Wiping her eyes Hermione walked away from her parents house, but they didn't even know she existed anymore. To make sure Death Eaters didn't hurt them she had to wipe all record of her existence from their memories. Her bag had everything, a nice dress for the wedding and everything she thought they could possibly need for hunting horcruxes. Mrs Weasley had told her that there was a portkey in a bathroom in a women's bathroom in a shopping centre. When she arrived she checked no one was looking before grabbing onto it. The familiar sensation of being pulled through time and space consumed her before she eventually let go. She hit the floor with a thud before hopping up and dusting herself off. Just then she felt someone picking her up and swing her around.
"Charlie!" She smiled before pushing her lips against his. After they pulled apart he put her down and stroked her cheek with his thumb.
"It's good to see you too love" he smiled, the name made her cheeks burn red.

As the two walked into the burrow Charlie's arm was wrapped around her, tight. Protectively.
"Mione!" Ginny shouted and ran to hug her. Charlie loosened his grip on the girl and let her hug her friend.
"Are we sure it's Hermione?" Mrs Weasley asked, approaching them cautiously.
"Yes mum, I'm sure. No one could look that beautiful other than the real Hermione. Also no one else knew how she got here" Charlie answered. Mrs Weasley nodded and embraced her.

The next day was Tonks and Remus's wedding, hardly anyone was going. Tonks had invited her parents and Charlie, who was bringing Hermione. Remus said the only people he wanted there couldn't come so it was only them.

"I'm nervous" Tonks told Hermione as she finished doing her hair.
"You're going to be fine, I promise. You're marrying the love of your life" she smiled.
"You're right but, it all feels so rushed. I mean a few months ago he was saying we couldn't be together and now we're marrying each other"
"Exactly, Love is a crazy thing. It always works out in the end"
"You're right, as usual. We should probably head down. I don't know why we didn't invite the Weasleys. Probably to suspicious if too many people were here"
"Probably and thanks and yes"

Tonks was wearing a short white dress, it had a long train though. Charlie was standing next to Remus. Both in suits. Ted was walking his daughter down the isle whilst Hermione followed, in a blue dress. She carried the train. Andromeda was the only one sitting.

"Do you Remus Lupin take Nymphadora Tonks to be your mate for life?"
"I do" Remus smiled down at the pink haired witch standing in front of him.
"And do you-"
"Yes!" Tonks shouted and pushed her lips against his, her arms hooked around his neck.
"I now pronounce you bonded for life"

"They're too cute" Charlie smiled and Hermione as they arrived back at the burrow.
"They really are" she smiled back and leaned into his chest.
After they'd proved themselves to be really them they both went upstairs. Hermione wanted to stay with Charlie that night. She snuggled into his warm chest. His arm held her close to him. She loved him. And her loved her.

A few days later they were all going to get Harry. They all rode on brooms to his aunt and uncles house. Hermione and Charlie rode together.

"Harry!" Hermione shouted as he opened the door, smiling he hugged her back. But her let her go when he saw the look of jealously become evident on Charlie's face. The whole group walked into the living room, Bill had his arm around Fleur, Remus around Tonks and Charlie around Hermione.
"Oh Harry guess what!" Tonks smiled excitedly, he looked at her confused but smiled when he saw the wedding ring sitting on her finger.
"You two go married!"
"Yes, awh I wish you could've been there but it was small. Only my parents Charlie and his date, which was Hermione" she told him.
"We can catch up later" Madeye said and started explaining the plan.

As Hermione took the polyjuice potion she felt her height grow slightly.

"I still love you whatever you look like" Charlie smiled and kissed the top of her head. Even though she looked like a mirror image of Harry right at that point. She smiled back at him. As everyone set off into the night they all went their separate ways. Charlie and Hermione were the only ones going straight to the burrow.

"Stupefy!" Hermione yelled as a death eater flew towards her, they froze in mid air and fell to the ground. Both her and Charlie fought them off until she felt some spell hit her in the back, she reverted back to her original looks.
"Oh no" the death eaters were no longer looking to stun them, they were looking to kill. Hermione avoided five killing curses, just then they saw Voldemort flying past them. He threw another ten killing curses at them which they avoided before moving on. One of them brushed past the brunettes ear. A millimetre closer and she'd be dead. But some Death Eaters stayed on their tail. Hermione was Harry's best friend, they'd try and kill her to hurt him.
"Hold on tight!" Charlie said, Hermione wrapped one arm tight around his waist, leaving the other free to fight anyone off. As a spell hit Hermione in the face she felt her nose break slightly. Wincing lightly she kept fighting them off, another spell skimmed cheek her and blood spilled out of her mouth. They'd managed to shake most of them but there were still three on them.
"I'm going to have to go off course!" Charlie told her before diving down and making a sharp right. The girl held back a scream as her stomach lurched forward.
They chased them for miles, Hermione had a feeling that she was about to die. Her life flashed in front of her eyes multiple times. Charlie must've been able to sense her fear as he kept telling her that he loved her and not to worry.
"Char, if we don't make it. I love you" Hermione said clinging onto his waist with one arm and throwing spells at the Death Eaters trying to kill her.
"Don't think like that love, I love you too" He responded and blocked a curse heading for him.
"Char, the thing is I think they're trying to kill me"
"I'm never going to let anyone hurt you. I love you so much" she smiled and leaned her head into his back.
"I love you. What the hell is that!" She screamed as they saw a huge mass of floating fire in front of them.
"Oh shit!" He shouted and swooped to avoid it.

Eventually they'd lost them and they flew to the burrow. When they got there they realised how late they were, no one was outside anymore.
"Mione are you okay?" Charlie asked noticing her nose a bit off centre.
"Oh yeah, episkey" she stated and it fixed. He hugged her tight as they got off the broom. Her arms wrapped around him.
"You've got blood on your face" he pointed out, she looked up at him.
"So have you, worse than me" she smiled up at him. Just then everyone ran out, Remus, Tonks and Bill had their wands up at them.
"What hairstyle did Hermione give me at my wedding?" Tonks asked.
"This french braid half up half down thing" Hermione answered, "and that is Charlie" she responded. Harry ran to hug her as did Ron and Ginny.
"Mione, we thought the worst" Ginny said, they all nodded. Mrs Weasley hugged her too. Everyone had tears in their eyes. All the Weasleys were hugging them both.
After explaining what happened to Madeye and Mundungus everyone sat down.

"What happened to you two?" Mr Weasley asked as they all sat in the living room. Hermione had washed off all the blood that had been on their faces.
"Death Eaters stayed on our tail the whole time, I think they wanted to get Mione. She's one of Harry's best friends after all" Charlie answered pulling Hermione in closer to him, the two were curled up on the sofa.
"Hermione I'm sorry" Harry started.
"Oh Harry, it isn't your fault" Hermione smiled at him, Charlie rubbed her arm.
That night Charlie held Hermione close to him, he didn't want to let her go do chores the next morning. And Mrs Weasley seemed determined to keep Harry, Ron and Hermione apart. She'd set Harry and Ron off doing chores whilst Hermione was told to relax with Charlie for the day.

Over the next few days Hermione started helping around the house much to Mrs Weasleys objections.

Every so often Harry, Ron and Hermione were able to plot their plans for Horcrux Hunting. Before they knew it it was Harry's birthday.

As they all sat down to dinner the Minister for Magic suddenly arrived. Tonks and Remus abruptly apparated away. He asked to speak to Harry, Ron and Hermione.    

After their meeting with the minister they'd all been left stuff from Dumbledore but Hermione was sure it had some sort of hidden meaning. She also thought he hated her as she kept showing how he'd almost broken the law. Charlie looked at the book Hermione had been left. He said it definitely had some form of secret in it.

The next day Hermione and Ginny smiled as they did each other's hair and makeup, after they'd finished they went to see Fleur. Her sister was sitting with her.
"Ello Mione, Ginny" she smiled, her sister smiled too. After a few minutes Hermione walked off to the tent outside. Harry was disguised as a Weasley, Hermione walked over to Charlie and kissed his cheek. He smiled and put his arm around her.
"You alright princess?" He asked, she blushed and nodded.

"Is Fleur alright?" Bill asked.
"Yeah, she's just going over some stuff with Gabbie and Ginny" She told him. He nodded, he seemed really nervous though.
"Imma go sit down, love you" she smiled and pecked Charlie's lips before sitting down at a table with Harry (in disguise), Ron, Krum and Percy.

After they'd been married Hermione was happily dancing with Charlie. They loved each other.

But the happiness was cut short when they received a Patronus.

'The ministry has fallen. The minister is dead. They're coming'

Hermione kissed Charlie's lips.
"I love you" she told him before running to Harry and Ron and they apparated away.
