Forgiveness
"Will he be okay?" A worried Batman stood over an Unconscious Robin.
"Don't you worry, he'll be just fine." Dr Leslie lifted a blanket over Robin.
"Thanks. For everything." Batman smiled.
"My pleasure." Leslie smiled back and turned to dig in her purse for her cellphone that had begun ringing. "Hello?" She answered. The smile quickly faded. "I have to go, that was the clinic." She grabbed her purse and nodded to Alfred as she sprinted up the stairs.
"So it was not Robin, correct? He was under the mind control of Slade?" Starfire brushed hair out of his face.
"That appears to be the case. These Pieces have the ability to do so, yes." Batman scanned them, turning them over in his hands.
"So Rob is still on our side." Kid Flash smiled. "I knew he could never go rogue."
"How long will he be out?" Starfire asked eagerly, wanting to speak with him.
"Probably all night. He needs his rest. For the night, you all may stay here. Alfred will show you to your rooms." Batman nodded at Alfred.
"Right this way." Alfred gestured them to follow. The Titans paused a moment, then followed Alfred up the Stairs.
"You know, you can stop it." Jason said as soon as They were alone.
"Stop what?" Batman didn't even spare him a look.
"I figured it out. You can stop hiding who you are, I know." Jason smirked at his cleverness.
Batman Immediately turned to look at Jason. "What?"
"I know who you are. The man behind the bat. I figured it out." Jason repeated.
"And who am I?" Batman didn't believe he knew.
"Bruce Wayne." Jason smirked watching the slight change in Batman's expression when he said it.
Batman tuned back to the computer. "I suppose it was only a matter of time." Batman calmly pulled back his cowl.
"That makes Robin, Dick Grayson." Jason glanced at him.
"Correct. Your a smart boy Jason." Bruce got up and walked to Jason.
"You will tell no one what you have learned. Do I make myself clear?" Bruce looked him in the eyes sternly.
"Yes Sir!" Jason answered quickly. Bruce was scaring him a little more than Batman right now.
Bruce got back up and sat back Into his seat and shook his head. He should of known he would figure out. The question was how did he figure out.
"How did you find out?" Bruce asked without turning.
"Easy. Who else has a butler in this city?" Jason jokingly smirked.
Batman rolled his eyes and didn't answer. What was Bruce going to do with him now? Now he knew his secret... He'd consult Alfred later.
It was good to have Robin back. But, did Robin still hate him? Everything wouldn't go back to normal. Batman didn't know if Robin would ever forgive him.
Jason yawned and stood up. "I'm going to bed, night."
Bruce nodded as Jason climbed the stairs.
"Oh hey Alfred. Yeah I'm going to bed now." Bruce heard Jason say.
Alfred soon came down. "Is everything alright Master Bruce?"
"No. Jason figured out." Bruce turned to look at him.
"About?" Alfred prodded.
"Bruce Wayne." Bruce answered shortly.
"You mean?" Alfred raised a brow.
"Yeah." Bruce sighed. He couldn't believe Slade got away...
"What shall we do with him now?" Alfred asked, breaking Bruce's thoughts.
"I don't know. We'll think of something I suppose." Bruce pulled up his cowl.
"And just where do you think your going?" Alfred crossed his arms.
"To find Slade." Batman jumped into the Batmoblie.
"But your still injured!" Alfred called out in vain. Batman was gone.
Alfred shook his head and started back up the stairs.

Robin woke with a start. What happened? His head felt slightly better. Robin sat up as it came back to him. He was in the medical wing of the BatCave! Batman had saved him. As he tried to stand, pain shot up his leg forcing him to sit back down. He had Gotten injured last night and would take a day or two to heal.
Robin remembered all of it. He had almost killed Batman. He felt like could never forgive himself for the terrible things he had done.
"Will he be okay?" Robin heard a familiar voice.
"He should be fine. Dr Leslie said he should recover in a couple days." Bruce answered.
"So Jason knows now?" Robin finally recognized the voice. It belonged to Batgirl.
"Yes. He will stay at the manor till we figure out what to do with him." Bruce answered.
"Sorry I wasn't there last night. Ivy, Harley and Catwoman ambushed me last night." Batgirl glanced at the stairs. "So what about the Titans?"
"They will remain here till Robin has made a full recovery." Bruce replied glancing in Robin's direction noticing he was awake. "He's awake."
Batgirl nodded and pulled off her cowl as she made her way to Robin.
"Robin?" Barbara neared Robin and sat on the bed.
Robin looked at her not saying anything. He hadn't seen her in awhile. Not since...
"How are you?" Barbara eyed his injured leg.
"I'll live." Robin answered shortly. His focus was elsewhere.
"I would hope so." Barbara frowned. Robin wasn't making great conversation.
A moment of awkward silence took them over. Barbra glanced at Bruce.
"He went looking for Slade last night." Barbara spoke up.
Robin shrugged as he shifted his leg.
"Yeah. But Slade was long gone. Batman couldn't even find a trace of him." Barbara replied.
Robin sighed as he looked over at Batman.
"I still can't believe you left without saying goodbye." Barbara's frown deepened when Robin didn't answer. "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine." Robin replied slowly. "It's good to see you." Robin forced a smile.
"I'm happy to see you to." Barbara finally smiled. She watched Robin eye Bruce as he worked at his computer.
"Go talk to him." Barbara pushed him playfully to the side.
"What?" Robin sat back up.
"You guys need to forgive each other. You need to forget what happened in the past and mend your relationship." Barbara prodded. "After all, he is your father."
"No he's not." Robin eyed Barbara who was trying to contain herself.
"Before you left, Bruce made the adoption final. He never got the chance to tell you." Barbara answered looking in his eyes.
"Are you serious?" Robin asked softly glancing over at him.
"Yes. I'm serious. Now go." Barbara helped him up. "Can you walk?"
Robin nodded slowly got up. "What am I supposed to say? He'll never forgive me for what I've done."
"Yes he will. Besides it wasn't you, Slade was controlling you. Would he save you if he didn't care about you?" Barbara pushed him toward Bruce.
"Okay..." Robin nodded and walked over to a stool sitting by Bruce.
"You should be resting." Bruce didn't look at him. The long awaited conversation had arrived.
"I'm fine." Robin answered softly. "It wasn't me right? Slade was controlling me?"
"Yes. You weren't controlling your actions, Slade was." Bruce replied.
"But I let him. It's all my fault if only I had tried to resist a little harder..." Robin blamed himself.
"There's nothing you could done." Bruce turned to look at him, but Robin had his eyes glued to his feet.
"But I gave in! And I almost killed you! I'm sorry...I'm so so so sorry..." Robin's eyes watered slightly. It was all his fault...
"Robin." Bruce said making him to look at him. "It wasn't your fault. And even if it was, even if you crossed the line, I would forgive you no matter what."
"Really?"
"Really. Your my official son. I believe Barbara told you. There's is nothing you can do that I won't forgive." Bruce smiled as Robin peeled of his mask and rubbed his eyes slightly. "I only hope you can forgive me, for trying to take Robin from you."
"Apology accepted." Dick sat up and half smiled.
"Now go see your friends. I bet their eager to see you." Bruce patted him on the back.
Richard stood up, and leaned against the wall. His leg still hurt.
Robin slowly walked up the stairs to the guest rooms.
"He's still in shock." Batgirl watched Robin leave.
"Give him a few days. He's been through a lot." Bruce replied as Batgirl sat on the stool.
"I just hope he'll be okay." BatGirl sighed. They used to be close friends. But after Robin left...
"I'd better go." Batgirl stood up. "I'll see you tonight."
Bruce nodded and Batgirl paused for a moment thinking. When she broke out of it, she got on her Batcycle and left.
Robin pulled his mask back on and knocked on the door.
"Yeah?" A male voice Robin recognized easily asked.
"Can I come in?" Robin softly asked.
He didn't answer. The door swung open, and he was greeted with a smile that would rival the Joker's.
"Robin?" The younger teen asked hopefully.
"Hey." Robin was engulfed in by a hug that made him loose his breath.
"It's really you." BeastBoy smiled as he hugged Robin. Robin patted his back softly.
"Yeah." Robin smiled at his little brother.
BeastBoy let go. "Star is Two rooms down the hall to the right."
Robin nodded and headed down the hall.
Once Robin got to Starfire's room, he gulped and nervously knocked on her door.
"Yes?" Starfire asked sweetly.
"It's me." Robin smiled as the door whipped open and He was once again engulfed in a hug.
"Robin!" Starfire hugged Robin until her squeezing became unbearable.
"Star! Still injured...Oww..."
"Oh! I am the sorry." Starfire let go and sighed.
"No. I'm the one who should be sorry." Robin sighed deeply.
"For what?" Starfire asked gazing into his masked eyes.
"For letting all this happen. This was all my fault." Robin answered still believing he could of done something to prevent all this from happening.
"Robin?" Starfire took his hand in hers.
"Yes Starfire?" Robin replied looking at her.
"I don't care if you could of done something. What matters now, is that your back." Starfire smiled.
"Thanks Star." Robin smirked. "Come on, let's go meet the others."
Starfire nodded as they headed toward their teammates rooms. Robin soon gathered the Teen Titans.
"It's good to see ya on our side dude." Cyborg smiled.
"Yeah! We thought you were like, a bad guy and-"
"Were just glad your back." Raven interrupted BeastBoy.
"I owe my Thanks to you Raven. If it wasn't for you I'd still be under Slade's control." Robin saw smiles all around, even Raven had one.
"Hey Rob! Ya miss me?" Kid Flash zoomed to his side.
"Oh, hey KF." Robin acknowledged.
"So what now?" Cyborg spoke up.
"Batman said you all could stay here a few days until I recover. Then we can go home." Robin answered.
"Oh. Cool then." Cyborg shrugged noticing Robin was kinda out of it.
"You okay dude?" Cyborg asked with concern in his voice.
"I'm fine." Robin sighed. "I'm just tired."
"Okay...you go rest dude." Cyborg slightly smiled.
Robin nodded and left the room.
"That was the biggest lie I ever heard." Kid Flash crossed his arms.
"What do you mean?" BeastBoy asked tilting his head slightly.
"Rob's not fine. He just lied." KF explained.
"He did seem a little out of it." Cyborg mentioned as he glanced at Raven.
"His emotions are higher than ever. He's doing a really good job keeping them in." Raven's eyebrows furrowed.
"He's been though a lot, he'll be fine in few days probably." Cyborg heard the door slam from across the hall. What was going on in Robin's head?
