"it's already been set and stoned mrs. bennett." ember quickly explained to a flabbergasted leslie. they were talking about nobody other than rue.

earlier that week leslie had gotten a heartbreaking call that rue wasn't able to go into rehab due to them not having enough insurance. leslie was devastated, she didn't dare say a word to gia about any of it.

but she told ember and it saddened her. she was scared for rue and so was leslie. so ember did something about it.

she called one of her aunts who works for the best rehab center in california and got a spot for rue. thirty minutes away, allows phones and labtops, and allows you to go home on the weekends.

now rehab is very expensive but ember already has everything paid off, being a model on top of that a good one you get paid a shit ton of money.

leslie was touched at the fact that ember did this for her daughter. she knew she had a good heart but she never in a million years expected this. rue is set to go off to rehab after lexi's play.

which is in three days. ember has been working her ass off. she is in the play. she has one of the biggest roles which is definitely going to shock some folks.

ember knows the entire play, she is one of the only people who know. but what lexi didn't tell her best friend was that she had an ember doppelgänger in the play also.

so ember was going to be shocked to see that. a lot had also been revealed. turns out before ember moved to town, nate had been fucking cassie like a lot.

maddy found out and was absolutely devastated but also angry and ready to pull cassie's hair out and gouge nate's eyes out.

she had a lot of ideas. but none involved the tape. for once in maddy's life she thought long and hard.

"be a good person for you. it always helps."

those words ran through maddy's head. and that is why she made the certain decision she made.

"hey what's up? it sounded like an emergency." jules said closing the car door while looking dead at maddy.

maddy chuckled, "it depends on how you take what i am about to say." jules raised an eyebrow

maddy reached into the backseat grabbing the disc. "i have had this since winter formal. i took it from nate's room." maddy announced

jules chuckled, "i'm confused what is that?"

"it's a tape of you and nate's dad."

jules smile immediately dropped from her face. her eyes widened, she immediately got scared.

"wait he recorded it?" jules asked shocked

"apparently so, fucking creep." maddy whispered. jules was on the verge of crying but stayed calm.

"has anyone else seen this?" jules asked

"no." maddy quickly answered. "is there a copy or-" maddy quickly grabbed jules hand

"no jules. i would never hurt you." maddy said

and she meant that shit with her whole chest.

jules had a single tear fall down her eye. maddy handed her the disc and jules kindly took it. she wiped the tear away, "oh my thank you maddy." she breathed heavily quickly hugging maddy

maddy started crying too, she rubbed jules back comforting her. "i got you." maddy whispered as jules hugged her even tighter.

meanwhile.... after talking to rue and leslie, ember went home. as soon as she got into her house she headed upstairs and stripped naked getting dressed into some more comfortable clothes.

she then turned to see nate standing in the corner of her room, this scared the living shit out of her making her scream and grab her chest.

"calm down ember." nate said calmly

"what the fuck are you doing here?" ember asked while still tightly holding her chest

nate started walking, "that isn't a pleasant way to greet company now is it?" nate asked walking towards her, ember backed up

"get the hell out of my house." she gritted angrily

"i will after what i am about to say." nate stated

"do you care about jules?" nate asked looking at her, ember raised an eyebrow.

she scoffed, "the fuck kind of question is that you know i do." she stated

"well we are about to see after what i tell you and show you." nate said pulling out a yellow folder. ember was so confused.

he handed it to her and she snatched it quickly opening it. her eyes got big seeing... nudes of one of her closest friends?

she wondered why the fuck he had these, "your dear friend jules is seventeen." nate said

"no shit sherlock." nate chuckled

he ignored her smartass remark, "as you saw jules took some of those in our school and she distributed child pornography. she could get in much trouble if i take those down to the police station." nate stated

ember just stared at him angrily, "i am giving you an ultimatum." nate stated

he walked closing to ember, their faces inches away from each other. "you love jules right but how much?" nate asked but ember stayed quiet

"i want to be the one to take your virginity."

ember's eyes widened. she thought she was hearing things. there is no fucking way nate said those words to her. he sounded like a psychopath.

"excuse me?" ember asked completely shocked

nate said it again, "i want to be the one to take your virginity." nate stated

ember was a gorgeous girl and nate knew that. pretty much every guy in school wants her, even the girls do. nate knew ember wasn't going to be a virgin forever.

and the thought of her kissing someone else and making love to someone else made nate sick. he knew if she were to fuck someone other than him, he would kill them hands down.

he didn't want to think about it.

ember chuckled, "you are sick."

nate nodded, "maybe. but if you don't accept this offer i will be down at the east highland police station to tell them about how your friend jules distributed child pornography on school grounds." ember looked at him.

she shook her head, "you wouldn't dare do that to her." nate laughed, "but i would."

ember shook her head. she never realized how insane nate was. how disgusting and sick he was in the head until now. she stayed quiet because she couldn't believe that this was happening right now.

nate picked up all the pictures carefully sliding them back in the folders. he sighed before walking back up to ember.

"i'm giving you one day to think about this. hopefully you make the correct choice." nate said. he leaned down kissing ember's forehead.
