Another day at school.We have an important math exam to take.Good thing I take a course,because I'm not very good at math.

Once our teacher walks in,she hands us each the exam.I look down at it and take a deep breath before writing my name.It doesn't take long,before Jennie,who sits in front of me,whispers to me and asks me for help.

I look at the clock and see that the period will end in ten minutes and I'm not even halfway through the exam.I freak out and tell her to wait as I began completing the rest of the exercises.

I honestly,wouldn't mind if I got a bad grade,but my parents...They want me to get straight A's.Just because my older sister was a straight A student,I have to be one as well.

I remember how irritated and angry my dad gets when it comes to my grades and they're not that good.He would even yell at me when I'd be on my phone,reminding me that I should get better grades.

Which is why this year I'm full of straight A's,B's and maybe a two or three C's.

I get so stressed at home,because my dad expects me to study 24/7.

I'm glad that they're pushing me to study and all..but sometimes he takes it too far.

The bell rings and I almost have a panic attack.My eyes fill with tears as I try to ignore them and continue solving the exercises.I'm on the second page by now. Halfway there.

"I'll give everyone five more minutes."our teacher announces as she gathers the finished exams from the lucky students who managed to finish on time.

I quickly grab a piece of paper and write the answer of the exercise Jennie wanted as I put it in her bag and then whisper to her that the paper's in her bag, but she doesn't react.I decide not to waste any time and look back down at my paper.

I've solved the first part of the last exercise by now,but before I can continue, the teacher grabs the paper and then looks down at me."Have you finished?"

I shake my head,but I know she won't give me the paper back,so I just tell her that I didn't manage to complete the last exercise and that it's okay.

I might've not solved two exercises,but that's fine.

I make my bag ready and walk to the gym on my own since Jennie was no where to be seen.

I knew she was mad at me for not helping her.
