"Here we go Noelle the doctor wants to see you" he says as he gets her out of her car seat base and takes her in in her car seat

Niall checks her in and sits with her

"Okay baby girl" he says as he sits down and he was going to hold her as they were waiting to go back

"Noelle" the nurse says from the doorway

"Okay Noelle that is you pretty girl" he says as he carries her back so the doctor could see her

The nurse wanted to get her weight and her height first and Niall was okay with that

"You are the small one aren't you Noelle" he says as he sees what she weighs

The nurse takes him to a room to wait on the doctor to see her

"The doctor will be in shortly" the nurse tells him

"Okay that's fine" he says as he was going to play with her cause she was the one that loved to play and wanted daddy for some reason more then her sister

Niall was going to do some tummy time with her to see if she could start putting her head up and if he needs to work with her

"You like the colors" he says as he was looking at her cause she was looking at the colors

Noelle continued to look at the colors that were in the room, and not look at him and that had him worried so much right now with her being like this cause she looks like she was the neglected one after the girls mom had them

"Hopefully you ain't deaf" he says as he was looking at her

Noelle looked up at the ceiling and not at daddy at all she was focused on the ceiling right now cause it was something she has never seen before right now 

"My pretty girl" he says as he kisses her on the forehead as he kept close to her cause he was really scared for her 

Soon the doctor comes in the room to see Noelle and give her a full check-up like she did her sister a few days ago 

"Hey Noelle" the doctor says when she saw the baby girl on the table with her daddy that she loves with all her heart 

Noelle didn't hear her she was in her own little world right now and she was focused on something else like the side wall right now cause it had a picture that she found interesting right now 

"I am going to have he go for some testing I am really worried about her" the doctor says as she was starting the examine on her a little bit cause when Noelle didn't turn her head when the doctor called her name that worried her a lot right now   

"Okay I am fine with that cause I am worried about her as well" Niall says as he was close to Noelle as she was having her check-up right now to see what was going on with the little angel 

The doctor started the check-up and she found more testing that might need done to help determine if she is going to be special needs baby and Niall was still going to love her no matter what happens with her cause he was going to love both babies the same cause they were his girls and he was going to raise them as a single parent right now cause he was really bored and he needed a little fun in his life right now, and the girls are that fun cause he loved playing with them doing all kind of fun things with them and when he travels he brings them with him cause it boring without them   

(Later)

"She is such a good baby I will meet the both of you at the hospital for her testing cause she was my last patient for the day cause I told my staff Noelle was going to need me cause she did not look quite right when I was examining her today" the doctor says as she was going to see if the staff was leaving cause she had to close the office and meet Niall and Noelle at the hospital for her testing 

"Okay" he says as the doctor was going to show him out cause she had to lock the doors and head to the hospital, but one of her nurses was going to do that cause she was going to do paperwork and make calls to other patients to remind them about their appointment 

The doctor had her gear loaded so all she had to do was go to her car and head for the hospital

"Okay sweetie daddy going to buckle you in cause you are going to have testing done" he says as he was buckling her in her car seat so they could head to the hospital as well and get the testing over with as well cause this was all to much on him right now 

Niall had Noelle buckled in no time  and he got in to head to the hospital cause he had to get her checked in as well and wait there and he was going to see if Liam could bring Gia down to the hospital so he had one of the girls with him cause this might be a long night with Noelle   

(Hospital)

Niall pulled in and he got Noelle out of her car seat and put her in her stroller cause she liked her stroller a lot

"Here we go sweet girl" he says as he puts her in her stroller for the time being 

Noelle was a happy camper right now 

"Your sister is coming to keep daddy company while you are having testing done" he says as he heads in with her right now 

Niall went to the window to register her cause it's going to be a long process and a long day/evening/night with her
