Chapter 4 - Escape
"No, you put the sugar in the bowl, not the tray." Parker laughed.
"How was I supposed to know that?" Blaise turned to her.
"Because it says it in the instructions." She said in a 'duh' tone.
"Well, I didn't read them." Blaise sighed.
"Here. Try." Parker gave him a sample.
"Oh, thanks." Blaise smiled and tasted it.
"Good? Do I need to update my recipe?" Parker asked.
"It's perfect." Blaise told her.
"I thought so." Parker hummed.
"Can I have another?" Blaise soon asked.
"Of course." She handed him another one.
"Yes!" Blaise cheered,"It's great spending some quality time together."
"I thought so." Parker smiled.
"Where's Weasley again?" Blaise asked as he ate.
"With Neville." Parker nodded.
"Took them long enough to go on a date." Blaise rolled his eyes.
"Oh, it's not a date." Parker rolled her eyes.
"That's what they always said when they hung out." Blaise reminded her.
"That's what we said." Parker nodded slowly.
"And?" Blaise turned before looking away in realization.
"Look how we turned out." Parker shrugged, "The kids don't know."
"Maybe we should keep it that way for now." Blaise nodded.
"I think so." She hummed and kissed his cheek.
Blaise giggled slightly and brushed Parker's cheek with his hand.
"Now, let's finish these off and send them to the kids at Hogwarts." Parker nodded.
"Right." Blaise smiled and turned to the cookies.

"I can't believe you actually came." Neville smiled.
"Why wouldn't I?" Erica asked him.
"I don't know, just... Surprised." Neville shrugged.
"It's been years, Nev. We should've done this ages ago." She told him.
"I know, I know. It was Hannah." Neville sighed.
"What?" Erica tilted her head.
"Hannah... She wouldn't let me." Neville bit his cheek.
"It's alright, you're here now." Erica smiled softly.
"And I'm glad." Neville squeezed her hand.
Erica looked down at their hands and squeezed back.
"I missed you." Neville smiled.
"I missed you more." Erica looked at him.
Neville hummed and looked around, "So, what's the answer to my question?"
"I think it's pretty obvious." Erica kissed his cheek.
"Will we keep it a secret?" Neville turned to her.
"Would it make you more comfortable?" Erica asked him.
"For now." He nodded slowly.
"Then that's what we'll do." Erica rested against him.
"Your hair looks nice." Neville whispered.
"Thanks, Nev." Erica closed her eyes.
"Anytime lovely." Neville smiled.
"I like that." Erica giggled.
Neville kissed her head and looked to the sun.

While the two walked out of the post office, Parker winced and held her arm.
"You alright?" Blaise turned to her.
"Your arm. Show me." Blaise ordered.
"Okay.." Parker held out her right arm, the one without the mark.
"It's stinging?" Blaise raised a brow.
"No, of course not." She chuckled.
"Parker." Blaise sighed.
"Yes?" Parker hummed.
"I can read you, I know you're hurting." Blaise told her.
"It hasn't hurt in 22 years, it doesn't hurt now." Parker rubbed her arm.
Liar.
"Don't lie to me." Blaise lowered his eyes.
Parker bit her cheek, "Okay, maybe it is hurting."
"How much?" Blaise sighed, his face softening.
"A lot. As if- As if 'He' was back. But He's not. Harry killed him." Parker shook her head.
"We know he isn't, maybe you hit it against something?" Blaise raised a brow.
"Yeah, probably." Parker shrugged, looking down her sleeve.
She wouldn't tell Blaise how bad it actually was...The fact it was bleeding. What was happening?
"Well, we'll get it sorted out when we get home." Blaise assured her.
"That would be great." Parker smiled and took his hand.
"I'll make sure it doesn't hurt." Blaise smiled.

"Albus, I've been looking for you." Rose stopped him as he walked on the train.
"Why would you do that?" He questioned her.
"Albus, it's the start of the fourth year and so the start of a new year for us. I want to be friends again." Rose sighed.
"Seriously?" He raised a brow.
Rose looked around before she pulled him into an empty compartment, "Have you heard the rumors? Big Ministry raid a few days ago. Your dad apparently was incredibly brave."
"Of course he was." Albus rolled his eyes.
"Apparently he, the wizard they raided, Theodore Nott, I think, had all sorts of artifacts that broke all sorts of laws including, and this has got them all gooey, an illegal Time Turner. And quite a superior one at that." Rose chuckled.
"A Time Turner?" He questioned.
"Shh! Yes, I know. It's great, right?" She smiled.
"You're absolutely sure?" Albus asked her.
"Entirely." Rose nodded.
"Well, I have to see Scorpius." Albus walked off.
"Albus!" Rose groaned.
"Scorpius!" Albus ran to him.
"Oh, hello Albus. You know how I like to... Get on early. Stops people staring. Shouting. Writing "son of Voldemort" on my trunk. That one never gets old. Matteo got it, too." He sighed.
"I've been looking for you everywhere." Albus sighed
"And now you've found me. Ta-da! I was hardly hiding." Scorpius hummed.
Albus then hugged Scorpius.
"Okay. Hello. Um. Have we hugged before? Do we hug?" Scorpius asked, confused.
"Just been, well, a weird twenty four hours." Albus let him go.
"What's happened in them?" Scorpius tilted his head.
"I'll explain later, I need to find Cedar and the twins." Albus told him.
"Why?" Scorpius raised a brow.
"It's important." Albus told him.
"Fine." Scorpius sat back, "Hurry up."
Albus then ran to find the three who he was looking for.
"Hey Al- Albus." Matteo nodded as he scrubbed his suitcase.
"What's the gossip today?" Cedar yawned.
"My dad found a time turner." Albus blinked.
"Excuse me, what?" Cedar blinked.
"An illegal time turner." Albus nodded.
"Cool!" Cedar smiled.
"He caught Theodore Nott himself, bit of a exaggeration." He rolled his eyes.
"And you're telling us because?" Matteo looked up at him.
"Just thought I'd let you guys know. Trixie always talked about them because of her mum's stories." Albus shrugged, "I'm gonna head, I need to talk to Scorpius."
"Hey, wait." Cedar tried to stop him.
"What?" He turned.
"I think I can see though you, you're getting ideas." Cedar told him.
"What ideas?" Albus shrugged, looked at Matteo and nodded before he walked off.
"We have to get off this train." Matteo got up.
"You saw it too?" Cedar turned to him.
"Saw what?" Trixie looked.
"Albus' face. It's the face he makes when we wants to do something dangerous." Cedar shrugged.
"Then we do the dangerous thing before him." Matteo nodded, "First question, what do you guys know about the Triwizard Tournament?"
"Pretty much everyth-" Cedar was interrupted.
"Ooooh, a quiz! Three schools pick three champions to compete in three tasks for one Cup. What's that got to do with anything?" Trixie looked at them.
"Uh, question two! Who is Amos Diggory's son?" Cedar asked her.
"Cedric Diggory." Trixie nodded.
"Question three, what does Amos want Harry to do?" Cedar questioned.
"Give him the time turner?" Trixie raised a brow.
"So he can?" Cedar raised a brow.
"Get him back." Trixie gasped.
"Good. Last question: Did Cedric need to be killed? Easy question, easy answer: No. The words Voldemort said were "Kill the spare." The spare. He died only because he was with his father and his father couldn't save him, we can. A mistake has been made and we're going to right it. We're going to use a Time-Turner. We're going to bring him back." Matteo nodded.
"Mhm." Cedar nodded,"My mum would love that."
Matteo nodded and opened the window, "Ladies first."
"Right then, Theo. Up you go." Cedar nodded with a smirk.
"I meant you two!" He pointed.
Trixie jumped up and climbed out of the window carefully due to the train moving.
"I know~" Cedar teased as she climbed up,"How many girlfriends have you had again?"
"So far?" Matteo asked as he climbed up after her.
"Yes." Cedar sighed.
"Maybe..About 12?" Matteo shrugged, "I'm hoping I can keep one for longer than a week."
"You and my mum are having a chat." Cedar shook her head.
"Okay, now we're on the roof of a train, it's fast, it's scary, this has been great, I feel like I've learnt a lot about me, something about you, but-" Trixie looked around the roof.
"Hm?" Cedar raised a brow,"Why'd you stop?"
"The Trolley Witch." Trixie spoke.
"Huh? But you told her we weren't hungry. We can't go back." Cedar told her.
"No, The Trolley Witch is coming towards us." Trixie pointed.
"How could she b-" Cedar stopped herself as she looked straight ahead.
"Anything from the trolley, dears? Pumpkin Pasty? Chocolate Frog? Cauldron Cake?" The Trolley Witch asked.
"Oh." Cedar grabbed Matteo's wrist.
"People don't know much about me. They buy my Cauldron Cakes but they never really notice me. I don't remember the last time someone asked my name." The Trolley Witch shook her head.
"Well, what's your name?" Cedar asked her.
"I've forgotten. All I can tell you is that when the Hogwarts Express first came to be, Ottaline Gambol herself offered me this job." She said proudly.
"Trixie, when was that?" Cedar turned to her.
"That's... One hundred and ninety years. You've been doing this job for one hundred and ninety years?" Trixie gasped once she did the math.
"Damn." Cedar's eyes widened.
"These hands have made over six million Pumpkin Pasties. I've got quite good at them. But what people haven't noticed about my Pumpkin Pasties is how easily they transform into something else.."
The Witch picked up a Pumpkin Pasty, throwing it like a grenade, only it did explode.
"Bitch, did you just try and kill us?!" Cedar shouted.
"And you won't believe what I can do with my Chocolate Frogs. Never, never, have I let anyone off this train before they reached their destination. Some have tried, Sirius Black and his cronies, Fred and George Weasley. Even Erica Weasley and Parker Lestrange at one point. All have failed, because this train? It doesn't like people getting off it!" She yelled.
"Watch me!" Cedar stepped towards the edge of the roof.
"Cedar, what the hell!" Trixie ran towards her as the witch's hands began to transform.
"Oh, fuck this!" Matteo squealed in a high pitched voice.
"Bye!" Cedar waved and jumped from the train.
"Bye Trolley Witch!" Trixie grabbed Matteo's hand and jumped off after her.
Luckily, they had used a cushioning charm so they wouldn't get hurt. They plopped right into the water below. Cedar shook her hair as she surfaced.
"Wasn't that fun?" Cedar asked as they swam to land.
"What- Fun?! That was terrifying!" Matteo pointed.
"Adrenaline and fun, wakes you up in the morning." Cedar smiled.
"She's too hyper." Matteo pointed to his sister who was laughing.
"Right, off to go see... Amos?" Cedar asked.
"Yeah." Matteo dusted the dirt off of him as he stood up.
"Lead on." Cedar nodded.
Matteo quickly conjured up a spell, that showed a small light so it would lead to to St Oswalds.
**
"Hi, we're looking for Amos Diggory?" Trixie leaned over the counter.
"And who might you be?" A receptionist asked.
"Some friends." Matteo nodded.
"What do you want with that miserable old sod." She questioned.
"Guys? You came? How wonderful! Come and say hello to Amos!" Delphi clapped.
"Woah, you were right." Cedar smiled quietly.
"I know, right?" Trixie muttered.
"And who are you?" Delphi turned to Cedar with a hum.
"Oh, Cedar Weasley." Cedar nodded.
"The older sister of Phoenix?" She raised a brow.
"That's me." Cedar smiled.
"It's lovely to meet you, Cedar." Delphi returned the smile, "Come on guys."
Cedar nodded and followed. Despite how wonderful her mum's stories about Cedric were, the same couldn't be said for Amos. Once they had all sat down and explained everything, Amos began to talk.
