|Astrid's P.O.V|

"Get away from me! Who are you!"Hiccup shouts at me.

I trembled"H-H-H-Hiccup??? I-I-It's me, Astrid".

He was frightened as he kept backing away"get away from me!"

"Hiccup!"I cried"it's me your girlfriend!".

"I don't even know you! Stay away!"He stammers, getting off of his bed and ends up standing in the corner defensive mode he kept looking around as he was so scared.

"Hiccup!"I gasp, as tears coming down from my face.

"Where Am I!!!".

Suddenly the doctor and the nurses came in right away.

"He's awake?!"the Doctor drops his pen.

"Who are you people!!!"He panicked.

"Calm down Hiccup"Doctor then slowly walks forward.

"Hey let go of me!"I barked at them as I was being kicked out of the room.

Until swiftly Hiccup ran out of his room and sprint out through the hallway.

"Hicccup!!"I yelled, chasing down to him.

What is going on! Why he can't remember me?! Why is he running away from me?! This can't be happening.

"Hiccup!!!"I yelled, sprinting by people as he kept going down the hallway.

"Get away!"He cries, going down the stairs.

"Don't run!"I called out, climbing down as I hurried down until suddenly the security showed up and managed to get to him.

"Hiccup!"I exclaimed, as I walk over but one of the doctors placed a syringe onto his neck.

"What are you doing to him!"I bark.

"We're keeping him stable until we figure it what's going on"the Doc said, as the nurse and security moving him back to his room.

"Hiccup"I sob into words.

|30 Minutes Later|

As I wait for Hiccup's Dad to arrive shortly I'm just so shocked of Hiccup's behaviour, but why he can't remember me. This is horrible, I couldn't control myself right now, so I quickly grab a stress ball to calm down my nerves.

I looked down sadly, my Hiccup can't remember his own girlfriend, this can't be happening right now, this has gotten worse.

As I spot Stoick running form the entrance, quickly bumping into people as he spot me in the corner, he came towards me with disbelief look.

"Where's Hiccup?! Where's my Son!"Stoick said, excitedly with a huge grin.

I then gave him a worried look as he look at me oddly.

"What's going on?"Stoick asked.

|Waiting Room|

Me, Stoick, Gobber, Scott (Snotlout), and his Dad was in the waiting room as we expect to hear from the doctor soon. I've already messaged our friends, I'm sure one of them would like to drop by hopefully.

"Why they can't allow me to see my own son! This is madness!"Stoick walks back and forth in a stomping fashion.

"Ayy! Calm down! I'm sure the Doc will explain clearly"Gobber lay back on the chair.

"He's right you know"Stoick's brother said"if you calm down for a minute I'm sure he'll explain shortly".

"Blahhh!! Now here we are waiting. He's awake! Which means he's good right?!"Stoick asked, furiously.

He then decided to say down, rubbing his eyes as he is stressed too.

"Well....He can't remember me"I replied"I even told him who I was. But he was scared. He was scared of me".

"Don't worry Lass, I'm sure Hiccup will. It can't be that bad right?"Gobber chuckles nervously.

|Results|

"It's bad"The Doctor said, sadly.

"What!!!"Stoick screams out in rage.

I then gave Gobber a glare as he looks away.

"I'm so sorry Mr Haddock, we've tried everything we could. I'm afraid Hiccup can't remember anything at this point"Doctor looks over at his clipboard.

"Well Sh###ttt"Scott echoes through the room.

"Can we see him? I mean, if we try harder will it trigger his memory back?"I suggested, giving hopes for everyone in this room"he has to remember something".

"It's possible, it's not wrong to try but Hiccup is quite frighten with his surroundings so I would go easy on him. Also one at a time"He point out.

"This is madness!"Stoick grunted, sitting down on a chair"my son! Has amnesia!".

"Dun dun dun!"Scott dramatically says outloud.

I couldn't bare anymore so I left the room and trail off somewhere else to be alone for awhile. Hearing the words from the doctor has broken my heart that Hiccup has amnesia.

I then start crying in the corner as I couldn't hold it in any longer, my Hiccup...what should I do...

|Friends Arrived|

Heather, Elsa, and Andrea have made it as soon as they heard the news but the other friends are off to different colleges knowingly they would've been here too but long distance college attending is difficult.

"I'm so glad Hiccup is awake!"Heather said, cheerfully"I'm just gonna hug him so tight that he might break a bone or two".

"I'm gonna give him heck for scaring us!"Andrea exclaimed.

"I'm so glad he's okay now that all of us managed to get here as soon as possible"Elsa smiles, holding aside her purse.

As I look at them with an uneasy look and couldn't tell them what's going on now, but I have to. They're gonna be so disappointed.

"Hey Astrid, you're awfully quiet. What's up?"Heather asked me, as she notice my behaviour.

"N-Nothing it's just"I look down, and played my braid hair on the side.

"What's the matter? You look like sh#t"Andrea said, concerning"meaningly you've been crying, spill the beans Hofferson!".

I look up at them as I try to contain my tears but hey imagine if Hiccup was really gone, I would've been crying and might've did the same thing. What would I do if Hiccup wasn't around?.

I took a deep breath"I got terrible news....Hiccup has amnesia".

The girls then gasp and reacted unpleasantly.

"Are you serious right now?!?! Hiccup has amnesia?!?! That's impossible!"Heather shouted, as she walk away then screams out, which some people in the room gave her an uncomfortable look.

"This is bad"Andrea mumbles, folding her arms and looking sadly at me"please tell me it's not a permanent effect?".

I shrug"the Doctor doesn't know the answer. I'm not entirely sure if Hiccup will ever remember who he is and wonder why on earth us people are here".

"Oh my god"Elsa placed a hand on her mouth"let's hope not. He has to remember his friends and family right?".

I look at them with a sad face"I don't know..."

"What if. No no no never mind that's a bad idea"Andrea said outloud.

"What'd you say?"Heather pops up from behind.

"N-Nothing, I was just thinking of other stuff"Andrea then sat down on a nearby chair.

"Ugh, I don't know how many times I breakdown already. Just keeps getting worse. So glad I didn't wear make up"I frown, walking over a nearby window and check the clouds.

"I'm sure they'll figure out a solution. They have to. It's a god damn hospital!"Andrea looks over her shoulder"scars don't heal".

"Astrid, you look like you haven't ate anything today"Elsa gave me a worried look as she place her hand on my shoulder.

I kinda nudge and turn around"I'm scared Elsa. Hiccup didn't remember me....he was scared...he was frightened of me......I-I-I-I can't bare myself of this! This nightmare anymore!".

"Hey-hey-hey it's okay. All of us are in a tight spot"Elsa comforts me as I try to hold in my tears.

"No kidding"Andrea mutters.

"But no matter what. Hiccup will remember you. We just got to find a way to get him back"Elsa assures me as I couldn't help but smile a little.

"Thanks for the confident words Elsa. I needed that".

"Anytime"

"So, how are we gonna fix this problem. Should we introduce ourselves then?"Heather said.

"The Doctor recommended we should try to take it slow, meaningly we can't just blow him with our fun memories".

Andrea chuckles"hey if he can't remember anything we should try to give him the good memories. Avoid the intrusion of his bad memories and his attempting to self harm".

Heather shook her head"no. I feel like we may hold a lie against him if we even did that. He has to know everything. And maybe, just maybe his memory comes back".

"I hope so. I hope so"I whisper, shutting my eyes for a minute.

"You must be tried, you should get some sleep"Elsa suggested.

"Don't overstress yourself"Andrea point at me"all of us are worried".

I sigh"I know, it's just so hard right now. I really Hope Hiccup will remember us".

"He has too, he has too..."my inner thought drifted as the words kept saying in my head.

"Should we see him now?"Heather suggested.

"One at a time. Let's hope he won't get scared again this time. We had to chase him"I said, as I stood up abruptly"let's go".

|Hiccup's Room|

"Ugh, I feel uneasy right now"Andrea shyly back away"I hope he won't attack us".

"Maybe I'll go first"I took a deep breath and knock the door quietly.

"C-C-Come in"a voice spoke out from the room.

"Whew, here goes nothing. Please Hiccup don't scream at me"I whisper, slowly turning the knot as I enter the room.

"Hi Hiccup"I put a calm smile"Don't worry, I'm Astrid".

As I enter the room I saw him at his bed, sitting at the edge as he kept looking at me oddly and confused.

"How'd you know my name?"He asked.

"I....I'm a friend. A very good friend"I hesitantly shut the door from behind.

"You're Astrid?"He point at me.

I make my way to a nearby seat and sat down, hoping to not startled him again"yes, I'm Astrid Hofferson".

"N-N-Nice to meet you Astrid"He stutters, turn his head to me.

"Are you okay"I asked.

He sighs heavily and kept looking around the room"I don't know.....all I know is that I'm here at this Hospital....those doctors kept saying I have some kind of amnesia....and I'm Hiccup Haddock the Third".

I nod my head in a agreement"yes, you do. Apparently you can't remember anything, anyone, and someone".

"Who are you really?"He asked.

"I'm Astrid, don't worry. I won't hurt you"I assured him.

He then slowly relax his body and sigh"please don't hurt me".

"I won't, I promise you that. Hiccup"I then smile at him.

"Why you smiling?"He gave me a confused look.

I slight chuckle"because, it's good to see you Hiccup".

"Really? Why?"He questioned, raising a brow.

"Because. You're my boyfriend".
