight frown tugged at the human looking teachers mouths, "I see." Koro-sensei mumbled.

"Well I don't know about the pair of you but it's five thirty in the morning, I'm tired and as the sun isn't even up yet I am freezing so if you want to talk to me, do it inside!" Irina demanded and she stormed inside. Both males looked at one another before walking into the building. After all three were comfortably sat in the office they started to discuss their plans for later. "Irina are you still okay to cover the P.E. lesson later while Karasuma and I go and see Sakakibara-kun and Asano-kun?"  Rolling her eyes Irina nodded "I already said yes, not gonna change my mind now."  "Well with that settled the octopus and I will leave as soon as his lesson is ov-" the ringtone of his phone blared through the room. "Hello?.... Yes sir... today? ...I understand... of course... goodbye." As he hung up Karasuma sighed. "Slight change of plans, we may have to wait until after the school day to go to the hospital. That was my boss, they wish for Takaoka to start covering the P.E. Lessons, claiming I have to much work. Anyway I'll have to stay, I wanted to do some background checks before he started so I'll have to prioritise that first." Nodding in understanding they all started to prepare for the day. It wasn't until the chatter of students drifted through the air that caused the teachers to realise that a few hours had passed since they had arrived. Koro-Sensei stood from his seat and began slowly make his way to the classroom to face his would be assassinators (well... as slowly as he could actually walk).

Upon entering the room he was bombarded with an array of questions regarding their classmates. raising his tentacles the class quieted down "I understand that you are all concerned for your classmates, but my knowledge of the situation is still as limited as your own. I ask that you please wait until tomorrow when I can give you more information should I be permitted, for now class representative please begin while I begin roll call."

The rest of the day continued much the same as a depressing atmosphere hung around the classroom. When it was time for P.E. the class voiced their disagreement with Takaoka's new 'adjustments' to the time table only for maehara to take a knee to the gut and Kanzaki to take a slap to the face sending her flying. During this Time Koro-Sensei had taken action catching Kanzaki before she collided with the ground. "WhAt Do YoU ThInK yOu ArE DoInG tO mY sTuDeNts!" Korosensei growled lowly at Takaoka as his skin started to turn a dark red.

Meanwhile inside

Karasuma's eyes widened as he found images of the torture that Takaoka had placed his former students through plus the exstensive medical history of those former students. Hearing the commotion outside he quickly made his way outside, "Takaoka! You were given this job to teach the students not attack them!" "Shut up Karasuma! This is my way of teaching! The brat's aren't going to learn anything if they don't stop being lazy and don't put their all into their training!" The other P.E teacher retorted.

Approaching Maehara and Kanzaki he asked if the two were okay and after receiving hesitant nods he turned back to Takaoka, "it seems you won't be continuing here once I let the board know of this."

"You forget who hired me Karasuma, I am not weak like you, but I'll tell you what. You pick a student you think is capable of taking on me on and we fight, I'll even allow them use a knife, while I will be unarmed. If that student for some miraculous reason wins I'll think about leaving... but one thing, we use proper knives not those shitty plastic ones." Handing the knife to Karasuma, Takaoka chuckled darkly.

Looking over all the students Kurasuma's eyes stopped on Nagisa, remembering the day before he walked over and handed Nagisa the knife, with a quick look shared between the pair nagisa made his way towards Takaoka with a small smile on his face confusing the older man who was stood in a fighting position. It wasn't until Nagisa bumped into his chest that he unleashed his blood lust swinging the knife up knocking Takaoka off balance sending him crashing to the ground,Nagisa quickly got behind Takaoka placed one hand over the teachers eyes and held the knife to his throat.

To the students it was a blink of the eye moment but to the professionals it was all slow motion, it wasn't until nagisa said, " wait, was I not meant to use the back of the knife?" That the silent stupor of all of the class broke.

Getting up nagisa walked over to his classmates who congratulated him on his victory against their teacher when Takaoka finally got his bearings. "YOU!" He gowled put Ashe began to stalk closer to the bluenette. Only to be stopped by none other than the principal who upon watching the spectacle of a student making a mockery of the teacher promptly fired Takaoka and shoved his letter of resignation in his mouth before leaving.

As one the Students turned and begged Karasuma to continuing being their P.E. teacher mentally debating he agreed when Kurahashi mentioned something about maybe occasionally treating them he looked at his wallet mentally debating it when Irina snatched it from his hands, " come on everyone we're getting treated by Karasuma" they started to walk away when Koro-sensei subtly reminded, "maybe Tomorrow Irina, I do believe Karasuma has somewhere to be this afternoon." Blinking in recognition she looked towards the curious students and said, " he'll treat you tomorrow after school." The students all forced Karasuma to promise which he reluctantly did when the school bell rang for the final time that day. When the students left to change Irina asked if she could join the other two on their trip. With a quick nod all three collected their things and made their way to the hospital, with Koro-Sensei getting into disguise along the way.

At the hospital

When they all arrived it was agreed that Karasuma would be the first to enter the room and explain the situation to the other two before introducing Koro-sensei and Irina.

Making their way to the reception they asked for the room of Asano Gakushuu and Asano Ayame so as not to look suspicious, upon receiving the assigned room they took the lift to the 10th from where they were actually greeted by Karma who was just returning from the Bathroom. "Sensei?" Karma asked confused, his head tilted ever so slightly to the right. "Akabane. As you know the principal transferred Mr Asano and Mr Sakakibara to E-class, it's my job to bring them up to speed with everything to expect from the class." Karma nodded before looking at the other two with a 'and you' look.

Koro-sensei spoke in a hushed whisper first, "I wanted to find out the full extent of their injuries, as I might be able to speed up the healing time." Once again the redhead nodded before casting his eyes towards the female, "it might come as a surprise to you Akabane but I was concerned, okay?!" The male chuckled slightly as the skepticism was prominent in his eyes, slowly he turned around and headed in the direction of the room, opening the door there were a few nurses inside, "I apologies for intruding but is it possible that you are almost done as i need to have a very important private conversation with them." The nurses nodded as they finished up what they were doing and left. "Karma?" Ayame queried. "Ren, Shuu now that you are officially joining our class there are a few things that need to be explained to you, please allow me to introduce one of our sensei who will be better at explaining than I will." Popping his head back out of the room he motioned Karasuma to come in.

Stepping into the room Karasuma studied both injured teens and the machines they were hooked up to, before settling his sights on the two who do not know about the secrets of class E. "Right, so to begin with I am Karasuma Tadaomi, and I am class E's P.E. teacher as well as a member of the ministry of defence." He paused to allow the pair a moment to digest what he said. "Why is a member of the ministry of defence teaching in a high school?" Ren questioned both curious and suspicious. While Gakushuu just stared blankly. "I'm getting to that, as you are aware 70% of the moon was recently destroyed, correct?" Receiving nods from the pair he continued, "well the being that did that is also threatening to do the same to the earth on the 13th of march next year. He bartered with the government that we could do anything and everything we could think of to assassinate him but, until the deadline he teach a group of high school students, to be specific to teach class 3E, because of this a demand was made, so that none of the students were allowed to be harmed. Now alongside learning, the class are also learning the ways off assassination in order to kill the target, your teacher." He paused once more as the range of emotions passed over both new E-class students faces, Ren's finished on a incredulous look while Gakushuu's remained blank.

Choosing to finish his job he continued, "your Target, the rest of the class has dubbed Koro-sensei. He can move at speeds of up to Mach 20 and has his normal form and a liquid form, normal weapons will not harm him, however special made material, bbs, BB guns and knives will harm him, these will be given to you upon your first actual class, these items will only harm him not any human." He added when Gakushuu's heart monitor picked up slightly at the mention of knives. He mentally agreed to just give him the BB gun for the time being. Seeing the still incredulous look on ren's face, he handed both males a picture and allowed them to study the octopus's features as he watched their reactions, Gakushuu continued to stare blankly at the paper before turning his stare on both Ayame and Karma who both nodded, confirming Karasuma's statement as he let the information settle he sighed "okay" he and Ren who had caught the gesture said, though Ren was more sceptical he needed physical proof.

"Good, because your target along with your English teacher would like to meet you and are waiting outside. If you are feeling comfortable enough I will ask them to join us, if not we can try again another day?" Ren and Gakushuu shared a small look before allowing for Irina and Koro-Sensei to enter. Karma stepped out and asked the other teachers to join them. When the door was locked on the inside Koro-sensei quickly got rid of his disguise and greeted the pair as Sakakibara's eyebrows disappeared into his hairline, and Gakushuu turned to the others and said, "is he always this eccentric?" Karma mumbled, "you get used to it." Gakushuu nodded while Korosensei was fussing over the Asano's. Irina subtly grabbed the medical records and began reading them over. Taking a deep breath she passed them over to Korosensei as she introduced herself, she refrained herself from her usual greeting and settled for what other people would class as normal. Everyone's attention was caught by an audible thud as Korosensei snapped the medical records closed. "While I won't be able to do anything while you are stuck in the hospital, I will be able to speed up your healing once you begin classes once again as it would be suspicious if new wounds were healed over night." Turning to Ayame and Gakushuu he asked, "have the doctors given an estimated date for your discharge yet?" Both bed bound teens turned their heads to look at Karma who sighed, "the estimate about a week or two, to allow the bruising disappear, the stitched wounds to heal enough that they don't have to worry about heavy bleeding and for any broken bones to become a little stronger. Though mostly it's because they wanted to make sure that there is no long term affect from the head injury of Shuu's"

The trio of teachers nodded before Korosensei placed down four piles of paper his ever smiling face irking the teenagers slightly as he said, " you school work for today." With that he redid he disguise and left with the promise of returning later, taking his que Karasuma soon bid the others goodbye and left leaving the four teenagers and Irina, who mentally debated with herself before saying, "I'm glad your are healing, your classmates are really concerned, if it's alright with you, they would like to visit, what do you want me to tell them?" Karma and Ayame both shared surprised glances.

"It's your...*yawn*... call sis, they are...coming for you after all?" Gakushuu said as his eyes began drooping due to his medicine kicking in. Ayame nodded to Irina in confirmation as she too was starting to fall asleep before slowly adding, "but not all at once." Irina nodded before saying goodbye and leaving herself. With the absences of the adults Karma and Ren began on their assignments while the two siblings fell into their drug-induced sleep.
