Heart Racers

Her heart beats loudly,
her feet carrying her away.
Nothing can change her mind,
she wants to run, not stay.

Her mask covers her face,
hiding her misery.
She's an unhappy person,
everything euphoric was history.

She was blinded by love,
false hope that tore her heart.
The people she last saw,
all broke her with a start.

Nothing could stop her,
she was determined to leave.
Nearing her path of freedom,
the girl only heaved.

Do not be confused or other,
she was being not chased nor followed.
Her heart just couldn't bear,
the people's words she never wallowed.
