Anika was pacing around her room as she was fuming in anger.

One maid brought food for her but she threw the plate on the floor.

A- I SAID LEAVE ME ALONE. I DONT WANT TO EAT.

Anika pushed the maid out of the room and sat on the bed while clutching her head.

Soon she heard footsteps and picked up a vase and threw it in the person's direction. The vase broke beside Tej's feet and he glared at her.

T- Have you gone mad, Anika? What's wrong with you?

A- I'm fine, dad. Just don't nag me, okay?

Tej caressed her head and hugged her.

T- Whats wrong my baccha? Tell dad and he'll get you anything you want.

Tej said and Anika looked at him with hopeful teary eyes.

A- Really dad?

T- Yes. Now tell me what do you want?

Anika wiped her tears with the back of her hands and looked at Tej with a wide smile.

A- Dad, I want Shivaay. I want him, dad. How can he get married to another girl when i want him? He's mine, right. Will you bring him for me?

Anika looked at Tej hopefully and Tej stood up from the bed in shock.

T- what? Have you gone mad, anika? How can I bring a person for you as you like? He's getting married and for god's sake, he's a person, not a thing or animal that I'll bring it for you. And he's a bloody driver, how can you want him?

Tej said angrily and Anika glared at him.

A- I DONT CARE AND I SAID I WANT HIM.

Anika shouted and broke the glass of water in her hand and it started bleeding.

Tej huffed in anger.

T- You might be my daughter but I'll not fulfil your every wish. You know what, you're locked in here till you forget that damn driver.

Tej said and locked the door from outside. Anika ran towards the door and banged the door but Tej instructed everyone not to unlock the door.

Tej came downstairs and saw Tia looking at him worriedly.

Ti- How is she?

T- She's going crazy for that driver. I think you're right. We should take her to the psychiatrist.

Tej said and Tia got worried for Anika.

Anika banged the door for a while but later she fell asleep on the floor.

Next morning, she woke with a determination to make Shivaay hers.

She went and freshen up and then ran towards her closet. She took out a trunk from her cupboard and kept it on the bed. It was her mom's trunk which she gave Anika when she died.

She opens the trunk and a beautiful maroon bridal lehenga came into view. It was her mom's wedding dress and few jewellery and she wanted anika to wear it on her wedding.

Anika hugged the bridal dress with teary eyes.

A- Mom, your daughter is getting married and she'll get what she wants. Bless me, mom.

She wiped her tears and stuffed the lehenga and jewellery in a duffle bag. She wore a hoodie and sweatpants and took the duffle bag. She opened her window and looked out and examined the height from the first floor and any way to get to the ground floor. She saw a water pipe and smiled victoriously. She stepped out of the window and clutched the pipe tightly and stepped on pipe holder. Step by step, she descended the pipe and jumped on the garden floor and sighed happily.

She looked around but there were no guards on the main gate so she ran towards the door and took a cab to Shivaay's house.

After reaching Shivaay's house, she covered her face with a mask and headed inside. Many guests were laughing and eating snacks while children were running here and there. The house was decorated beautifully and a mandap was setup.

She saw Shivaay sitting there and looked at him with a smile.

A-Soon you'll be mine.

She rushed towards the bride's room and saw a girl in her late 20s dressed up in a bridal red lehenga.

The girl, Shalini looked at her with a smile.

Sh- Do I know you?

Anika gave a sinister smile to her and stepped closer to her.

A- No but you must know that I'm to be Mrs.Anika Shivaay Singh Oberoi.

Anika said with a smirk and Shalini stood up hurriedly in shock.

Sh- What?

A- Yes. Your time's up.

Anika took a metal vase from the table and hit Shalini on her head and Shalini fell on the floor unconscious.

Anika dragged Shalini and put her beside the bed.

She looked in the mirror and started getting ready.

She dressed up in her bridal lehenga and did some light make up and wore her Jewellery.

A- I'm coming to make you mine, Shivaay.

She smiled at herself while looking at the mirror. Suddenly she heard a knock on the door and immediately covered her face with a velvet veil.

She unlocked the door and looked at the woman in her 40s. She must be Shivaay's kaki, Vrinda.

B- Shalini beta, you're ready. Come let's go. Panditji is calling you.

Anika nodded her head and walked along with Vrinda.

V- you're my niece that's why I'm supporting you in this sham. Shivaay should never know that you're not pregnant with his baby. Do anything to hide this fact from him or we'll be in trouble. Got that. Shivaay is well educated and soon he'll get a job in some big company and your life will be set. My husband and I planned this for a while and Shivaay is so grateful to us that he'll never deny anything which we say. Bhaiya bhabhi's property will be ours too. So be careful.

Vrinda whispered to Anika, thinking her to be Shalini. Anika was shocked after the revelation. They all were scamming Shivaay and he wasn't aware of this. She thought that she'll have to tell the truth to Shivaay but before that she have to get married to him at any cost.

Vrinda made her sit at the mandap beside Shivaay. Anika smiled in relief when the wedding started.

They exchanged garlands and stood up for pheras. After pheras, Shivaay made her wear the nuptial chain and filled her hairline with vermillion without removing the veil. As Shivaay was filling her hairline, happy tears escaped from her eyes.

P- the wedding is completed and now you're husband and wife.

The pandit blessed them and Shivika stood up. As soon as they were heading towards Shivaay's kaka-kaki for blessings, Anika's foot slipped when Shivaay caught her and realised that the bride was none other than Anika. He was shocked but He adjusted her veil and took blessings from kaka-kaki. After taking blessings he pulled Anika to an empty room and removed her veil with a jerk and anika looked at him in shock.

S- WHAT THE HELL YOU'RE DOING HERE AND WHY THE FUCK DID YOU MARRY ME? WHERE'S SHALINI? WHAT DID YOU DO TO HER?

Shivaay shouted at her and Anika tried to cup his face but he pushed her back.

A- Why were you marrying that cheat when you didn't even love her? She was betraying you? She is pregnant and was trying to blame the kid on you and your Kaka-kaki are involved too. They wanted your parents' property.

Anika said and Shivaay was fuming in anger and clutched her hand tightly but it started bleeding because of the cut from the glass. Shivaay held her hand in his with concern.

S- what the hell did you do to your hand?

A- When dad said that you can't be mine, I got angry and broke the glass.

Anika said and Shivaay glared at her.

S- Well, your dad is right. We are of no match. You're owner of millions and I'm just an ordinary driver.

Shivaay said and Anika cupped his cheek.

A- Because I want you.

Shivaay just sighed and cleaned her wound.

A- Why are you so calm? I got married to you by deceit and I even told you that your ex- bride is pregnant with someone else's baby and your Kaka-kaki are betraying you. Do you not believe me?

Anika asked him worriedly and Shivaay sighed.

S- I believe you because I knew everything even before the wedding.

Shivaay confessed and Anika looked at him in shock.

A- WHAT? Then why did you agree for this marriage?

Anika asked in shock and Shivaay just smiled.

S- My Kaka-kaki may not be the best people but still they brought me up. I'm grateful for what they did and I couldn't deny them.

Shivaay said and Anika scoffed.

A- That was so foolish of you. If someone's doing bad with you, you can't just ignore it  just because you're grateful to them.

Anika said and Shivaay sighed.

A- It was me who saved your life otherwise you would be raising someone else's kid and wasting your parents' hard earned money on some greedy people.

Anika said and Shivaay glared at her.

S- That doesn't mean that you're right. You also betrayed me by marrying me deceitfully.

A- But..

Anika pouted and Shivaay glared at her and signed her to shut up.

S- Now cover your face and we're going to my home.

A- You mean you don't live here.

S- Of course not. I moved out when I was 18.

Shivaay said and Anika nodded her head and looked at him with admiration.

They soon left kaka's house and went to Shivaay's house.

Shivaay unlocked the door and Anika was about to step inside the apartment but Shivaay stopped her.

S- Stay here.

He went inside and brought a steel glass filled with rice.

S- You married me by deceit but still you're my wife so all the rituals should be followed. Now push this glass with your right foot and enter the house.

Anika Smiled and did the same. She entered the house and looked around.

She scrunched her nose and Shivaay rolled his eyes.

A- It's a little small.

S- Of course, it is. You should've thought that before marrying your driver. If you want to live with me, you have to live like this only.

Shivaay said and Anika Smiled sheepishly.

They went to the bedroom and Shivaay handed over his t-shirt and pants to her and left the room.

Anika changed herself and Shivaay changed too.

S- Did you inform your dad?

Shivaay asked and Anika shook her head in negative.

Anika was about to call Tej when her phone rang with Tia's number and she immediately answered it.

A- Di.

Ti- Where the hell are you, Anika?

A- I married Shivaay, di.

Anika said and Tia sighed in disbelief.

Ti- Damn it, Anika. How can you be so childish? You know dad is so angry with you. He had some idea what you're going to do when he saw mom's trunk on your bed. Oh my god, Anika! Where are you now?

A- I'm at Shivaay's house and I plan on living here.

Anika said with determination.

Ti- Okay. I'll send your stuff there through some servants.

Tia said and Anika agreed.

S- What happened?

A- practically, my dad disowned me but I don't regret anything because I have what I wanted.

Anika said with a wide smile and Shivaay sat beside her with stern face.

S- Why do you want me?

A- because you're so good and caring. I wanted you since the moment I saw you.

Anika said while clutching his hand and Shivaay turned to look at her.

S- That's the point, Anika. You want me but you don't love me. There's a very thin line between want and love and I can't accept this marriage till you cross that line.

Shivaay explained her and Anika's eyes got filled with tears.

A- you don't understand, Shivaay. I'm addicted to you. I can't breath when you're not with me. I can't tolerate when I see you with someone else.

Anika said while cupping his face and trying to explain herself desperately.

S- Where's Pascal, anika?

Shivaay's sudden question threw her off-guard.

Pascal, her cat whom she couldn't leave even for a moment before meeting Shivaay but after meeting Shivaay, She barely cared about pascal. She looked at Shivaay in horror.

A- I...I...

S- That's what I'm trying to tell you. Pascal was your obssesion before and now I'm your obsession. This is not your love, Anika. It's your obssession.

Shivaay said and Anika started crying.

A- I'm not mad, Shivaay.

Shivaay cupped her face.

S- you're not mad,Anika. You just need some guidance. I'm not going to leave you ever but I've a condition.

Shivaay said and Anika looked at him with desperation.

A- I'll do anything you want. Just please don't leave me.

Anika said and Shivaay hugged Her.

S- I know a psychologist, Dr. Malti Khurana. She was my mom's friend and she'll be able to help you. Please talk to her, anika.

Shivaay said and Anika nodded her head.

A- I will.

Anika said and hugged Shivaay tightly.

They sat like that for a while when Shivaay realised that Anika already slept. He made her lie down on the bed and covered her with a blanket.

He pecked her forehead.

S- I don't know about you but I Love you and whatever you're going through, we'll win over it together. I promise.

Shivaay said and left to sleep on the couch.

It was next morning when Shivika went to meet Dr.Malti Khurana.

M- Hello Shivaay and Anika. (To Anika) Shivaay told me about your condition and its nothing to worry about. We'll just talk on light issues for the beginning. (To Shivaay) Shivaay, if you don't mind, can you please leave us alone?

Shivaay was about to get up from the couch when Anika held his hand.

A- No please. I want Shivaay to stay with me throughout this session.

Anika said and Dr. Malti nodded her head with a smile.

M- Okay. So let's start with your family, Anika. Tell me about them.

A- Well, I've my dad and di.

M- Okay tell me what type of bond do you share?

A- Uh.. dad usually stays in different countries most of the time because of his business and he compensates it with expensive gifts to make me happy so I can't say that I'm very close to him.

Anika said and Dr. Malti nodded her head while Shivaay held her hand to boost her confidence and Anika Smiled at him.

M- What about your sister?

A- Well, She's the responsible one. She understands me but doesn't have time to spend with me. When she turned 19, She took it on herself to make everyone happy but her responsibilities made us apart.

M- What about your mom?

Anika's eyes got filled with tears and Shivaay side hugged Her.

A- My mom? She... Uh .... Passed away when i was 12. She had chronic heart disease. Dad was never around to take care of her and We were too young to know anything. I miss her every moment of my life.

Anika said as tears escaped through her eyes.

M- Okay. Tell me about the first thing you loved with passion.

A- My mom's book. She was a writer and gave me her first book. I used to take it to sleep every night and I couldn't leave it until I met Shristi.

M- Who is Shristi?

A- She was my only friend in Highschool. I shared everything with her but soon she started avoiding me and talking to other students. I was very angry and told her but she started disconnecting herself from me and Dad changed my school after this incident.

M- Were you sad about it?

A- Of course but it lessened when Dad gifted me Pascal,my cat. He was everything to me.

Anika said with a smile.

M- Do you have pascal with you now?

A- No. After meeting Shivaay, I totally forgot about him. I don't know why.

Anika sounded a little troubled.

M- Okay. That was a good session. Now time for little homework. I want you to maintain two diaries- one diary for everything you do in your day What you like about it and one diary for writing all the things you love or atleast like and how will you feel if it gets away from you and add your past too that how you felt in the past when that happened.

Malti said and Anika looked anxious about the second diary.

A- I don't want to maintain the second diary.

M- Just trust me, Anika. If you feel overwhelmed, you always have Shivaay by your side, share it with him.

Malti said calmly and Anika nodded her head.

6 MONTHS LATER:

Anika followed Everything malti said and their therapy sessions were good. Anika's condition improved greatly.

Shivaay started working in a multinational company with a good salary. Anika brought Pascal to their home and she started looking at Pascal as her friend and companion not as her obssession.

Currently, shivika were at the shopping mall when Shivaay's colleague Nidhi bumped into them.

Anika Smiled at them as Shivaay was instructing some work thing to Nidhi. She didn't feel extra possessive for Shivaay now. All she felt for him was love.

Shivaay returned and looked at her face keenly.

A- Why are you looking at me like that?

S- Did you feel anything when I was talking to Nidhi?

Shivaay asked her and Anika chuckled.

A- Yes.

Anika answered and Shivaay looked at her with alertness.

S- What?

A- all I felt was love for you. I love you Shivaay.

Shivaay hugged her with misty eyes.

S- I love you too.

Next morning, Anika was lying in Shivaay's arms and was looking at him with a smile.

Shivaay woke up and pecked her lips.

A- I'm pregnant.

Anika said and Shivaay looked at her with wide eyes.

S- Really?

A- Yes. I couldn't wait to tell you but you slept yesterday before I could tell you anything.

Anika hit him on his chest and Shivaay chuckled.

S- What can I say? You tired me out.

Shivaay said and Anika blushed.

A- Thank you for coming in my life. I'm really grateful for the moment I got addicted to you.

S- Well, now even I'm Addicted to you, Mrs. Oberoi.
