Day 2:
Percy's POV :
Today I was trying out for captain and Annabeth was going to be there to watch.

I got ready and Paul drove me to school. Today I was wearing a pair of denim jeans and a plain short sleeve turquoise shirt with my white Converses and camp necklace. I also packed in my swim shorts for practice.

Annabeth POV :
Today I was going to go watch Percy try out for captain for swimming.
I told him he was cheating because of all the powers and stuff but he just said "Why give perfectly good powers to waste."
Besides that I was really excited.

I got ready and my stepmom took me to school. I was wearing gray jeans and a pure tank top with my gray Nikes and the pendant Percy gave me. My hair was tied back and I let some strands slip out and hang on the side of my face.

James POV :
Today is try outs for captain for the swimming team. Last night while I  was complaining to myself about how Percy beat me at the Greek test, I came up with this idea to prove I was worthy by becoming captain of the swimming team.

Luckily,I am excellent at swimming and Percy Jackson can't be great everything, can he?

So at the end of the day before try outs I talk to him about the competition.

I got ready for school and said goodbyes and left.
