Fast forward to the end of April*

Travis and Lexi were still Champions from Wrestlemania, both were leaving Kansas City from RAW.

Both headed inside as they saw Rachel playing with her son Thomas and Olivia, they looked like brother and sister playing together.

Alexa: Awe, look at them.

Travis: They get along great.

Rachel: Thomas just loves her.

She walked over to them as they all watched.

Travis: How have you been sis?

Rachel: Well I finally found Thomas's father.

Travis: Oh did you now? What's his name?

Rachel: Oh no, you'll go do something stupid.

Travis: Noo, I'd let him talk to my fists a couple times while I kick his teeth in.

Alexa: Ok calm down.

He was as worked up after she said that.

Rachel: Anyways, I got a huge settlement from all the child support that he missed, so I'll be enjoying getting a check from him every month.

Travis: I'm glad I cant meet him, I'd be in prison.

Alexa: Trav, seriously. Calm down.

He got up in anger and went downstairs to take it out on the punching bag.

Later that night*

Travis got a call from an unknown number, he then got a text from his racing teammate Parker saying.

Parker: Hey pick up, huge news and it's a conference call.

So he answered to hear him freaking out.

Drake: Ok Parker, calm down a bit. Hello Travis?

Travis: Yes? Who's this?

Drake: Hey, my names Drake and I own multiple racing teams in the sport of F1 and Indycar.

Travis: Nice to meet you, what can I do for you?

Drake: Well as you know the Indy 500 is coming up.

Travis: Greatest race of them all.

Drake: Yes sir, now I had a driver drop out last second.

Travis: Ok?

Drake: And you're teammate called us up and put your name in the hat.

Travis: You want me to race in the Indy 500?

Drake: Yes sir, what do you say?

Travis: I say hell yes, but I'll have to contact my employers to see if I can.

Drake: Ok, get back to me as soon as possible.

Parker: Call them now Trav!! This is huge.

Travis: Let me call them now.

He hung up and called Hunter instantly.

Hunter: Yes Travis? How are you?

Travis: I'm good, and you Hunter?

Hunter: Excellent, now what makes you call?

Travis: Well, you know about my racing backround right?

Hunter: Yes the dirt cars, we watched some of your races.

Travis: Wow, I didnt know that.

Hunter: Yes sir, why do you bring it up?

Travis: Well I just got off of the phone with a team owner and he's offered me a driver's seat to the Indy 500.

Hunter: The 500? Wow, well I don't know about that.

Travis: It would be huge for the WWE, Having lots of publicity.

Hunter: Let me call in Stephanie since she's in charge of this kind of stuff.

Travis heard Stephanie pick up.

Hunter: Steph, Travis has some news on a cross brand.

Stephanie: With another wrestling company? If so then no.

Hunter: Take it away Trav.

Travis: I have a chance to race in the Indy 500 and support WWE on the car.

Stephanie: Really? The 500? Fine by me, do it.

Travis: No way really? Thank you so much!!

Hunter: Get the contracts sent over to Stamford and well get that figured out.

Travis: Awesome, I'll be in contact.

He hung up and texted the teams owner.

Travis: The bosses are in, let's get this deal.

Drake: Done, fly out to Indianapolis next week and you can test in the car.

Travis: See you then.

He walked in to see Lexi a little moody from this whole weekend being stressful.

Travis: How about we go out as a family?

Alexa: I'd like that.

Travis packed Olivia while Lexi got dressed and they headed to a nice restaurant where they ordered and waited.

Alexa: So why were you on the phone so long?

Travis: Oh yeah I forgot to tell you-

He got interrupted by the waiter bringing the food, Travis got a burger while Lexi got pasta and Olivia had her cut up kiddy dog.

Travis: Yes?

Alexa: What did you order?

Travis: Cheeseburger?

Alexa: What's on it?

Travis: Everything.

Alexa: Including bacon?

Travis: Uh..

He took a bite and she looked pissed.

Alexa: Really Travis.

Travis: I cant ever have bacon?

Alexa: After being with Larry-Steve this whole time, how could you ask?

Travis: But..

Alexa: Trav! Don't do it.

He slowly inched the burger closer to him as she just watched.

Alexa: Don't.. you.. dare.

He took another bite as she got really pissed.

She ignored him the rest of the meal as she fed Olivia, he was joking and took off the bacon but she didnt care.

They headed home after dinner and walked in to Lexi still very pissed off.

Travis: Common, you're going to ignore me for eating a strip of bacon?

Alexa: How can you eat bacon and look at Larry-Steve without hesitation.

Travis: Yeah, its food. He's our baby.

Alexa: Wow Trav, that's awful to say.

She put Olivia to sleep and he walked outside to relax in the hot tub, Lexi walked out and sat next to him in the tub like always.

Travis: Ok Listen, I forgot how much you hate bacon after getting Larry.

Alexa: ...

Travis: I shouldn't have teased you.

Alexa: Keep going.

Travis: And I'm sorry for saying like it was a joke, you know I love Larry.

She smiled a little and swam over to him and sat next to him.

Alexa: You never told me why you were in the bedroom for all that time.

Travis: Oh yeah, now I have the opportunity of a lifetime.

Alexa: ...

Travis: I'm jumping in the driver seat again.

Alexa: You're racing again?

Travis: In the Indy 500.

Alexa: Uhh, no.

Travis: What?

Alexa: You know how dangerous that is?

Travis: I know its dangerous, but everything we do is dangerous. How is that different?

Alexa: The video's you showed me? How fast they were going? No, I dont approve.

Travis: Why? This is a once in a lifetime experience.

Alexa: You're a father, and were still going for another baby right?

Travis: Well not right now since were title holders.

Alexa: Oh were not? Oh ok, well looks like you'll have your hand to help you tonight because you're not getting any of this.

She got out and showed him everything that he will miss, he couldn't believe that she wanst supportive.

A week later*

He convinced Lexi and Olivia to come to Indianapolis with him to show her what it is.

All three arrived to the track to see the team, he was introduced to everyone while they fitted him in the car.

He sat down all fitted in the fire suit as they wheeled him to pitrow.

Lexi held Olivia and followed the crew to the pit box, she sat on top and watched Travis turn the car on, they had Olivia fitted with ear protectors.

Travis sat in the car and fired it up, she watched him roll out to the track and didnt hear the car for a while.

A couple seconds later she saw him flying by them.

Crew Chief: Wow, 220mph for his first lap.

She heard him on the radio just excited.

An hour later*

The contracts were signed and they headed back to Orlando.

They put Olivia to bed and got ready for bed as Lexi spoke.

Alexa: Trav, I'm not sure about this.

Travis: What? The race?

Alexa: Yeah, the videos they shown me freaks me out.

She laid down and he cuddled her to calm her a bit.

Travis: Dont worry babe, I'm going to race for you and Olivia. I'll be alright.

Alexa: Well I hope.

He kissed her to keep her calm as he knew that she was upset.

Travis: Hey, I love you.

Alexa: I love you too.

They slowly fell asleep, Travis was pumped for the coming weeks as his life would change forever after this race.

Lexi didnt know how she felt about her husband and father to there daughter risking his life for publicity.
