Pearls POV
{Time Skip from yours truly}
We had so much fun at my house last week!We had a junk food, candy, movie and fun-filled night! We slept on the couch all six nights! I was so sad when it came time for Garnet and Amethyst to leave. I wasn't as upset as Garnet, though. She looked really uneasy when she walked out the door. I made up my mind. I'm going to Garnet's house tonight.
{That night}
I turned on my phone and opened the "Find Friends" app. It located Garnet instantly. Ah. She was about a half mile away. That's good. I hopped on my bike and ride over to Garnet's house. When I got there, my jaw fell open at what I saw. There was a man hitting Garnet over her head, and it wasn't playful. Her jaw was clenched in agony. She began to fight back with kicks and punches. She slapped him across the face. That's when things got serious. She yelled "THATS WHY YOU DON'T HURT MY LITTLE SISTER, YOU BASTARD!" He took her by her hair and pulled her to the kitchen. He pulled a knife with a sharp, serrated blade and raised it up. I suddenly jumped into action, surprising myself, anticipating the pain that was to come. I busted through the window and jumped infront of the knife. It cut my forehead, not too severe, but it still hurt. "Garnet. Get your bag. We're leaving and your staying with me." She rushed upstairs while I found some rope in the kitchen and tied the mans hands behind his back. I called the police. Garnet came rushing down the stairs with her overnight bag in one hand, and a bundle of blanket in the other. "Let's go." I said, now hoarse because of my crazy yelling at that disgusting animal of a man. I broke my bike slamming it through the window to jump infront of that knife. Oh yeah... My head was bleeding pretty badly, and my mouth filled with the salty(her blood is salty because she's the salt queen)and metallic taste of my own blood. I put my hand on Garnet's back and ushered her out the door. We went to my house and she carefully set the bundle on the couch and unraveled it. I gasped. It was Amethyst. She had a cut in her arm, and lots of bruises. I rushed to the bathroom to get a first aid kit. As I was attending to Amethyst's wounds, I asked Garnet who that man was. "My uncle. He was just let out of jail. He's mad at Ames because she called the police that busted him and my dad." She cringed. "I don't really want to talk about it, but my dad killed my mom three years ago and went to jail for manslaughter. My uncle went to jail for abuse." She shuddered. I surprised both of us by giving her a bear hug. "I'm so sorry." I was crying, thinking of my mom. She killed herself when her dad died, not thinking of Peri and I. It was hard on me. "My mom committed suicide." I chocked out. But she was there to comfort me. As was I for her. At the end of the night, she asked me something I never would have imagined would happen to me. "Pearl, I really, really like you. Will you go out with me?" I was shocked! "Of course!" I hugged her, and for the first time in days, we both beamed. This has been such a bitter-sweet night. But there is one thing I'm sure of. I love her.

A/N
Okay how was that? I wrote this on the 3 hour right back from VA Beach. Yup. I traveled. Anyways, sorry I haven't updated in a while... I got really hurt playing softball. I was catching and I bent down to pick up the ball and I got my head stuck in the fence and I got three scars, I bled and I got some bad bruising. So yeah......😂😂
I really like this chapter lol. It's a long one.
