🌷Adithi POV

"Excuse me?"I question taking the card from him.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to come out as bad. My name is Vikram." He tells me.Gosh but you already did.

"Adithi," I tell and walk away.

"Would you mind if I walk you till your cottage." he asks me.

"No Mr.Vikram I can walk myself."I deadpan. Why is he being a creep?

"No Ms.Adithi I insist, It's a bit late in the night and I can't let a girl walk alone." He tells me.

"I am sorry, I can go ."I tell him.

"No Ms.Adithi my boyfriend told me there is a gang smoking and drinking on the way to the cottages. That's why am offering."He explains himself.

Gosh, I feel so bad. He was just looking out for me.

"Am so sorry."I tell him."Are you sorry because you can't come with me or because I am gay?"He questions me.

"Sorry, For thinking you off as a creep," I tell him truthfully.

"Nice."He shakes his head.

"So now, can I go with you?"Vikram asks me.

"Yup sure."I nod my head.

We had a small talk on the way and found out he was the owner of the restaurant. He also was right about the smokers and drinkers on the way.

"So do you have a significant other?" he asks me.

"I love a guy so much!"I tell him. Not wanting to go too much in detail.

"When will I meet your boyfriend?"I ask him diverting the topic.

"Now ."He says pointing towards another guy.

"Meet Robert, My boyfriend."Vikram introduces me to a blonde and another buff guy.

"Hello," I tell him.

"I will drop her off and come."Vikram signals to his boyfriend.

" Where is your cottage?" he asks me.

"I can go from here Vikram, Thank you so much,"I tell him, Partially not ready to tell them my room number.

"Yeah, I understand. We already passed those guys. Sorry, for making you uncomfortable before."He tells.

" It was nice meeting you Vikram and Robert. Hope I see y'all again." I wave towards them.

I reach my cottage and jump onto the couch. Un- Dad went all his way out and booked this cottage. It's huge than my apartment. I think I need to get some groceries tomorrow. For now, I will sleep.

🌷Meera POV

At present am standing in Rahul's office beside the entrance. He has not been spending time with me at all. So I figured out, let's just meet him in the office. I cooked his favorite food. He is at a meeting and with his secretary's help, I made it into the office. The door slowly clicks open and enters Rahul.

"Boo!" I shout once he enters. He flinches a bit. But soon enough he pushes me to the wall.

"My my! Trying to scare me." He says lowering his voice. Damn, he is close. My breath hitches at the distance or the lack of it in between us." Wh-at are you doing?" why did I stutter?

"What do you think kitten?" he whispers in my ears. God!! I could feel all the butterflies in my stomach. KITTEN!

"You look so beautiful as always. Black suits you so much ."He says looking into my eyes. His eyes slowly move to my lips.

"Stop bitting them, it makes me wanna kiss the hell out of you."He says. I stop biting my lips.

"How did you get in?" he asks me. His index finger slowly tracing my jaw then my collar bone.

"Your secr-etary," I say. Why the hell am I stuttering?

"Ahh- I see." he says his finger now on my collar bone.

My face was now blushing like hell.

"Is this the girl who grabbed my tie in public and kissed me first?" He asks, smirking

I tilt my head down.

But soon enough he holds my chin and lifts my face and kisses me hard.

I was shocked at first but soon I give in. I snake my hands around his neck and slightly tug his hair.

I feel a lot of emotions surging in through me. But we had to move away cause we had to breathe.

He rests his forehead on mine.

"Things you do to me kitten," he says.

My heart is pounding so bad.

"I love you." he breaths out.

I lightly peck his lips" I love you too."I say.

He smiles looking at me.

He was about to go in for a kiss again but someone knocks on the door.

This makes Rahul groan in frustration. He mouths a sorry and moves away from me. He sets his collar and hair which I didn't ruin at all.

He goes back and sits in his chair while I sit on the opposite chair.

"Come in," he says Authoritatively. His secretary enters." Sir I have got the finished designs." he tells placing them on the table.

"Okay, you can go," Rahul tells his secretary.

"I brought you food," I say as soon as his secretary leaves.

"Oh!! Really?!"He asks bulging his eyes, he looks like a cute puppy.

"I made all your favorite dishes," I say taking out 5 boxes of food.

"You cooked a lot! Did you stress cook again?" He asks me. Damn, he knows me too well.

"Why?" he asks me showcasing concern in his voice.

"I miss Adithi and the fact that I have to lead my college and further of my practice without Adithi makes me sad and scared," I say, I can burst into tears at any moment. I cry a lot so I try to control myself.

" I understand Meera. Adithi will be back soon." He says taking hold of my hand. But I couldn't control my tears.

"Sorry am such a cry baby," I say trying to wipe away my tears but they just keep adding.

" It's okay to cry Meera." he consoles me pulling me up from my chair and making me sit on his lap. He back hugs me and starts rubbing my back.

After a few minutes, I slowly turn towards him.

"I came here to spend time with you," I say when I stopped crying.

"I know." He tells me giving one of his signature smiles.

"I should stop crying," I mutter and wipe the tears from my face.

"What are you doing?" I ask turning the chair towards his table.

"Am working on the new product launch," he says casually.

"What?! Don't you have designers to do that?" I shout concerned that he is adding extra work on himself.

"I will do it only this time." He tells me.

"Did you design this one?" I say pointing towards the paper on the table.

"It looks really beautiful," I murmur. It's a black A-line dress with bell sleeves.

"You want it?" he asks me.

"No, I don't," I deadpan. He keeps on giving me something.

"Do you want to go on a date?" he asks.

"Yup! Where?" I jump from excitement.

"It's a surprise!" he chimes.

I pout at that. But for a fact I know where ever he might take me, it will always be the best date for me.

Hello!! I am back. It's good to be back. As promised on the 10th here is ur update. I know this chapter was kinda steamy, don't know why I tried writing it. Tell me how was it.
