I hang up the phone and continued getting myself ready for work.

I decided to dress a bit casual for work today.

I took out a red and black striped Ralph Lauren Polo shirt, black dickies skin fit pants and my black desert clarks.

I took out my Patek Philippe watch and place it around my wrist and place my Cuban link chain round my neck.

I don't have any meetings today so this should be fine.

Man a go break some hearts today my subconscious says rubbing his hands together mischievously.

I'm driving my Lamborghini Urus.

I saw the car she drives so it's clear she has a fond for luxurious cars.

She'll be such an intriguing partner.

I turned and park in my reserved spot.

I gathered my briefcase and jumped out of the car locking it before heading upstairs.

The parking lot to our building is the ground floor; I took the elevator straight to my officer floor, the moment the doors open and Alexia saw me she couldn't keep her eyes off of me.

"Good morning Alexia" I greet.

I stopped at my office door because I didn't heard a reply.

There she was just staring like she's seen her celebrity crush.

"Alexia" I snapped my fingers twice.

I took up my bag from the chair & rest it on my desk so I can sit and get started on my work.

My phone made a ping sound as it lights up across from me.

It's probably Lya again making sure I don't stood her up. I would never do that to her on a day like this.

A message from an unknown number texted me.

He gots to be kidding me. I don't even speak to any male species.

I was going to make an offensive remark but then it hit me. The only man I've kissed since I moved her was Dionnis.

Which means these are from him.

I was in awe, he doesn't strikes me as romantic type.

Me: I thought you just wanted to get to know me for work purposes.

Unknown: I will pick you up at 7:30pm

I didn't even give him an answer how could he decide this for me.

He left me on read.

I screenshot the chat and sent it to Lya along with the gifts because I need help plus I don't want to disappoint her.

I had to take them outside to my car because I don't need Fredrick jumping to any conclusions.

My day went by so smoothly. I got so much work done.

I am on a FaceTime video call with Lya while I get ready.

My hair is in a Bob, I never tried a short hairdo before so I decided to do it like that but with a bang at the front.

I stand in front of the mirror while I pull the zebra stripe dress up my waist. I slip my hands through the sleeves then tie the knot at the side of my stomach.

I slip my feet into my red strappy heels then tie them.

Lya: Like you about to give him a run for his money. Sis you look good as fuck.

I can't stop smiling.

My phone made a ping sound and I know it's him.

"I'm outside" he texted.

"I'm coming" I replied and quickly grab my red heart shaped bag.

I love our friendship I wouldn't trade her for the world.

I make my way downstairs and my mom would not stop watching me.

Lemar, my sister and her bestfriend are out at the movies with some classmates. Briana loves to be around Lemar.
