Up until 9 years old Elodie had what she thought was a perfect life. Her and her parents moved from France to Brighton, England when she was 8 years old and Elodie believed nothing could get better than what it was, she lived by the beach which she loved but just after her 9th birthday, while Elodie was sat in her year 4 class room in Maths her parents got into a tragic car accident resulting in both her parents loosing their life. Elodie was picked up from school by social services, taken home to collect her things and then taken straight to a group home.

When Elodie started secondary school her life changed even more, she was in a class with nobody she knew from primary and to make it worse she was bullied, the only place she wasn't bullied in was the running and Gymnastics clubs she joined after school, she wanted to join dance to however the care home staff didn't approve, they couldn't approve of a third club so Elodie had to choose between dance and gymnastics so she obviously chose gymnastics.

School was hard for Elodie and by the time she started year 8 she was skipping school and staying out late to avoid the other children in the home who were starting to bully her, it was mostly the older girls who were so full of themselves but Elodie hated that, she felt alone.

Elodie is now 13 and her life is about to take an unexpected turn once more, but you'll have to read in to find out more.
