Ch2 of Solar Flare by Bad_at_Listening

I've seen a bunch of stories that are really good, if you don't read the blurb first. Usually, the elements stated in the blurb tend to water down the hooks of the first chapter, causing some readers to skip chapters until they hit a goldmine and others, like me, to drop the story for something more 'immediate'.

This story, however, got me deeper into it.

A bit disoriented at first, but since it's been a week since I last read it, I let it slide.

And then, the games began. It ended with a sulky me and a small cliffhanger that made me restless. Why did you have to end there out of all places?

But the chapter was good. I found it surprising that people were obsessed with getting more s'mores ingredients during the compass challenge (I've never had them, since marshmello's not my type). But it was fun to watch, especially because a new character was introduced at the same time.

I bet Josiah's a wolf too, since he seemed to be very "familiar with the flora and fauna" while he was growing up in the woods. And gosh, the first conversation between Rowan and Luis got me laughing and blushing at the same time.

I mean, why can't Luis reveal he's a wolf now? It's Chapter 2 already....wait!

Since Rowan doesn't know about werewolves, I'm assuming everyone else doesn't. Are they considered dangerous?

I have many questions...and I want to be there when Rowan discovers his love interest's a werewolf. It's difficult, but I'm not giving up.
