"Zzzz" " Zzzzzz" my phone beeped, I saw the number and my eyes filled with tears of relief. It was her number. After four days! I knew something had gone wrong. I just didn't know what. I needed to tell her how I fought my parents and told them not to approach me with the topic of marriage. I needed to tell her how much she meant to me and just how much my heart bled for her those four days. I needed to tell her she had been on my mind throughout.

-" Hello?" Her voice shook as if she was scared.

-" Yeah "

-" Baby, they took away my phone "

- " They did?"

- " Yeah. But I stole it from my mum's bag, she's in the house now! She'll go out in a minute. I'll call you from my Grandfather's and explain everything " she said before hanging up.

Then dead silence. I pondered for a moment and then set out to take my break.
" where are you? Call" I texted her on her cell.

I waited.

A call came a minute later, " Hi" her voice.

-" Babe, what happened?" I asked her.

She mumbled something about school, authorities, parents taking her phone away and finding out everything and she seemed scared. Then she said those three sweet words that made me forget the world, " I love you, please don't leave me" My heart melted
" I wasn't ever planning to" She didn't have to know what I was going through to keep her to myself. That pain had to be mine alone she had enough on her plate.
It heard her sobbing from the other side, " It's fine baby, you do love me right? "

-" Yes, they said so many mean things about you! "

I didn't want to know, so I didn't ask.

-" Love you're still going to talk to me right"

-" They said, that if I did they're going to make sure you never talked.to me.. Will you ever wish that" She sobbed.

-" No, you are mine. You're burdens are mine love "

I could feel her smile from the other end.

-" Hey there! Breaks over.." My manager called. Ugghh..

"- Babe" I said

-" It's okay, I heard "

-" So talk later?"

-" Whenever I manage "

A huge grin on my face I went back to the computer.

-"Haha, someone suddenly looks happy" my colleague commented.

I flashed a smile in her direction.
