You and frank had been dated since 9th grade. You both went out on picnic dates cuz frank wanted to see the butterflies. One day, you and frank went out on a picnic date when there's a downpour.

You: oh shoot! Where'd the rain come from?
Frank: *spots a nearby gazebo* let's go to the gazebo!

You and frank ran to the gazebo as fast as your legs can carry you. You then sigh sadly to see the food is soggy.

You: our date is ruined, frank. It's my fault I should've looked at the weather forecast.
Frank: *leaned close to you and cups your cheek* it doesn't matter what the weather is, y/n.
You: *blush bright red* frank?
Frank: what matters most is that we have each other.

You and frank kiss and then cuddle til the rain stops. 4 pm the rain has stopped and both your and Frank's stomachs growl.

You: you..... wanna go to howdy's store?
Frank: yeah. Sure.
