Travis and Lexi woke up in New York for Monday night RAW, since it was a week until Christmas they had to double shoot.

He got up as Lexi was still sleeping from tour, he let her sleep while he took a shower.

He got out and dressed as he saw Lexi get up with major bedhead and looked exhausted.

Travis: You look like hell.

Alexa: I feel like shit Travis.

Travis: What's wrong?

Alexa: I think I have the flu.

Travis: Alright let me call Kurt and tell him.

He walked out of the room as she slowly walked to the bathroom and threw up, Travis didn't hear her as he was on the phone.

She then took a shower when Travis knocked and came in.

Travis: Kurt said to stay and rest, plus they didn't have anything planned for you tonight. They want to push more of the Christmas spirit with all the face superstars.

Alexa: Are you staying too?

Travis: He said I have a promo to do. Then I'll be right back here.

Alexa: But I want you to stay here.

Travis: I'll be back, plus I'll bring you some stuff.

Alexa: Fine.

He tucked her back into bed and kissed her forehead as she smiled and went back to sleep.

He grabbed his bags and walked to the rental car, he packed up and headed to the arena.

RAW*

Travis was texting Lexi all night as she was feeling awful, she said she'd watch his promo and wants him back to the room as soon as he's over.

He walked to gorilla with the Intercontinental Championship and saw Kurt standing there.

Kurt shook his hand as his music hit, Travis sat and waited for his cue.

5 minutes later*

He was given his shot and heard his music, he walked out to boos. He made the crowd hate him more and more as he called people out.

He stood with Kurt in the ring as Kurt looked upset.

Kurt: Travis, after looking back at the footage from your last title defense you cheated.

Travis: Cheated? How?

Kurt: Seth never hit you with the chair.

Travis: So? I still won the match.

Kurt: Well in the next coming weeks you're putting the intercontinental championship in the line.

Travis: Is that it?

Kurt: What?

Travis: I said is that it? I have much better things to do than sit here in New York.

He dropped the mic and walked off, he continued backstage until Kurt stopped him.

Kurt: Since you think you're hot stuff, then I'll have you meet your opponent right now.

Travis stood on the ramp as he saw Roman Reigns walk out to more boos, he smiled and walked up to Roman who didn't move.

He was just trash talking Roman while holding the title high, Roman continued to the ring as Trav walked backstage.

After getting dressed and packed up, he drove to the nearest pharmacy and picked up some snacks and Tylenol for Lexi.

He got a can of chicken noodle soup and some juice for her.

Back in the room*

Travis walked back inside and saw Lexi run into the bathroom, he followed and held her hair as she just got it extended.

She couldn't stop throwing up and started to cry, he knew he wouldn't do much but be there for her.

Alexa: Travis it hurts!!

Travis: I know, but you just have to let it out.

She finally stopped, cleaned up and saw all the stuff he brought her. She was happy to see the medicine and soup, he made her the soup as she sat back in bed.

As she was eating, he went and showered.

After he got out she was done and out cold, he knew she was feeling terrible and didn't want to wake her so he went to the couch and fell asleep.

Couple days later*

Lexi was feeling a little bit better, just in time for them to head to Iowa for Christmas. Travis made sure everything was packed they need, he carried all there luggage to the car as Lexi said goodbye to each one of the animals.

They both arrived at the airport to meet her parents who were excited for this weekend. All then boarded the flight to his hometown.

Landed in Iowa*

Everyone grabbed there bags and got into a rental SUV. Before Travis headed home, he drove downtown Des Moines to show them around. As usual, during Christmas time they get a ton of snow so all were just amazed on the amount they got.

Angela: We see alot of snow in Ohio but wow this is alot.

Alexa: Crazy to see the city still functioning.

He drove them around for almost an hour until they pulled into his parents house.

Travis and Bob grabbed all the bags as his parents welcomed them all with open arms, both carried the bags to the spare bedroom for her parents and his and Lexi's bags into his old room.

He then walked downstairs to see them all engaging in laughter and talking. He sat next to Lexi and listened in.

Amanda: So Travis, did you tell them about the time you and your cousins got caught trying to steal grandpa's beer?

Travis: Nope, and now it's out there.

All were laughing at all the stories they told each other.

Later that night*

Bob walked into the room where Travis was and sat next to him.

Bob: We love your family.

Travis: Well you're still missing one person, my sister Rachel. She should be here soon.

As he said that, Rachel walked in with her baby. This would be the first time he would be meeting her new baby.

Both got up and saw everyone walk to the door and greet Rachel.

Travis: Oh is this?

Rachel: Trav, Lexi.. meet Thomas.

He picked up his nephew and smiled, Lexi held his arm and looked at him.

Her mom pulled her back a bit to talk to him.

Angela: Thomas is a cutie isn't he?

Alexa: I mean look at Trav, he looks good holding children.

Angela: I can't wait to see him hold your children.

Lexi just smiled as Travis brought over the baby and gave her him.

He smiled and fell in love seeing his girlfriend hold his nephew.

After dinner*

Travis noticed that the weather was starting to pick up as the snow had thickened up but slowed down. He grabbed Lexi and they both bundled up as she had no idea what was happening.

Rachel noticed them both go outside and she knew what his plans were so she out Thomas down for bed and grabbed both of there parents and they all watched from the window.

He walked her to the middle of the snow storm as it slowed down. She looked at him and smiled.

Alexa: It's so still, like it's fake and slowed down.

He smiled and held her. The sun was setting and light the night sky with a pink and orange glow through the storm clouds.

Alexa: It's so beautiful.

Travis: Just like you.

She smiled and kissed him, she pulled out her phone and took a selfie with both of them in the storm with the sky in the backround.

He then grabbed her hands and looked at her.

Travis: Lexi, I've been waiting to do this for some time now and I thought after seeing what all has happend today I thought today was the day. Now after I saw you holding Thomas I thought to myself that I can't wait to see you hold our child one day babe.

At this point Lexi had a hint on what was going on and teared up.

Travis: After the day I asked you out, I knew you were the one. I love you Lexi, and now I want you forever.

He got on one knee and she held her mouth. He pulled the ring out of his pocket and popped it open.

Travis: Alexis Kaufman, will you make me the happiest man and marry me?

She started to cry and shook her head as he smiled hard, he slipped the big diamond ring onto her finger. He picked her up and spun her around in excitement, she kept kissing him over and over as they spun around. He then lost his footing and both fell into the fresh snow just laughing, she kissed him hard and long.

Alexa: I love you so much.

Travis: I love you more.

He picked her up and went back inside to everyone cheering them and both moms were crying. Everyone got there hugs in.

Midnight*

The snow had stopped at 10 inches dropped and Travis saw Lexi looking out the sliding glass window in his old room. He walked up behind her and held her as she just looked at the skyline.

Travis: This is the best day ever.

Alexa: Oh we still have tomorrow.

Travis: Oh yeah?

Alexa: Common let's go to bed, you'll see in the morning.

Both stripped down and laid in his bed cuddling. He held her tight as she snuggled to him.

Alexa: That was so romantic Trav.

Travis: I had this planned out since our first date.

She smiled and kissed him until they both fell asleep.
