Lucy POV

I continued to run, further and further into the woods. The more I ran the denser it became, very little light was seeping through the trees, I could hear the birds singing their song and I could hear the roar of magical beasts in the distance. I ran for what felt like a lifetime but was probably only 30 minutes before I came to a clearing in the trees, I stopped running and headed for a large rock near a stream to rest on. When I reached the rock I sat down and cried, simply just cried until I had nothing left in me. I didn't understand why Lisanna would lie, I didn't understand why I even felt this way, but I guess my life had always been like this.

My mother left me and so did my father, what made me think I could have a new family, in the end all they did was leave me too. I continued to cry because I was alone and scared. Nothing was left for me in Magnolia, so I would do as I did best. Run.  As I stopped crying and raised my head, I observed my scenery. There were flowers I'd never seen before growing, scattered throughout the clearing, creating a sweet aroma that was drifting through the air. There was a stream leading away, not far from the rock I was sitting on and a.... Was that a cave, what's a cave doing in a place like this. I looked around to see if anything or anyone else was around, nothing except the odd bird flying through the trees. I stood up and moved towards the cave, the closer I got, the more abandoned it seemed to be.

When I reached the mouth of the cave I stopped. Was it really a good idea to enter without anyone knowing where I was, I thought. I shook my head and took my first step into the darkness of the cave. The deeper I walked into the cave the harder it was to see. After not long it was almost pitch black, as I went to turn around I saw a light and I headed towards it. I squinted my eyes to try and get a better view of my surroundings. I thought I saw a flash of silver to my left and I whipped around, taking out Lokki's key with me, ready to summon my Lion Zodiac if I needed.

I saw the flash of silver again, this time through my right eye. This was when I realized that the light I had seen earlier had vanished. A sharp pain suddenly filled my side, I screamed out in agony, falling to my knees, hands clutching my bleeding wound. With one hand I summon Lokki. He appeared immediately  and looked around before seeing me bleeding on the floor.

"Lucy, Lucy, are you okay. Can you hear me, what attacked you?" He asked concerned.

I managed to respond meekly,

" Something... silver... hit my side... I should be... fine," I tried to sound strong, but with my body still healing from the wounds Natsu and the rest gave me the pain was close to unbearable. I saw Lokki look at me a concerned look on his face, before a silver spiked tail came from behind him and shot through the spirits stomach, sending him back to the celestial world. I wasn't strong enough to summon other spirits. I gave in and looked up one more time to see a figure emerging, flames dancing around his body.

"Natsu," I whispered quietly, as I closed my eye before completely collapsing. Darkness taking over my vision and a dreamless slumber overtaking my body.

I awoke to see a man who looked to be in his late 30s crouching over a fire. I gasped when I got a better look of him, unruly salmon pink hair, dark, but beautiful eyes and a smirk that I would recognise anywhere. This man looked like Natsu.

"It's a pleasure to finally meet you Princess," he said.

Oh My God, longest chapter yet 680 words, which might not seem long to others but geez I've spent forever writing this chapter. I hope you all enjoyed it and feel free to leave any criticism or comments in well the comment section. I really love Sting and Rouge I feel like there so underated.
