Lexi woke up with something under her, she looked down and saw it was Travis's chest. She smiled and wanted to surprise him so she got up and showerd real quick, she put on her joggers and his wwe shirt and went to the kitchen. She started off by cooking him eggs and pancakes, she made alot of them and packed them on a plate. She took a picture of it and posted it on Instagram.

She smiled at the comments and heard noise coming from the bedroom, she peeked her head in the hallway and saw him slowly waking up. She smiled and sprinted to their room, bashing the door open and leaped onto him making him jump and catch her.

Travis: Well Goodmorning my goddess.

Alexa: Happy birthday my king.

Travis: Thanks babe.

She kissed him over and over until he got up and she jumped on his back.

Travis: No where we going?

Alexa: Kitchen..

He carried her out there and saw the amount of food left out. He sat and she sat next to him and watched him eat.

Travis: Now this is the biggest breakfest I've ever seen in a while.

Alexa: So you like it?

Travis: We'll since you cooked? Hell yeah.

Alexa: Good. She giggled

He got up and grabbed another fork and handed it to her.

Travis: I'm going to need some help with this.

She smiled and they fed each other as they watched the animals play. Lexi pulled out an envelope and handed it to him.

Alexa: Happy birthday!!

Travis: Lexi you didn't have to get me anything.

Alexa: It's a way of showing how much I love you.

He opened it and saw airplane tickets back home, he pulled out two more tickets and saw Knoxville Nationals tickets. His face lit up as he looked at her, she smiled back as she knew he loved it.

Travis: Babe!! I can't wait!!

Alexa: You like it?

Travis: I love it!!

He hugged and kissed her as she smiled and did the same.

Travis: And I love you.

She smiled and he kissed her and went to take a shower. He went and packed everything for both of them and waited for him to come out so she waited in the living room.

He came out drying off and saw the bags on the bed and already packed, he looked confused and walked into the living room where Lexi looked shocked.

Alexa: So are just going to start walking around naked in this household?

Travis: Well I went to go change and why are the bags packed?

She held the envelope up and said

Alexa: We leave in an hour.

Travis: Oh shit.

He ran back in and changed, she giggled as she watched him hurry as he packed the bags in her car. He dragged her out and put her in the car.

Alexa: Haha slow down babe.

Travis: I'm just excited.

She giggled and he drove them to the airport.

After going through security and sending the bags away they were 20 minutes early and waited at the gate.

Alexa: I wish you were this fast when we leave for shows.

Travis: I'm just excited about this weekend, thank you.

Alexa: I can't wait to see what you did before wrestling.

Travis: It's a hell of a time.

He held her hand as they waited.

10 minutes later they were boarding the bird and she pulled off one of his favorite movies; "Captain America, Civil War".

She rested her head and instantly fell asleep, he kissed her head and smiled as the movie started.

Four hours later both landed in DSM International Airport and headed for a car, Lexi still looked tired so he drove to the hotel. He booked a hotel so they could suprise his parents so he parked at the hotel and unpacked the car, he then walked up to the passenger side and tried to wake Lexi up.

Travis: Babe?

Lexi moaned and groaned until she slowly woke up and saw they were at the hotel.

Alexa: Are we here?

Travis: Yeah common.

Alexa: Aww I don't want to move.

Travis: Fine...

He picked her up and carried her to their room, she fell asleep in his arms and he kissed her to wake her up.

Travis: Were here, take a nap and I'll unpack us.

She smiled and walked to the bed and fell asleep while he unpacked all there stuff since they were in Iowa for almost a week. He called up one of his good race pals Parker.

Parker: Hello?

Travis: Hey what's up man?

Parker: Travis! It's been a while.

Travis: Oh yeah it has.

Parker: Well how have you been?

Travis: Wrestle here and there. How have you been?

Parker: Well I race a couple races here and there haha.

They kept talking and catching up until he brings up something that interests Travis.

Parker: So I have a car for this weekend, you in?

Travis: Hell yeah.... wait I'm bringing my girlfriend and she's never seen the race before.

Parker: Well you could race sunday night if you want? Have you two watch the races Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

Travis: I'm in.

Parker: Perfect. See you this weekend.

He hung up and walked over to Lexi who was still sleeping, he laid next to her and fingered through her hair as she slept. He kissed her and she woke up and smiled at him, she slowly got up

Alexa: Well that's a great way to wake up.

Travis: Get used to it, won't be the last.

She kissed him, got up and took a shower as he was thinking to himself how he'd tell her that he was racing.

She walked out and got dressed as he wore an old racing shirt, he looked at her and saw she was wearing something nice.

Travis: Listen, you look gorgeous but the track flings mud and dirt everywhere.

Alexa: So I should change?

Travis: Here I got you a shirt.

He threw her a sprintcar race shirt and she put it on, he smiled as she looked at the mirror and saw they almost matched. She took a selfie of them both and headed out to the car to head to the racetrack.

After about an hour he parks outside of the racetrack and they head into the infield. He finally spots Parker's teams hauler and walks up to him

Travis: Hey Parker!! Can I have an autograph?

Parker: Hey Travis, how've you been?

Travis: Pretty busy.

Parker: And who's this?

Travis pulled Lexi in for a side hug and she kissed his cheek.

Travis: My everything, Lexi this is Parker.

Alexa: Nice to meet you.

Parker: And you too, so Travis are you excited for this weekend?

Travis: Yeah, I'm excited to show Lexi around what I did before wrestling.

Parker looked at Travis confused and he saw him nod to Lexi, he knew he didn't tell her that he was racing in a couple days and played it cool.

Travis and Lexi said there goodbyes for now and continued to walk around, she held his hand as the cars were running by them to go on track for practice. She looked fascinated as he knew almost everything on these Performance machines.

Sunday; Raceday*

Travis woke up to a phone call from Parker, he slowly answered it and talked softly.

Travis: Hello?

Parker: Today's the day brother.

Travis: I'm excited

Parker: When are you going to be here?

Travis: Probably in a couple hours, I'll stop by your RV and pick you up.

Parker: Sweet, now have you told your lady that you're doing this?

Travis looked at Lexi who was curled up all over him and smiled.

Travis: Nope not yet, hoping she doesn't worry.

Parker: Nah man, you'll be perfectly fine.

Travis: I know, we'll let me get ready and wake her up and I'll be down there soon.

Parker: Later man.

He hung up and rubbed his head on how he didn't know how to tell Lexi, he worried about the stories that he told her on how dangerous it is that she won't freak out.

He weezled out of bed and took a quick shower, he just sat and thought on how he'd tell her until she walked into the living room. He smiled and she sat on his lap and kissed him.

Alexa: Last day!!

Travis: Yes ma'am.

Alexa: I'll go get ready.

Travis: Hey check your suitcase, I found my old racing shirts and gave you one to wear today.

She smiled and went to shower as he sat and continued to think.

She came out all dressed up looking like a race car drivers wife and he smiled at her, she sat on his lap again and he kissed her.

Alexa: You look worried.

Travis: Sighed* I guess I'll tell you now.

She had a confused look on her face and held his hand.

Travis: Don't freak out but I'm taking over Parker's car tonight.

Alexa: You're racing tonight?

Travis: Yeah...

She looked worried a bit and he scratched her back to comfort her.

Travis: Is it a problem?

Alexa: I just don't want you to get hurt babe.

Travis: Don't worry I'll be fine.

She changed her expression and looked at him

Alexa: I'll get to watch you do one of your dreams again.

Travis: You're going to have so much fun. Plus it's the last race of the night so we can hang until then.

She smiled and hugged him, both headed to the racetrack until they met up with the team.

Later that night*

After the team meeting and dinner it was time to suit up. He watched Lexi put on his gloves and his helmet on as she sat in his racecar. He laughed and took a picture of her holding the wheel and smiling.

She sat in the car and just pointed to things and asked what they did. Travis had the time of his life explaining to her everything he knew. Everyone then stood by the car for the national anthem, Travis held Lexi tight as both hearts were covered.

After that the announcer called the drivers to their cars, he kissed Lexi before he climbed in. She watched him strap in and give her 🤙. She smiled and took photos of him as he was pushed onto the track, she climbed the semi trailer and watched from there. She was giving a scanner to listen to Travis and his Spotters chatter as the green flag dropped.

After the race*

Travis was giving his last race interview as Lexi jumped on his back and kissed him.

Alexa: Crazy finish!!

Travis: I'm happy for Brad, glad he finally won. Even though I got 5th, still felt good to race again.

Alexa: So are you ready to head back?

Travis: Yep, let's go.

He got on the teams golf cart and headed to the rental car, she got in the passenger seat as he walked to the driver and they headed to the hotel 30 miles away. They held hands until he pulled up to the hotel and he got out, both walked up to the elevator and he saw Lexi going through her photos.

He unlocked the door and went to change until she kissed him.

Alexa: Go get dressed and I'll he waiting here.

Travis went to the bathroom and she stripped down and pulled Netflix up and started up Wall•E. He walked back and laid down with her, she held him and kissed him.

Alexa: This weekend was so much fun.

Travis: Wouldn't have happened without you babe.

Alexa: You're the best. I love you.

Travis: I love you! Get some sleep, we have RAW tomorrow.

He kissed her and and pulled her in close as he felt her fall asleep, he smiled as his life was going in the right direction and fell asleep.
