Leanna wanted a hole to open up underneath her seat in the triplet's minivan and swallow her whole. She had been roped into filming one last car video before she left for New York by Chris and Nick. While Nick and Chris were begging Leanna to be in the video, Matt remained inexpressive. Which really pissed Lea off. He's been a dick about her leaving, then suddenly he's pretending as if nothing happened? Nonetheless, Leanna has found herself in the passenger seat of the boys' car, much to her dismay. She's not totally listening to what the boys are saying, but she heard Chris mention something along the lines of a 'KFC biscuit dream' which is the sole reason she and the triplets are parked in the KFC parking lot.

Nick is fumbling for his wallet, trying to find the cash he withdrew for this purchase. "Lea, can you go in to get the biscuits?"

She's turning to face Nick, her hand extending to the minivan's backseat,  "Yeah, sure." Leanna moves to unbuckle her seat belt and put on her mask. Unbeknownst to the blonde, Nick hits Matt's shoulder, gesturing for him to go with Leanna.

"Um, I'll come too." Matt turns off the car, unbuckling his seatbelt as well. Leanna holds back a scoff, slamming the car door shut. Opening the door for Leanna, Matt is hoping that he can finally articulate his thoughts. Standing in the line, Matt has found himself itching to say something to Lea. The line begins to move and Matt can feel this opportunity to talk to her slipping through his fingers.

"Lea?" Matt calls out. The KFC is busy, the sounds of the kitchen drowning out his voice. There's no indication that Lea heard him, because she is staring straight ahead, her eyes flickering to the menu.

"Hey, Lea?" He tries again. This time, it appears that she does hear him. She turns her head towards him and raises her eyebrows expectantly, waiting for him to continue. The pair move up in the line as she waits.

"Lea, I wanted to say that I'm really so—"

"Hi, how may I help you?" The cashier drones in a bored tone. Lea is suddenly moving forward, Matt can overhear her asking for 30 biscuits but the overwhelming feeling of disappointment is clouding all his senses. He's moving robotically now, grabbing the bag of biscuits while Lea grabs the drinks. The pair enter the car and the two boys can tell that their plan to get Matt to talk to Lea didn't work. All Nick and Chris can hope for are that Lea's birthday party ends differently.
