"Now off to the doctor's office with you girls to get you checked out and see what is going on with me and after we can come back and i can shop for you girls some more cause i need a stroller, cribs and lots more for you girls" he says as he headed out of the parking lot with the girls who were happy campers with their car seat toys or their paci's that they had so they were quiet as a mouse the whole ride to the doctor's office

"I can see that you girls are going to be easy babies, and this fatherhood is going to be a breeze with you two" he says as he drove on the highway with the girls to the doctors to get them checked out as well

Niall talked to the girls and was making a list on what he was going to call them cause they were going to need names he could not call them baby a and baby b or baby girl A or baby girl B or baby girl Horan number 1 and baby girl Horan number 2 which did not sound good at all, and he was going to have them have the letter N as their first name and different letters for their middle name, and he settled on Noelle for one of the girls and he was stuck on the second name for the other one, but he was sure he was going to come up with her name soon he just had to think of it and he will know that it will be perfect for her when he looks at her when he holds her in his arms when she was going to need him to hold her  

(Doctor's)

"Okay little one's here we are" he says as he gets out and gets them out one by one 

Niall carried both car seats into the doctor's office so they could be checked over and see if they were okay as well 

"Yes I'm Niall Horan i'm here for my appointment and i have brought two sweethearts with me" he says as he refers to the girls that were in their car seats sleeping at the moment 

"Here are the papers on the girls" the receptionist says as she hands Niall some papers to fill out on the girls  

Niall filled the papers out as fast as he could just in case one of the girls woke up from their slumber and he needed to tend to them 

"Oh little one it's okay" he says as he picked the one girl up and held her in his arms to soothe her cries 

Niall picked up her sister and carried her to where he was going to wait 

"Did you have a bad dream huh little one and it woke you up?" he asks as he rubbed her back to get her to calm down 

Niall started to hum a tune and she was asleep within minutes

"Okay let's get your car seat so daddy can put you back in and rock you gently as well as your sister" he says as he went back for her car seat that was by the desk 

Niall secured her and took her back to where they were waiting too be called back and see about the girls and see what was going on with him

"You girls are going to have good lives with me I just know it" he says as he was rocking the girls gently so they don't get hurt as he rocked them 

Niall told the girls some stories as they slept

"I think you are going to be called Noelle" he says when he sees the baby girl that was stirring in her sleep as she slept peacefully as daddy talked to them  

Niall looked at her sister to see what her name could be since she does not have a name at all 

"You look like a Gardenia little one" he says as he picks her up and holds her in his arms 

Niall was happy with those names that he had settled on for the girls since they were going to be Horan's 

"Noelle and Gardenia Horan sounds perfect for my little angels" he says as he was looking at the girls as he waited to be called back and see what was going on with him and if the girls were healthy as well cause he wanted the girls to be healthy as could be

"I think I am going to give you guys angelic names cause you guys had angels watching each of you until I came to take you girls home" he says as he looked at them as they were sleeping peacefully

"Niall and baby girl's Horan" the nurse says from the doorway  

"That's us my angels" he says as he picks them up and carries them through the door 

Niall was telling the nurse about the babies that he had and the nurse loved the girls already, and could not believe that their mom left them at the side of the highway 

"Okay I have to measure these cuties" the nurse says to Niall as she got the baby scale out for the babies 

Niall got Noelle out first and saw how much she weighed and how long she was as well 

"She is such an angel" the nurse says as she was measuring the baby girl that was sleeping as she laid on the scale sleeping through the whole procedure 

"She is" Niall says as he looked at Noelle who was not waking up at all   

Noelle weighed 5 pounds and five ounces, and was 16 inches long 

"She is a little small" the nurse says as she takes down the measurements of Noelle

Niall put Noelle in her car seat and got Gardenia out and see how long she was and how much she weighed

"Oh little one it's okay" he says as he laid her down on the paper to see how much she weighed 

The nurse worked quickly on the other twin so Niall could hold her in his arms once she was done

Gardenia weighed 5 pounds on the dot and was 14 inches long

"Both of these girls are small" the nurse tells Niall as he got on the scale to be weighed

"I say but at least they might be healthy" he says as he was making faces as Gardenia who woke up and wanted Niall to hold her in his arms 

Niall took the girls to the room to wait on the doctor to come in and see how he was doing and how the girls were

"Noelle it's okay" he says as he picks her up and holds her cause she was not a happy girl right now at all 

Niall rocked her gently in his arms and she settled down and looked up at him with her pretty eyes

"You are a cute little girl yes you are yes you are" he says as he was rocking her to get her to stay calm a little longer  until the doctor came into the room
