Ramadan is the 9th month in the Islamic calendar. It's a holy month for Muslims. A month of fasting, charity, kindness, family reunions, and delicious food! (only after sunset 😄)
I wish I could explain the tangible spirit of this month to those who never celebrated it. You could feel it in the air, inhale it deep inside your soul and you know the month is the most remarkable time of the year , particularly when you attend it in Egypt. The streets look festive and bright. And the people barely sleep. You just don't want to miss a second. 😄
