I'm sorry if I didn't update ;-; I've been busy with school, and swimming practice or racing or whatever you want to call it. Anyway, I know this is short, but I'll upload soon again, anyway, don't forget to vote!

Now that we have seen the different perspectives, we go to Jerome, who was right now looking around curiously at the big trees. He looked back at the village, and then realized something, what was he doing?

He knew he wanted to go out into the woods, but, he didn't know what was out there, no one told him, or he never bothered to ask. He was about to turn around and walk back, but he refused, and kept moving forward.

The welcoming sounds of nature made him feel much safer though, much more secure than his village, but nothing else could beat the safeness of his cave home.

He would become uncomfortable when he heard branches snap, but it was just the rabbits running around.

Then he remembered why he was here in the first place.

He was here to hunt, not to look around. Yet, everything was new to him, and he felt the right to see what was there. But, first thing's first, and so he looked around for a weapon of some sort, then, out of the corner of his eye, he saw a gleaming, stone axe, with a long handle, leaning against a pine tree.

Jerome stared at it for a while, and walked up to it without hesitation, and picked it up.

It was hard at first, the axe was pretty heavy and Jerome had to heave it up a couple of times, until he got enough strength to hold it with two hands.

One question he had though, why was there a random axe lying around? He wouldn't be that dumb to leave a well crafted axe.

Unless it meant one thing, that he wasn't alone.

Jerome suddenly felt a sense of panic, he wasn't sure who'd be out here, but he hoped it was a fellow bacca, but it didn't look like it was used, yet.

"Hey! What are you doing with my axe?!"

Jerome stood there without breath, and turned around, looking at a girl, who was aiming a bow right at him.
