the third
Reece stared breathless at the male in front of him who observed his entire features, waiting for a reaction.
"What do I have to do?", Reece asked Samael carefully, not daring to turn his back to the man. Reece actually was freaking out, believing that the two were vampires, ready to suck their blood out.
The other male, Caym, stared at Reece as well, his face adorned by an evil smirk while he leaned down, sniffing on his pretty human's hair, making Miran shuffle uncomfortable.
"Stay still", Caym growled as a warning and Reece's eyes snapped into his direction.
Miran hung limb in his arms, tears covered his fragile cheeks while he stared fearfully at Reece.
"D-don't give him anything", the little one stuttered, making the two creatures grin devilish at him.
Samael looked back at Reece, he wasn't going to lie that the human was handsome.
"Let him go. He isn't at fault", Reece demanded, staring at Samael with hard eyes. The creature chuckled, kicking a stone into the direction of Reece.
"We'll play a little game, Human. In exchange for your freedom", the demon announced and stared at Reece with pitch black eyes. Nothing white was visible in his eyes, they were just... black. Staring soulless at Reece.
"What game?", Reece asked, swaying the flash once Samael tried stepping closer. The creature hissed when the light hit him.
"Don't come near me. I see you don't like my light, huh? So I suggest you fuck off", Reece growled, he didn't know where he took this confidence from.
"R-Reece", a tiny voice called out for him and Reece shortly looked at Miran, smiling assuring at him.
"I'll get you out of here", he promised his petit friend who whimpered when Caym licked over his neck, tilting his head back.
"A game everyone needs to play when they come here... you seem tough enough to stay alive, Human", Samael announced cockily, snapping his fingers.
Reece blinked multiple times when their location changed, he now stood in front of a huge dark tower made out of wood in the middle of the forest. When he swayed the flashlight to the front, he didn't see anyone.
"Miran!", he called out worried for his friend.
"Dumb human", a voice hissed near his ear and Reece screamed, turning his flash towards Samael who hissed once the light hit him.
"Where's Miran?!", Reece demanded to know in a high scared voice and tried to calm down.
He couldn't show this... creature that he was weak, afraid of him.
"He's right there, Human", Samael grinned, waving his hand to his side. Reece turned the flash to the side. Miran stood there, a sobbing mess.
A pale hand was wrapped tightly around his neck and Reece screamed when he saw blood running down his friend's neck.
"No! Let him go!", he yelled desperately, stepping forward. But Samael stepped in front of him, clicking his tongue.
"We first need to set the rules, Human", he sing-songed, grinning and exposing his way too sharp teeth. Reece could hear the chuckle of that other man, Caym who walked around Miran eyeing the little one like a predator its prey, whispering something to Miran who quickly shook his head, sobbing scared.
That was the last straw for him. Reece grit his teeth.
"Alright, fucker. Let's make the rules", he growled, staring with hatred at Samael. The creature smiled lazily.
"You seem entertaining, Human. Let's see if you stay actually alive", Samael mumbled.
"Rules simple. Get me this", he pointed to a little bone and Reece shivered, understanding it was a human bone.
"Out of this tree", Samael turned around, throwing the bone into a tree, making the bone stick into the tree.
Reece stood there dumbfounded. It was that easy? So easy to get his and Miran's freedom back?
"That's all?", he asked suspiciously, narrowing his eyes at the male in front of him. Samael giggled but it wasn't something nice. It sent shivers down Reece's spine.
"Of course not. Your life is the stake, as well as the life of your little friend over there. Along with these two", Samael spat the words, pointing towards the wood tower. A cage was under the first platform.
And in it laid Emmett and Will.
Miran screamed his friends' names, tossing in Caym's grip who had engulfed him with his arms once again, pressing the petite boy possessively close.
"No...", Reece whispered shocked, pointing the light back at Samael again who growled but kept his distance.
"Caught them almost fucking in our forest... what a dumb mistake", Samael laughed evilly, sending the two scared and gagged males a disgusted glance.
"The deal is simple. You win, we'll let all of you go. You lose, we'll take your lives. Your tiny friend becomes Caym's slave, these two get our next meal, and you, little human... you'll be MY slave", Samael whispered the last thing into Reece's ear before snapping back again.
"Reece, no! Aish, let go of me you muscle man!", Miran screamed and fought against the creature's tight grip around him. Caym growled in amusement, watching his delicate toy tossing around without any result.
"You really wanna play this game, Beautiful?", Caym roared into Miran's ear, grabbing onto his neck with one strong palm. Miran whimpered when his wounds opened again and stopped tossing around.
Samael's pale hand on his arm stopped Hoseok from helping Miran.
"Do we have a deal, Reece Jones?", the creature asked Reece with a dark smirk. Reece grit his teeth.
"Yes, we have, Samael", he growled.
"Reece... no! It's a trap!", Miran screamed desperately, fighting uselessly against Caym who held his human down. Samael smirked pleased, everyone ignored the sobbed pleads of the little beauty in Caym's arms.
"A deal is a deal, Reece Jones. You're becoming my slave if you fail and your pretty little friend will be Caym's slave", Samael said, stretching out his hand to fulfill the deal. Reece looked over to Miran.
Caym's black eyes were fixed on the crying boy, he licked his bloodless lips before leaning down to Miran, grabbing his chin to tilt his head upwards. Licking over the exposed skin again. The tall demon was hovering over the tiny, helpless whimpering boy.
"One last thing", Reece said and looked back to Samael who groaned. "Your friend won't harm my friend", Samael rolled his eyes but snapped his fingers, making Caym look up annoyed.
"You heard him. Don't harm him until the deal's completed", Samael demanded. Caym rolled his eyes but grinned devilishly, an evil glint visible in his pitch black orbs. He grabbed Miran by his thin waist, lifting the boy up.
"Stop! Where are you taking him?!", Reece asked panicked, making Samael chuckle.
"To the other two. So he won't run away", Samael explained emotionless. Reece watched helplessly how Caym cuffed the whimpering Miran.
Before opening the cage and mercilessly pushing the little one inside, throwing the door close behind him. Reece took a deep breath, at least Miran was safe from that creature.
"So, vampire, shall we start?", Reece asked, faking nonchalance. Samael rolled his black eyes.
"I'm a demon, human. This forest is mine. And I'm taking every soul for entering my forest. Unless they are willing to submit to me, like you", Samael mumbled, caressing Reece's cheek.
Reece slapped the cold hand away.
"Let's start this fucking game", he growled and was about to step forward when Samael's words stopped him.
"Oh, did I forget to tell you?"
Reece slowly turned around when Samael snapped his fingers once again. Footsteps got louder and louder, coming closer to them. A small figure walked towards them and Reece's breath hitched when the person entered the light.
"You aren't playing this game", Samael stated evilly, stepping aside to reveal the small, delicate figure of a horrible looking boy, with dark, messy hair, dirty clothes and bloodless face. Reece gasped.
"S-Scott?"
