Max P.O.V 

I went to a party to let out some steam, so I went out with Melissa, Hope, Michael, Ryan. We were having the best time of our lives as April was calling and texting me throughout the whole night. I put my phone on do not disturb because she was annoying me as hell, and I needed some space from her. One moment she and I are sharing a spontaneous intense kiss till she ruins it with some ultimatums. Michael was nagging Hope the whole night as I was trying to get away from Melissa, but I cannot seem to. 

Melissa and I end up talking about what happen between us where it led us to kiss and I needed something else to blow off, so Melissa and I went upstairs taking one another clothes and ended up fucking each other. Next morning, I woke up seeing myself in bed with Melissa next to me, I quickly left the bed putting on my clothes to avoid Melissa because I know she will not let this go. I couldn't let her know we slept together because she will ruin my deal with April, and she is on thin ice with me. Although I don't care about April's thoughts of me being with Melissa, but I need to fulfill the deal because there is something I need to be done. I went home taking a shower and relaxing for Sunday because I need to think about what happen at the party and what led me to the bedroom with Melissa. 

I needed to get some homework done for class, so I was sitting at my desk looking at my assignment. I was so confused on what I needed to do for this assignment, so I facetime April. Although I should be avoiding her after what happen with Melissa last night, but I needed her, so I don't need to tell her about Melissa and the party. She asked me about my day, and I told her I had an eventful night till this morning. She told me she knows because it was all over my friends Instagram story. 

Fuck.

''Really?'' I pretend to not know what was going on. 

''You don't need to pretend with me Max, I know you are young and need to live your life.'' She says, I didn't understand April because she seems like the serious girl. I wonder why she never been in a relationship unless she likes someone currently. I didn't want to pry, but I wanted to know why she is single. I asked her why she is single, and she didn't know what to say because no one asked her this question. In this moment I wanted to know more about her because I never took the time to get to know her once we agree to the deal, I made with her. April and I had a long talk on the phone until she was getting sleepy, so I watch her falling asleep on the phone. I never realize earlier until I saw her falling asleep during our phone call and how she is so beautiful. I said goodnight as I watched her so peacefully and something inside of me was glowing. 

Then Melissa ruin it once she texts me to call her about last night. I didn't want to text her because I was so intrigued on watching April sleep. I fell asleep as well and forgot about the assignment because I wanted to stay in this moment with no interruptions. Next morning, I woke up seeing April still sleeping, so I didn't wake her up until I overheard a woman voice. 

''Wake up, April.'' She was hitting the bed.

''Stop Mom.'' 

''I need your help.'' She kept on hitting the bed and I was watching everything through the phone until her mother saw me on the phone. 

''So, I see you are on the phone with your boyfriend.'' She smiled. April woke up from her sleep seeing that I was on the call, and she realize the phone call continue from last night. 

''Morning Max.'' She says. I say morning to her because I was happy to see her face before anyone else until I saw Melissa barged into my room. 

''WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT HAPPENED TWO NIGHTS AGO.'' 

''What happen two nights ago?'' April asked. I told April I will talk to her later, but Melissa told her I fucked her, and April hanged up the call. 

''YOU GOT SOME FUCKING NERVE!'' I was angry with her and how she fucking barged into my room without knocking. 

''Oooo, look at you getting mad at me.'' Melissa laughs. 

''GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY ROOM!'' I was this close to losing my temper if she didn't leave my room, so I waited for her to get out but she sat down on my chair waiting for me to calm down so she can speak to me. 

''I TOLD YOU TO GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY ROOM!'' 

''FINE!'' she walked out of my room. I slam the door because I needed to call April to explain. I called her over and over again, but she doesn't answer me. I started to send her some texts to check up on her and she left me on read. I went downstairs seeing Melissa relaxing and eating an apple. 

''GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HOUSE!'' I said.
