Got trapped inside a dark place.
Unlike they say, I ain't in oblivion;
I know I'm in my own head..

Screaming in fear?
Yeah, the old-me would've done it for sure.
But Nah,
Now I ain't gonna show a single tear.

A moment of smile brings me questioning myself-
"How long the good time's gonna last?"
But deep down, I know;
Just a single moment until it's all buried in the grave of past.

Too many faces, decorated with prolonged sadistic grins
Encircled me, witnessing the sight of my destruction;
But little did I know,
they're my own abandoned reflections..

"Stop feeling self- satisfied.
You ought to be so self-mortified!"
"Don't wipe your tears away.
Your fears are gonna make an alley
Inside your efforts anyway!"

Their voices are getting too loud.
So much, that it revives my self-doubts.

Visions become blurry;
I want to, but just can't admire the sight of my destination..
"What's so hurry?
You've just become your own demons' abduction!"

The voices.. Not again!
