**Kirstie POV**
few months later
It's been a few months since Scott walked out and Rose is now two months old and looks exactly like Scott. It's time for my mom to fly back home to Texas and take care of my sister. "If you need anything, I'll be on the first flight out here." My mom says. "Okay, mom. I got it." I say to her. I give her a hug after she's done putting her stuff in the cab and we say our goodbyes. "Make sure to send me pictures of Rose everyday." She says. "I will." I say. Then she got in the cab and left.
Now that it's just me and Rose in this big house, it seems kind of lonely. I've never been alone in a house like this before and up until now I've had help with Rose. Nevertheless, I have to do this on my own. I just really wish Scott was here to help raise her. It's the only thing I want from him right now, but I know that won't happen no matter how hard I try and get him to come back home.
**Scott POV**
since I left I went back to being the same old me. No girlfriend, no child and no problems at all. But the media has been getting out of hand lately. The latest headline about me is 'Scott Hoying: The Deadbeat Father?'. If they could only understand why I left.
I mean it's not like I don't think about Kirstie and Rose everyday because I do. I just can't be a father right now. I'm only 24 I can't settle down yet.
Tonight I'm going to a album release party for my latest album at this club in Hollywood. It should help me get my mind off of the media and their dumb headlines. After this party tonight I'll give them something new to talk about.
