AS SOON as the concert was over, and they finished meeting the band, Valerie and Dylan went into the car and began to drive home. With a lingering smile on her face, Valerie began to reflect on the moment she met Johnny and the rest of the band. They were all so nice, and they even got a picture with the group.

    "So, what did you think of the concert?" Valerie asked as she looked out the window; raindrops pitter-pattering against the glass pane.

  Dylan turned onto the highway, making sure they were safe. "You know, I thought it was pretty good." he replied, "and I thought the band was nice." he stared at the road straight ahead, paying no mind to the on-going traffic on the other side of the highway towards San Diego.

  "You hungry?" the young man asked his wife, feeling hungry but wanting to be sure his woman was on the same page as he. Eating alone sucked, so that's why he asked.

  Valerie nodded eagerly. "Yeah," she said. "Could we go to a burger place? I'm craving a burger and some fries and maybe a chocolate shake."

  Dylan nodded. "Yeah, I think we can do that love. In-N-Out sound okay?"

  The young woman smiled happily, agreeing to her husband's suggestion. She loved their fries and shakes, and even their burgers, but Dylan didn't usually get her a burger because she didn't get the grilled onions on them. But tonight, would be the only exception.

            It took the couple an hour to find an In-N-Out restaurant from where they were, and at this point Dylan's stomach began to hurt because he didn't have any food in his system since before they left for the concert. Valerie didn't mind the wait, regardless of her stomach hurting, the pain of her stomach growling didn't phase her. She had trained herself to not let her stomach hurt so much for when she was in elementary school.

   Just as the couple were about to merge into the next lane, Dylan's phone rang; causing the young man to curse over the distraction. He didn't bother answering, because he knew if he did there'd be an accident waiting to happen.

   As they pulled into the parking lot of In-N-Out, Dylan got out of the driver's side and went over to the passenger's area, where his wife waited at. She loved it when he opened her door --- it reminded her of how special he thought she was.

  Taking his large hand in hers, they began to walk into the restaurant. Waiting to served with burger perfection and chocolate shake goodness.
