Before entered into her cabin ram was feeling so nervous he was dithering to face his mother at this moment

Ram breathed in and out and then went inside.he saw krishna ji was laying down on the bed just then she heard some footsteps approached she opened her eyes and looked at him

K : Ram what are you doing here ?

She asked in a trembling voice

Ram went close to her bed and sat on a stool

He was looking at her in sulked manner

K : What aren't you going to say anything?

R : Am I very ungrateful son maa ?

Hearing that Krishna ji got curious She was trying to get up

But ram hold her and laid her down

R : Just take rest and answer

K : Who told you that ? Did I ever make you feel this way beta

R : Ask yourself?

K : Ram please don't misunderstand your maa after your dad left me alone you was my only hope to live the life..you was always there for me whenever I wanted

R : Then why did you hide this from me..you was suffering this much and you never let me know about this why mom why ? Don't you trust me that I can take care of you

Krishna ji eyes filled with tears seeing ram so shaken and sad she forwarded his hand and carresed his cheeks

K : Who else in the world can I trust than you? You are my son my beloved son I know I didn't let you know anything because I can suffer my pain but not yours I can't see you like this beta why don't you understand

Ram looked at her his eyes were rimmed red due to crying then cupped her face

R : I will sort out everything maa don't worry..you will be fine we will start your treatments asap okay

K : No Ram no I am not getting chemo

After hearing that ram got baffled

R : What ?

He shouted

R : Are you out of your mind ? Why

K : Beacuse it's my wish just and you have to honor it I want to live the rest of  my life in peace in my own home in my own bed not in hospitals please Ram don't push me into this if you really want to make your mother happy

R : How can you expect this of me maa seeing you suffering and doing nothing

K : Beacuse that's what the best for me and you can ease my pain in another way

Ram knotted his eyebrows

R : What is that ?

K : Get married I want to see your bride before leaving this world

Ram turn away his eyes from her

R : please stop saying such things you know

K : I know you don't want to let any women to enter in your life you don't want to make a family but beta not every family ended up like this and I used to say that you are just like your father but no you are a better person than him I know you can take care of your family please just think this is my last wish to you if you want you can grant

Ram exhaled a deep breath and got up then left the room

A Week Later

Ram was having his morning coffee while sitting at his balcony just then his cook came there and asked

C : Sir when will you leaving for office so I can serve the breakfast

Ram turn arround and answered

R : I will be leaving in 30minutes

Then he left so ram got up from his chair but still his mind was occupied with thoughts of that night when he was at the hospital

At 10am when he reached to the office his mr kevin came to him and informed that he selected few cv's for the personal secretary post so ram replied

R : Yeah send them to me I will take a look

K : Okay sure sir

During the lunch ram noticed those cv's Kevin left on his table at the morning

He turned off the computer and grabbed them after checking couple of them when he slided the 3rd one and his eyes got stuck

R : I saw this face before but where ?

He was trying to recall the face and suddenly he remembered about that red wallet Krishna ji gave him

R : Priya sharma this is the same girl ? Hmm She applied for this job

After went through her cv he wasn't satisfied but then he remembered about the incident when he went to her house to returned her wallet

He remembered how sad she was that day and the way she was crying

Looking at the cv ram said

R : What should I do ? I have never selected my employees out of empathy but why is my gut feeling forcing me to help her out Ram what should you do now

And he placed the paper on the table just infront of him

Just then his phone rang

R : Yes maa how are you ?

K : I am fine are you free tonight?

R : Yes maa Ofcourse

K : Then pick me up at 7 we will go for the opera show

R : Opera

He stretched the words

K : What ? Don't you like

Ram cleared his throat and replied quickly

R : No no I will be there don't worry okay we will have fun tonight

2days later when priya reached to her new office she was pretty excited before entering she took out her phone and looked herself

She settled her hair and touched up the lipstick

Inside the office ram reached to infront of the elevator and when it was arrived he was about to enter but he heard a female voice

P : Please wait for me sir

He turned arround and looked at priya for the first time she was wearing a shirt with a Grey trouser her hair was wavy and laid down on her shoulder with a pair of pink lips and honeyed eyes she was just an average but yet so subtle

When Priya reached near to ram she was panting

P : Thank you for holding this for me

And they both went inside

Ram was looking at his phone so priya asked suddenly

P : Do you work here ?

Ram glanced up at her with curiosity

R : What ?

P : Are you an employee ? Actually this is my first day here I am so nervous she my hands are shaking but I think I am gonna make it what do you think?

R : Who me ??

She chuckled sarcastically

P : Is there anyone else you see ?

Ram narrowed his look on her

P : well if you don't want to talk Then it's fine

Just then the 26th floor arrived so priya went outside

But suddenly ram called

R : Hey miss

She turned arround

And he showed his thumb and wished her good luck

Priya's face lighten up with that little encouragement and then she left

Ram chuckled

R : Such a chatter box

He murmured
