**Scott POV**
The entire plane ride back home, all I could think about was what Mitch had to talk to me about. What does he mean things are different?

Whatever it is it can't be good.

"What's wrong, man?" Kevin asks.

"I'm just thinking about what Mitch has to tell me when I get back home." I say.

"Look, I wish I could tell you not to worry and that everything is going to be okay but you should be worried." He says.

"What is it about?" I ask.

"I can't tell you. You have to wait for Mitch to tell you." He says.

I just got back to looking at the window thinking again.

I hope Kirstie and Rose are okay. I hope nothing is wrong with them.

We just landed in LAX and the first person I see is Mitch with my bags. Then Avi and Rose waiting for me also.

There was one person missing that I wish was here though.

Kirstie.

"Hey guys!" I say cheerfully hugging them and taking Rose from Avi.

"Great to have you back, man." Avi says.

"It's good to be back! Where's Kirstie?" I ask.

It was silent for a minute before Mitch spoke up.

"We'll talk about it when we get home." He says.

**Mitch POV**
We just got back with Scott and all the way home from the airport, he kept asking questions about where Kirstie is.

"Can you guys tell me now?" He asks.

"Avi, take Rose upstairs for a nap." He says handing her to Avi.

"I honestly don't know how to tell you this without breaking your heart, Scott." I start.

"But, Kirstie is seeing someone else." I say.

"What do you mean she's seeing someone else?" He asks.

"Well, she won't tell Avi or myself anything about what's going on between her and this guy but I have a feeling that her and this guy are more than just friends." I say.

It was silent for a few minutes until Scott finally spoke up.

"She lied to me. She said when I got back we were going to get back together and work on our relationship. She lied." He says.

"Scott, I'm so sorry." I say.

"Cancel my party." He says.

"What?"

"Cancel my party! I need to talk to Kirstie and I don't want to do it with tons of people around." He demands.

This can't be good if he's canceling his welcome home party.
