Travis woke up after only four hours of sleep and saw Lexi sitting up just staring off into space. He watched her, waiting for her to move but she never. He sat up and held her hand, making her snap out of it and she looked at him.

Trav kissed her hand and that made her crack a smile for a second but then she looked sad again. He rubbed her back and she laid on his chest while he continued.

He noticed that she hasn't cried in a while and she seemed a bit calm from a couple hours ago, he kissed her head and she slowly fell asleep on his chest. Travis smiled and kept running through her hair.

Another four hours go by*

Travis woke up by Lexi moving around and slowly waking up, he watched her and she looked at him and rubbed her eyes.

Travis: Get any sleep?

Alexa: Only when I laid on you, other than that no..

He got up when she went to the bathroom to take a shower, Travis walked out and released the animals for the day. He grabbed his phone from the bedroom and made some calls. The first one were his parents and Rachel.

Amanda: Hi Travis, how are you?

Travis: Not so good mom.

Amanda: What's wrong?

Travis: Can you get dad and Rachel?

Amanda: Sure, I'll be back.

He heard her put the phone down and yell at everyone to come to her.

After everyone was sitting around he heard her pick the phone back up.

Amanda: Ok you're on speakerphone.

Travis: Hey everyone, I uh.. have terrible news.

Alan: What's wrong bud?

Travis: We uh...

Rachel: Travis?

Travis: Lexi and I went to the ER last night and uh... got the news that we lost the baby.

He overheard everyone gasp and heard Rachel run away, his mom tried to call out to her.

Amanda: I'll go get her.

Alan: Hey bud, uh I'm really sorry to hear that. That's awful news.

Travis: Yeah.. Lexi isn't taking it well..

Alan: Just be with her at all times, make her feel loved during this awful time.

Travis: I am, and I will.

Him and his dad talked for over 10 minutes until Lexi walked downstairs and saw him sitting outside. She knew she was on the phone for a reason and got upset and made some coffee trying to hold back tears.

Travis: Well I see Lexi's up.

Alan: I guess we won't be hearing from your sister or mother, I'll have them call you later.

Travis: Ok

Alan: I'm sorry, for you and Lexi. Love you two.

Travis: Love you too dad. Bye

He hung up and called the dogs to go back inside, he saw Lexi was in the kitchen making coffee.

Travis walked over to her and held her, she held his hands and asked.

Alexa: Who did you call?

Travis... my uh parents.

Alexa: How did they take the news?

Travis: Well Rachel took it hard as she ran to her room during the call.

Lexi started to tear up and he felt her grow weak and held her up as she was shaking.

Travis: Baby, everything's going to be ok.

He turned her around and wiped her tears off her face and kissed her forehead, hugged her for a bit.

Travis walked her to the couch and saw the animals jump on her for comfort, Larry-Steve needed help and he picked him up and laid him next to her.

Lexi smiled again and he could feel it, after he poured two cups of coffee he sat next to her and watched her take little sips.

Travis: How about we get out of the house today?

Alexa: And do what?

Travis: I have a few idea's.

She looked at him and he winked at her while they enjoyed the coffee. As she did the dishes; Travis walked into the bedroom and called one more person. Stephanie picked up.

Stephanie: Travis? This is a suprise.

Travis: Hi, well this isn't the call I would ever want to make.

Stephanie: What's up?

Travis: Well Lexi and I got horrible news last night.

Stephanie: Oh?

Travis: Lexi and I found out that we uh.. we uh lost the baby.

Stephanie: Oh Travis, I'm so so sorry.

Travis: Thanks, we appreciate it..

Stephanie: How's Lexi?

Travis: She's uh taking it very very hard.

Stephanie: You know we have a therapist for this kind of stuff.

Travis: For mother's?

Stephanie: Yes, there were some counts were this happend to other wrestlers back in the day and she helped them.

Travis: Oh okay, can I get the information? It might help Lexi calm a bit.

Stephanie: Sure I'll email it to you. Now I don't want to push you out but I just want to say from everyone here in Stanford are very very sorry for this.

Travis: We appreciate it.

Stephanie: For that I'll give you two as much time off as you need.

Travis: Thank you Steph.

Stephanie: I'm sorry you two, call me if you need anything.

Travis hung up and turned around to see Lexi standing in the doorway.

Alexa: Was that Stephanie?

Travis: Uh.. yeah, we have time off.

Alexa: That's embarrassing..

Travis: Why's that?

Alexa: I don't know, I feel like this is all my fault.

He noticed she started to freak out again and he calmed her down before getting in the shower.

After he showered he walked out trying to find a shirt and saw Lexi sitting in the baby room just looking around.

Travis: Lexi are you ok?

Alexa: Just imagine, we could've filled this in eight months with a baby... boy.

She started to have a breakdown and he hugged her until she calmed down.

Travis: Common let's get outta the house for a while.

Lexi shook her head and they packed in his GTR.

They started to head towards south Florida and Lexi started to figure out where they were going. She looked at Travis with a small grin on her face.

Alexa: Are we going to Universal Studios?

Travis: Maybe.

He could tell by the sound of her voice that she was happy, he looked over and saw her just look outside as was getting a little excited.

He parked the car and opened the door for her, she held his hand as they walked in.

8 hours later*

He walked her to the car hand and hand with her other hand with a huge teddy bear.

He held the door for her and slid over the hood and got in.

Travis: Still got it.

Alexa: Stop!!

He laughed and drove them home, Travis went inside and saw they had a couple messages on the answering machine. Him and Lexi set it up that for important calls from Stanford or anything else important.

He started up one new message and listened to it, he recognized the voice to be Hunter.

Hunter: Hey you two, I'm calling to send my condolences and to let you know where sending something's to help cope with this. Love you two, call me if you need anything.

He turned around and saw that Lexi wS gone, he walked around until he found her again upstairs in the baby's room. She put the bear in the rocking chair and just looked around.

Travis: We have to stop meeting in here.

Alexa: We can't just ignore this room, it's next to ours.

Travis: Ok listen.

Him and Lexi sat on the floor and held each others hands.

Travis: Stephanie told me that they have a therapist for this kind of thing to help cope with this.

Alexa: I don't know..

Travis: Only if you want too.

Alexa: I'll think about it.

He kissed her and went down to grill dinner, he was outside with the animals while Lexi sat next to him watching him grill.

She had a drink with him and they sat there just watching the sunset. Travis wrapped his arm around her and she laid her head in his shoulder.

Travis: I love you.

She smiled and kissed him.

Alexa: I love you too.

Travis: Everything will be ok, okay?

Alexa: Ok.

Later that night*

After they got done eating dinner he set up a little movie thing for the two of them on the couch. It involved a huge blanket and big bowl of popcorn, he set up Netflix and was going to let her pick.

She walked out and saw this all, she smiled and walked over and sat next to him.

Alexa: What's all this?

Travis: We need this, now you pick.

She scrolled through and picked Finding Nemo, one of her favorites. She got close to him and cuddled with him as they watched.

The movie ended and he saw her yawn, he picked her up and carried her to the bedroom and tucked her in.

He walked back out and cleaned up while putting the animals away for bed.

Travis walked back in slowly and heard Lexi.

Alexa: Babe?

Travis: Yeah?

Alexa: Come to bed.

He stripped down and laid next to her, she scooted back to him and he held her tight. They kissed and said there goodnights as Lexi slowly fell asleep, this made Travis happy since she hasn't slept well the past couple days. He kissed the top of her head and fell asleep.

Next day*

Lexi wakes up and saw Travis looking at her, he grabbed her hand and looked into her eyes.

Travis: Morning.

Alexa: Goodmorning.

Travis: Did you sleep well?

Alexa: .... yeah....

He smiled and kissed her, both got up and he went to make breakfast while she took a shower.

She dried off and walked down to see a huge breakfast waiting for her.

Travis: Tada!

Alexa: Oh my God babe.

She hugged him and they dug into the food and talked.

Alexa: So I'm taking Stephanie's advice and going to see the therapist today.

Travis: Do you want me to go with you?

Alexa: .... I do want you to go but I want to do this by myself.

Travis: That's fine with me, I'll drive you there though.

Alexa: I love you.

She kissed him and they did the dishes before her appointment.

After Travis got in the shower he walked Lexi out to his new car.

Alexa: Wait what happend to the GTR?

Travis: Got it customized into a DCG20.

He walked her to the car and he drove them to the therapists office downtown Orlando. He parked and walked in hand and hand with Lexi and sat in the waiting room with her.

The therapist walked out and she shook both Lexi and Travis's hands, Lexi walked in with her and he smiled at her.

Travis knew she was a bit nervous so he took a selfie with Larry-Steve before they left and sent her the picture with the caption reading.

Travis: You'll do great mama!!

Alexa💖: I love you so much!!

He smiled and flipped through his phone until he ran to the car and drove to get Lexi some things.

He got a call from Lexi after hes been out for an hour.

Travis: Hey babe.

Alexa: Hey where did you go?

Travis: Oh I had to pick a few things up.

Alexa: We'll I'm all done.

Travis: On my way back.

He drove up to the door and saw her standing there, he parked and got out with a dozen flowers and chocolates. She awed and kissed him as they walked back to the car, he had a couple more present as she looked in the back to see a giant teddy bear with spikes all over it holding a wrapped gift.

Alexa: Oh my God, he has spikes on him!!

Travis: I knew you'd like it.

She just had the biggest grin in her face as they drove home.

Travis rolled into the garage and got all the gifts out and walked inside, she took the wrapped gift and sat on the couch. She waited for Travis to walk in and started to open it.

He sat down as she opened it, he saw her face just in shock as she picked up the necklace with hearts holding a turquoise birthstone.

She knew this was the birthstone for December (When Lexi was due) and looked at Travis.

Travis: There's more..

She looked down and saw a necklace to match but said

"I'll love you forever"

She looked back at him and started to cry, he knew she was happy and hugged her. She kissed him over and over as she held on the the jewelry.

Travis: Glad you like it.

Alexa: I.. I love it baby.

She kissed him again and he put the necklace on her, she looked into the mirror and let tears go again.

He hugged her and before she could leave, he shut the door and locked it.

Travis: Wait here, I'll be back.

He ran into the living room and light candles and had rose peddles everywhere leading to the couch where was a huge blanket and snacks waiting.

He ran back and let her out and her grin turned into a huge smile, this made Travis happy since this was the first time in a long time she was smiling from ear to ear. They walked over and sat down and she picked a movie, she picked "The Notebook" and they watched it until Lexi looked at him.

Alexa: What you've done for me for the past week, I need to repay you.

Travis: No you don't, I just want you to feel loved after the hell we've been through.

Alexa: And I'll thank you by doing this.

She got up and dropped her clothes, Travis just watched as she jumped on him and started to kiss him.

2 hours of love making later*

Travis carried her to bed and he pulled her in close and kissed her until she turned around and kissed him back.

Alexa: I love you so much.

Travis: I love you more babe.

She kissed him until they both fell asleep just holding each other.
