You were a professional musician, well-known for your several talents in composing music of varying genres and styles, though, your husband was a music teacher at a k-12 school. Mister Demi, as the students knew him, was particularly good at singing and playing instruments, unlike you who relied on autotune and composed beats digitally.

He always looked up to you, admiring your skill in music and ability to play nearly anything you had your mind set to. 

Of course, neither of you went without being sort of stressed, either, especially with the jobs you both work your hardest to keep.

He wasn't free of stress, especially with his three coworkers, Circle, Thavel and Bloomie, constantly berating him.

He went to you to relieve stress.

A sweet melody on the piano, calming energy and tranquil filled the room as your fingers danced on the piano keys, knowing exactly where to press. Your husband has his head in your lap, eyes closed.

Once you finished playing, you lied back on the couch, fingers in his hair, until he spoke up.

"I'll always admire how good you are with the piano, my dear..."

You chuckled, petting his head, which gained a small purr.

"You're incredible as well, my love."

You leaned down to give him a small kiss on the lips, which he reciprocated.
