( Happy Birthday to the love of my life )

Hey, ya'll! I normally only post monthly fic plans underneath this section, but considering this is most likely going to be an endeavor that takes place longer than simply a month, I decided to make this easy to find in the event that anyone asks and, since these are plans for fics, it makes sense that they are fic plans.

So, from the title, you can see that I am going to be addressing the various rewritten fics that I announced that I would be doing after I returned from my hiatus. I'm going to go somewhat in depth with each fic that I am going to be rewriting, explaining what I'm going to be doing and why, in order for everyone to understand why a fic maybe still be up but have no chapters or just disappear in general and when it can be expected to return.

The fics that are going to be rewritten are:

If you saw a previous update, I had stated that I was going to rewrite Nicotine Daydream, but in the case of that story, I am only rewriting the first chapter, so it is not being included officially as it isn't a too major change and I have just stated it succinctly right here.

Moving on.

𝐂𝐔𝐏𝐈𝐃'𝐒 𝐓𝐎𝐔𝐂𝐇

Not too much will change with Cupid's Touch except that there will be changes in certain faceclaims and characters, though the main characters will stay the same (i.e. Baby and Preston.)

The reason I'm rewriting is because I'm not happy with the execution of a concept I adore and I want to be able to fully plan out and flesh out this plot in order for it to be executed as nicely as I initially wanted it to be. This story is going to remain a standalone so I want to make sure that it is as good of a standalone as I can make it.

As of this going up, the chapters have already been removed and all that remains is the introduction and the playlist and I will just be making changes without unpublishing, so the story will remain up on my profile.

𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐒

There will be a good few changes in Second Chances, though nothing too severe. I won't be changing the faceclaims of Emilie or Poppy, but I will be casting new characters and taking away some, as well as changing other faceclaims. The plot will remain the same, mainly because it also isn't mine I got it from tinkertaydust, but only simply because I still really love the concept she gave me and the second part that I developed.

The reason I'm rewriting is because I hated the execution and I feel very uncomfortable with the extended family I gave Emilie and I want to focus specifically on telling the story because I'm genuinely very excited to write it and I constantly work on trying to update it, but because of the way I had initially started, I actually can't do it, so hopefully with a new start I will get to the finish.

𝐒𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐋𝐋

This story was made specifically for Christmas time—or Chris-mas as it had been dubbed—and I hadn't finished it in time (I think I only had one or two more chapters, which I find hilarious, but also rather disappointing) and I had recently put a poll on my Instagram asking if I should change the faceclaim and everyone voted yes, so I will be changing the faceclaim.

I am not happy with the execution of the story, at least in the second part, though the first one also leaves much to be desired, but I do love the concept, so I will be rewriting the entire story, not just the first one, so that it will actually be something good and an actual gift for ya'll rather than a disappointment.

Because it is for Chris-mas I'm going to unpublish it and just work on it sporadically until December where I will then post one chapter every single day until Christmas, but because the chapters will already be prewritten (here's to hoping) they will actually be good, because at the time the chapters were written on the day they had to go up and it wasn't a good time at all.

𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐂𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐈𝐒*

This story is going to be rewritten and certain faceclaims are going to be changed, but the main faceclaim of Phoebe is going to remain the same, but certain characters will be casted, certain characters will be removed, some will be added, there is going to be a heavy change and adjustment to the layout and set up of the entire story.

It has been so long since I've written this story that I've genuinely forgotten where I wanted to take it and, because of what happened in Homecoming, certain choices I've made have to be adjusted or explicitly explained as different, so I've just decided to take the entire story down to rewrite, and considering I had nearly thirty chapters, it's going to take quite some time to change.

I will be unpublishing the entire book just to make all the changes I need to, but it won't be gone for very long, it will be back by the end of the month, but the chapters will come out as I rewrite them, so it will be some time before it is completed, but it will most likely be better, though many things will stay the same, so it won't be as if it's unrecognizable a la Dexter, some things might be directly copied and pasted.

𝟔/𝟏𝟎*

6/10 was initially unpublished for layout changes, but I didn't fully keep up with that so, because of an expansion in the social media series that this is part of (I'm also changing the name of it) I'm going to redo the layout and the chapters because it has been so long that I would much rather start fresh than continue on just reformatting a story that I don't really believe is the best I can do.

I'm still going to keep it set in 2017, but the chapters will change, generally, and the layouts will change. Hopefully there will be more chapters coming out regularly because I'm on a social media fic kick and I do want to finish this story because I liked the concept and I want to actually write it well because, hopefully, there might be a sequel.

Because there needs to be changes to the introduction layout, I'm just going to unpublish the book and get everything set up then republish it towards the end of the month (I might just republish all of the stories listed that are said to be unpublished on the same day) but it won't be gone for too long and hopefully will start to see regular updates after it's republished.

𝐇𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨, 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐛𝐲𝐞*

Hello, Goodbye is getting an entire change, a near clean slate. The faceclaim for Hello, Goodbye is going to be changed from Kimiko Glenn to Karen Fukuhara and there might be some casting changes for other characters, I'm still figuring out all the details, but there will be brand new chapters that haven't been seen, so it will be a completely new story but with the same plot and concept, just altered to fit what I want it to be now.

I initially wasn't going to change anything with this story, but after deciding to merge the series this was a part of with a new series I was planning I decided I wanted to go through the three that I already had up and make sure I knew how I wanted them to fit and, after looking at Standstill and this story, I decided I wanted to see more of Karen with Chris and, because there is most likely going to be a sequel to this story, I decided to switch Karen and Chris, and I had already decided to rewrite the chapters before I decided to make the change.

So this will be unpublished, I want some time to make all the changes I need, and it will be returning by the end of the month, so it won't stay unpublished for very long.

𝐅𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲*

Since this is already in the process of being rewritten and still only has the intro and playlist up, the only things that are going to be changing are the faceclaims of the characters listed (Shay Mitchell is being switched out for Meghan Markle), as well as added or removed characters.

I wasn't happy with the pacing of the first version, I had jumped in straight away and there wasn't any time for anyone to actually get to know the characters and care about them. I wanted to rewrite it and it was going fine, but with the change of Shay to Meghan I started thinking more about changes in the plot and choices I had, so I want a fully fresh start because I love the plot, I got it from MILESMCRALES, and it's a great plot so I should actually get off my ass and do it well.

This is going to be unpublished because there are layout and faceclaim changes and I'd like time to make all the changes I need to and it will return by the end of the month.

That's all the information I have regarding these, there won't be a fic plans addendum, but certain aspects of the most recent fic plans that were left empty might be updated as it is still June.
