Lucy POV

It's funny how quickly things can change, one second your someone and the next you're a new person. Sometimes these changes can bring happiness and joy and other times all it will bring is sorrow and regret. When I looked into the faces of the council elders I lied, I said I was happy to go back to earth, back to what I used to know. I am a liar. I never wanted to come back, the familiar trees and smells only brought back the painful memories of my past.

It had been mere minutes since I landed in the forest of Magnolia, if I listened close enough I could almost hear the town going about it's daily business. Looking around I noticed too the cave that Igneel I found Igneel in 2 years ago. How time flies. I started to walk towards the town when I noticed a puddle of water, and a girl I didn't know stared back at me. Light blue hair and blue eyes were all I could see. I was back, but I wasn't Lucy anymore. At least while I was here anyway. I was now Luna Virria, a water mage from another kingdom, I had been chased out due to the fact that I had been framed for a crime I didn't commit. Knowing Fairy Tail they would definitely take in the stray with a dark past. They had done it before, why wouldn't they do it again. I turned away from the puddle, I couldn't let them find out I was Lucy. If anyone else found out the demons found out too. I looked to the sky before starting the long trip to back to Fairy Tail.

I groaned in relief as I spotted the bell tower in the distance, I was almost there. I was almost there. What do I say, what do I do. These thoughts ran through my mind like a tornado. I knew how Fairy Tail worked almost better than almost anyone, it wouldn't be hard the slowly fit in. But as soon as it was safe I would return home to the Dragon Kingdom, my people needed me to be there to fight. I knew I was useful back at the palace then I was here. Did my mother and the dragons not want me, was this their way of sending me away. Were the people who had taken me and taught me to be stonge really just like Fairy Tail, inviting one minuet and ready to take you down with all the magic they have the next. 

When I reached the town of Magnolia the nostalgia hit me like a wild landslide. After leaving I was finally back, as I looked around I noticed stalls and shops. Each held a memory both good and bad. While making my way towards my old guild hall I noticed a crowd cheering not far from 8 Island. The sounds of cheering were becoming louder and louder as I walked towards the commotion. The sight before me made tears come to my eyes.

Salmon pink hair dashed across a small circle. Fiery flames flickered across his body as he continued to dodge his opponent. Natsu. Of course the first time I see him in years he's fighting. And his opponent is just as familiar, an Ice Mage with raven hair and of course he had stripped. Squeals of delight came from Greys fans and his shirt flung towards the audience. Before I knew it, I had ran forward towards the action, and I was smiling. The relief and happiness that coursed through me defied everything I had been telling myself for the past few years. I was happy to be home.
