What the hell is up with our father?

nothing good, i dont think its anything good.
Let me give a breif explanantion that may or may not be a spoiler-
Our father, was deeply in love with our mother, but then we were born at the day of the fire. (I swear i wrote this before the mist released the chapter)  and so.. now ashkit is called "cursed" becouse at the day of his birth the fire brunt the forest as if nature didnt want ashkit. And.. it is said in chapter... 5 or 6 i think, that ashkit has siblings but his siblings are dead, i wonder why😏

Why hasnt the mother notice the father behavior around us?

Oo, thats becouse *cough* anime love story between speckledawn and stormstep, speckledawn was a very weak warrior and stormstep saved her life multiple times so she could only see the nice, caring side of him. When she gave birth to her kits, stormstep loved them. But since ashkit became the only kit left, he stopped visiting her. Thats all
