I don't see the big deal. Error stared at his teammates as they panted. Kakashi finally arrived to see how they are doing. While he was holding a purring cat. Tora the cat that belong to the Fire Daimyo wife. The cat that many ninja considered a demon to every team that tried to capture her.

The cat acting like a happy kitten purring as Error scratch her ears.

'Were you good with animals?'

Error think for a while and shrugged. 'Not really sure.'

Not like he was ever given the time to interact with animals.

"Cotton Candy here." About to hand the cat to her.

Tora let out a hissed.

Sakura held her hands out in surrender. "Heck no!"

"Um okay? Chicken-"

The cat already tries to scratch Sasuke face off.

"Cyclops-"

"Cats don't like me."

Error held the cat as the three gets back to the Hokage office to bring Tora back.

It's been only a month now and the only missions they been doing was D-Class. Error didn't seem to mind but he can tell Sasuke and Sakura about to lose it. So, much for patience . But he can get where they are coming at in a way.

Soon they arrived back to the Hokage tower.

"OH TORA I MISS YOU SO MUCH MY BABY!" The Fire Daimyo wife held the cat and smothered her with affection.

Error flinched a bit at how much she was hugged the unhappy cat. Just the sight was making him feel uncomfortable.

Tora meows and struggles till she got out again. But jumped into Naruto arm.

"Tora?"

"I don't think she like being squeezed so much." Naruto looked at her. He doesn't think she a bad owner. Just too affectionate.

Next, thing Naruto knows he's just showing her how to hold the cat better and just light petting. He didn't mind and seem Tora a bit content with her owner now as they left.

"-Isnt that right Naruto."

"I agreed to nothing." Glance at them, Sarutobi and Iruka direction.

They all sweat dropped at Naruto lack of attention.

"We were telling the Hokage were ready for a high rank mission." Sakura explained to him.

"Huh? Oh yeah sure. Anything to make them stop complaining and glaring at the floor." Naruto replied and glance at the door. Waiting for him to arrive.

"Why you-"

"You know what. I actually have a C-Rank mission for your team Kakashi. Since they all seem so determined. You'll be bodyguards on this journey. Send the client in."

Soon a man walks in with a scruffy beard, hat and holding a bottle of sake. "Are these the bodyguards? A bunch of snot nosed kids. The shorty with the tear tattooed on their cheeks seem the weakest."

"Not tattoos."

"What?!" Sakura shocked and looked at him. Everyone else, except Sarutobi, look at him in surprised.

"There not tattoos or paint." Shrugged. "Did you all think I purposely would do this? Along with the whiskers? The whiskers are birthmarks."

Awkward silence.

"Wow." Naruto looked at Tazune. "Don't judge us yet. That's how you can get killed. Or get tricked into buying everything while your buddy has all the money. But wants to be greedy jerk."

What? Team 7, Iruka and even Sarutobi stared at Naruto in confusion of that last part.

Tazune blink and about to make a retort. But he stop staring at those eyes. They were dull and bored. Yet, he saw just a glimpse of seriousness. What the heck they teach these kids here?

"Anyways. This is Tazune, he a master bridge builder and he must be returned back to my village." Sarutobi introduce him.

" I'm building a bridge there that's going to be changing our world. I expect you all to get me there safely. Even if it cost you all you're live." Tazuna takes another sip of his drink.

Sakura gulped and bit worry. But snapped out of it. Come on Sakura you can do this.

Sasuke nods. Yes, finally to prove myself even it's just guarding.

"Can I have the rest of your sake?"

"Naruto no!"

"Fine. The bottle."

The next morning.

Team 7 and Tazune headed off to the land of waves.

Some point Sakura asked Tazune about his home and about any ninjas there. While Kakashi explained to her, and the others, about the difference between the Wave and other villages.

'You don't want them to die.'

'Zabuza and Haku shouldn't die.' Error sighs, 'Trying to make some changes. Sure at the end they change but shouldn't been like that.'

'Going to be a bit risky but I think you can figure out something.'

'I'm not really the best people person when it's about change.' Error unaware Kurama sending him a deadpanned look.

This Pile of Bones just like the kit in ways. Similar yet different.

'But got to try at least-Oh look the puddle those two something brothers that'll come out.'

Just like that the two Demon Brothers two emerged from the puddle just like before. They bind Kakashi with those sharp chains and ripped him apart. 'Killing him'. Sakura screamed. Sasuke frozen up for a few second. Tazuna stared wide eyes.

As for Naruto.

"Now for the- "The brother got a foot to the face. The kick strong enough to make him slammed into the tree. Along with bringing his brother with him as the chains were still connect to each other gauntlet.

Sasuke snapped out of it once he saw what Naruto did. He charged to leap out to throw a shurikin and kunai into the chain. The two weapons kept the chain intact and stuck against the tree.

Naruto quickly charged to the brother that he kicked before as the chain unlatched from the gauntlet. Raise his knee up and knee him in the stomach. He may have over done it with his strength as the brother immediate falls down on his stomach. Barely moving.

While the other brother charged toward Tazuna. Sakura got in front of him quickly to protect him. Then soon Sasuke followed in about to take the hit.

Then Kakashi appeared and knock out the other one in time.

"Kakashi your alive!" Sakura smiled in relief.

Show off. Sasuke twitch.

"You alright there?" Naruto tilt his head and use his foot to lightly poke the ninja. Earn a pain moan. "You're making a sound so you'll be fine."

Kakashi tells all three of them how proud he was how they handle the ninjas. Tied up the two brother. He had to double check to make sure the one that Naruto kneed was actually breathing. Then look at Tazuna.

"Want to tell us why these ninjas were aimed after you to kill." Kakashi looked at the Master bridge builder. "Because right now I don't see thieves and robbers. But instead ninjas after you. This has become a B rank mission that we didn't sign up for."

Tazuna stared at them all and sighs. "Do you know of a man names by Gato. The Shipping Magnate."

"Heard of him. The owner of Gato Company."

"Well a year ago he came to our village and took control all the ports. Basically making the Land of Wave isolated from the outside world. It began to cause a great issue for all of us. Money going to him. Lack of food. Even the lord is poor to not pay him off. No, security to protect ourselves. Hiring thugs and goons to do his biddy and making sure we 'stay in line'. That why I had to lie and pay what I can to make it be this C rank mission."

Kakashi nodded and sighs." This is still over our heads and for my team. We have to go back now."

"You can all go then. Im staying with him." Naruto stood by the Master Builder side.

"Baka stop it! Were only just genin and don't have the skills to handle such a mission!" Sakura looked at him.

"Sakura." Kakashi voice harden at her tone. Watch her stop and head down a bit. He looked back at Naruto. "Naruto she is right though. This is over your three head- "

"It's called learning and experiencing Cotton Candy and Cyclops. Some learn it sooner than others. Plus, we are already this far ahead. Im not going to abandon him now especially after he just risk so much to get help." Naruto crossed his arms and stayed by his side.

"Im going with them too then." Sasuke looked at the other too.

"Sasuke-Kun?"

"Like im going to let the Dobe do this alone and get himself killed."

"Your haircut already killed my eyes." Naruto not fazed by the Uchihia glare. Ha! This kid has nothing compared to others.

"I can't let you two go alone." Sakura declared. She still looks a bit shaken but ready as well.

"Well then." Kakashi sighs and let out a chuckle. "You're in luck Tazuna I have stubborn students. But prepared all three of you. Whoever comes next will be stronger than those two."

"Right/Right Cyclopse."

Tazuna stared at all of them especially the shortest of them all. This kid was something else that's for sure. "Thanks brat."

"I still want your sake bottle."

Tazuna laughed.

Oh, the brother who got kneed in the stomach and kicked in the face 'fine'. Should be very lucky that Error was being easy. :  )
