Broken
Isn't it funny? The Titans are still trying to get used to Robin's new name, Nightwing, so They keep calling him Robin. I thought it was funny. Whatever then.

Starfire saw something along the bottom of the rooftop. It looked like a black piece of cloth snagged on some loose wires. She carefully knelt down to examine it. She picked up the cloth and blood leaked onto her hands.
Gasping, she dropped the cloth and jumped back. She knew this type of fabric...
Grabbing her communicator she flipped it open and waited for Cyborg to answer.
Cyborg picked up right away. "Got something Star?"
"I think so!" She showed him the fabric and blood.
"That his?" Cyborg asked uneasily.
"I think so... Starfire repeated and dropped the fabric back on the ground and wiped the blood on her skirt.
"I have good news and bad news." Cyborg glanced behind him.
"Please, the good news first." Starfire brushed a bang from her face.
"Well, the bomb has been disabled. The hostages are safe." Cyborg showed her the powerless bomb.
"Wonderful! How did you manage it?" Starfire brightened up.
"That's the thing, we didn't. Slade did." Cyborg scratched at his head.
"Was it not Slade who set the bomb up in the first place?" Starfire asked confused.
"It was a distraction. Slade, he...gave Nightwing his location and probably told him to come alone or he would blow the bomb." Cyborg explained as he watched her face fall.
"We must find him!" Starfire gasped.
"We know Nightwing already reached Slade's lair, their probably at it already. We'll just have to hope Nightwing can bring him down this time." Cyborg replied as he glanced at Raven who was looking for Nightwing with her soul self.
"But the last time Robin faced Slade..." Starfire shivered.
"I know. We have to find him before it's too late." Cyborg looked behind him to see Raven standing up.
"We need to regroup. Get to the park as fast as you can." Cyborg nodded as Starfire shut her communicator.
"Any luck?" Cyborg glanced at the bomb.
"None. Nightwing must be too far away." Raven shook her head.
"Now can I try and track his scent?" BeastBoy asked with puppy dog eyes.
"Ugh, okay fine whatever. Do your thing." Cyborg sighed. It was probably a waste of time.
BeastBoy, now a green bloodhound, sniffed the ground searching for Nightwing's scent. Cyborg looked expectantly at BeastBoy. "Got something?"
"No." He changed back and sat in the ground and frowned.
"Cyborg?" Starfire called out.
"Over here Star." Cyborg looked up to see her flying their way.
"So now that were all here-"
"Wait!" BeastBoy interrupted Cyborg and morphed into a bloodhound again.
"What?" Cyborg put his hands on his hips. (That's sounds kinda weird.)
BeastBoy didn't answer. He sniffed, and sniffed, and finally made his way to Starfire.
"She reeks of him!" BeastBoy changed back and stood up.
"How is that possible? She hasn't been anywhere near him-Wait! That's it!" Cyborg exclaimed.
"What? What's it?" BeastBoy scratched his head.
"The blood! When Starfire found A piece of Nightwing's uniform that had snagged on some lose wires, she found blood on it! That's why she smells like him! There must be a trail of his blood leading to him!" Cyborg exclaimed.
"Or at least a distinct scent!" BeatsBoy caught on.
"Star, show is where you found the blood!" Cyborg smiled. They where getting somewhere!_______________________________________
"I was wondering if you where going to show up."
Nightwing frowned and stepped out of the shadows. "What do you want with me?"
"Nothing right now." Slade casually walked towards him.
"Then why-" Nightwing cut off when Slade started chuckling evilly. The kind of laugh that made you shiver with fear.
"You see, once your Team mates find you passed out and beaten up, they'll be mad at you for not telling them I called you. And say that this was all your fault. They won't trust you anymore. It'll tear a tiny hole in your friendships. And when you have a hole, it only grows." Slade paced slowly, savoring every word.
Nightwing's eyes widened. "Wha..." He was Unable to finish.
"Now. We'd better get to it. I need your friends to find you half dead, not half alive." Slade's voice dripped with threats.
Nightwing was speechless. He felt a bit terrified. But only a bit. Nightwing confidently took a stance. "Ready when you are." He smugly smirked.
Such confidence. When will he ever learn. "Ready."

"Nightwing? Nightwing? Robin, dude?!" Cyborg called out. The trail led here. An old house in the woods.
"We need to split up." Raven suggested.
"Robin!" Starfire called out in fright.
"Star, did you find him?" Cyborg hurried over. "Oh my god."
"Robin...wake up...please Robin wake up!" Starfire shook his lifeless, bloody, battered body.
"Raven! He needs you! Now!" Cyborg checked his pulse. "He's alive. Barely."
"BeastBoy, search the place for Slade!" Cyborg ordered as BeastBoy scampered off.
"Slade is gone." Raven shook her head. "Robin is strong, he'll make it. Don't worry Starfire." Raven lifted her hands to his heart and started to heal him.
Starfire sniffed as she held on to his hand tightly. Fearing he might slip away if she let him go.
"It's bad." Raven frowned. "We need to get him back to the Tower. The medical wing will have some supplies I need." Raven lifted him with her magic.
Cyborg nodded. "We'll meet you back at the Tower."
Raven opened a portal with her free hand and was gone.
"Come on Star. We gotta get Beasty and get back to the Tower. Robin needs us." Cyborg helped her up and called BeastBoy.
"Beasty! Slade is long gone man! We gotta get back to the Tower!" Cyborg frowned at a limp Starfire.
"Okay, I'm coming." Beastboy nodded as he shut the communicator and sprinted off towards them.
"Come on Star. You gotta..get up!" Cyborg hauled her to her feet.
"Robin..." Seeing him in that condition...it broke her heart.
"The sooner we get back to the Tower the sooner we get to see what How Robin's doing!" Cyborg shook her shoulders to snap her out of it.
Starfire Slowly widened her eyes. "Okay."
"Good. Can you fly us back to the Tower? BB can swim." Cyborg smiled in spite of what was happening. Starfire smiled back and took Cyborg's hand, and they took off.

"Robin stay with me." Raven hooked him up to the monitors. His pulse was low. "Be strong Robin!" Raven grew worried. There was a slight chance he wouldn't make it.
Raven removed part of his pants to attend to his injures that had occurred there. His shin was in bad condition. It was bleeding out. He'd lost a lot of blood. He would need a blood transfusion. She stopped further bleeding with her magic, and pulled out her communicator.
"Cyborg." Raven wrapped gauze over his leg while levitating the communicator.
"Robin okay?" Cyborg picked up almost instantly.
"Not really! He's gonna need a blood transfusion. Are you close to a blood bank by any chance?" Raven but her lip while she felt Nightwing's head. A concussion.
"No Star and me are almost back to the Tower. I'll get BB to go get the blood." Cyborg answered, he could hear the worry in her voice.
"Okay. Tell him to hurry. This is actually a life and death situation. I'm not sure how long..." Raven trailed off remembering Starfire was probably present.
"Got it." Cyborg nodded and cut the connection to call BeastBoy.
"BeastBoy! Go to the nearest blood bank! Robin needs a blood transfusion!" Cyborg ordered.
"I'm on my way, I'm actually close to the one that just got a fresh shipment from Wayne Enterprises. I still don't why Rob was so worked up about that..." BeastBoy responded with normal seriousness.
"BeastBoy. Robin is dying. This is serious. You need to to hurry." Cyborg told him sternly.
BeastBoy's serious frown turned into a shocked, worried and afraid of what happen to Nightwing, frown. Nodding, BeastBoy knew this wasn't time for games. Turning into a cheetah, he ran as fast as he possibly could.

"Raven? Robin?" Cyborg called out into the med bay.
"Over here." Raven responded softly from the otherwise of the room behind a curtain.
"Is Robin Oka-" Cyborg cut off when he moved the curtain aside. "What the...is he..."
"He's alive if that's what you mean. I know it looks bad but...I've done my best, he could really use that blood right now." Raven covered his waist down with a blanket.
"Good thing I have the blood." BeastBoy scampered into the room. "Here..." BeastBoy handed her the blood and gulped. "Oh my god..."
"BeastBoy go wait with Starfire. You look like your gonna be sick. I don't want you or her coming in here till I've cleaned Robin up." Raven put a hand on BeastBoy's shoulder and gently pushed him out. Beastboy nodded and left.
"Can you prep him for the blood transfusion?" Raven gestured to the blood on the table BeastBoy left.
"Yeah sure." Cyborg looked at her suspiciously. "I know you have healing powers but, where did you, and when, did you learn how to do this?"
"After The thing with Robin and The dust in Slade's mask, I picked up a few things just in case someone got seriously hurt." Raven explained as she watched Cyborg hook the blood up.
"Where did you learn?" Raven eyed him.
"My parents, made sure I knew how to do this sort of thing." Cyborg mused.
Raven nodded as the Nightwing started to receive the blood. "There. He really needed that blood. Now I just have to clean up his arm and all this blood and dirt." She brushed dirt off an uninjured part of his arm.
"Okay. Need anything?" Cyborg wiped his hands off.
"No. Thanks. I've got it from here." Raven nodded as she grabbed a towel and wet it.
Nodding, Cyborg took one last glance at Nightwing, and left the room.
